Pathetic is the word i m using for services provided by docomo.. I had made a complaint about a plan change which was not resolved over a period of 1 and half month i.E. 45 days.. I came to knw abt this issue whne i had called for registering sm other issue on 18th april and i juss checked about the status of complaint made on 3rd march.. The executuve told tat the complaint was closed and the plan was nt changed due to some technical problems.....

Actually offer message received my inbox rc 39 get 500mb 30 days validity.so only I recharged 39 but I get only 400mb totally 500mb balance 100mb add to my data account balance...

I have requested cancellation of the tata docomo broadband services on 13th feb 2016.

But they never cancelled the connection and gave me a bill of rs.1590.

I'm getting continuous missed call from this Tata Dcomo [protected] user for past one week.. kindly take necessary action on this user..And also lodged police complaint in nearby police station.....

Customer care should call reference person for verification but unfortunately they didnot call and stopped my activation process.They provided me toll free number which they are not responding.please help me out .have already paid rs rs 2000 which is my saving amount.I told them to verify the reference contact number but they are not responding...

This is Jyoti, past one week facing problem with "mcheck processing" due to this not able to make any calls and not able to receive the incoming calls as well.
Please stop the "mcheck processing" on my sim as soon as possible.

This is anupriya sharma, i have recharged by " mobikiwi " 2 times in different numbers and did not get my recharges yet.Please check it or make them successful or refund my amount on my bank account as soon as possible . The details of the recharges is given bellow- please check this-

I deducted rs14 from my main balance for activating ratecutter.As mentioned it is for 28 days(Instant 7 days and remaining in 72hrs) 30p for all local calls.But after seven days my tariff plan expired and now regular charges applied...Take necessary action to give that plan for remaining 21 days.Already complained in customer care but no action

I and a user of tata docomo prepaid services since 7 years. However initially the services were good. But now the services of tata docomo in the bangalore area is deteriorating day by day. I am a subscriber to the 3g network. The maximum speed which i get is 30 kbps. Where as trai has specified the minimum speed if you are providing 3g services. When you will start follow the rules made in india....

House of model service is activated on my no. [protected] without any kind of subscription or ussd request and balance of rs 99 has been deducted from my account, lease stop these unnecessary services....

I am using a postpaid connection of tata Docomo, having a plan of 450 Rs.
In this plan1000 Local & STD Minutes and 2gb 3G as well as unlimited 2G services allowed,
But 2 days after generating bill of March 2016, my current unbilled amount showing 120 Rs for the April month, .
Even I have not crossed my plan limits.
When I ask customer service executive they refused to providing any information...

I(manoj kumar) visited your nearest branch office sadar Bazar Agra for exchange my sim card. I am using your Service No. [protected] for 5 years now my sim card been smallest it is not inserted properly so my mobile be restarted for that problem.the branch officer denied to exchange my sim card and referred to police station for FIR.but I have my sim card and all relevant documents so why should I go police station?...

I am using tata docomo sim... my main balance has been deducted when i was using internet even at that time i have more than 500 MB data balance... i called customer care department they told me that yes sir we deduct your balance beacuse you used internet in other state... as per policy one can use internet in any place of india if he or she have balance of mobile data i.e. internet data...
i asked that is fraud to me kindly refund...

We had 2 numbers from tata docomo under one single account. We proposed to cancel one number that is the mobile number, purpose non usage. Then too we were getting the bills. Today morning, I visited to a Tata store at West Patel nagar and bought a new Tata photon max Wi-Fi card. And before purchasing I have queried to dealer about activation time. And he confirmed and committed me that by 21:30 it will be activated. But till 23:56 it is yet not activated.
