The docomo people god knows wats wrong I applied fr post paid to prepaid procedure 15 days backinwhich dey asked me to submit the document twice cz of sme of der issues.. were dey said in 7days d procedure vl b carried out bt aftrn 7 days also it dint get started.. I called customer care n asked him to do it as early as possible which he said by 20th April it vl b done n vl get a call about it.. I gt a call bt dey saying again have to submit d document cz of der issue... Very much annoyed.. Bad response n service from TATA DOCOMO...n cz of it m nt gonna pay d bill generated during dis procedure days.. N happy to port n get rid of dis issues

DoCoMo — Sim card not activated

I bought a new Docomo sim card three days back.but it has not been activated yet.I have submitted all the documents to the distributor.pls do solve my problem asap...my num: [protected]

      Pathetic is the word i m using for services provided by docomo.. I had made a complaint about a plan change which was not resolved over a period of 1 and half month i.E. 45 days.. I came to knw abt this issue whne i had called for registering sm other issue on 18th april and i juss checked about the status of complaint made on 3rd march.. The executuve told tat the complaint was closed and the plan was nt changed due to some technical problems.. For over a month they cd nt resolve the technical issue and jus closed the complain. They did nt informe about it too.. And are bluddy charging me over and above my plan request. Wen i askd abt it they tld it will be solved.. Bt the bill wd be as per the existin plan only.. I mean wen i hav alrdy infrms abt the plan change how cam the requesr be closed without it bein executed and simply m.Told sorry for the inconvineince.. Vow..! This is wat the customer service is.. And for this we are charged 13-14% over and above our actual usage.. For servicre. For such pathetic service

        This is Venu Madhav Rachamalla. my mobile no-[protected]. once upon on my name I took walky & Mobile connection . At that time as advance I paid 1000 Rs for mobile connection & for waliky 800 Rs, Ur agent Santhosh he said whenever u cancel ur connection at that time u can get this advance in to ur account . so since nearly I am waiting for that advance amount, many time I called to customer care people, they answered in each time u can receive. But till now I am not received. Now I stopped my mobile payment 3000 Rs which is due on [protected] till Feb month. I am getting calls from ur people and asking to pay this amount. But I requested with them which is due amount from DoCoMo u deduct from my balance amount then the rest of the amount I can pay, I required immediately solution for this issue
        I am not satisfied with ur customer care people, Their response Is not Gud

            Docomo dsl- data number[protected] vide account number[protected].
            The same is happening to me.

            I have requested cancellation of the tata docomo broadband services on 13th feb 2016.

            Cancellation request number[protected].

            But they never cancelled the connection and gave me a bill of rs.1590.

            When i called them then they said that your request has been closed because i called them and asked them to cancel this request. Total lie.

            I never asked them to cancel my cancellation request ...But they did it on their own and
            They are telling that i asked them to do so.

            I told them that every customer care call gets recorded so they must have recorded my phone call too.
            So i asked then to give me the recorded call where i said that i want to cancel my cancellation request.
            And if i said so i will pay the whole amount that time itself.

            But they never provided me any information regarding this and instead raised a new request, and gave me the bill for that month which i never used .

            Which i did not pay because i did not use . My billing month is 7 to 7 and the internet was not working from
            10th of feb, so i raised a cancellation request on 13th and till then the connection was not working .

            So i myself removed all the wires and connection from my home. And i never used docomo connection after that.

            So i should not be paying any amount to tat docomo services.
            Or max to max
            I will have to pay for 8th feb and 9th feb and if you are being too greedy i will pay for 10th-13th during this time connection was not working but i will pay.

            So that makes 6 days... Which will account to rs. 318.

            Today 19/4/2016 they called me and asking me to pay the amount.
            And that girl from tata docomo billing section (Which she said) was threatenign me that if you don't pay you will be continuously getting calls from us.

            Same thing going to happen with me ?

            Now if my connection is already cancelled or suspended how can you raise another cancellation request.

                      I deducted rs14 from my main balance for activating ratecutter.As mentioned it is for 28 days(Instant 7 days and remaining in 72hrs) 30p for all local calls.But after seven days my tariff plan expired and now regular charges applied...Take necessary action to give that plan for remaining 21 days.Already complained in customer care but no action

                        I and a user of tata docomo prepaid services since 7 years. However initially the services were good. But now the services of tata docomo in the bangalore area is deteriorating day by day. I am a subscriber to the 3g network. The maximum speed which i get is 30 kbps. Where as trai has specified the minimum speed if you are providing 3g services. When you will start follow the rules made in india.

                            I am using a postpaid connection of tata Docomo, having a plan of 450 Rs.
                            In this plan1000 Local & STD Minutes and 2gb 3G as well as unlimited 2G services allowed,
                            But 2 days after generating bill of March 2016, my current unbilled amount showing 120 Rs for the April month, .
                            Even I have not crossed my plan limits.
                            When I ask customer service executive they refused to providing any information or details regarding unbilled amount or used details of current month.

                            So please help

                                I am using tata docomo sim... my main balance has been deducted when i was using internet even at that time i have more than 500 MB data balance... i called customer care department they told me that yes sir we deduct your balance beacuse you used internet in other state... as per policy one can use internet in any place of india if he or she have balance of mobile data i.e. internet data...
                                i asked that is fraud to me kindly refund the amount of my balance but they denied to refund.
                                They charges internet @ 10p/10kb...i used 5 mb and they deduct more than 50rs from my main balance... my mobile data balance has also been reduced by more than 15 mb... kindly look in to this matter, and take some important action against them...

                                  We had 2 numbers from tata docomo under one single account. We proposed to cancel one number that is the mobile number, purpose non usage. Then too we were getting the bills. Unfortunately we kept getting bills months after months. Finally we decided to give up on the dongle service as well. We went to the tata docomo store to cancel that they reverted it cannot be done. And we should be contacting the call center for the same. We tried every possible thing to cancel the number. But the advisers from the company were extremely arrogant. And nobody absolutely nobody we giving any solution. And to our complete honesty i can mention that the dongle was not even used for a single day after we went to the store for the cancellation of the number. Now after that we started getting calls from the legal team. And one of the person named Sagar ( we cant say whether it was a real name or a fake name) called and convinced us to pay a full and final amount of Rs.1017.
                                  Just to avoid the cibil thing. We promptly paid the bill online below attached is the image of the same. Still we are getting harassed from the company legal team on the terms of non payment. This is complete disgrace regarding the company's service.

                                    Dear Sir, I am using the Tata docomo services for the past 03 years and didn’t faced any issues till Dec 2015. On 29th Dec 2015, I have received a call from your customer care stating the offer of Mobile tarif[censored]pgradation from my existing 899 monthly plan to 1399 monthly plan with additional benefits of Roaming free data services. After hearing the benefits listed by Tata Docomo customer service person, I have agreed for the plan change and she has given me the plan Upgradation reference no:[protected] and she also confirmed that the plan will reflect from your next billing cycle (from 11th jan 2016 ) onwards. On 11th Jan 2016, I have received a confirmation that your Mobile tariff request has been closed and I have started using data services from 11th Jan 16 to 12th Feb 2016. On 13th Feb 2016, I have received a bill amounting to Rs. 13250 incl service tax charging towards usage of data services. The plan was not upgraded from Tata DOcomo and further they have charged me for the data services also. I have requested for waive off the charges towards the data services from the bill (period 11th Jan 2016 to 12th Feb 2016). Initially they have agreed for the Waive off but now they have stopped my outgoing calls and harassing me to pay the entire bill. Kindly take up the issue with Tata docomo services

                                        Today morning, I visited to a Tata store at West Patel nagar and bought a new Tata photon max Wi-Fi card. And before purchasing I have queried to dealer about activation time. And he confirmed and committed me that by 21:30 it will be activated. But till 23:56 it is yet not activated.

                                        I tried to contact at photon customer desk [protected]. Where it was asking to punch my number . on which it gives. Invalid number

                                        Then I did chat with ur customer desk where he has given me shocking info that it will take 4-5 days ( chat attached).

                                        Now tomorrow morning I have a flight to blore . so now wat is the use of this card now ?

                                        I really feel Mr Tata empire is build by cheating customers.
