This is Venu Madhav Rachamalla. my mobile no-[protected]. once upon on my name I took walky & Mobile connection . At that time as advance I paid 1000 Rs for mobile connection & for waliky 800 Rs, Ur agent Santhosh he said whenever u cancel ur connection at that time u can get this advance in to ur account . so since nearly I am waiting for that advance amount, many time I called to customer care people, they answered in each time u can receive. But till now I am not received. Now I stopped my mobile payment 3000 Rs which is due on [protected] till Feb month. I am getting calls from ur people and asking to pay this amount. But I requested with them which is due amount from DoCoMo u deduct from my balance amount then the rest of the amount I can pay, I required immediately solution for this issue
