Dear Sir

Today morning, I visited to a Tata store at West Patel nagar and bought a new Tata photon max Wi-Fi card. And before purchasing I have queried to dealer about activation time. And he confirmed and committed me that by 21:30 it will be activated. But till 23:56 it is yet not activated.

I tried to contact at photon customer desk [protected]. Where it was asking to punch my number . on which it gives. Invalid number

Then I did chat with ur customer desk where he has given me shocking info that it will take 4-5 days ( chat attached).

Now tomorrow morning I have a flight to blore . so now wat is the use of this card now ?

I really feel Mr Tata empire is build by cheating customers.

          I'm a Tata Docomo GSM Postpaid customer, I've activated caller tune for a monthly rental of Rs.30/- and song selection charge of Rs.15/- I've activated this service for hearing my favorite songs to my callers, but now the complaint is the service provider are playing their Advertisement before my Caller Tune. Its (promo) approximate length is 7 secs. I want to stop this promo before my caller tune. I've complained regarding this in the customer care (121) but the are saying that its the rule of TRAI. As a customer am paying the rent for hearing the song, not to hear the promo of the service provider. So please help me to deactivate this promo from my caller tune. my number is [protected],

            I have purchased 3G dongle, after getting call from tata teleservice office Noida sector-60.
            A person named harpreet(Preet) was the person of contact and his lead Ankit also.
            I have paid them 1300Rs for 7GB 3G plan.

            I purchased on 6th April 2016.
            Today is 14th April 2016.

            Dongle is still not active and these guys are also not picking the call as well.

            This is from Noida sector 62.

            They are also threatening me when I am calling from different numbers.

            Please take some appropriate actions.

              I dont want to see flash messages everytime, please deactivate the same. It is disturbing me a lot. When i tried to reach tatadocomo customer care, they suggested to change the settings in messages, But unfortunately I did not see such settings in MI note 3, please suggest me how to proceed with the same.

              As per the conversation had with our team, we would like to inform you that, in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, we request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However you may also visit mobile service center better assistance regarding the same. Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service. If still face same concern visit mobile service centre for further proceedings.

                I received the Offer so I recharged the offer 10gb in 208rs so I recharged it. I received only 1 gb data so I called customercare your representative Nikhil Sharma that it's lucky offer If it was lucky offer why it was not mentioned in offer as I always recharge with 135rs for 1gb data so why should I recharge it for 208 rs I need Refund as soon as possible and stop it fraud offers

                      My mobile number is [protected]. Present am not using this number. They blocked it in the month of may 2014. Actually am getting huge amount of bill. So i complained to customer care about this they said they will rectify it. Even though i got more amount as bill. They asked me to pay before the final date to pay bill. I am trying to contact them but they didn't respond. They finally blocked my number. They sent me reminders and i replied them raising a complaint. But they didn't respond to that. They sent a legal notice which i didn't accepted yet. Can you please solve the issue

                            Today (11/04/2016) i lost my mobile (Nexus5 white) in train no 12650 at hyderabad station having tata docomo ([protected]) sim in it. I tried to register for blocking the sim to the customer care service, but the request was not registered. Kindly help to block the sim asap.

                                        Hi sir we are using demo sim in our city ur sim is showing in roaming even we are in local city I tried in so many handsets, and in netsetter also ur sim is showing in roaming I am contacted my local distributor they r telling we don't know contact customer care .Customer care telling contact to distributor nobody is responding on my problem .we are facing this problem from the past 8 years nobody is rezponding .Finally I am complaining to appellate authority I[censored] will also not respond then we will aware of the tatadocomo .My tatadocomo mobile number is - ([protected]) and my email is -(shyam.[protected]@gmail.com) my alternate number is -([protected]) u can contact with me on my alternate number because your sim is showing in roaming I will don't use this sim until roaming removes . I already received a call from docomo but the problem remains same

                                        We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as your number was switched off. We would like to inform you that a complaint regarding network connectivity concern which was registered vide docket number PNR[protected] has been closed stating that it is not an issue when you are latched to ICR. It will display "R " on the mobile display and it happens due to handset issue, there is no problem and there is no charges for "R" symbol. We request you to kindly make a note of the same.
