I have used tata docomo my account for my number [protected] now I forget my password and hint answer. Kindly help me to reset password...

I'm a Tata Docomo GSM Postpaid customer, I've activated caller tune for a monthly rental of Rs.30/- and song selection charge of Rs.15/- I've activated this service for hearing my favorite songs to my callers, but now the complaint is the service provider are playing their Advertisement before my Caller Tune. Its (promo) approximate length is 7 secs. I want to stop this promo before my caller tune. I've complained regarding this in the customer...

I have purchased 3G dongle, after getting call from tata teleservice office Noida sector-60.
A person named harpreet(Preet) was the person of contact and his lead Ankit also.
I have paid them 1300Rs for 7GB 3G plan.

I purchased on 6th April 2016.
Today is 14th April 2016.

Dongle is still not active and these guys are also not picking the call as well.

I dont want to see flash messages everytime, please deactivate the same. It is disturbing me a lot. When i tried to reach tatadocomo customer care, they suggested to change the settings in messages, But unfortunately I did not see such settings in MI note 3, please suggest me how to proceed with the same.

I received the Offer so I recharged the offer 10gb in 208rs so I recharged it. I received only 1 gb data so I called customercare your representative Nikhil Sharma that it's lucky offer If it was lucky offer why it was not mentioned in offer as I always recharge with 135rs for 1gb data so why should I recharge it for 208 rs I need Refund as soon as possible and stop it fraud offers...

Dear tata team am really feel fear in my heart till time you did not solve my issue of bill but everyday u calling me for information regarding amt, number, your kacha Tobba dealer calling me on my phone with someone on conference wat kind of service you provide, way of talking is very rude, Tata team I have all voice records in my phone . If you don't able to do than clearly say no to me I will never call or text your complaint any where...

Dir sir,
Myself Karanjot owner of [protected] number is facing a problem from previous few days. My balance was automatically deducted without any notice or inquiry. I dont even activate any service. So this deduction is done uselessly without any reason and now my balance is zero.

Today (11/04/2016) i lost my mobile (Nexus5 white) in train no 12650 at hyderabad station having tata docomo ([protected]) sim in it. I tried to register for blocking the sim to the customer care service, but the request was not registered. Kindly help to block the sim asap.

Sir, i recently ported my number [protected] from idea to tata docomo.
I am using Iphone 5S and low balance and data messages pops up 20 times per minute and its annoying.
I talk to customer care but they couldn't resolve it.

Dear tata team till time no resolution provided by from your side even my outgoing and net usage is cutoff . I browse the internet and sometimes it automatically activates some services that will be renewed or charged on a monthly basis. Although it is not done by docomo, their customer service reps tell us that the charge will be adjusted in the bill and we'll receive a sms but we never get it. I have phoned them so many times and get the same reply but wonder if they really lift a finger to help us.

I am very much disappointed with TATA Docomo service. My contact number is [protected].My out going call had been barred.i m not able to make outgoing calls, Every day i am calling to customer care but i am not getting any resolution. every time they tell within 24 hour it will be activated .

its showing call barring.shop, they have called/sent email to customer care.
Still I am facing problem. Not able to make out going....
