I would like to make a complaint on my tata photon 3g service provider (Tata tele services) for a fraudulent tariff plan withdrawl within validity period. I have made two recharges to my tata photon 3g dongle (10 - digit photon number is [protected]) today morning. First recharge is with rupees 795 /- for a 4gb plan (Transation id - [protected]). Second recharge is with rupees 1605/- for a 18gb plan (Transaction id - [protected]). My account balance is not updated properly and wrongly shows current data usage limit to only 18 gb which is pertaining only to latest transaction. This is to bring to your attention that the initial amount of rupees 795/- is disrupted and the tariff plan for the same amount was withdrawn with in validity period. As a result, the data usage balance of my tata photon 3g account is also withdrawn by the service provider. This issue is considered more seriously after their customer care people didn''t accept my complaint. And they are neither ready to update the balance properly nor return the disrupted amount of rupees 795/- to my account. Kindly look into the issue an help me in getting my disrupted amount back.

We would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records the recharge of RC 795 has been successfully done on your number on[protected] at 11.26AM credited with the benefit of 4GB data for 30 days. Further, we would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records the recharge of RC 76 has been successfully done on your number on[protected] at 01.57PM credited with the benefit of 18GB data for 30 days. Hence, there is no discrepancy on your account.

    Goodafternoon sir / mam,
    here i had recharged of rs. 24 of 100 MB of 2G by *141# but its confirmation massge i couldnt get till half of hour. to make my self online i use flexi service and recharged of rs.55 of 300 MB of 3G but later when i check out my balance i didnt get till yet...
    kindly help and solve it out for better customer services...

      I have given my proofs to docomo store to change it from postpaid to prepaid. I was not able to activate prepaid number due to not available in home circle.it happened in Jan 2016.

      Now I am in my home circle. But I am not able to activate yes.

      This mobile no is very important to me as I have used it for all bank account and government ids.
      Please hel to activate the number

        But when i reacharged i got 550 minutes calling.
        This is absolute cheating.
        If you are not giving me the same offer as you shown me in your website i will definitely report again this in all social media and consumer court of india through online.
        I request you to look into this seriously.
        Even though i got a call from docomo it is not solved.

              Hi.. I have applied for prepaid to Post paid conversion for my mobile no [protected] through Nemisis Solution's along with photo copy of my Driving license and also paid an amount of Rs 350/ ( Slip No7884) on 19/03/2016. The postpaid sim card have not been activated yet, but at the same time my prepaid sim have stopped working since 22/03/2016 resulting which I do not have any connectivity from last 3 days.

              I have been trying to call the sales representative on her Mob: No:[protected] but she disconnecting the call after recognizing my voice. I have called up customer care several time but did not get any solution.

              Please solve the issue ASAP else I have no other choice other than taking some legal help.

              For your reference, please find the detailed description of the issue.

              I have applied for prepaid to postpaid conversion for my Tata DoCoMo mobile no- [protected] through Nemisis Solutions on[protected]. They collected from me a passport size photograph, a photo copy of my driving license and Rs 350/- ( via Slip No-7884) as deposit money and they handed over me a postpaid 3G SIM card which has SIM:[protected], IMSI: [protected] and told that the sim card will be activated by Monday 21/03/2016.

              The postpaid sim card with above details have not been activated yet, but my prepaid sim already have stopped working since 22/03/2016, resulting which I do not have any connectivity from last 7 days.

              Since then I have been trying to call the sales representative (Jessy) on her Mobile No-[protected] but either she disconnected the call after recognizing my voice or not responded to it. After I failed to get any response from Nemisis Solutions (The landline no- +[protected] also does not work), I approached a Tata DoCoMo Outlet located in Mathikere, Bangalore-560054 and got to know that, they have given a different Local Reference number with a Name “Jessy” and the number was switched off/not in service, because of which verification call did not happen and they have also not updated my alternative contact number. This information from DoCoMo outlet was a total surprise to me as I had given them Local Reference as Mrs. Anamika Mukherjee, Mobile- [protected] and alternative contact no as My own second mobile No- [protected].
              Then, somehow I traced their address and met with the Manager Mr Saresh (Mobile No- [protected]), who assured me that the SIM card will be activated by Monday 28th March 2016, he told me that he will mark my Local Reference as negative and by doing that my prepaid sim card will get activated and after that they will again submit a fresh application for my prepaid to postpaid conversion.

              By evening a lady named Sneha (Mobile No- [protected] and Mobile No- [protected]) from Nemisis Solutions called me and asked to provide a photograph and the Local Reference No. again, however I sent her the details. Later in the evening a person from their organization delivered a new sim card again and said that your number will be activated to postpaid plan by Monday evening 28/03/2016 in this new sim card, I felt little relaxed and thanked that person but to my surprise my happiness on resolution of this issue lasted only till afternoon of 28th March 2016 as someone named Praveen (Mobile No- [protected]) from Nemesis Solution calls me and informs that my number have been ported back to Vodafone (I had migrated to DoCoMo from Vodafone 5 Years before) as the Local Reference no became negative and also asked me to collect the sim from vodafone store by providing them the necessary documents, I went to Vodafone store for enquiry but the number was not with them after that I called up Praveen (Mobile No- [protected]) again and informed him that My number have not been ported back to Vodafone yet, he promised to check and get back to me but he never called me back again and when I called him he did not respond to my calls.

              Request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible as I use this number for all my financial transactions, given to a lot important people and places; I cannot afford to lose this number.
              I also request you to strict action against Nemesis Solutions for their irresponsible fraudulent behavior after taking money from me, I am also afraid that, they could use my photograph and Driving Licensee for any fraudulent transaction from Bank or any other financial institution.

              Please solve this issue ASAP else I have no other choice other than moving to consumer court.

              I am totally disappointed with the kind of response, I got from the executive called me, first of all she spoke to me very rudely and informed me that Tata DoCoMo can not do any thing to revive my number, not even help me in getting the number from Vodafone, as if I have done any crime being an customer of Tata DoCoMo and the mistake is done by me and not by Tata Docomo.

              Regarding the Refund of Rs 350, she informed that, some one will come to my place to return the money but already 2 days got over no one refunded me the money. So again a false statement. I really doubt on the intentions of Tata DoCoMo and its Partners.

              Looking at this kind of attitude, I am seriously thinking of launching a campaign against Tata DoCoMo in all social media other then moving to consumer court.

              I am a TCS employ and feeling ashamed of a Tata brand product for first time, if the response to a Tata group of emp. is like this, I wonder how you treat others'

              Really feeling sorry for those, who use Tata DoCoMo...

                I was using Tatadocomo sim for last 5 years & was kinda adjusted although there were network issues & bad customer support. Recently I got a call from docomo guy saying i need to submit my documents & when i asked him why, he sounded so stupid that i ignored the call. Later on 02/03/16 suddenly my outgoing calls were barred for which when i consulted the customer care they assured me that once i submit the documents everything would be fine. But on 04/04/16 my incoming calls were also barred & my sim was disconnected permanently. And when i consulted tata docomo customer care they told me that they are helpless & i need to get a new connection. My only number in use with which all my bank and other accounts were associated was suddenly disconnected without even giving me a chance. I took the issue to the appellate through e-mail for which he asked me for an alternate number to resolve the issue and few days later the highest authority of the state calls me & tells me that reactivation is not possible & he is sorry. My balance & net pack everything just got washed away. Still i was persistent about getting back my number & asked the appellate if i can get the new connection with the same number & the reply was so imbecile that he asked me to check every retailer shop in the city if they are having sim with the same number & if not i should completely forget my old number. Tata docomo is the worst telecom company with respect to its network, customer support and even the higher authorities.

                  Without my intimation my number has been assigned to someone else ..I'm using my number from past 7 yrs and still I'm active in what's up but my number s deactivated..when what's s working in that numb how can DoCoMo people. Assign it to other.. Im feeling like I made mistake of choosing this network and this network put me in trouble... I need my number back what's the solution?

                    With regards I (Amitesh Kumar) have to say that I applied for the plan changed on 3rd feb 2016, for my mob number- [protected] (Account no[protected]. I had draft the mail on also for the same and I got the auto reply from the Tata docomo. But till date no action has been taken also I got the bill as per the earlier plan.
                    Also I draft the mail again on 18th feb for the same again and I got the auto reply but no body has attended the problem till date, even I didn't get the even single call from Tata Docomo.

                    Now today I got the message from Tata docomo that your mob number will be disconnected from tomorrow onwards. Please let me have the solution.
                    If I have applied for the plan change before the billing cycle why should I pay as per earlier plan?
                    My earlier plan was 1299 rs rental plan and I applied for 399 rs rental plan.
                    Why I have been forced to pay the bill either company did not listen my request?
                    Please do the needful.

                      Tata Docomo — "DIVE IN NOW" pop up

                      Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (lenovo a6000 plus), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings Message Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. But no such options were available, when I told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. Is there any solution for this other than number porting? Please Help. Regards, punith

                          We would like to inform you that, as per our records your number activation is under process . Post Documents updation in system (Order Entry) you will get a SMS, post which you need to call 59059 for tele verification. Post Positive Verification SIM will be activated in 15 minutes and in case verification is done negative then you have 2 more attempts for positive verification. Post activation, FRC (first time recharge) is mandatory. The activation process takes 4-5 days, the Number will be activated post document updation & verification.

                            I have taken a service of caller tune for 6 month when I update my songs company provides me msg for updation but not actually update the sevies when I contact with the consumer care they didn't give proper response even not providing information about the servies

                            My services was 6 month caller tune of 4 songs free in 150 rs

                            They have provided 3 months service only and then they say your service is over

                              I am using Tata DoCoMo number [protected] since last 2 month, but I am very rarely getting 3G speed. Most of the time getting Edge, its rare to get H or H+.
                              I am paying for 3G speed and getting only 2G, its really really bad.
                              Apart from internet connection, there are frequent call drops also. Tata DoCoMo service is really terrible.

                                  I have taken a post paid sim which is yet to activate as the field/address verification was done after a repeated follow up with team I.e after 2 months.now again team has decided to put me in trouble and not to activate connection as they have found another reason that id proof is not cleared.

                                      I had to get this connection terminated after getting into 50+ calls and emails to clarify the incorrect billing amount charged to me.
                                      I had taken 4MBPS 20GB plan which was for Rs 1000 per month. My connection was faulty and did not work properly for 2 months 13th June to 26th July. I had raised multiple complaints. Tata Docomo closed the auto closed the complaint multiple times. Their engineer did not visit the engineer once. When asked why was the call closed without any confirmation from me (user) then they did not have any concrete reasoning. Even after multiple complaints there were no follow ups to check if the connection speed has been restored.
                                      Finally I decided to stop paying the bill because Tata customer service was no more than a joke to me.
                                      When my bill was unpaid I started getting daily calls from billing department. (I wish they had taken this much interest to close the complaint). Every day a new person came over phone, without the history of what happened, and I had to spend 15 mins during each call to explain but it landed on deaf year.
                                      If I have not used the service why should I Pay.
                                      I need a reason why my complaints were closed without the problem being solved. I have mail records and dates of each complaints raised.
                                      Finally on 26th July an engineer visited (after I stopped paying the bill). The problem was with splitter. He changed the splitter and things started working well.
                                      I am happy to pay the full billing amount after the connection was restored.
                                      I am totally dis-satisfied with Tata docomo service, their professionalism, their data records, and their customer service.
                                      I have Rs 2097 outstanding. I have told many times to different follow up calls that I am happy to pay 50% of the amount for the 50% of the service I have used.
