    On 1.4.2016 my outgoing calls were barred.i called cust care verified my number with my name and address and was told that my number will b active within 48 hours further the executive who attended the call was verybrude to me n today on 2.4.2016 when i again called the customer care i was told that my number cant b started bcos i myself had called the customer care n hv complained that my number shud b stopped bcos it has been lost.but i have not done any complaints regarding theft of my phone which u can check i[censored] have got the call recording.kindly look into the matter n sort it.i know the executive who attended my call on 1.4.2016 has knowingly stopped my number to harrass me.some strict action shud b taken against him

      Hi,
      My mother was using Tata Docomo sim since many years and she had given the same number for all her bank accounts and gas booking. On 28th March 2016 she was unable to do out going calls or message but from 29th March they blocked her sim. now incoming also not coming. If we go and ask in docomo office the staffs are telling that the sim is deactivated and if you want to activate you have to go for post paid. This is not at all face. now we need to change the number in banks etc. without intimating anything how can they deactivate or block some number. Please help me and solve my issue

      My issue is not resolved and we changed sim itself. We also changed number in all documents. Now I don't want this number.

        I had a problem with Tata Docomo network.iam recharged with 93 that plan is to provide 1gb 3g for 30 days but they given me 800 mb for 5 days. I also called to customer care they were not responded correctly & also talked with me rudely so please provide me a correct solution .

          I have been using docomo broadband for 15 days. As per them they are giving 10Mbps speed for me. But when I do OKLA speed test I am getting max of 5Mbps only. Even most of the times I am getting 1Mbps and 512 kbps in OKLA speed test. I have touched 9.1 GB data out of my limit 10GB. Customer care people are replying rubbish like since are about to cross 10GB speed might be fluctuating. On hearing the reply I don't know whether to laugh or get angry.

          So guys please think twice before going for Tata Docomo.

            I got the msg from Tata Docomo after every phone cal that 93rs recharge for 800 MB & 30 days validity. Bt I get only 5 days validity so plz reply for this inconvenience...thank you.

              Hi team,

              I had around 800 mb of 3g data and a balance of 250 bucks in my number [protected]. After that i recharged my number with rs. 15 and added 75 mb 2 g data. In 2 days the 75 mb got consumed and post that all my balance was cleared up saying i had activated 2 g hence my 3g data pack has been removed and i am left with 12 bucks in 2 days. When i called the customer care they said this is the policy and didn't even registered a complain and for that call too the company is charging me and post that they are not ready to register any complaint which is completely insane. When i asked for supervisor details the customer representative asked me to call again at another time. This is not the kind of response i expect from a customer care guy. A;long with that why i was not notified when my 3 g data plan was revoked due to the new recharge atleast i would have managed to recharge again and saved some account balance of mine which too got lost due to the data pack getting over.

              My name is Ashish. Even i am tata docomo customer. As u have mentioned you had 800 mb 3G data balance. And Rs 250 in ur main account. U also said that you recharged with 2g Rs15 pack for 75 mb data heres ur mistake i[censored] have 3g pack activated and i[censored] will do any other 3g recharge that will be added in ur total bad. However i[censored] will change the category like from3g to 2g or 2g to 3g ur previous pack will be replaced by new one I know it confusing but that's how it is. I m really feeling bad for what you are going through I believe Docomo customer service team will do something about it.

              Your guy was not even ready to register my complaint. Along with that why there was no notification given to me for the same that my 3G pack is over or anything so that i would have been prepared for the things which will happen. The customer representative is saying as its the way we have i won't even register any complain. I am facing a maniac from your team for the call i am paying. I guess that does not make any sense if there is a complaint from my end and the call is being made by me and i am paying for the call i deserve all the rights for a customer complaint number. I hope you guys should learn something from other service providers. I can hardly stop my laugh when u guys say that you guys are really feeling bad for what I am going through.

                I am V Arun Kumar([protected]@gmail.com), from Chennai. There were pamphlets circulated in my appartment with the contact
                no.as [protected]. I had requested for a tata docomo broadband services
                through this person whom i learned to be Mr.Subramaniam, Supervisor.
                He sent a person to my residence on 24/03/2016 at 9.30am, who
                collected attested copies of ID and Address proofs, signed copies of
                various forms, 2 passport size photos and payment towards modem and
                public notary expenses. I was promised that the installation will be
                made on Saturday i.e 26/03/2016. I was specific about this because i
                had some plans for Monday i.e 28/03/2016 based on the assurances
                provided to me by Mr.Subramaniam.

                On Saturday i.e 26/03/2016 I had called Mr.Subramaniam 4 times since
                morning and i was told that the installation person were on their way.
                At last I grew upset and had called him for the 5th time at evening
                6pm, when i was informed that the installation person was on leave and
                hence my installation was being postponed to Monday evening.

                At this point, i posed the following questions to Mr.Subramaniam,

                a) Why did he not tell this when i called him in the morning itself?
                (I wasted one full day simply sitting in my home expecting
                installation person, had i known in the morning itself, i could have
                completed, other works that i had)

                b) If the documents i have submitted been entered into the system and
                if so, the reference no. allotted to my request. (at this point i was
                informed that the documents i have submitted were not officially
                received yet and i had no reference no.)

                c) I asked him if my data has not yet been entered in his system then
                how could he send a person for installation? (No answer)

                d) I asked him, if i wanted to complain, whom can i contact and what
                reference i can give, (i was told that i can complain to anybody i
                wanted, even to TATA himself, and that i had no reference number)

                At this point, Mr.Subramaniam, who had earlier told that he would
                give me installation by monday, became arrogant and said that i could
                not get a connection as no free ports are available and that if i need
                a connection i must wait for a month or i can do whatever i want.

                Then i had contacted the customer care at[protected], and was
                redirected to[protected]. Since then i had contacted[protected]
                on Saturday, Sunday and Monday and i have received a response that
                they can provide resolution only if the request for new connection was
                placed through them and if otherwise i had to contact the original
                person whom i had contacted.

                On monday morning i had called Mr.Subramaniam at 10 am and asked when he
                could send a person for installation. He was still arrogant and
                replied that he cannot at which point i asked for my documents, photos
                and the money i had given his representative for which he replied that
                i needed to visit his office at Kandanchavady, which is 40 Kms from my place, if i needed the refund
                of money paid and items i had submitted.

                Its so unbelievable that how this person is being so arrogant, and
                walks away just like that and i am so helpless in a situation where he
                is supposed to be the service provider and i am a customer.

                I request that steps be taken that i am provided the broadband
                connection i requested for at the earliest possible.

                  I checked the offer on tata docomo website, for data pack on 30/3/2016 of 1 gb for 129 rs . I recharged for the same from paytm from special recharge.
                  After recharge i got topup rechage instead of special recharge of 1gb offer.
                  For the same i talked to customer care executives, one of the customer care executive said that this offer is not valid, but on the other hand other executive said that the offer was their but you recharged against the topup so the special rechage was not done and they are not going to give the data.
                  When i am recharging for the same, i crosschecked the offer and recharge type it was correct and recharged against special recharge.
                  So i request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                    I was using tata photon plus postpaid from past various months.
                    I wanted to closed the photon so i asked them to close and raised request or same.
                    I received a call from their side as per which i can transfer my postpaid plan to prepaid plan thinking of the advantageous they told i did same.For this purpose they said they would send someone to my home for collecting revised kyc, after arguing for revised kyc i said ok but no one came, i went to showroom located in bhatar surat gujarat for the same but response was nil they said to call customer care.
                    I cancelled my idea of converting my plan and asked to cancel the photon.
                    However again some issues on their side and irregular behavior of their customer care.
                    When i stopped using photon, , i received threatening call from their side. I asked that i would pay the amt but i want final confirmed amt from co. On my mail id. However no mail received from them and one day call received from unkown no. That they are registering complaint against me in delhi high court for some of rs.2245/-.
                    Please do check for same.

                      Hello sir, i recharged docomo's sim [protected] with 3g recharge worth 135rs/30 days validity...but i recently found that i am not able to receive 3g speed.whenever i tries to do something Internet banking transactions my session gets expire..its very risky to do any online transections with docomo internet due to poor speed.. i called customers service but they are giving very bull solutions which are not even working... i am sure that its docomo's service fault...they r not giving proper service these days...i am thinking to switch on another service provider...so i am requesting guys if you r planning to buy docomo sim..then don't go for it...u will suffer to death..i am posting real face of Docomo on evry forum so that no one will get suffered like me.

                        Hi,

                        Yesterday i have activated internet pack of 60mb 3g for rs.11/- twice and also made a recharge of rs.110 at the same time.

                        I still have data balance left of 3mb, but my main a/c balance is rs.0, i spoke to shankar your call center executive, giving nuisance reason that i have used it for internet where i still have data balance left in my account.

                        Please find the attachment of the screenshot of data balance left.

                        I expect an immediate explanation on the same and a refund of my balance which is deducted.

                          I have tata photon connection which is photon plus [protected]@ 500 plan.

                          I never consume more than the limit however since last few months i have been getting bills which shows high usage.

                          This month it shows that i have consumed 5 gb which is not possible. Also they have shown that on 14th march'16 i have consumed more than 2 gb in the evening around 4 pm which is not possible the reason being i was in office that point of time and i do not use external device in office.

                          This is simply unethical and this month they charged me rs. 2405.

                            Hi,

                            Currently I am staying in Pune. I have card of Tata Docomo (of Gujarat) which was missed by me somehow so I blocked my card. When I went to Gujarat, I got new card from docomo store and they told me that your new card would be activated within 2-3 hrs. It has been 3 days and my card is still not activated. When I called in store from where I got the card, they didn't even reply properly. Now I am stuck, not sure what shall I do.
                            JFI: I paid 50 rs and required document to get the new card.

I am not getting any activated applications or messages, from three days back i am recharging the amount but immediately amount is deducted from my account without my involvement so please resolve this problem as soon as possible And i haven't subscribed for any of these services. i request you sir/maam that please refund my balance in my no and help me out with it.                               We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that, upon checking thoroughly with our records there are no such discrepancy found on your number you have been charged for calls as per your usage and you can get the all outgoing call details and data usage for your number through the prepaid bill by sending an SMS as PREPAIDBILL to 121 from your mobile number, an amount of Rs.25/- will be deductable from the main account balance for this facility which gives you last one month details. Hence we request you to maintain minimum balance of Rs.25/- before sending the SMS.

                                Since morning my account balance have been deducted as name of “data session charge:”
                                without any usage, and even my handset is not GPRS or any other data usage support,
                                it is a simple handset.
                                and amount deducted are Rs. 1.60, 19.00, 0.20, 17.00
                                these are invalid deductions without any usage,
                                if in future my account balance will be deducted, I have to stop using service from Tata Docomo, whether I am a active user of tata docomo.refund my money which I've lost.my number [protected]

We would like to inform you that, in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, we request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However you may also visit mobile service center better assistance regarding the same. Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service. If still face same concern visit mobile service centre for further proceedings.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I m using tata docomo from December 2015 onwards, i m residing at Coimbatore Tamil nadu. I had made lot of complaints about poor voice quality to the customer care. But my mobile shows full signal. I need to call 2 to 3 times to make a call eventhough i tried to call customer care for making the complaints but voice also not clear. I made twice it seem to be like that only. Kindly solve the issues at the earliest.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    My Tata Docomo no. is [protected]. I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile Samsung Grand 2 Mobile like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings Message Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. But no such options were available, when I told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. Is there any solution for this other than number porting? Please Help

                                      Here by i want to bring to your notice that one of your docomo emplyoee is leaking the information of contact details and providing the information about all call logs for money..
                                      He is taking money and providing the call log details and message details to them.. This is really shame part to know that emplyoee providing information about call log details for money in mysore, kuvempunagar branch, karnataka.. Employee name is jeevan...please take necessary actions towards him.. He is leaking all call log details messgae details to one of his friend and spoiling his family..

                                        I would like to make a complaint on my tata photon 3g service provider (Tata tele services) for a fraudulent tariff plan withdrawl within validity period. I have made two recharges to my tata photon 3g dongle (10 - digit photon number is [protected]) today morning. First recharge is with rupees 795 /- for a 4gb plan (Transation id - [protected]). Second recharge is with rupees 1605/- for a 18gb plan (Transaction id - [protected]). My account balance is not updated properly and wrongly shows current data usage limit to only 18 gb which is pertaining only to latest transaction. This is to bring to your attention that the initial amount of rupees 795/- is disrupted and the tariff plan for the same amount was withdrawn with in validity period. As a result, the data usage balance of my tata photon 3g account is also withdrawn by the service provider. This issue is considered more seriously after their customer care people didn''t accept my complaint. And they are neither ready to update the balance properly nor return the disrupted amount of rupees 795/- to my account. Kindly look into the issue an help me in getting my disrupted amount back.

We would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records the recharge of RC 795 has been successfully done on your number on[protected] at 11.26AM credited with the benefit of 4GB data for 30 days. Further, we would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records the recharge of RC 76 has been successfully done on your number on[protected] at 01.57PM credited with the benefit of 18GB data for 30 days. Hence, there is no discrepancy on your account.
