    I am very much disappointed with TATA Docomo service. My contact number is [protected].My out going call had been barred.i m not able to make outgoing calls, Every day i am calling to customer care but i am not getting any resolution. every time they tell within 24 hour it will be activated .

    its showing call barring.shop, they have called/sent email to customer care.
    Still I am facing problem. Not able to make out going. I guess its a technical problem. They are not forwarding my call to technical department.

    When ever i call customer care is they telling that, my out going call is activated. But still i m facing problem. I want a permanent solution.

    Please help me to fix my problem as soon as possible.

      I had recharged my mobile no [protected] on 15/3/16 with Rs 11 for special tariff. STD and local raetes @ .12P /sec for 1 month.
      When I recharged with Rs 70 for full talktime on 27/3 16, this concessional rate vanished.
      I am charged more for local/std calls.
      1 ) Any complaint registration on their site gives a password. On keying in the same, the site closes and complaint is not registered.
      2 ) Any call to 121, First the lady talks in a non-clear manner. Also there is no way to lodge a complaint.

          I have took new tatadocomo sim gsm 3g connection on 6th march 2016 rs251 recharge pack which gives 1gb 3g plus 251 talktime??
          On 6th april when i see my balance i shocked as 0 rs balance???
          Not even single sms received by tatadocomo that recharge to get connected via 3g??
          So why you guys do this kind of mischeat by customers hard-earned money???
          Kindly tell me why single sms not sent by tatadocomo??

I would like to inform you that as per our records a recharge of Rs.251/- was success and active on your number on dated[protected]:51AM and you account has been credited with benefits as talk time of Rs.251/-, 1 GB 3G Data (30 Days Validity) and the same has been expired on[protected].
          Kindly note that, upon verifying our records thoroughly as there was no data balance on your number at the time of browsing and you have been correctly charged for Rs.245.90/- (for the usage of 24466KB) from dated[protected]:11AM to[protected]:27AM as per your GPRS usage for browsing. Hence you have been charged at 10P/10KB as per the base tariff.

                I've take TATA DoCoMo broadband connection. One day I see that there is no internet connection. Upon enquiring I was told that it was disconnected due to non-payment. Ideally disconnection should happen after the due date is crossed but in my case it happened on the due date. Also, they should check past history of the customer before disconnecting the service. I did the payment same day but still 2 days have passed they haven't restored the internet connection. Every time I am calling their customer care no. they are saying it will be done by today but till now there is no action taken. When I am asking to talk to their supervisor I am getting only one reply that they are currently busy. What kind of service they are providing to their customer when their supervisor is not willing to talk to the customer and address his/her concern.

                Yes, thanks for contacting and fixing my problem. One suggestion from my side.
                Please do educate your help-desk folks to provide correct information and be polite to the customer. These folks are your first point of contact for customers and create first level impression. If they are not trained properly then this might cause damage to your brand value.

                  As per the conversation had with our team, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and we assure you that your problem is being addressed. In this regards, we would like to inform you that the Rs. 350/- rental plans have been increased to Rs. 399/. These changes have already been carried out by other service providers about months ago. TATA DOCOMO refrain these changes for a year. Since you are our esteemed and valuable customer, this change was delayed to give best proposition and services. In the changing Telecom scenario and increase in INPUT Costs we are bringing about these changes. The implemented changes will not impact your monthly bill drastically. However, only plan rental will be increased by Rs. 399/- and there will be no changes in the tariff. Also, we would like to inform you that upon verifying our record we have found that the same was already intimated you through SMS on 10-NOV-2015 and 14-JAN-2016. Kindly check the same.

                    A 3G data plan was active on my docomo no-[protected].It was about 600mb and it has been lost now as someone(whom i dont know) mistakenly did a 2G data pack recharge of Rs 26.I called Customer Care but they just annoyed me more by saying that they cant do anything and will not compensate my loss.I am going to port my number, if you will not compensate my loss.As i have above mentioned that i have not done this recharge then why you are giving me this loss?What is my fault?

                        On march 17th 2016 post receiving email confirmation from tata docomo i settled 6 pending accounts with tata docomo. Account numbers as follows:

                        On 3rd april i again got a call from a lady named shajaan from tata docomo phone number: [protected] who again offered me a settlement on the above mentioned account numbers. Thankfully i had saved the receipts as i have more accounts with them i am trying to settle and as soon as i questioned her why she was calling me about these accounts even though i settled these only 2 weeks ago she said will call me back in 10 minutes and disconnected. Its been hours and i haven't heard from her.

                          Tata docomo disconnects my service into emergency calls only even though good signal. No information about disconnection. Just taking complaint and they saying resolved and complaint is closed. They have disconnected service and saying that they tried to call but unable to connect. How can any one call the number which is not working. They write non-sense mails.

                            I have not initiated the process . I stay in bangalore and got a call from kormangala tata docomo store regarding one new rental plan and asked for convertion.

                            From that moment within 48 hrs I got 100 calls and finally I gave my passport photo, passport xerox & 100 rupees.

                            It is now 4 weeks the sim is not yet activated and I get phone calls telling we will do in few hours.

                            What sort of a mental torture is this to me they neither pick up my calls or tell there names to me

                            I only know one name H.Shiva Kumar

                            I request someone to take some serious action on this

                                Respected sir, i have a tata docomo sim no is [protected], 02apr recharge 8rs for 100 mb data 11pm to 7am i am finish using the internet at 6:50am, but they deduct 176 rs in my account. When i complaint they told me only 100 rs refunding possible, they(Mr. Jayan & mrs. Ruby) don't transfer my call senior officer, and now they blocked my outgoing call to customer executive via 121 and 198. Please help me to refund my 178 rs and unblock outgoing calls also.

                                    You sold me this product saying that free roaming n all however now I'm not getting d connection in Dwarka 18 .. When I called customer service after 6hrs I get a response we dnt knw till whn this issue be resolved . When I ask for close my acc n refund d amount they say no . Ur manager jasvender Singh from the call centre talks to me as if I'm lying to him about my payment .. I will complain in the consumer court coz it's a unethical way

                                      Sir i am a tata docomo user your network is good but this time i am very very disappointed there is a offer displaying on my screen from when i typed the no *422*99# to know about that offer but as i clicked there is no confirmation message appear it directly deducts my balance my 20.0 rs balance deducted so plz refund my balance my no.[protected]

                                        Actually i done a recharge of Rs 67 and i receive a balance of Rs55 on 29 march2016 but actual schme is rs67-70 TT.So sir please send my Rs15 as early as possible
