Respected sir, i have a tata docomo sim no is [protected], 02apr recharge 8rs for 100 mb data 11pm to 7am i am finish using the internet at 6:50am, but they deduct 176 rs in my account. When i complaint they told me only 100 rs refunding possible, they(Mr. Jayan & mrs. Ruby) don't transfer my call senior officer, and now they blocked my outgoing call to customer executive via 121 and 198. Please help me to refund my 178 rs and unblock outgoing calls also.
