Bad behavior by tata docomo customer care executive

I got a call from you department who clearly called me by mr. Cheatingbaaz dugar. I asked her thrice and four times, what and she continuously repeated this. Unauthorized roaming charges

For my [protected] photon dongle, which I purchased after paying 3 months of advance bill payment including service taxes - I was levied 2714 Rs. for a period of 3 days (4th to 6th Feb 2016) I was in Delhi . This 2714 includes additional service taxes.
While purchasing this dongle, i was not informed of any roaming charges. I was informed it is a 7GB unlimited plan, any data beyond 7 gb, no further charges. Which implies every month...

Postpaid bill

I am a user of Tata Docmo postpaid mobile connection. Plan 899 is active on my number which has unlimited local and std call and internet usage. I was travelling to Jaipur last month and without informing me I was charged 3, 000/- inr for using internet. Prepaid sim card not activated

Call drop / harassment calls / threatening /

I took tata docomo mobile services for a change (from vodafone) and have faced frequent call drops. No network after every call. Disconnect of a call while talking. I mean pathetic is not really a word to describe it. And after bloody 6 months they are asking to pay charges. For what you suckers?...

First they will sends a massage states that full talk time on 70rs. Where as after recharging its getting only 58rs, asked abt this to the consumer care they said that it will credits in 48 hrs... But it will not.
Again I did 70 recharge and called to care center for asking the creditable amount for last and fresh recharge. Then they are saying that you have recharge through Docomo app... This matter they have to mention in the massage...

Sim card

I got a new sim card of tata docomo on Friday the 11th March 2016 and its still not activated. I got It from The Mobile Store and they charged me 220rs for it saying i will get full talk time when the card is activated. Heres the no of the new sim card : [protected].. And when i did put my new sim card or even the old sim it does show range but does not allow me to make calls saying only emergency call allowed. I don't understand the problem.....

I used Tata Docomo for 6 months and they provided horrible service during this period. For the Postpaid dongle itself, they charged Rs. 2000/- where other companies charge just Rs. 1000/-. The Photon Postpaid plan they gave me was 5GB day and 5GB night for Rs.850/-.
