    I am getting the flash/pop up sms on my moble when i contacted the tata docomo office they checked the settings if was as follows

    Message settings flash /service messages receiving options off mode.

    They asked to write at [protected]@tatadocomo.com.

    following is the complaint no M26099869.

    They are saying they cannot disable this we h ave to vist the docomo store.

    they are just making the fool out of the customer

      I got a call from you department who clearly called me by mr. Cheatingbaaz dugar. I asked her thrice and four times, what and she continuously repeated this. Then she started you are this and that and you are unable to pay, you are cheater and all, where as just a day before a person came to collect the due and returned as no such due was left.

      The main story is:
      I took a tata phroton connect and along with this, i received an offer to have dual sim at 349 monthly plan. The main ac bill was on my number, i.E. [protected], account no[protected].

      After a couple of months, i asked to disconnect that connection but nothing was done... Lastly i stopped my bill payments and then after a month a lawyer called up and said to clear the bill, i said am ok with that but that should be the last bill and she assured that this would be the last bill.

      Now, after 2-3 months, these people have again generated a bill on the name of second phone number.

      My question is...
      When my main ac billing phone number which was [protected] got disconnected, how comes the bill is generate on the second mobile number and that too after 2-3 months ??? I paid last bill on 4 dec, 2015 and then directly on 2nd feb, 2016 i got mail that 547 is due and then again on 24 feb, i get a mail that 485.48 is due totaling to 1032.48...


      I seriously want to know the person name and details, else b'lve me am gonna show you the power of a consumer. The lady who called me up, was using [protected] sharp at 6:00 pm. I continuously called on that number for 40-50 times but everytime someone picked the call and disconnected, without talking or uttering a single word.

      Am seriously warning you guys to get me trace her or else will have to make a fir and show you what a consumer can do...

      Those are calling me on daily basis and harassing me.
      I guarantee you if they don't stop harassing me i have to lodge a FIR against you and your customer care allocated company with harassment lawsuit. I have already talked to my legal advisor and as per his suggestion i am waiting for actions taken from your side first...

        For my [protected] photon dongle, which I purchased after paying 3 months of advance bill payment including service taxes - I was levied 2714 Rs. for a period of 3 days (4th to 6th Feb 2016) I was in Delhi . This 2714 includes additional service taxes.
        While purchasing this dongle, i was not informed of any roaming charges. I was informed it is a 7GB unlimited plan, any data beyond 7 gb, no further charges. Which implies every month I make a fixed amount including service taxes and use the services.

        I have been asking them for re sending me the email/bill plan where they have mentioned how much would the roaming charges' be if I go out of station but they fail to do so. I am afraid I can be levied any random charge.

        Also, the service is not even close to what promised. Not even google opens at times with this dongle. Their mails lack information and details.

        I regret to say I have been dropping emails with no response using my mobile data because your wifi dongle has such bad connectivity that not even an email can be sent. I am really fed up of the so called service and customer care of yours. Please get this connection disconnected and please try to make that procedure faster and less complicated. I immediately need assistance from thorough professionals froms your end. The lady who called me was incapable of even understanding and describing my bill plan. I have been wasting a lot of time effort and money on your poor service. Please assist me in getting rid of this connection asap. I just recieve senseless confused phone calls from your end.

          Hi,

          I am a user of Tata Docmo postpaid mobile connection. Plan 899 is active on my number which has unlimited local and std call and internet usage. I was travelling to Jaipur last month and without informing me I was charged 3, 000/- inr for using internet. When i asked customer care about this, they have said since i was travelling to other state and service provider has changed to Aircel that is why I was charged.
          I was never informed by the Tata Docomo the I will be charged for internet while roaming that is why i am feeling cheated. Request you to pls consider my complain against Tata Docomo.

            I got a new sim card of tata docomo 5 days back and its still not activated. I got It from The Mobile Store and they charged me 60 rs for it saying i will get 80 talktime and 2 gb 3g data when the card is activated. heres the no of the new sim card : [protected].

We would like to inform you that, as per our records your number activation is under process and the same is pending due to local reference was negative (the local reference number which you have provided is incorrect which is updated on CAF (customer application form).                 I have taken Tata docomo photon along with mobile no [protected]. i have given form along with the KYC document at TATA Docomo Center located at Paota, front o[censored]CO bank jodhpur (Raj.) in the month of November 2015 for converting my above said no from postpaid to prepaid. but they didn't convert it and i got bill again. the branch manager Mr Gulab requested to submit the formalities again and pay the bill. i again paid the bill and submitted document in December 2015. but i got one another bill. he failed again to convert it. then i requested to call centre for it and they again told me to submit the formalities. and i again submitted it. but result is same they didn't convert my no. even i make lot of request paid the amount for bill which i have not used.

                I complaint online through chat in the month of February 2016 again and they assured me that your complain will solve. and again i submitted formalities but i got one more bill for this month. even the number is not utilized by me from many months and i have requested many times.

                The Worst to Worst service given by TATA Docomo which i have never seen.

                      I took tata docomo mobile services for a change (from vodafone) and have faced frequent call drops. No network after every call. Disconnect of a call while talking. I mean pathetic is not really a word to describe it. And after bloody 6 months they are asking to pay charges. For what you suckers?

                        We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that, in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, we request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However you may also visit mobile service center better assistance regarding the same. Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service. If still face same concern visit mobile service centre for further proceedings.

                          First they will sends a massage states that full talk time on 70rs. Where as after recharging its getting only 58rs, asked abt this to the consumer care they said that it will credits in 48 hrs... But it will not.
                          Again I did 70 recharge and called to care center for asking the creditable amount for last and fresh recharge. Then they are saying that you have recharge through Docomo app... This matter they have to mention in the massage na... In this way I lost 40-50 rs and customer care named Ameer called very irrespective towards my demand.

                                I got a new sim card of tata docomo on Friday the 11th March 2016 and its still not activated. I got It from The Mobile Store and they charged me 220rs for it saying i will get full talk time when the card is activated. Heres the no of the new sim card : [protected].. And when i did put my new sim card or even the old sim it does show range but does not allow me to make calls saying only emergency call allowed. I don't understand the problem.. And please activate the new sim at the earliest it's urgent.

                                  As per the conversation had with our team, we would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records thoroughly there is no recharge of RC 105 found on your number on dated[protected], as the recharge was not successful due to transaction failure. If the recharge is done through online, however, the amount will be automatically credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days from the date of recharge. If the amount does not reflect within the specified time then you need to check with your bank as the recharge failed during the transaction.

                                      I used Tata Docomo for 6 months and they provided horrible service during this period. For the Postpaid dongle itself, they charged Rs. 2000/- where other companies charge just Rs. 1000/-. The Photon Postpaid plan they gave me was 5GB day and 5GB night for Rs.850/-. It was very slow during the day time and despite that got exhausted within half a month, the night time limit started only after 11pm and so it was useless to my family. After this I switched to their 8GB all day plan for Rs. 1000/-. Even though I ended up paying more, it didn't get any better and I ended up disconnecting their service. They took almost 2 weeks to disconnect the service and charged me for that delay in disconnection from their side also. Overall, I would say that their customer service is the worst that I have seen from any carrier so far.
