    On 26th Feb 2016, I purchased 2 postpaid numbers from your Brand Store situated at M.G Road Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, photon max wifi & 1 Post Paid GSM Connection, along with this I also requested for 1 MNP, I did also submitted KYC & UPC code to Mr. Honey Gulati there. But my number has still not been port for which I did inform Mr. Sunny gulati on 3rd march. I am regularly trying to contact him since then, but he is neither picking calls nor responding my massages. there is no other direct number of your brand store so that I can ask them about my porting status. I called him 30 calls in a day in order to get update on my porting request, but he is really very irresponsible and unprofessional in consumer queries. His contact number is +91-[protected]. I am so much annoyed form Tata Docomo now. your customer care is so pathetic, If i dont have any Tata Domoco's prepaid GSM number with me, i can not reach customer care representatives to pur forward my complaint. I have recently purchased 5 Tata docomo postpaid numbers.. now i am planning to surrender all those just because of your Grievance Redressal process. i did also sent number of mails also. still there is no satisfactory response up ti;; date.

    [removed] is a number I needed to get ported into Tata docomo, I did submit KYC, UPC along with porting charges.

    Its a Delhi NCR Number, I request porting into UP East - Prepaid.

    Since this is only prepaid number (removed), which is still not ported into Tata docomo, that's the reason I am raising complaint) which I request for porting of, other than that I don't have any other Tata Docomo prepaid connection which I can provide to you.

Please find the below details. 1.1 Photograph. 2. Proof Of Identity - Passport, Photo Credit Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Arms license. 3.         I want this connection should be immediately terminated and reported to Cyber cell as well. If anything comes wrong due to this connection Tata Docomo will be responsible totally.

          I am not getting good speed on my iPhone 6 with tata docomo 3g. Sometimes it doesn't show 3g sign it uses 2g automatically the speed i s very slow. Im using 93 rupees 1gb 3g data for 7 days sometimes it gives good speed but most of times speed is even worse than 2g connection
          Please resolve my problem

            I want my money back and service to be stopped so my balance couldn't get deducted in future.

            As per the conversation had with our team, we would like to inform you that, Superstore49 service was activated by you on[protected] at 01:32 AM through SDP_WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.49/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, as per your request we have deactivated Superstore49 Service on your number and the same will be deactivated within 30 minutes so that you don’t get charged in future. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.49/- has been credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected].

              01. Sir I am customer of Tata Docomo having mobile number [protected]. On date 11.03.16 I recharged 3G internet pack of rupees 99 claiming 750 MB data. My earlier data 3G balance was 312 MB. Actually it was supposed to carry forward but didn't. I have receive only new 750 MB data. I want my 312 MB data back to my credit. Customer care refused to do so.

              We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the Number was not reachable. We would like to inform you that, as per our records your FRC (first time recharge) data has been lapsed by RC 99 done on[protected] at 07:30 PM 3G data and the same cannot be refunded. Kindly note that, 2G recharge with 2G pack existing data pool balance will get accumulate and in case of 3G pack recharge existing 2G pack benefits will get lapsed. However, for 3G recharge with 3G pack will get accumulate and 2G pack recharge will get lapsed.

                Hi...this is shivam juneja...my tata photon number is [protected]...today I spoke with ur executive in early morning due to pending only 1 payment...he or she off my device without informing...when I call her she told me your device will on in next 30 min but no response...just few min back when I called again I request to transfer a call to sr executive he hood the phone till 7 mins and no response after that he cut phone...I AM NOT satisfied with tataphoton.

                  Respected sir,
                  this is manikanta palli from visakhapatnam region having issue with my tata docomo walky bearing the number[protected]. i am customer to tata since 10years and last year i bought a new walky from the vizag outlet and there was a signal problem with that device so your service team replaced it with a damn old piece with which i managed it for 6months, but now it is not working at all. my 3months bill payment is pending because of this issue and i conveyed the same to service executives and they promised me to replace with the new one. but when i reached the outlet now they are saying to buy a new piece with 2250rs, which is too cost effective for me and also they are saying that for recovery they had given the calls to third party and they will not consider third party promises.
                  i request you to kindly see into my issue and provide me with a new walky so that i will be paying my all dues and continue my services with tata docomo.

                    No service is the only signal i keep on getting, went for having a micro sim issued, the executive told me it would be activated within an hour, it wasnt activated at all and rather some other person started using my number, and all my precious calls got diverted to that person. Never ever buy a docomo sim thinking its cheaper

                      Agent-mr.Krishna mob no-[protected].
                      Buy tata docomo prepay new sim on 19/02/16 with documents. Refused driving licence, pensioners photo id. Then submitted copy of passport with sign. After 9/10 days returned sim to agent. But not yet return my documents. I think the documents misuse anyway.
                      So that i request you to return my copy of passport with sign as immediate.

                        I am writing regarding balance deduction on my mobile number [protected]. On 9 th march i refilled my account with Rs.50 and i had a total amount of Rs.47 and now its just Rs.2.
                        Its annoying for no reason my balance is deducted. And when i called customer care for help they are like you have used this and that, our system is showing this.

                          TATA DOCOMO not refunded Security Deposit.

                          I have paid Rs.850 for security deposit to Tata Docome but after 2 years of Disconnect the no. still I have not received my security deposit amount.Many times I have visited to your Tata Docomo Gallery for refund issue but still there are not any respose. Please take appropriate action from your end else I will lodge a complaint at TRAI. I have changed my address & I have shifted to another state.

                            I was using a TATA DoCoMo prepaid connection and I need to make AT&T audio teleconferencing calls.
                            AT&T No: 000-117 is a toll free number. However, I was being charged for the calls made to this number.
                            When I tried to reach Tata DoCoMo Customer care on the issue. They completely denied this number[protected] to be toll-free number. Can you please help me on this issue.

                            Not sure why Tata is charging, it seems Tata is not updated & charging wrongly.

                              मेरे no. पर Tata Docomo द्वारा दो बार ऐसा हुआ कोई भी service Without मेरे कन्फर्मेशन के भी activate कर दी गयी और main balance काटा गया है |

                              एक घटना आज 10 March 2016 को ही हुई है, net use करते हुए बीच में ही एक menu आया, किसी सर्विस के activation का था, ok या cancel के options थे, मैनें उस menu बार को close किया और Docomo ने पैसे काट के सर्विस activate कर दी, जब कस्टमर केयर से बात की तो बोलते हैं सर्विस आपने activate की है जबकि मेरे द्वारा कोई कन्फर्मेशन नहीं दिया गया, last टाइम भी Docomo की तरफ़ से सर्विस activation के लिये sms आते रहे कि सर्विस activate करने के लिये sms पर कन्फर्मेशन reply दें, मेरे द्वारा कन्फर्म ना करने के बावजूद उन्होने सर्विस चालू कर दी और मेरे पैसे काट लिये, तुरंत सर्विस बंद करने को बोलने पर भी Amount refund नहीं कर रहे |

                                Best deduction, worst service I ever experienced, while talking to the customer non of the other companies employee 'll disconnect the phone I spoke to ur employees 3 times all the 3 times dey disconnected without informing the customer and without customers satisfaction, thank u for ur wonderful service.

                                  I have been using tata docomo 3g service for a long time. I usually do net offers of 128rs which will give me 600mb. Whenever i am going to do an offer i will check their ussd code *141# for knowing if the offers have been changed. Today, march 10, 2016 i have checked the code and found that offer still existing and done the offer. But i have been only given 300mb. When i asked the customer care they said the offer was changed! But they didnt notified or didnt change the offer in the ussd code. I lost my money, cheated and fooled. I know writing this will not give me any justice. No one is going to take action. But, i hope...

                                    I had ported my no from Idea to Tata Docomo so that i can cut down on my monthly mobile expenses. First month i had bill of 350, next month 462 and third month they charged me 1277. I called their customer care line and they just used canned sentence that they understand my problem but no solution. I feel like being cheated. In that amount I can pay my son's school fees along with all my monthly expenses. I want them to think about my case as i was being told that I have unlimited data 1GB 3G and thereafter it would be slow speed. Please help

                                      I received a message that rs 87.01 has been deducted from my account for model video club even though I have not subscribed for any such services. I request you to refund my account with the same amount. Also please fix the problem as soon as possible as it is turning out to be really torturous

                                        Hello,

                                        In Tata docomo bill dated Feb 9, 2016 they have charged me for calling India AT&T Toll free number 000117.
                                        I opened a ticket[protected] on Feb 18. But on Feb 22 they closed it without informing me about the same and without proper justification.
                                        Now when I call their customer care, some times they say their system is down, other times they say they don't know what to do and ask me to send email to [protected]@tatatel.co.in, which I think I just a black hole!
                                        On their request I made the bill payment of 411 Rs on 22 Feb, assuming they will acknowledge the issue and refund money later. But that did not happened. And now they have sent me March 9 bill with the same issue- they charged me for dialing AT&T India toll free number 00117. My tata docomo account number is[protected]
