On 26th Feb 2016, I purchased 2 postpaid numbers from your Brand Store situated at M.G Road Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, photon max wifi & 1 Post Paid GSM Connection, along with this I also requested for 1 MNP, I did also submitted KYC & UPC code to Mr. Honey Gulati there. But my number has still not been port for which I did inform Mr. Sunny gulati on 3rd march. I am regularly trying to contact him since then, but he is neither picking calls nor responding my massages. there is no other direct number of your brand store so that I can ask them about my porting status. I called him 30 calls in a day in order to get update on my porting request, but he is really very irresponsible and unprofessional in consumer queries. His contact number is +91-[protected]. I am so much annoyed form Tata Docomo now. your customer care is so pathetic, If i dont have any Tata Domoco's prepaid GSM number with me, i can not reach customer care representatives to pur forward my complaint. I have recently purchased 5 Tata docomo postpaid numbers.. now i am planning to surrender all those just because of your Grievance Redressal process. i did also sent number of mails also. still there is no satisfactory response up ti;; date.
