In Tata docomo bill dated Feb 9, 2016 they have charged me for calling India AT&T Toll free number 000117.
I opened a ticket[protected] on Feb 18. But on Feb 22 they closed it without informing me about the same and without proper justification.
Now when I call their customer care, some times they say their system is down, other times they say they don't know what to do and ask me to send email to [protected]@tatatel.co.in, which I think I just a black hole!
On their request I made the bill payment of 411 Rs on 22 Feb, assuming they will acknowledge the issue and refund money later. But that did not happened. And now they have sent me March 9 bill with the same issue- they charged me for dialing AT&T India toll free number 00117. My tata docomo account number is[protected]

Useless Tata Docomo network in Pimpri, Pune. Most of the time there is no signal available but having postpaid connection the bill is always full. No support in the area and all consumers having same problem.

I have two DoCoMo numbers .I recd a message with an offer as Rs, 93/=1 GB for 30 days.i paid Rs.93/ on 8/3/16 for each connection and recd message as Recharge successful.MRP Rs.93/, and Validity 5 days, I enquired the shop thru whom I paid.But they suggested me to take up the matter with you.Pl do the needful,

i have recharge with 50rs.Before recharge i chacked offer on tata docomo site (spacel offer for my no.)
i recharge it but i got 40.62rs, i complent but did not got responce.
Its 2nd time that i suffered.
Plz solve my issue.

There was an unnecessary deduction of Rs.45 from my active DoCoMo account. This wasn't the first time, so I decided to check about this uninformed deduction of money and I found out that the Bheja check pack had been activated and I didn't request any such pack from the company.
I deactivated the pack following the procedure mentioned but the money wasn't refunded. Such unethical behavior is not expected from DoCoMo

It has been 3 days since i have purchased tata docomo prepaid sim. Which has not been activated still date.

I did 80 Rs recharge from docomo website using onlinesbi. Money deducted but recharge not done. I didnot get my balance i mobile.

This recharge for 80 INR done on 7th March.
Kindly add recharge amount to my mobile balance or refund my money.

Sir, I have done recharge TATA DOCOMO mobile number +[protected] with Rs.90/- on 19th Feb'16 and the transaction no.16050SM395524.The amount was deducted from my primary account. Further got a SMS for unsuccessful .But I didn't get any balance in my mobile account.I also sent the problem through SBI feedback but there was no result from them yet. So please help me and do the needful.

I'm one of the customer from Tata docomo mobile services. Now I'm in postpaid plan.last few months I have deposited extra amounts in this plan . I need complete bill details for last five month.I cont expect that much from your services.unless I ready to disconnect you service.please reply to me.

I am a Postpaid Customer of Tata Docomo. My number is [protected]. My Mobile number's Internet services stopped by Docomo. Offering new costly plans by SMS & forcing me to change plan.

Their Customer Care Call Centre, Chat Support, Nodal Office, Appellate teams have not resolved my problem.

I live in Pune and I own a Tata DoCoMo broadband connection. I am moving to Mumbai and I want the connection to be cancelled. I gave the request on 25 February and my internet stopped working from 27 Feb.

But I am getting calls from them everyday that still my connection is active and I could not cancel it. When I called the customer care nobody picks up.

Despite to several attempts to convey your employees that this connection should be close.They keep on sending the bills. I am not using the service since past 6-7 months because of the extremely poor service. The customer care assured that someone would come and help but nobody showed up. They just care about extorting money which is very disappointing. I have mails where they said that they are closing the connection. The person's name is Mr.Suhas Nanaware, but he didnt do so.Kindly look into the matter otherwise I will have to take the case.When i called him several times he didnt care to pick to answer. Also I received a call from a person from JVEnterprise that he wont send any mail as he doesnt want to.One of the worst service I have ever faced.I dont want any services from Tata Photon.Please please stop it.The account no is[protected]

I got another call from DoCoMo no it was also threatening call ..he said, he SI some Ajay of delhi police station malvinagar and there is also advocate devraj chaudary he is very abusive using chutiya type slangs. He said I don't know DoCoMo people i[censored] wann to settle case the give me money eles u will b arrested ...the no is +[protected] ..I don't understand do company like tata has to do this type of cheap calls ...what repo they are making ...

Aaj maine 9:08 mrng me call ki thi[protected] pr and maine info ye leni thi ki mere number [protected] me yesterday (6 march ) night me mera net bal near about 650 mb tha and today ( 7 march ) 9 O'clock mrng me maine check kiya to net bal near about 235 mb tha So, maine call ki to meri baat aapke Executive DELIP CHOUDHARY se hui to unhone mujhse kuch security checks puche ye info batane ke liye or maine unko bilkul right info dii like name and address but unhone mujhe kha ki jo aap info bta rhe ho vo bilkul wrong hai or aisa keh kr unhone mujhe koi info nhi dii
Or mai docomo ki aisi service se bilkul bhi santushth nhi hu
So please is baat pr koi strict action lo
Mne apna ye number [protected] Vodafone se docomo me abhi kuch time pehle hi port krvaya hai but mujhe kya pta tha ki docomo ki aisi services hai agr mujhe pta hota to mai docomo me kbhi bhi apna number port nhi krvata or 90 days ke baad is number ko mai again Vodafone me krva lunga
Agar aapne apne executive Mr. DELIP CHOUDHARY par koi strict action nhi liya to.
Agar aap ka HR department aise persons hier krega to docomo ke 50% customers to itni poor service ki problem se apne numbers band krva denge

i recharged twice with 195 rs.
last month and dis month also but i didnt get the benefits showing at ur official site
here at site it is showing that i can get 30000 seconds with dis recharge amt but i recvd 500 minutes with the same recharge .do the needful asap else m gonna file a case on u people.
u ppl r cheating innocent people by ur sites and promotional programs

Today i have received from tata docomo that amount of 247 Rs. has been deducted from my balance. when i contact customer care they have replied that there is a company policy that when your data balance is less than 30 mb then company reserve those data.

i have a voice call and once my call is completed there is still 3 mb data left in the balance. but as senior customer care executive responded that company reserve the data and due to that your main balance has been deducted.

the there will not be any consumer in the world who would be knowing that company will be doing such things. one more thing is i have never been alerted that if your data balance will be less than 30 mb then charges will be applied from main balance.

i have used data properly and i still have data left in my account so the amount of 247 rs would be refund to my account as soon as possible.

I am facing tgis problem from past 2weeks when ever i call they say am talking my conplain but not fixing it and worst is that people who talk to call me to flirt with me

Wish to inform that, Tata Docomo has deducted talktime of 120 rupees on 3rd March though I have not used. They can't even tell that it is for data usage because I have a balance of more than 2000 MB in my account. My number [protected]

Tata DoCoMo vanished my all data nd when I call to customer care they said you use all data.but I m using Nokia Asha java mobile and it is not possible to spend all 2g data in one day with java mobile phone.the company cheats with me. I m a student and I don't have enough money to recharge again and again.plz help m.
