Useless Tata Docomo network in Pimpri, Pune. Most of the time there is no signal available but having postpaid connection the bill is always full. No support in the area and all consumers having same problem.

I have not received any call in my alternate number provided or any email from Docomo. How can you say that you tried to contact me? My complete address is B203, Manik Baug Orchid, Udyamnagar, Pimpri, Pune 411018.
I have done everything as mentioned and changed the sim to multiple handsets but the issue is no signal or may be 1 or 2 bars. Indoor it is horrible. Whereas, idea and Vodafone are perfectly working on the same handsets.
If you want to resolve please send your engineer to my address. I can't keep on paying the bills in this condition. Rather I want my activation charge of 1000 RS to be refunded.
I have not received any response from Tata DoCoMo for the above complaint. No call or visits to solve the issue but still I get bills and repeated emails for payment.

Please do the needful. Confirm the closure of the account and stop sending bills/emails

    I have two DoCoMo numbers .I recd a message with an offer as Rs, 93/=1 GB for 30 days.i paid Rs.93/ on 8/3/16 for each connection and recd message as Recharge successful.MRP Rs.93/, and Validity 5 days, I enquired the shop thru whom I paid.But they suggested me to take up the matter with you.Pl do the needful,

        There was an unnecessary deduction of Rs.45 from my active DoCoMo account. This wasn't the first time, so I decided to check about this uninformed deduction of money and I found out that the Bheja check pack had been activated and I didn't request any such pack from the company.
        I deactivated the pack following the procedure mentioned but the money wasn't refunded. Such unethical behavior is not expected from DoCoMo

        I ve lost my balance from TATA DOCOMO with VAS packs like BHEJA CHECK without my notice so many times. Eventhough I deactivated through 155223 I did not get balance credited. Recently I ve credited for such a mistake after made a complaint through online. But, customer care employees arguing that it should not happen without my permission they do not asure refund for the next time. So, I request how to stop such VAS from my account any more.

                      But I am getting calls from them everyday that still my connection is active and I could not cancel it. When I called the customer care nobody picks up.

                        Despite to several attempts to convey your employees that this connection should be close.They keep on sending the bills. I am not using the service since past 6-7 months because of the extremely poor service. The customer care assured that someone would come and help but nobody showed up. They just care about extorting money which is very disappointing. I have mails where they said that they are closing the connection. The person's name is Mr.Suhas Nanaware, but he didnt do so.Kindly look into the matter otherwise I will have to take the case.When i called him several times he didnt care to pick to answer. Also I received a call from a person from JVEnterprise that he wont send any mail as he doesnt want to.One of the worst service I have ever faced.I dont want any services from Tata Photon.Please please stop it.The account no is[protected]

                          I got another call from DoCoMo no it was also threatening call ..he said, he SI some Ajay of delhi police station malvinagar and there is also advocate devraj chaudary he is very abusive using chutiya type slangs. He said I don't know DoCoMo people i[censored] wann to settle case the give me money eles u will b arrested ...the no is +[protected] ..I don't understand do company like tata has to do this type of cheap calls ...what repo they are making ...

                            As per the conversation had with our team, we would like to inform you that there is no wrong data deduction found on your number and you have been charged as per your data usage and you can get the all outgoing call details and data usage for your number through the prepaid bill by sending an SMS as PREPAIDBILL to 121 from your mobile number, an amount of Rs.25/- will be deductable from the main account balance for this facility which gives you last one month details. Hence I request you to maintain minimum balance of Rs.25/- before sending the SMS.

                                Today i have received from tata docomo that amount of 247 Rs. has been deducted from my balance. when i contact customer care they have replied that there is a company policy that when your data balance is less than 30 mb then company reserve those data.

                                i have a voice call and once my call is completed there is still 3 mb data left in the balance. but as senior customer care executive responded that company reserve the data and due to that your main balance has been deducted.

                                the there will not be any consumer in the world who would be knowing that company will be doing such things. one more thing is i have never been alerted that if your data balance will be less than 30 mb then charges will be applied from main balance.

                                i have used data properly and i still have data left in my account so the amount of 247 rs would be refund to my account as soon as possible.

                                We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the number was not contactable. We would like to inform you that upon checking thoroughly with our records your balance of Rs.247.30/- has been deducted as you have surfed multiple sites (3 sessions) at the same time on dated[protected] at 01:16PM as you have used 34498KB Data and the same cannot be refunded. Kindly note that when data balance in the account is less and volume of the content browsed (size of the website) is more than the available data balance, hence for the data usage you will be charged from the main balance at 10P/10KB.

                                Yes I do. and once i received a message of balance deduction. there were more than 3 mb balance left in my data pack. how is that possible your data balance is already there and you are paying from my balance?

                                until and unless my balance goes empty it should use from those data only. you can check in your system that 3 mb data was available till 12th march 2016.

                                and i have never been told by tata docomo that if my balance goes below 30 mb in data pack it will automatically start deducting from main account.

                                so please help

                                    We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the number was not reachable. We would like to inform you that, MGDAY and SHAYRI services was activated by you on[protected] at 07:11PM through SDP_WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.76.52/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, as per your request we have deactivated all value added Services on your number and the same will be deactivated within 30 minutes so that you don’t get charged in future.                                       Tata DoCoMo vanished my all data nd when I call to customer care they said you use all data.but I m using Nokia Asha java mobile and it is not possible to spend all 2g data in one day with java mobile phone.the company cheats with me.                                         I have already internet 3G pack. Yesterday around 9:30 I surfing Internet n message that came data usage charges rs. 49. So I want to know y u deducted my balance if I have balance of 3G internet pack .
                                        So I request you to u reverse my 49 rupees as soon as possible
