Today i have received from tata docomo that amount of 247 Rs. has been deducted from my balance. when i contact customer care they have replied that there is a company policy that when your data balance is less than 30 mb then company reserve those data.
i have a voice call and once my call is completed there is still 3 mb data left in the balance. but as senior customer care executive responded that company reserve the data and due to that your main balance has been deducted.
the there will not be any consumer in the world who would be knowing that company will be doing such things. one more thing is i have never been alerted that if your data balance will be less than 30 mb then charges will be applied from main balance.
i have used data properly and i still have data left in my account so the amount of 247 rs would be refund to my account as soon as possible.
