I purchased a new docomo sim [protected].for 150 rs from big bazaar..inclusive of recharge of TT Rs.100 .It has been 3 days since and no verification has been done!! Please verify my number asap.

    Hi

    I have lost my samsung Galaxy On 5. WIth that I have also lost my TaTa Docomo([protected]) and Airtel([protected]) SIM as it was dual SIM card phone. I have talked to Airtel customer care to block the SIM. But not able to reach out to Tata Docomo, kindly block tata docomo SIM too.

Further, we request you to visit the Tata Docomo outlet with passport size photograph along with your proof of identity and proof of address to purchase duplicate SIM and the cost of duplicate SIM is Rs. 49/-. Please find the below details. 1.1 Photograph 2. Proof Of Identity - Passport, Photo Credit Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Arms license. 3. Proof of Address - Credit card statement (last 2 months), Passport, Property Tax Receipt, BSNL Telephone / Electricity Bill (last 2 months).

        Dear All,

        We have taken 6 Walky phones for our NAD-Visakhapatnam Branch. Tiil now we ha’t received our monthly bills both soft copy and hard copy. 10 days back Your people has disconnected our phone services without any information. In that particular issue there is no such bank mistake . After so much discussions with your people they sent our bill .Against that we have issued a DD for the same amount to your local collection agent.

          Tata Docomo internet connection is very poor. Even the idea 2g speed is much better than docomo's.I can't load the mobile sites fully.And very poor connectivity. They are stealing our money with poor service. Look at the price of the package its like a 4g speed.But they can't provide just a good stable internet connection. Poor poor poor...theft theft theft...

            Respected Sir,

            I was facing network problem highly in Pune area from September 2015 to till date I was so many compliant launched in customer care regarding Network problem customer care agreed for the network problem is presented but they are cannot possible to resolved this problem from September 2015 to till date. My all compliant forcefully closed from Tata Docomo without my confirmation.

            Last 30 day I was trying to appellate officers no. Which is provided by Tata Docomo customer care [protected]
            But it was only ringing no one pickup this landline.

            Tata Docomo having a network problem in Pune city so that we missed my many customer calls due to network problem I am facing my business losses daily.

            Every time customer care relaunching my new complaints and closed forcefully.

            I have available all recording with customer care. And i will speak with appellate officers but they are provide fraud number only.

                The customer service is one of the worst service that i have seen ever. none of the CSR is responding correctly and no one is giving correct resolution. I made a call 0n 3-3-2016 at 6:00pm from bangalore one senior executive named sushama is speaking weird and disconnected the call inbetween this is worst thing i faced on customer supportafter that i called so many times and they are putting me into the hold and after that am not getting any response.Is this the value you re keeping on the customers

                  Hi,

                  I have bought a Tata docomo postpaid simcard on 21st Feb 2016 . Mobile number is [protected]. Still sim is not activated. tata Docomo executive came to our home and gave the sim card . I paid 950 rs and submitted all documents.

                  Please look into this and resolve ASAP. Already 12 days are passed.

                      I want to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid.
                      For that I submitted the documents 2 times at the Docomo centre but no results yet. I am fed up with the services provided by the Docomo care(Kalyani Nagar)representatives. Also, I do not want to continue with Docomo because of these issues.

                                  Connection number [protected]. I was using Airtel broadband before Docomo and the only reason i shifted to Docomo because Airtel's tariff were sky rocketing as we all know. Docomo provided bad service and connection since the start. The area manager asked me to call him for complaints and his excuse was the same that the building where the server is kept suffered a loadshedding. Since the past 5 days there was NO connection and now when i am getting i am receiving a speed of 400 kbps AT MAX. My Plan is of 8 MBPS of 50GB which i am 200% hasn't exhausted no matter what. Customer care numbers are coming busy.

                                  Absolutely horrible service.
                                  Definitely dropping the internet. Have told them that i would if such problems would persist but no action from their side.
                                  Done with Docomo.

                                    I am very greatful to your pathetic service.

                                    Allow me to explain why.

                                    Please check my account details, i had hundred and ten (or something near
                                    to that number) rupees balance as on 26th Feb in d morning. Suddenly in the
                                    in the night my total balance went to 0.

                                    Please have courage to explain me how.
                                    Please dont give me the reason, due to Internet access. Because till 26th
                                    Feb night, data balance was 2mb remaining.

                                    How did you guys eaten my 110rs balance ???

                                    Please explain me with all the deduction as on 26th Feb 2016 to till date.

                                    I want my balance back. Else this mail with your reply will be sent to and
                                    reported to consumer forum.

                                    I have been told that, charge Rs.115/- (for usage of 31103 KB) on[protected] at 10:12 PM for browsing multiple sessions (number of sessions 2) at the same time, as there was less data in your account.

                                    but after the session was finished, I had 2 or 3 MB's of data left in my account So... WHY THE HELL I'VE BEEN CHARGED... :|

                                    my money is not to pay your dirty business tricks, reverse my money.

                                      Hallo Sir/Madam,
                                      Due to non-connectivity of TATA DOCOMO new prepay sim returned on 2nd mar'16. TARA MA XEROX
                                      (Mob. no-[protected]) KALITALA, M.G.ROAD, Kolkata-700104.But till day I am not received my documents copy of passport with sign. I think it is misuse any way.
                                      So please I request you to return the documents as immediate.

                                        Sir i m shrirang donawade from karnataka state studying in banaras hindu university bhu...One day i went to tata docomo care to bring a new docomo sim but tata docomo care officers told you have to postpaid your sim without telling any rules and regulations of post paid...But after i used sim but actual bill was 810 but they are telling 1760 after that then again they are told you have pay 1210 but completely they are cheated me sir...And even they done gave good information regarding sim post paid sir ...
