I am very greatful to your pathetic service.
Allow me to explain why.
Please check my account details, i had hundred and ten (or something near
to that number) rupees balance as on 26th Feb in d morning. Suddenly in the
in the night my total balance went to 0.
Please have courage to explain me how.
Please dont give me the reason, due to Internet access. Because till 26th
Feb night, data balance was 2mb remaining.
How did you guys eaten my 110rs balance ???
Please explain me with all the deduction as on 26th Feb 2016 to till date.
I want my balance back. Else this mail with your reply will be sent to and
reported to consumer forum.
I have been told that, charge Rs.115/- (for usage of 31103 KB) on[protected] at 10:12 PM for browsing multiple sessions (number of sessions 2) at the same time, as there was less data in your account.
but after the session was finished, I had 2 or 3 MB's of data left in my account So... WHY THE HELL I'VE BEEN CHARGED... :|
my money is not to pay your dirty business tricks, reverse my money.
