Sub : Complaint about Fake commitments & Poor response
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that, authorized representative of TATA DOCOMO; Mr. Nilesh & Mr. Hitesh Pandya (Mob No: +[protected], [protected], [protected]) had visited our Prahladnagar based Office for confirmation of commitments against our purchase of TATA Docomo Landiline Connection on 4th Feb 2016. Our Office Employee Mr. Jignesh Gadhavi & Mr. Falgun has successfully submitted required duly signed documents along with Cheque of Rs.1711 (Against the Chosen Number, 66174343 &[protected] and Rs.1700 (Against the advance payment for installing landline to our office).
They committed to install connection within 2 or 3 days of the registration. On their confirmation and assurance I had purchased Land Line connections and provided all the duly signed documents to them.Even we got fake calls from your back office female representative named Ms. Jasmine that our engineers are coming to installation (wiring) today or tomorrow. But again fake commitment and no calls after that and no response.
We were shocked to know that all the commitments and assurances given by the representative has failed. IN-spite of repeated requests over phone, the representative is not bothered to pay any heed to our complaint. More than a 2 weeks has passed but we have not yet received the land line connections as yet, but to our surprise, we have got to know that the chosen Number has rejected and again commited us to provide same number (last 4 digit same) with the different series[protected],[protected] . Though we agreed to install that number at our office and provided duly signed documents again to your respresntative named Mr. Hitesh Pandya on 18th Feb 2016 and they committed again to install line on Saturday or Monday i.e. 22 Feb 2016. But again fake commitment and no response and still waiting for Landline connection at our new office.
We are suffering from this problem since more than 2 weeks and also our business is getting affected due to your fake commitment so please let us know who will take this responsibility of our losing business ???? Reply Must.
Worst to expect, they have yet not responding to us nor doing installation and still doing fake commitments and giving us assurance. If we are not getting any response now then how we may expect after tha installation ???????
