Bill received for TATA Photon Data card post paid connection([protected]) for January & February 2016 is of Rs.798 + Rs.429, total Rs.1227, though it is in 1 GB data plan. bill should not be more than Rs.399 for a month with taxes.Even with FINE for delayed payment it should not be this amount.The TATA Indicom outlet at Mukherjee Nagar has closed down, so I cant contact for the bill correction or make any payment, Please correct the bill for January, 2016( it is of Rs.798) and inform about any other TATA Indicom outlet at Mukherjee Nagar.

    I got a message today to my mobile saying congratulations you got free data of 200mb for one day but there was nothing like that... Instead I lost 200mb as I thought that was for free... Tatadocomo please don't misguide people... I'm very disappointed sorry.

          I got the message on my number [protected] saying Get 750Mb 3g data for 21 days. I am getting this message everyday and hence I recharged it today.
          But, I got only 120 MB dada for 4 days. Very fraud. Tata DoCoMo are playing with their customers. very bad.
          Either revert my money back or give me 750 MB data.

            Sub : Complaint about Fake commitments & Poor response

            Dear Sir,

            This is to inform you that, authorized representative of TATA DOCOMO; Mr. Nilesh & Mr. Hitesh Pandya (Mob No: +[protected], [protected], [protected]) had visited our Prahladnagar based Office for confirmation of commitments against our purchase of TATA Docomo Landiline Connection on 4th Feb 2016. Our Office Employee Mr. Jignesh Gadhavi & Mr. Falgun has successfully submitted required duly signed documents along with Cheque of Rs.1711 (Against the Chosen Number, 66174343 &[protected] and Rs.1700 (Against the advance payment for installing landline to our office).

            They committed to install connection within 2 or 3 days of the registration. On their confirmation and assurance I had purchased Land Line connections and provided all the duly signed documents to them.Even we got fake calls from your back office female representative named Ms. Jasmine that our engineers are coming to installation (wiring) today or tomorrow. But again fake commitment and no calls after that and no response.

            We were shocked to know that all the commitments and assurances given by the representative has failed. IN-spite of repeated requests over phone, the representative is not bothered to pay any heed to our complaint. More than a 2 weeks has passed but we have not yet received the land line connections as yet, but to our surprise, we have got to know that the chosen Number has rejected and again commited us to provide same number (last 4 digit same) with the different series[protected],[protected] . Though we agreed to install that number at our office and provided duly signed documents again to your respresntative named Mr. Hitesh Pandya on 18th Feb 2016 and they committed again to install line on Saturday or Monday i.e. 22 Feb 2016. But again fake commitment and no response and still waiting for Landline connection at our new office.

            We are suffering from this problem since more than 2 weeks and also our business is getting affected due to your fake commitment so please let us know who will take this responsibility of our losing business ???? Reply Must.

            Worst to expect, they have yet not responding to us nor doing installation and still doing fake commitments and giving us assurance. If we are not getting any response now then how we may expect after tha installation ???????

            I am sending this letter to you as a hope of getting the quickest attention and action.

              We would like to inform you that, as per our records your number activation is under process state since Local reference-verification is pending on your number, due to which your number has not been activated yet and post documents are updated in system, you will receive a SMS post which you need to call 59059 for tele-verification of your details when network latches on your number to activate the account. Kindly note that the activation process takes 4-5 days and post positive verification card will be activated in 5 minutes & in case verification is done negative, however, you have 2 more attempts for positive verification.

                While i was using my mobile, I got a stupid message to subscribe to bheja check pack & there was only ok button for it. As i was busy i did not read the message and pressed ok. The very next moment, I called 155223 to get it cancelled. I was charged Rs45 for 2 minutes of this. you had wasted my time and money. I want my balance of Rs45 back in my mobile & please stop sending such stupid messages.

                We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that CHECK service was activated by you on[protected] at 03:18PM through SDP_WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.45/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. As per your request we have already deactivated all Value Added Services so that you don’t get charged in future.                   I had been facing a problem of deduction of balance more than three times from this no.[protected]
                  1st) A deduction of 44.90rs & 7.70 spcl balance and main balance respectively.
                  2nd)A deduction of 26rs of some net recharge request which although i had not done but they are telling me it is done by me.
                  3rs)A deduction of internet balance of 127 of 1GB for 28days which i don't know what happened cutt of and another recharge of 145MB or so had been allegdly deducted by them

                      As per the conversation had with our team, we would like to inform you that, in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, we request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However you may also visit mobile service center better assistance regarding the same. Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service. If still face same concern, kindly visit mobile service centre for further proceedings

                          I had go to Tata Docomo Gallery on Friday (i.e.19/02/2016) for purchased of Duplicate SIM (Mobile No-[protected] CDMA) with
                          all Identity proof & Address of my self.

                          An Employee of c outlet in Fort/Fountain Mumbai provided me the Duplicate SIM of Mobile No-[protected] & told me that the Service will Continue after Recharge of Rs-10, I have recharged with the Same but Service was not start.

                          Then I had again go to Tata Docomo outlet on same day, the person at Outlet told me that you have to again Recharge of Rs-36/- at your SIM Mobile
                          Number-[protected] after Recharge the Service was Start in half an hour,
                          for few hours only and now the service was DISCONTINUED from last 3 days.

                          but when i use net
                          not less data in free 100 mb a/c
                          data is less in my main data a/c
                          please credit 300 mb in my main data balance or rs. 24/- in my mobile bal.

                              In spite of repeated reminder and complain you are not paying heed to my complain and unilaterally activating my connrction and genrrating bills month after month fot which I am not responsible and compelled to psy. As a good grsture and as per discussion with your cudtomercate exrcutivr in december, I paid the bill on 17.12.2015 and after that I will not pay since I insttuvtrf you feactivate my connection.                                   Some pack named "Superstore49" got activated automatically few days before without my knowledge.

                                  I couldn't contact the customer support through call. I lost my 42 and 49 rupees

                                  I want my all the subscriptions to be stopped immediately and never activate any packs for my account, also do refund the complete money immediately.

                                    I am Akashdeep Tripathi using tatadocomo network first time I did 3g recharge on my sim ([protected]) and this was my worst experience ever exhausting by any network, your 3g facility is too much slow all over(3g Downloading speed is 10 to 20 kbps at browser ) at M.P also at C.G.
                                    Kindly resolve the problem and improve your 3g speed unless not happen i will change or MNP to other network.

                                        We have submitted a letter to cancel the postpais connections bearing a/c number :[protected]..but still we are getting call from tata docomo people to make payment for the period of after cancellation requested ...we here by inform that we are unable to make payment for the period after cancellation request letter given to the tata docomo office in purasawalkam, chennai.
