I am currently using Tata docomo no. [protected] in my Android one phone(Micromax AQ4501). Since, few months onwards, an annoying pop up floats on the screen, requesting to subscribe promotional offers. Pressing the 'OK' button will automatically subscribe to the offer, and we don't want that to happen, as it will cost money. Such services really annoying and I made contact to your customer care 121. They don't have any solution and just asking to contact micromax care. And now, Micromax has no proper solution except there is a little chance to get short out if I restore my phone. It can't be expected to Micromax to solution for it.
SO, STOP BOTHERING ME AND SOLVE THIS ISSUE BY ANY MODE AND THAT IS NO WAY TO PROVIDE SUCH SERVICES BY FLASH, EVEN ALWAYS THERE IS CHANCE, CUSTOMER WILL ACTIVATE BY MISTAKE, NOT BY CHOICE. A similar snapshot has been attached below. Plz resolve this issue.

Complaint marked as Resolved 1. I have made calls several times to their customer support services that is 121. Everytime, they just replied to made your setting off for it OR GO TO MICROMAX CUSTOM CENTRE. But, they is no setting to stop flash messages.
2. I also went to Micromax customer centre, but, they don't insist any solution except to restore my phone. Why I should restore my phone when I know that It will erase all the things.
MY QUERIES ARE NOT RESOLVED TILL NOW. So, I want to complain about such services of tata docomo.
