I am currently using Tata docomo no. [protected] in my Android one phone(Micromax AQ4501). Since, few months onwards, an annoying pop up floats on the screen, requesting to subscribe promotional offers. Pressing the 'OK' button will automatically subscribe to the offer, and we don't want that to happen, as it will cost money. Such services really annoying and I made contact to your customer care 121. They don't have any solution and just asking to contact micromax care. And now, Micromax has no proper solution except there is a little chance to get short out if I restore my phone. It can't be expected to Micromax to solution for it.
SO, STOP BOTHERING ME AND SOLVE THIS ISSUE BY ANY MODE AND THAT IS NO WAY TO PROVIDE SUCH SERVICES BY FLASH, EVEN ALWAYS THERE IS CHANCE, CUSTOMER WILL ACTIVATE BY MISTAKE, NOT BY CHOICE. A similar snapshot has been attached below. Plz resolve this issue.

1. I have made calls several times to their customer support services that is 121. Everytime, they just replied to made your setting off for it OR GO TO MICROMAX CUSTOM CENTRE. But, they is no setting to stop flash messages. 2. I also went to Micromax customer centre, but, they don't insist any solution except to restore my phone. Why I should restore my phone when I know that It will erase all the things. MY QUERIES ARE NOT RESOLVED TILL NOW. So, I want to complain about such services of tata docomo.

    Sir this is vinit kumar, i have made a recharge of Rs. 398 on 27.02.2016, around 6.00 pm, and afterward i have call only once to a tamilnadu number and call cost for that was Rs. 1.64 after that i have not called any where, not even used mobile but there was an deduction of Rs. 19 . I have called customer than he told me i have no information than he forwarded call to other officer, he told me that you have activate call forwarding but i have not done any thing, than i have called 198 and he told me that you have call on one std no but i haven't, even if i called that no. Should be in my caller list but nothing is there in my call list. In this regard my humble requst is please resolve the issue and return my balance and make sure that in future these things should not repeat.

        I got a call from tata DoCoMo abt the bill payment which I have paid already n setelment is done in last yr by tata DoCoMo employe .. But I got a call from +[protected] n he said, he is advocate n ur case is in delhi court, pay in half hr or will will put case 420 n some dhara.. His language is too rude. I was traveling n don't have network so I said I will talk n do needful next day... Then next day in morning he again called me still there is network problem so he started giving slangs(mother father type ). I don't understand a company like tata can never provide this type of customer service .. What should I do.. N I am putting abusive language case against this no. +[protected]

        I got another call from DoCoMo no it was also threatening call ..he said, he SI some Ajay of delhi police station malvinagar and there is also advocate devraj chaudary he is very abusive using chutiya type slangs. He said I don't know DoCoMo people i[censored] wann to settle case the give me money eles u will b arrested ...the no is +[protected] ..I don't understand do company like tata has to do this type of cheap calls ...what repo they are making ...

                I had enabled safe custody of my datacard for three months since around October 2015. To enable this there was no mail communication happened. It was just a phone communication. At end of this period, the customer care called me whether I want to continue safe custody. I said I needed to continue the same. During the communication they said they will send me a confirmation email about the continuation of safe custody. I said fine and kept the phone. I do not remember hearing them asking me to reply to their confirmation mail. So I did not bother to check the email thinking its just a confirmation mail. since I was out of station for almost a month as I had the least access to emails. At end of the month I get a SMS bill stating I have Rs. 500+ /- to pay by Feb 2016. I was surprised!

                I also tried calling the customer care several times - [protected]. However, the line gets cut automatically immediately after it says connecting to the customer care executive. From my mobile, when I tried to search for any alternative nos. it directly goes to m.tatadocomo.com and there are only three buttons for 3 different bill payments and nothing else. I googled and click on the contact us link of tatadocomo and only goes to the above mentioned link. No matter which link I click on, it all leads to the same no. There is no way of contacting the customer care whatsoever. Finally I sent an email to the customer care and one lady called back. All throughout they provide contradicting information. She first said, the email confirmation by the customer ( reply back to the confirmation email to complete confirmation process ) is a process that's there since almost 1 year. When I said three months back I got the safe custody enabled without any email correspondence, she then says she will talk to her manager and get back. On complaining contact issue, she asked me to contact on the same non-toll-free no. she had called from - [protected]. No news from her since then. I called them again (this time on the non toll free no. that she gave ) after about a week or so. Now they have a different version. I am not sure how they could just change some process on the fly as they want. They do everything needed to collect the money. Nothing else. They send SMS almost every few days asking us to pay the bill till we pay. I wonder what stopped them to send an SMS or call me to check that I responded to their email. What annoyed me the most in this whole thing is their is no way of contacting them unless I make note of the landline from which they call. And their website traversing is too horrible as it is not at all user friendly especially mobile users.

                Since the due date was approaching, I paid Rs. 150/- which I expected for three months safe custody period.

                Finally after enough frustration with wasting time nd their contradicting statements. As per the custome care executive's suggestion, I said via email, that I want to disconnect the connection, forgoing the cost of the dongle which would be the case anyway.

                I got 3 missed calls from[protected]/60 on the next day. Unfortunately I was in some sessions and meetings, so I couldn't receive the call. Next day I called them on these nos. but the call doesn't connect to these nos. at all. I sent another mail to them that I couldn't receive the call and asked them on which no. I can call them or they could call me now since I was available to take calls. No response from them since then. I only keep getting SMS as usual to pay the balance some 400+ /- bill amount.

It deducted amount of rupees 31 fvrom my debit card and It showed me that rechrge has failed it will be refunded in next 3 working days. We would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records thoroughly, there is no recharge of RC 31 found on your number on dated[protected], as the recharge was not successful due to transaction failure. If the recharge is done through online, however, the amount will be automatically credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days from the date of recharge. If the amount does not reflect within the specified time, then you need to check with your bank as the recharge failed during the transaction.

                            Most of the times desired speed is not getting. It tooks 5-10 minutes to display the page. Many times complaints have been logged but all is in vain only temporary solution is provided and no assurance on stability of internet speed. now days new problem has been started I am unable to login in first shot. Need to do couple of iterations or reboot the system. It is pathetic now days. looking for permanent solution on this.

                            From company like TATA doesn't expected this but now they are becoming like others to loot aam adaami and become rich.

                                Yesterday I was having 1400 MB data left but the customer service told me that i consumed all of it and started consuming more data in a span of 1 hour so for excessive internet usage we deduced 578.50 Rs from my main balance. I didn't understand how come just by using WhatsApp that much data could be consumed? I have screenshot that after this incident i was still having 20 MB data remining and this data charges deduction was not fair. Manjula (customer service) created a request ID PBR12359910. Today i got a call from Amir Bhaswala (customer service) telling me that from tata docomo only 250 Rs can be refunded (Full refund 578.50 not possible). They have no answers of my last data consumption history. I need more answers from tata docomo. My number is±[protected]. Otherwise I will launch a complaint on TRAI.

                                Kindly let me know when my issue would be highlighted and considered for an investigation. I am not at all happy with the services provided by Tata docomo.

                                As per the conversation had with our team, we would like to inform you that a complaint regarding balance depletion concern which was registered vide docket number PBR12336845 has been closed stating that the balance of Rs.250/- had been deducted due to browsing multiple websites and the same was refunded with the docket number ABAL[protected] on 25-FEB-2016 12:21PM and you can get the all outgoing call details and data usage for your number through the prepaid bill by sending an SMS as PREPAIDBILL to 121 from your mobile number, an amount of Rs.25/- will be deductable from the main account balance for this facility which gives you last one month details. Hence we request you to maintain minimum balance of Rs.25/- before sending the SMS.

                                  I like to share some important information that i have received twice from mumbai number: [protected] and saying you have to pay outstanding balance for tata docomo. My number is [protected] is currently in Airtel Network earlier i bought this connection from Idea Store. After 8-9 months i have port out to Airtel Network on dated 27th Dec 2015

                                    I have been using Tata docomo photon dongle for more than 8 months. From the start I am facing network issues. As a normal process I called up the customer case to complain regarding the issue and I came to know that there is low coverage in my area. They told me that their technical team is working on it and they are not aware by when the issue will get resolved and asked me to be patient and bear with them. Later I came to know that there is no tower set up in my area which could provide high speed and proper coverage. I don’t understand why they sold this dongle to me or people in my area if there are network issues in my area. It is absolutely unethical. Please do not buy tata photon dongles as they do not give complete information as to whether they have high speed and enough coverage in a particular area or not, I was also not informed about it when they sold it to me. Please avoid buying it. Completely dissatisfied with the service.

                                        We are using Tata Docomo Internet Services from last 6 months (Circuit ID[protected]. Earlier we got best services but from last couple of months we are facing lot internet issues. We called them multiple times but they are unable to resolve internet issue. From last seven days there is no internet service in our office due to which we are unable to do anything. Every time we pay bill on time but still we are facing problems. We have dropped multiple mails but every time we receive a complaint number but nothing happens from company end. Please find the complaint numbers.
