My photon no-[protected], My registered mobile no-[protected]. I purchased a tata photon maxi wifi from your e shop (www.tatadocomo.com). It was delivered after 2 days to my office address. After 3 days it got activated and I got an msg from docomo, u can plug and use it. While I plugging the device to my laptop it was not detecting at all. Then I complained to customer service and they send a technician from other agency, He also plugged it to my laptop and telling that it is a defective product, He told that it will be replaced and given a DOA Certificate- DOA no[protected]. I asked that guy where I can replace it. He told that you can go to any tata docomo outlet for replacement. I also got a mail from [protected]@tatadocomo.com telling that you can go to nearest outlet for replacement. Next day I went to 2 of your outlets in chennai, they told that it was not issued by us you purchased from online go and speak with online team. I called to customer service people they given e-shop they given some e-shop toll free no[protected]. Next I called to that phone no but it only says for any other related queries please visit of our website www.tatadocomo.com. Then again I called to these toll free no’s[protected] and[protected], they told that you have to call e-shop toll free no only. I wasted 2049 Rs money, my time and my energy for purchasing these product from online. It’s really frustrating, you just doing FRAUD by selling the products from online

    I am Tata Photon Max Wifi customer, under 20 GB high speed unlimited plan, since December 2014 and my tata photon number [protected]. Past two months, I have been having problem with network speed which ranges from 0.22 to 0.30 Mbps download speed for whether it is the first MB on the first day of the month or last day of the month. Past two months the bill is charged as per the plan, rs 1000 plus tax. Last week I clarified with customer care, who asked me to do several things like reset, changing from hybrid to whiz and then to max etc but all in vain. Then I was contacted by technical team, whom I explained the situation and I was made to understand that with three bars, I should get 1.0 MBPS not 0.25, hence I should go to the office and get the device checked. At the technical section of Mangalore office, they also faced the same problem of very low network but surprisingly the network was of 5 bar strength. They changed the device today and when I was at home, it had got activated, but surprisingly the speed remains a little lesser now. 26 August 2015, I contacted customer care for help and the customer care representative Mr Sai Kiran and Mr Ratnam have the same answer "High Internet Usage Area". I requested to speak to supervisor, first time I couldnot but next time I spoke to supervisor Mr Sandeep, whom I explained the problem again and I asked why should I pay when I am not getting the respective speed, he asked me to go for lesser plan of 5 GB, where I will get my desired speed and on my reply of his statement not making sense, he corrected stating that I will be paying less but the speed will be same of 0.22 mbps till when, No answer. No result, irrespective of anything This company is on the name of a legendary man, but the service and customer care are really bad. I pity the eminent man. I request you to kindly solve my problem. I need all the money back that I have paid as the monthly bill, the price of the device and a written apology letter from TaTa services. I went through the complaints of people all round India, and all have similar problem of being told, "HIGH USAGE AREA". Either TATA services are unable to handle services or a fraud service to cheat innocent public is going on. Kindly do the needful and resolve my problem at the earliest. Eagerly awaiting your positive reply I can prove by these two photographs taken at an interval of one minute on 04 September 2015 at 4 pm using two photon dongles, but same place and same laptop. My friends dongle shows a speed of 2.91 mbps and my dongle shows 0.35 mbps... High usage area, correction cannot be predicted they say... which is a clear lie

    Their escalation officer is another non customer approachable. Not just the customer service, but even the customers can be busy attending their work and if doctors are in ICU or operation theater but obvious mobile is unreachable.

    No resolution has been done

    Hopeless Tata Docomo, I think its time, I file case in Consumer court and teach tata people a lesson so that they dont trouble customers and stop this cheating service

      Dear Sir Ref : Tata photo No: . [protected] I purchased a tata photon dongle, paying upfront for a period of 3 months. And i had requested for cancellation of the dongle after the e said period. I receive SMS ( in june) stating that my services will be discontinued unless i pay an amount of 193 Rs. . Subsequently services were discontinue on my dongle, and i am now receiving a bill of Rs 1000+, even after services were suspended ! I am unable to register a complain at Tata official website, as transaction does not complete. I kindly request TATA Photon to cancel my number with immediate effect. Also, please provide a customer care email id, so complaints can be registered by email.

        I can prove by these two photographs taken at an interval of one minute on 04 September 2015 at 4 pm using two photon dongles, but same place and same laptop.

        My friends dongle shows a speed of 2.91 mbps and my dongle shows 0.35 mbps...

          Sir/madam, My name is rajiv sharma my tata docomo no. Is[protected]. I always recharge my no. After dial *123# so a offer that "in 96 rs. Recharge get 1gb 3g data for 28 days" was displayed on my no. So i made a recharge from a retailer of 96 rs at approximately 6 or 6:30 pm but after that i got a message that you got 1 gb 2g data for 28 days so sir when i am capable to get 3 g in this rate an account of this i made a recharge because I was getting 1gb 3g data So sir plz give me my 1 gb 3g data and forfeiture 2g from my account otherwise give me my balance refund My alternate no. I have the Billing Issue in my Bill I have got unnecessary Extra Bill of Roaming charges of 420.64 Rs, I have already subscribed for Roaming pack from the day i have issued this SIM card. So I will not pay this charges.Otherwise I will stop your service as I am not satisfied with your service. This issue is already discussed last month with your customer care and i have asked to stop sending me wrong bills, but still in the bill of 03/07/15 to 02/08/15 you have charged 420.64 Rs, please send me another bill or otherwise stop your services. Please Reply me on mail or call me on my number as soon as Possible. I never expected such type of services from Tata Docomo after discussion from last month but still you have charged unnecessary charges of Roaming Usage. As i stay in a clustered area of Maharashtra and Mumbai Circle, I have activated this Pack. Sp please wave off this Roaming Usage Charges of Rupees 420.64 /-

                  My docomo no is- [protected]. i recharged this no with pv37 on 23rd august but till now my isd power don"t activate.i contact in 198 they told me they'll contact me with in 24 hours & solve my problem, but till now no one contact me.i have already contact you for this case more than 5 times they take my call & give my phone in hold & so on.this is very ridiculous for us to use this docomo line.they told me various answer in various way.this feels very much annoying now. please look upon this matter asap. thank you in advance. this is very much ridiculous for docomo don"t provide sany solution till now.

                      I purchased TATA Zest xm on 21/10/2014. From day one i noticed and bring it to Chambal moters persons that my cars front side left Door not working properly and it creat sound more. They ensured me that with in 4 - 5 day they would change my door lock because it Lock is spoiled. Still i am waiting to end that 4 - 5 days. Several times i went to that delear but they try to make me.. and said me do as you can do .. we are not responsible for that. One time they sent to me to Udaipur Show room for it (Chambal motors) but problem is as it is. Udaipur is about 170 km away from Banswara Raj. Again they h've told me that please go to Udaipur ... what is this.. that is this Consumer Satisfaction ? You are requested please look into matter seriously do the needfull action.

                        Today on 1 Sept 2015 I recharged tatadocomo with 10 and 6 rs I got the message as confirmed but after seeing the balance its the same as before the recharge I tried to call the customer service but the computer generated voice keeps on annoying me but it didn't connected to the customer executive please help to solve this problem, tatadocomo always loot customers money without any reason.

                          I am a customer of tata docomo gsm service. My mobile number is [protected]. They deduct per day 60 paise from many months without my consent. I have not activated any vas provide by them and then they said to me for get done a frc rechage which was also not worth for it so why they deduct 60 paise per day as a rental charges.                             I was an aircel customer, i ported to tat docomo before 6 months. Intially it was ported onto a postpaid sim but before a couple of months i got it changed to prepaid.from then, I am not able to receive messages from many of my friends, colleagues etc. Neither i am able to recharge my phone at certain times .i've already tried reaching out to the nearest customer service center but i could't find a solution.Please help me out with this issue. my email ID is [protected]@gmail.com The docomo number i am facing the issue with is [protected].                                 I recharged with 499 Rs.(2GB 3g Data + 300 Talk time). last week i have seen data balance aprox 600MB data+ aprox 245 Rs Talk time on my mobile on Last 18-19 July 2015, i was surfing sites only(No heavy sites like audio/videos). Suddenly I got flash message that your balance is 00.05 Rs(5 paise) and 5 mb data. I surprised that how's this possible that data balance remains and talk time balance finished? I called to customer care they raised my complain and said that your deducted balance will be reverted in few days. I also talk to senior executive he also confirmed the same. After 1-2 days I got a call from docomo side, she said that if you agreed we can revert 94 Rs. only, amount was deducted due to use of multiple sessions. I rejected that offer. After then i again called to customer care, then they said that now noting can be done for this, now no even single Rs. will be reverted, I told then i will go to consumer forum for this. Then he replied that please do what you can but nothing will be done for now.

                                  I have got a message on 27 th August, 2015, They are providing 500mb 2g data, 300 mb instantly and 200mb within 72 hrs.So I have recharged it on that day.But they didn't give the extra 200mb data and when I talked to the customer care personnels, they said that they didn't send me such message.But I want my 200 mb back

                                    I have been using postpaid internet dongle( [protected]) since 25 Jul 2014. I have taken their broadband plan that promises 2-3 MBPS surfing and download speed . It was working fine till Dec 2014. after the mentioned date the speed dropped drastically and i used to get speed in few KBPS ( 27- 56 KBPS). I lodged complaints twice on customer care but no action has been taken and the reply given was that "you are moved out of coverage area" that was a little funny as i did not left the area. I sent mails on the complaint email address but no action taken. It wasted my time, money energy and left me utter frustration whenever I used to surf internet. I changed my plan to a lower value plan because my money was getting wasted with the 1200 Rupee a month plan but it was very frustrating and irritating that I was surfing a internet of snail speed. I decided to stop using the services and stopped paying bills. yesterday after 3 months I received a call from a girl from docomo side claiming to be their advocate and threatening me of a legal action if refuse to pay the outstanding amount of 1800 rupees. I had many a times thought about filing a case against them when i was denied of the services they promised but to avoid the legal hassle i could not take a step otherwise thy owe me money I paid to them, the frustration and emotional pain they have caused me and the extra time I wasted surfing a slower internet.

                                      My number is [protected]. They have finished my balance and customer care is saying we don't have this number in their database. I am fed up with their cold response. They are not helping me out. As you can see it was the recharge of rupees 54. with many hrs. of talktime. validity 10 days. tata docomo is 420 company.

                                        Sir i am having tata docomo postpaid plan. Due to excess bills i am getting through this plan. I requested koramangale tata docomo care centre to convert it into prepaid. They toldthat first you clear the entire bill.After wards we change it to prepaid. They have given one prepaid application form. But the difficulty is before changing it to prepaid we have to sent request to toll free nos for registering the request. So many times i tried but nobody picks up. Is it so difficult to the customer to change the plan.Iam vexed up with the the way they treat the customers. Please see that my postpaid plan is changed to prepaidplan. Other wise i have no option but close the postpaid plan. I am having other two tata docomo prepaid connections. I want to migrate them also to some other network if my problem was not solved by tomorrow.
