Hi,

Tata Docomo are activated the VAS SERVICES by own and they charges to customer and reducing balance from them.

My mobile number is:[protected]... they are activated this VAS service by own and they reduced my Amount Balance from my account balance.

They are hopeless peoples...

They are cheaters...

and they telling me please send SMS to STOP.

But actually I not started the VAS service and they charging me and again telling me you want to stop then send SMS.

I am trying to complaint to customer care, they are always busy only Engage ringtones... customers are always waitting for them on phone... 1 to 2 minute they waiting and telling its your job to stop.

TATA DOCOMO is madarchod/Hopeless company... I am so frustrated that's why I using BAD words here...

    I have a Tata docomo internet wifi dongle and signed up for a 20 GB package in Feb.Photon No-[protected].The plan was Rs 1000 -20 GB.Firstly I never got the promised speed anytime.Now they have sent me a message saying that they are discontinuing the 20 GB package because of low demand.On going to their site you can see that the 20 GB package is available for Rs 3000...A 3 times increase.Is this justified? There is nothing in this country which justifies the increase of this magnitude.This is a case of clear cheating.

[protected] since last three year. someone stolen my mobile near Tenali railway station (A.P.) on 15/09/2015. Along with my mobile, Two sims Airtel gujrat ([protected]) and Tata docomo Haryana([protected]) lost.

        I recently requested for a micro-sim from the company. When I went to the Tata Docomo center in Koramangala, they told me that my number has been issued in someone else's name. This constitutes fraud and theft of identity on the company's part, as upon inquiring the details in the database, it showed that it had my email id updated. I had been using the prepaid number for the past 3 years and now I was told that I can't be issued a micro-sim since it is someone else's name. Here the scam of Tata Docomo starts. They told me that I can convert the number to a postpaid number and get it issued in my own name. I did that as I wanted a micro sim. I gave my passport for identity proof. They told me that their agent would come to verify the address. Unfortunately, when their agent came after 2-3 days I was in office and was not able to get the address verified. Neither the agent called me before coming nor informed me when he would visit next. I got a call from the customer care about the verification again and told them to come on wekend:- Saturday 3 PM 12th sept, 15 for verification. The agent comes for verification at 12 in the noon that day. I signed the document he had but he was rude and asked for my designation, which seems unrelated to address verification. Later, I got a message saying that since my address was not verified, my outgoing would be barred. I tried raising multiple requests but they finally barred the outgoing on my phone. After another set of heckling on the phone with the customer care, they enabled the outgoing and raised a re-verification request. This time to not delay it further I requested them to come before 10am on any weekday and verify the address. No one came to verify the address for last 2 days(15th, 16th sept) during the time I gave. They have barred the outgoing again on my number. This is not only unprofessional but also constitutes unlawful practice, theft of identity on Tata Docomo's part.

          My bill cycle: 8th March'15 to 9th July'15 (4 months) Bill Amount : 2360 rs (for 4 months, 590 rs per month) Account number:[protected] Tata Docomo no: [protected] Requested for: Change of installation address, which was managed poorly and TATA Docomo forced me to cancel my broad band connection. 1. I sent a mail on 27th March' 15 to change my installation address for my landline and broadband on email id [protected]@tatatele.co.in which was given to me by your call center 2. I again sent a mail on 5th April'15 for same request on email id [protected]@tatatele.co.in because your call center told me this is the correct id 3. I was asked to send a mail again from registered ID which I sent on 18th April'15 4. You moved my landline and did not move broad band (i moved from one building in the magarpatta to another building in magarpatta) 5. In the same email I asked to move both landline and broadband, still no one in tata docomo is able to figure out why you moved landline but not broad band 6. For one month when you could not move broadband, I sent a mail to cancel my connection on 28th April'15. Not because I wanted but because you goofed up. 7. My cancellation is because of your pathetic services and not voluntary. I would always refer to the initial date my first email (i.e. 27th March) as cancellation date. 8. In the cycle for which you are asking the bill I have consumed 0 bites internet as far as i know (cycle from 8th March'15 to 9th July'15 (4 months)) 9. Per month's billing is 590 Rs (4 month I pay 2360 rs) 10. From 8th March to 27th March is 19 days, it comes to 393 rs 11. For mental harassment in last 6 months, I should ask compensation in multiples of 393 rs. 12. You guys must be an expert by now to pay for cases like this, can you suggest how much should I claim from you? I have send you 15 odd emails about issues that you created with a very simple request of change in installation in to a cancellation. Specially when you could move the landline from the same request but did not move broadband Pathetic services, it seems you guys are dying to shut down your company.

          What according to you is a resolution, sending a mail to me that your outstanding amount is 1781/- rs. Have you read my complaint and scrutinized your system.

          I was never suppose to cancel, you forced me to cancel because you did not change the installation address. You are asking money for the service that I never availed.

          THIS IS NOT RESOLVED, DON'T WASH YOUR HANDS OFF.

            We tried to speak with you personally on your number. However, the same was disconnected from your end.
            We would like to inform you that you have been correctly charged of Rs.38.10/- (usage of 3787KB) on dated[protected]:10PM to 05:16PM, since there is no data balance available on your number at the time of browsing, hence you have been charged from main balance at base tariff (10p/10KB). Kindly note that you will be charged for every session/link you use separately. We request you to disable (Log Out) from the GMAIL, Whats app and Face book Accounts and make sure that if any other services are not in On Mode. For the alerts / notifications from the services also there will be a deduction of amount from your main account (If there is no data balance is available in your account). Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.38.10/- has been credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on dated[protected].
            However, in order to avoid balance depletion in future I request you to deactivate the internet services on your number by sending an SMS as CAN GPRS to 121 and you can activate internet services by sending an SMS as ACT GPRS to 121 (toll free). If still face any concern kindly write to us with the line confirmation for further assistance.

              We would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records thoroughly on the given number, no recharge of Rs.255/- was found on[protected], as the recharge was not successful due to transaction failure. However, the amount will be automatically credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days from the date of recharge. In case the amount is not credited within the specified time, we request you to check with your bank. If still face any concern kindly write to us with the 14-digit alpha numeric transaction ID (For Ex.ASMP[protected]) or with the bank statement from the date of recharge till date at [protected]@tatadocomo.com for further assistance.

                "We would like to inform you that your internet services are already disconnected on 23rd Sept 2015 with reference number[protected] which is registered on 16th Sept 2015. kindly note that your current outstanding amount is Rs. 3534 for the bills dated 17th Aug 2015 of Rs. 1710 and bill dated 17th Sept 2015 of Rs. 1824. kindly note that you will receive a final bill on pro rate basis post disconnection approximately Rs. 513 including service tax.

                We would like to inform you that the disconnection procedure takes 7 days for temporary disconnection and the same will be disconnected permanently on the 15th day post the disconnection request.

                Kindly note that the billing will be stopped on the 7th day of disconnection request.

                We would like to inform you that being a postpaid connection bill will be generated as per your monthly bill plan irrespective of the usage unless there is an intimation from your end to stop the services."

                  My tatadocomo no. Is [protected]. I call to customer care on 7:16 am on 16.9.15 for knowing my dedection. But they talk very rudly executive as well as senior mr. Vikas. They are denied to tell the current deduction and told me plz find the detail after 4 hr. Even they denied to give him the service request no. Also. Sir plz check the recording ... and advise as accordingly.

                    We would like to inform you that an amount of Rs.50/- has been deducted for subscription of HUNGAMA (PKP_FMJ) through WAP on[protected]:03PM.
                    Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, as a onetime service gesture, we are going ahead & reversing the charges of Rs.50/- with the docket number ABAL[protected]. We have raised a request for deactivating the service and the same will be deactivated with 30Min and as of now there are no value added services are active. Kindly note that the any services will be activated post confirmation (twice) from your end.

As per your mail, we would like to inform you that, your number has already been disconnected permanently on 15-SEP-15 from Tata Docomo postpaid network. Further, upon verifying our record we have found that we have provided you the billing adjustment of Rs. 68.4/- on 18-SEP-15 and the same has been updated as per the goodwill gesture. Post adjustment your account has been nullified. Kindly make a note of it. Also provide alternate contact number which will be beneficial in resolving the issue.

                        I have activate the 3g special offer worth 127rs on my no.[protected] which offer is shown by company.in this offer benift of 1gb shown by companybut company provide me only 800 mb.i have complaint this problem on 198 helpline.but my problem is not solved so what can i do??

                          I, Tanmay sarkar, purchased a TATA walky having no.[protected], model no. V-FC9300 OLIVA on 07/02/2015 from ETHEREAL, add-180/2 CIT road, SCH- VIIM, ground floor, ultadanga, kolk-54. But after few days, it has stopped working. I have requested several times verbally, but no body is responding. I have contacted with the customer care. They told me that it will be charged Rs.100 though I was told that it has 1year gar-runty. They send service person who told that the walky is in dead condition and has to be changed, and also out of stock and the model is now not manufactured by company. Cusrtomer care also taking no responsibility and also not interested to hear any problem. They have a very ill attitude. But it is available whenever it is to be purchased. the main thing is that, I have purchased the walky for activating EDC machine. I have faced huge loss in my business. who will be responsible for this loss?????? yours truly Tanmay Sarkar [protected]

                            I have recharge my tata docomo no. [protected] with 1gb 3g internet pack of rs 94, but they gave me 2g data. when i complaint about it to customer care they told me to convert my 2g data into 3g within 48 hours. but now they refuse to convert it into 3g . now they neither convert my data nor refund me.

                              We would like to inform you that as per our records your number is in suspended state since tele-verification is pending on your number, due to which your number has not been activated yet. Kindly note that post documents are updated in system. You will receive a SMS post which you need to call 59059 for tele-verification of your details when network latches on your number to activate the account. Kindly note that tele-verification has to be done from the home circle.
                              Kindly note that the activation process takes 4-5 days and post positive verification card will be activated in 30mins & in case verification is done negative, however, you have 2 more attempts for positive verification and the tele verification has to be done from the home circle only. If the tele verification is not done within 30days from the date of documentation the number will be disconnected permanently.

                                I used Tata photon dongle just for 2 days and third day I was not able to use it . I register a complimt on 8th September in the morning, customer care executive told me that you have consumed 2 GB in 2 days ( not possible) and as plan is 2gb unlimited we will resolv your speed issue with in 4 hours. I got a call in the night after 9 pm (after12 hours ). I told them to call next morning as I was sleeping that time. I did not receive any call till now Tata photon no. [protected] Complain no 50939911

                                  I have received lok adalar notice for zero usage bill paymeny from tata docomo for the cancelled my existing docomo data card.[protected].

                                  I went to tata docomo showroom in kk nagar and cancelled this service by signing the form. Still these people asking me to pay the bil for zero usage.

                                  I' m currently using tata docomo max wifi because of these worst service i'm planning to cancel all the services with docomo. .

                                  We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as number was not reachable. In this regards, we would like to inform that your complaint with the service request number[protected] is updated stating that we have provide the billing adjustment of Rs. 1267 as there is no usage and request you to clear the amount of Rs. 2264 as there is usage in the bill. Please note that we have also registered a request for the billing adjustment for the upcoming bill if there is no usage in the bill same would be adjusted within 7 days form the bill generation data.

                                    I was a customer of TATA DoCoMo, bearing photonNo. [protected]. I have discontinued photon connection in the month of Jun, 15. The outstanding amount was Rs. 846.00 in Jun, 15 which I have paid and requested to close the connection. And it was closed immediately. Now today I have got a call from a lady (Mob: [protected]) who is asking me to pay Rs. 756.00 for TATADocomo photon bill by today 1 pm, or she will be sending a legal notice to Delhi Court. I have not given any time even for verification whether the due amount is justified. However As per my knowledge I have cleared off all dues and there is no outstanding amount left at my end. I haven't received any mail related to any due bill from TATAdocomo for last 2 months. This seems to be erroneous and insulting to me .

N having number [protected] I was using internet today on 12th sep 15, I got an msg from TA-HUWWAP, that docomo deals have been activate so 5 RS IS BEEN DEDUCTED, I never tried to activate any deals ...I tried 121 many times but could not reach to customer service agent & all d time I tried 50 paise is been deducted from main balance...I don't want such service to be activated without even notifying me before deduction from main bal...kindly look into it & I want my money back .

                                        Without any request or confirmation from my side, I suddenly gets a message as follows "Chulbuli Chat is activated at Rs15 for 15 days. Dial 5330011 to enjoy the service. To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free). Bal Rs.1.87 at 11-Sep-15 21:40PMREF ID is 16029622". And I lost my balance all of a sudden . Since this is completely inappropriate, I request the company authorities to kindly refund my balance you have dedected for a service I have never requested for.Why should i have to go through all these trouble just because I'm your customer.?

                                        Same thing happen with me and tatadocomo not giving my moneyback . Chori karne k new idea hai ye tatadocomo ka
                                        Happened with me as well, and the customer care representative refused to accept that it was a mistake on their part. They did it purposefully and tried to pass off as though I might have activated the service accidentally. All of this is a sham, and I'm not a 5 year old that presses random buttons on the phone without realizing what I'm doing.
                                        Same thing is happening with me as well.I don't know how it was started on my no.but really very disappointing as I have lost my lot of balance on the same.Please help me to unsubscribe this as soon as possible.
