Hi Docomo,
I am completely responsible for giving to the required details. But the way you have responded is heights of irresponsibility. you cannot regret someone by not giving the services, unlike sustaining in market.
I am Sathish Kumar S representing Vaishnavi perfect towers welfare association, President and Secretary of the flats, totally we have 44 flats and overall 74 Tata Docomo Connections.
We need a signal booster in my home. that should be made 100% else the consequences and escalations will be very very bad.
If you are not providing this service, we all are ready to shift to another connection which the signal is good. I hope Docomo has understood the problem. Please find the below details and respond with a speedy service for the needful. Signal booster is inevitable in my flats. There should not be any change in that. Dear Tata Docomo.
After repeatedly following up your technician for 5 to 6 days together. I am not getting any reply, either he is not receiving my call or he is ignoring me.
I want a speedy recovery of my problem not a procrastinator, who always ignore me.
