Dear sir as per my best offers in my number it's give 191 rs recharge and found 2GB data. Then I have recharge 191 rs on date 26th Aug 15 at 11.30 am.i have received sms on my phone for 2GB data .       Dear Customer,

      We would like to apprise you that, the GPRS service is a product has been designed to use only on mobile handsets (small screen) and minimal browsing on desktop/laptop (Large Screen). Also as mentioned on our website too (under T&C for GPRS Packs), the mobile cannot be / should not be used as modem for personal computer or other piece of electronic equipment (tethering).

      Kindly note that the prepaid voice SIM cannot be used for modem/dongle and in order avail the services data profile SIM (which is specifically designed for modem) has to be used for the same which will be available at any of the nearest Tata Docomo outlet.

      But other network's gprs should work on this dongle with laptop. The 3G means a different speed over than 2G. That is not work. No speed. Can u here me speed low 50kbps...

        I have been facing low speed problems. Even after following all steps such as removing files from %temp% and using cleanmgr, the max speed that I get is 0.16 Mbps (download). (link to speed test: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/[protected]) It is not a system problem as I tried using another friend's Photon Plus and got good speeds of 112KBps average. Please help as I have been facing this issue for more than a month now.

          Hi, Its regarding DSL connection for account number #[protected]. As per the discussion with the customer care employee regarding our request to terminate the connection for account number #[protected], following points were covered: · Last Payment received on 19th October (full due clearance of 3370/-) · A letter of connection termination request was received at the Tata Docomo, Pimple Saudagar branch office and this was confirmed by the customer care official on call. · Connection holder has called up customer care as per Pimple Saudagar's office instruction to raise a request for connection termination on 20th October. · All the bills till date were diligently paid and no case of delaying or follow up was noticed(confirmed by the customer care official on call). · The request was registered and was told that the connection would be terminated on 15th day from the request. · We were still receiving this old connection bill even after the termination request and repeatedly asked to close the connection which didn't happen. · All calls from the customer care were received diligently and repeatedly asked for the same but no action was taken by Tata Docomo. · The connection was finally terminated on 9th Feb 2015 as per the customer care official. We being a customer did everything from our side and it is clearly a miss from the Service provider to process our request. Thus we hold no liability to pay the unnecessary amount or the charge of service which we never used. The customer is being unnecessarily harassed and would request Tata Teleservice to check upon their service. Now I am getting threatening calls from multiple people warning right from jail to police to dire consequences. PFB one sample mail. APPENDIX – M Notice U/s 20(2) of Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 From, The Secretary, Pune Suburban District Legal Services Authority, District Court, New Building Shivaji Nagar, Pune – 411 003. Ref: - Pre-Litigation No LK/TTML_1000 of July 2015.           Docomo DSL- Data number[protected] vide Account Number[protected].
          The same is happening to me.

          I have requested cancellation of the tata docomo broadband services on 13th feb 2016.

          Cancellation Request number[protected].

          But they never cancelled the connection and gave me a bill of Rs.1590.

          when I called them then they said that your request has been closed because i called them and asked them to cancel this request. TOTAL LIE.

          I never asked them to cancel my cancellation request ...but they did it on their own and
          they are telling that i asked them to do so.

          I told them that every customer care call gets recorded so they must have recorded my phone call too.
          so i asked then to give me the recorded call where i said that i want to cancel my cancellation request.
          And if i said so i will pay the whole amount that time itself.

          But they never provided me any information regarding this and instead raised a new request, and gave me the bill for that month which i never used .

          which i did not pay because i did not use . my billing month is 7 to 7 and the internet was not working from
          10th of feb, so i raised a cancellation request on 13th and till then the connection was not working .

          So i myself removed all the wires and connection from my home. and i never used docomo connection after that.

          So i should not be paying any amount to tat docomo services.

          I will have to pay for 8th feb and 9th feb and if you ar ebeing too greedy i will pay for 10th-13th during this time connection was not working but i will pay.

          so that makes 6 days... which will account to RS. 318.

            Service type: postpaid.
            i have taken up the connection recently after porting out from Idea on 19/8/2015. Since the Mangalore Docomo office has forced me to take a postpaid connection despite me saying that i would need a prepaid. i agreed for it. But Sooner I’m facing network issues at my residence / billing address. i have been calling the customer care for the issue though the channel "121" but they cannot hear what i speak.. But i can clearly hear what they speak; hence i call to the number 198. They have not fixed the network issue, i have asked them for a network booster, which they are not ready to do. Instead close the ticket saying the issue for the network is resolved, this is to bring to your notice that I’m raising a request on 27/8/2015. Since my Outgoing calls /sms and data have been barred, Due to which I’m having huge revenue loss. Couple of calls that i had to make has been missed. Hence i would need docomo to compensate for the same. Because at the moment i cannot call to customer care through 121, the only channel as they have blocked all the outgoing, neither the website works for raising a ticket for the issue (https://www.tatadocomo.com/register-your-complaint.aspx) attaching the link.
            i have called up the customer care again on 8/26/2015 "via 198" stating them the issue i have.
            1)No person has come to verify the address.(cctv recording at my residence is the proof)( barred the calls/sms/data)
            2) no network coverage- requested for signal fix or network booster( Closed the ticket without resolving)
            3)unable to make calls to 121 / airtel etc. where the call connects and the voice is clear yet the opposite receiver cannot hear what i speak ( mobile recordings are the proof).

            Please fix these issues on priority; else i would need a compensation for the same. As I’m having revenue loss without making the outgoing calls.
            I shall be filing a consumer complaint regarding the same.

                    I did postpaid to prepaid conversion 8 to 9 months back. And yesterday on 26th
                    Aug 2015, they have discontinued my services saying my outstanding amt of
                    Rs. 294.

                    Simple question for tatadocomo - how the post to prepaid conversion has done
                    If i have even 1 rs of outstanding balance.

                    Customer service executive is pathetic, no use of calling them. Its total
                    Waste to time and money using this service.
                    They are asking me to go at center for resolving this issue with all bills
                    Of payment. Really disappointed with the service.

                    Stupid service from TATA DOCOMO.
                    I was at outlet, as per email communication the customer service executive said the service is barred due to negative Verification. But these people were not even hearing my issue. And asked to pay the outstanding amount of 294.
                    This is my last month for using this nonsense service, will port to Vodafone. I was old customer of Tata docomo but not satisfied by nonsense answers and pathetic service.
                    I am really DISAPPOINTED BY THIS. They just want to loot money from this tactics. You are just stupid and nonsense.

                      I am a consumer of Tata docomo, my mobile number if [protected], My account balance was deducted with out any reason, when i call the constumer care, they initially said that it was due to accessing webiste, when i informed them that my net pack is activated, they refused to give details of deductions and said it got deducted automatically, when i said this has happened before and no balance has been deducted previously, they said u would not be refunded.

In this regards, we would like to inform you that, in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, We request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However you may also visit mobile service center better assistance regarding the same. Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service.

                          Tata photon is cheating customer, on 26 Aug 2015 I was activated speed booster pack of 1 gb by customers care while active they said it will activated within half hours but after half again spoken to customers care person they said it will activated within 24 hours?                               Whenever my Tata walky bill is generated in the top of the the bill states that if payment is not done before due date then (bill amount +Rs 50) will be charged. Last month i could not pay on time they charged me (bill amount + Rs 57). When i called and asked them they stated that Rs 7 is VAT which is not mentioned any where in the bill. So i asked them either they provide me the refund of Rs 7 or change the format of bill generation. But no action is taken.

                                I am a consumer of Tata docomo, my mobile number if [protected], My account balance was deducted with out any reason, when i call the constumer care, they initially said that i was due to accessing webiste, when i informed them that my net pack is activated, they said below 30MB balance ur balnace get deducted automatically, when i said this has happened before and no balance has been deducted previously, they said u would not be refunded.

I stopped using my internet connection in August/ sept. 2012, talked customer care to close the connection as I was out of station, but it did not happen and I get the bill call. 2. Through e mail on 3 oct 2012, again I requested to close the account and paid the last unused bill also hoping, connection will be closed off permanently as requested. 3. I paid out some bills in Dec 2012 hoping this will be last bill and they will disconnect my connection. (I donot know the exact details, but one of my friend paid the bill in Aurangabad only, by hand at your office, your person saying this will be now the last bill. ) 4. But it did not happen, Instead of disconnection, Number get activated automatically, and again I was charged for the unused internet connection till it get disconnected automatically, ( so tata docomo charged the bill till 2 feb 2013 ) 4. Following are the complaint numbers generated during this time:[protected] dated 7/11/2012 5. Again in 2013, i received some legal calls for recovery of the bill. And i talked with tata customer care executive in pune, and he told me that we have decided to waver the bill. [protected] dated 09/02/2013 [protected] for wavering the unused bill 6. Now in 2015, I am receiving the same kind of calls for recovery from some legal firm, So communicated with tata customer on mail, but with out any concrete reply. 7. Now tell me, what to do, when some alleged legal person calls you in between while I see patients or doing some imp other work. 8. Now, it is my request to you that, please find out ( from the system )How much was the data usage o this number after Aug 2012, And How many times it got automatically disconnected and again reconnected? Tata Docomo gave me the worst experience of any kind of service sector

                                      I have used sbi oxi pay on 23 August 2015 for recharging my docomo number [protected] but the transaction was not done. the payment status=completed successfully and transaction status = service not supported . it is a special recharge 153. i didn't get the balance for this recharge but the money from my sbi account is gone . Please find this problem immediately and refund my money.
