Request for sim activation

Talktime not received as per plan

Half data provided

I was searching for a plan for internet . I clicked on power data pack .then there was 1gb 3g @155 I confirmed on that option I got 500 mb . I called costumer care . They said this offer was not for me .. So my question is then why it flashs on my screen . I want either 1 gb or my balnc back. U can see in last 6 months i had done more than rs 10000 recharge on my number . I am a regular costumer . But this time if no action z taken...

Bill generated wrongly

I subscribed a new Postpaid number from Tata docomo : [protected], Account Number:[protected]. The bill amount generated more than I spoke and they said some VAS were automatically subscribed. So, I said them to cancel the connection and their representative came and met me. I gave a letter to cancel the connection. But even after that Im getting due amount SMS. Worst speed in chennai

I was using Tata Docomo wifi dongle for past one year, But for the last 6months the speed went way below. Promised speed: 6.2 Mbps, Sure we will not get the full speed. But i have got the max speed of 300 kbps. The average speed which i got is 150 kbps. Which is equal to the after the bundle usage. I was paying for 6.2 Mbps but i got lower than 2g speed. Postpaid plan downgrade
