Bought "Tata photon max wifi" conectn in Apr2015 alng wth a prpay data plan of 350. This pln, alng wth the data pack of 10gb, had an adtnal benefit, clrly mentnd on thr wbsite in Apr2015, tht aftr 4 scssful rchrgs thr Customer wud b eligible fr free 4gb data. (currently the dta pck & adtnl bnft hv chngd). Now, aftr 4 rchrgs, whn I m trying to gt the free benefit; I m being gvn multiple excuses of non-eligibility by cust service. Excs1: The offr is applcbl, if I hd dn very 1st rchrg of 350. As, my 1st rchrg ws nt rflctng in thr systm. Aftr prvdng thm the proof of my 350 rchrg purchs, Excs2: No such offr evr exstd. Wht a blunt lie! Aftr prvdng the proof, Excs3: The offr mntnd ws nt fr my circle (whch is wrong, as u hv to 1st chose the circle and thn the plan/offr gets listd on thr website). Ths is cmpltly unprfsnl and unethicl on Tata photon's part, s thy r nt honoring thr cust comitmnt. Feeling cheated!!! Tata photon# [protected]. Tata phton cmplnt# PSR[protected].

    I had a 1 GB 3g recharge yesterday on my tata Docomo number. Today morning I checked the data balance left and found to be 769 mb 3g data left. After one hour or so of browsing through my smart phone my whole 769 mb data balance was deducted. I didn't download this much data and technically 769 mb downloading in one hour is not possible. The company fraudantly deducted my 3g balance and customer care is not properly responding to my query and complaint. These kind of fraud is been done to lot of others customers as well. I want my 3g data back. Tata Docomo is such a reputed telecom company in the country and I have been its consumer from last 5-6 years. I had never faced such issue. I am very disappointed by your service you can not cheat like this.

      Dear sir, m vry disappoint regarding mine sim activation... I have purchase d Docomo sim from retailer bearing d no of [protected], sim is in my name s Romo Tako. Already I have given mine documents (Driving license ) but regret to say that it's not been activate...therfore it would be kindfull and thankfull...i[censored] ensure some needfull step for the sim. .         Respected Team, My wife and I had and have been receiving messages from Tata Docomo since Friday August 07, 2015 to recharge for Rs. 799 in order to receive 3GB 3G + 600 Talk-Time for 56 days. As we received the message again on Saturday August 08, 2015, we recharged our mobiles for 799. But we have only received a message of 3GB 3G + 500 Talk-Time and I have not received 600 Talk-Time. I called Customer care twice on Saturday August 08, 2015 soon after the recharge at around 8:40pm and and on Monday August 10, 2015 at around 11:30pm and every representative has been saying to wait for 48 hours but I am not receiving the balance talk time. Kindly assist me and my wife with the same and please give us the additional Rs. 100 talktime. Mentioning my mobile number for reference. +91 [protected]. I will provide my wife's number on request.         My phone was working everyday and I was able to receive the calls from everyone. I find it hard to believe that I was called, because I have kept my call diverts active in case my phone is unreachable and I haven't received a call from anyone.

        Coming back to the issue, the information you see is correct "56, 3GB 3G data and Rs. 500 talk time" for the recharge of Rs. 500. But we (my wife and I) had received the message we would be getting "56, 3GB 3G data and Rs. 600 talk time" and not Rs. 500 talk time.

        I will be dropping you a mail for the same to the mentioned email id.

        Request you all to provide the promised benefits.

          I was searching for a plan for internet . I clicked on power data pack .then there was 1gb 3g @155 I confirmed on that option I got 500 mb . I called costumer care . They said this offer was not for me .. So my question is then why it flashs on my screen . I want either 1 gb or my balnc back. U can see in last 6 months i had done more than rs 10000 recharge on my number . I am a regular costumer . But this time if no action z taken from your side then i m going to port my no.             I subscribed a new Postpaid number from Tata docomo : [protected], Account Number:[protected]. The bill amount generated more than I spoke and they said some VAS were automatically subscribed. So, I said them to cancel the connection and their representative came and met me. I gave a letter to cancel the connection. But even after that Im getting due amount SMS. Kindly resolve it at the earliest. Otherwise I will go and file a criminal complaint in Court. with regards, K. ARUN

            Your reply is not proper!

            For collecting my bill, you are able to call to my another number which was with you. But, for hearing my complaint, you are not able to call us. It proves you are not genuine!

            On May 30th, Your representative named PRAGADEESH came to my residence and collected the outstanding amount Rupees 1019.

            I said him directly that your service was very worst and I didn't call anyone or used Internet but you have raised my bill over thousands even if my SIM was not inserted in the Phone.

            So, I raised him a request to disconnect the connection and warned him that there should be no bills generated hereafter. He called to a Person GURU in front of me to take that request. And said that, they wont 'disturb' be hereafter.

            He gave me a Bill Receipt: TTL/2014-15/TN,
            No: 843197. My Account number is[protected] and my Doco mo Number is [protected].

            Now I'm continuously receiving SMSes in my another number to pay my 'OVERDUE' which I was not supposed to pay.

                Purchased on 02 August 2015, till date photon max connection is not activated. Photon no [protected], Shame on TATA docomo, Donot purchse, pathetic service and signal strength. Nothing but big fraud in TATA DOCOMO going on, looting customer giving very poor service.

                The problem was resolved on 11August 2015/1700 hour. They had put wrong MEID number in their system, for which i had to suffer for 9 days.

                  This is to inform you that the tata docomo services customer executive called by the month of april and said that they give a free post paid connection without any deposit. So i took the connection in my husbands name using his id proof and address proof. The executive who came to meet me said that the bill would be generated with the amount of Rs.300 and tax 30rs so totally i have to pay only 330 per month. But i got a bill of 1592 rs. for one and half months and they are arguing that i have used that much amount. Since i saw the bill in huge amount and i cannot pay that amount since i am house wife i took the sim card([protected]) and throwed it in dust bin since i thought it is one useless connection, but from may month iam continuously getting sms in to my phone number that they will take legal action against me torturing to pay the amount. I said iam ready to pay 660 rs, for the usage but they are cheating me and torturing me. Please help. [protected]

                      Photon No –[protected] I have got frustrated with customer service of TATA PHOTON. – My Device not connecting form 30th JULY. – I have raised customer care request on 1st aug but they have not registered my request and after calling 3 -4 times they have registered request but technical guys resolved compliant with out calling me very foolish this is your customer care. Name — Vijay and Ravi teja -so now this is 2nd aug i have continued to calling customer care and they told me this – my request completed on 1st itself, great with asking to me, request resolved . – they told me to go to Brand store same day i went to store( very far from my home) but it was close. – so Now next day 3rd aug i have again called customer care but same reply and they are not registering my complaint and technical team never called me – so after so much struggle i reached to brand Store at Electronic city Bangalore but they are saying different thing ” you have to call customer care for complaint ” i was so much Frustrated till that time – i was roaming from here and i am getting false info from every where. – so i raised connection close request, but they are telling me it will take 15 days to close connection. – and they are not giving me my refund on rs 1999 which i submitted one first day. – meanwhile they have sent me Full bill for this cycle (1414 rs) i have used only 3G from 30 Gb plan because of this foolish service. Note please don’t use Tata photon, its pathetic.

                        I was using Tata Docomo wifi dongle for past one year, But for the last 6months the speed went way below. Promised speed: 6.2 Mbps, Sure we will not get the full speed. But i have got the max speed of 300 kbps. The average speed which i got is 150 kbps. Which is equal to the after the bundle usage. I was paying for 6.2 Mbps but i got lower than 2g speed. Waste of money. I called customer Care every month, but got only same response "Network Issue". Do Docomo doesn't care about there users. Network issue for 6 months not resolved still saying there is no ETA for the same. Is there network team is fooling around, am not sure. Very much disappointed with docomo. If you are from Chennai don't even think of getting Docomo dongle. Regards, Sridhar

                          Hi Everyone, Today i am going to share my experience with docomo users as well as the users who are planning to use tata docomo service. From past two years i am using tata docomo prepaid service, three weeks back i applied to switch from prepaid to postpaid, before applying i confirmed with tata docomo representative both from calling customer service on 198 and docomo website chat service. They told me i need to submit the same document which i have submitted while getting docomo prepaid service along with Rs 300 as deposit amount, so i went to nearest tata docomo store verified whatever information i received from docomo customer call and chat service. Docomo store representative also said the same thing, so i applied by giving my document xerox and Rs 300. They have verified my address two times manually, 1. First time one docomo person came and verified my document and took my signature and snap of document and he confirmed me that everything is ok. Day after my first verification they disconnected my docomo number, when i called 198 service, they replied due to negative verification service is disconnected and they told me they will send docomo person again for re-verification and they activated service for two days. 2. Today(9-aug-2015) Second time one person came and took all necessary details and confirmed me the same thing that everything is ok. Just 4 hours later they again disconnected my number, when i called 198 representative, one junior representative told me that as i am bachelor i have to pay Rs. 1000 as a deposit amount then only they will resume my service. So i told him to connect me with senior representative as they (docomo chat service, 198 representative, docomo store representative) have not mention or informed any such criteria for bachelor. But senior representative also repeat the same thing that i have to pay Rs 1000 for resuming postpaid service if i want to continue. If i don't want to use postpaid service then they will not return my Rs 300 amount also. I am shocked to hear based on marital / bachelor status they are demanding extra money without any earlier information. I did not expected such thing from so reputed organization like Tata Group.                                       I have a docomo no vide no [protected] with a balance of about Rs 880.00 on 24.06.2015, i made a net recharge of Rs 185.00 for 1 GB Data on 24.06.2015 at 22:00 o'clock from my balance. in the morning of 26.06.2015 i came to know that all of my data is finished along with my remaining balance of About Rs 695.00. when i contacted to customer care they told me that you used 70 MB data extra thats why we deduct your balance. i told to them that please see my previous history and you will come to know that i have not so much data consumption and my data will remain for 20-25 days but they are not in a position to accept my views. secondly i told them suppose i have so much consumtion of data then i will again make a recharge of Rs 185.00 from my available balance and get 1 GB more data rather than spending all my balance of Rs 695.00 for just 70MB data. Still Tata Docomo is not refunding my balance, as you also knows that its a general practice of the telecom operator to deduct the balance of the customers without activating any services or for data pack etc.. For this purpose i lodge a complaint with the ministry of telecom vide complaint no DOTEL/E/2015/22857 after about 10 days of such deduction, but all is vain.

                                        I am a user of tata photon connection for more than an year. When i took my postpaid connection with number [protected] they have given me the plan for 7GB at Rs. 750. Now they have reduce the plan to 5 GB and keep the same rate Rs. 750 without giving any notification over SMS and Email. Now they ask me to upgrade the plan to 8 GB at Rs. 1200. This is the kind of fraud TATA is doing with their consumer. They reduce the POSTPAID GB plan by themselves, make it increase and ask customer to go with increased plan and then again they will reduce the data to fetch more and more money from customer. Recommended to everyone not to go with TATA photon. They are doing fraudulent and making people fool. Pathetic...

                                        I have been using Tata Docomo wifi dongle not even a year. Bought the dongle @Rs. 2000. I am on a monthly post paid plan of 20 GB plan @ Rs.1000. I have received a message today saying that the above 20 GB plan has been discontinued and that my plan is going to be migrated to a new plan which is 6GB @ Rs. 950. Ridiculous. This is less than 40%GB of the original plan and yet the price is the same. This is an outright unethical practise.

                                        Looks like they were simply baiting people with a 20 GB plans to gain customers and then downgrading them once they have got us locked in. This is a highly unprofessional practise by Tata Docomo since they have made us invest a huge sum on the dongle.

                                        Like most, I too do careful research while choosing a service provider and expect to continue with them for a few years at least. Looks like I am just going to cut my losses and hope Tata Docomo has the decency to refund the money I put on the dongle which they made redundant for me, in not even a year.
