Poor services and misbehaviour

Missed calls

Evereyday there are missed calls by service providers because of system failure or network problems. Instead of providing better service, service provider is sending message as " Hi you have missed calls. To get details of first 3 miss calls, SMS 52255 @ Rs.1." Actually service provider is asking money instead of providing better service at least there should be missed call entry in call log till they provide better service....

Today when i am downloading from internet a message fleshed up on screen data charge of some of rupees 120 has been deducted from my main account. I feel amazed because i am already having a data plan on my number which is gone to expire on 6/9/2015 on 00:00:00 at midnight. False promise
