I had purchased a Tata Docomo Maharashtra Sim card in 2010. Initially in whatever phone i used to use it in, the sim was not recognized after some time or a total signal loss used to occur. The Tata Docomo gallery asked me to get the sim changed for a charge of 50/- which i did in 2011. There was no issue till now. Now, the signal loss issue is again cropping up.
