This is to bring into your notice that i was using Tata docomo postpaid no
- [protected] since 2013 and which i have paid all my bills on time and also
the bill of Oct 2014, Around 1 week back i came to know that out
going facility from my current no [protected] is blocked because i have not
paid my outstanding bill of my previous no - [protected], ( which i have
paid in PCMC Tata Docomo outlet ), sunddenly one day i am not able to call
anyone reason i ask to your customer service they said "i have not paid
my previous mobile bill of [protected], " hence, company has blocked my
current no, also the company has asked me to clear my previous bill.
Let me make one thing very clear that I have paid my last bill and have
also asked the outlet to discount the connection, for which the outlet
person said that they will do that, but now i feel cheated by Tata Docomo,
and that they have not done
that.
My outgoing was blocked few days back & today my incoming is also blocked
because of this i have suffered huge loss, who will bear it ? Why should i
suffer when there is a mistake from companies end.
company has blocked my outgoing &incoming call without any any
intimation
I request you to kindly look into the matter &guid me futher
