      I purchased one prepay Photon wifi data card no.[protected] on 24th June from docomo store at Bhubaneswar, Odisha on payment of Rs.2000/-.. At the time of purchasing I was told that the calculation of consumption of Data will be as usual for uploading & down loading ..but.. for site visit, mails and opening of the net will be very low and almost negligible as like other companies. Further, i was also assured that if I am not satisfied with the service of the product, I can make it return and get refund of my money paid with in a period of 03 months. But now the company fails to follow the assurance given to me and now bluntly refuses of such intimation...The data consumption is very high and calculation starts even on clicking the button and visiting any sites.. which is contrary to its assurance and it also defers as compared to other companies. Hence for this case of misguiding and cheating to customer I demanded for return of the product and to refund my money paid since it is only one and half months of purchase...rath.[protected]@ymail.com

        L have recently ported my network from uninor to tata post paid on july 24 2014. My sim was barred from both incoming and outgoing services on 4 aug n got activated just after the bill date on 13 aug. wen i inquired abt it customer care services were very irresponsible and cut my cal many times. Very much unsatisfied with the network and response

          I am a customer of Tata Docomo walky for more than 4 years. As the existing walky handset has given some technical problem, I decided to buy a new walky set. I bought that from Tata Docomo store, City Centre, Saltlake, Kolkata on 11/08/2015 and still they still have not activated that. I went to the store on 14/08/2015 and discovered, they forgot to raise a Service Request against it. Finally, they raised a service request on 14/08/2015 with the no,[protected]. But still I am calling the customer care and the store representatives, but the activation is not done. Feeling so helpless being a customer of Tata. This is a real harassment to a loyal customer. Thoroughly disappointed with the service from the biggest business house of the country. Don't know what to do. I am tired of going to several tata docomo offices. Thinking of talking a legal action against this harassment.

            Worst customer service is given by the rep when u dial 121, can't believe Tata DoCoMo, which used to claim of having the best customer service and genunity over the service, is giving pathetic service and are literraly involved in fraudulent activities, the reps are having no manner how to talk and have lots of negative attitude, they are scareless because em sure, calls r not being recorded and they are not being monitored.               This is to be informed that i was enjoying the 3G plan of 499 recharge done on 4 aug 2015 and suddenly last night i got a message from company of recharge rs 95 on the same no rendering 500 mb 3G data lspsing my almost 1500 mb 3G data which was valid till 02 oct 2015 The recharge hss been done at 1 29 am approx but i have not done this and practically how illogical it is to for a recharge of data pack of just 500 mb with validity of just 15 days when i had 1500 mb data in my account for 45 days I just called Customer Care executive so many times but they are not picking my call and just ignoring my call technically and intentionally just one executive picked but she didnt even listen to me and just gave some useless info. I just want my data pack dont want to be the victim of company consumer exploitation policy again Please do the needful

                This is to bring into your notice that i was using Tata docomo postpaid no - [protected] since 2013 and which i have paid all my bills on time and also the bill of Oct 2014, Around 1 week back i came to know that out going facility from my current no [protected] is blocked because i have not paid my outstanding bill of my previous no - [protected], ( which i have paid in PCMC Tata Docomo outlet ), sunddenly one day i am not able to call anyone reason i ask to your customer service they said "i have not paid my previous mobile bill of [protected], " hence, company has blocked my current no, also the company has asked me to clear my previous bill. Let me make one thing very clear that I have paid my last bill and have also asked the outlet to discount the connection, for which the outlet person said that they will do that, but now i feel cheated by Tata Docomo, and that they have not done that. My outgoing was blocked few days back & today my incoming is also blocked because of this i have suffered huge loss, who will bear it ?                   My ID is 331100xxxx and name is Mamta Anchalia, and I have been facing frequent disconnection from internet in my area. The reason why I am confused is when I have been transferred call from the complaint department to technical team the answer for no internet is some issue with the configuration or modem and when I call the technical team separately they tell me the area server is down. What I don't understand is why is the server down all the time, this only tells me that you dont care whether your customer receives Internet or not because as customer we cannot make you penalise for you over exceeding the number of customer in a single server. I am absolutely feeling disgusted as on 11th August with my complaint the anger I showed on the customer service department is one any one would have because on the previous Friday I decided to book airline ticket which was costing me 7000 return on a particular date but when I went to the detail page the internet disconnected and I had to resume booking on Tuesday when I finally got connection and It costed me 5000 extra on top of the 7000. This is something that I would want compensation for but I do not have high hopes from your side on me getting that. And, what I would also stress upon is that please don't bulls**t about the speed on Internet which your salesman tried to sell me on 16mbps as it could support my area. It was intelligent on my part to stick to 8mbps which I have also not seen working at 30% efficiency ever. Current problem I have is what you say as the frequent Internet disconnection and in short I would say overloading your server so please do me a favour and either solve that and prove to me you will be consistent or please come by my place and pick up your screwed up Internet connection.                     Hello, My complaint is regarding excessive billing on a/c no[protected].i have hardly used the mobile abd the dongle.I am not using the dongle since the last few days then too the bill is increasing.THe billing amount they say is about Rs 7900, which is unrealistic.The billing amount has normally been around Rs 1000. Requested to pls disconnect both the cell and the dongle.Such exhobitant charges are just like taking undue advantage of billing and is unjust.I will definately complain for imposing such unrealistic bill . The bill credit limit is 5400 while the bill is 7900.

                      I had taken plan of rs 135 for 1.2 GB 2G data pack. A day after, I had to get a small 3g pack for some reason. At that time I had 900mb 2G data left. But after the new recharge all the data was gone without any information. When I called the customer care there was a very rude answer that this is rule and all, and we can't do anything in this matter. Till now I was in the MP zone and this rule was not present over there. Now I am in Karnataka zone and now I have got this new rule which was not even defined anywhere not even in the booklet of tata Docomo. This is kind of cheating with the new customers of the zone. At least Docomo can compromise for the first time with its customer, lnstead of being so rude.

I was the existing customer of Tata Docomo (CDMA) from last 2 years. As my usage was high I was got a call from the distributor (DSA) of Tata Docomo (GSM) to port my number and offered unlimited calling plan. I had successfully ported my number on 26th June 2015. But, from 7th July 2015 I was getting Roaming in Bhiwandi (Maharastra Circle) and there was not an option to switch the circle, When i had called to customer care they had guided me that please select the home network and use, but it didn't work, I am feeling helpless and now I got the bill of Rs. 3592. Still I am thinking that what was the benefit of the unlimited plan, now I am suffering with this issue even though they are saying me that pay the bill keep continue your service till 26th of August after that you will be able to switch the service. Then other issue is that I was asked for E-billing and I am not getting the bill at all. So please help me on this and suggest me the best way to get concession on my bill amount.

                          Tata Docomo jab bhi net recharge change karti hain to uske messages nahi ata Jo ate hain uspe recharge karate hain to recharge low Balance milta hain. Agar complaints karana chahe to kehte hain mail kardo gallery me jao agar unhe record's check karne bolate hain toh kehte hain ki ye messages aapko yesterday send kiya hain agar aisa hain to hame message today's me kyun ate hain aur baki companies ke message usi din ate hain to yehi message ane ke liye deri kyun? Kyun tata Docomo Customer's ko acchi service nahi deta?ye problem Maine last timebhi face ki hain isliye is baar direct complaints registered kar rahi hu. I hope you resolved this problems.                           kindly note I made TWO recharges on 24th and 26th Dec.16 for Rs.36/- & Rs.56/- respectively for my Tata Docomo SIM no. [protected]. In both the cases message came successful. But unfortunately I cannot make any calls and I get the audio message as ZERO balance!!! Why.? This is a very bad experience... Kindly look into and do the needful immediately.

                          I had recharged my tata docomo no by Rs 103 . Recharge was successfully done . but my balance is still which i had earlier . In the message it is showing that STV Recharge of rs 103 is done successfully validity for 28 days .

                                Hello solve my complaint of tata docomo post paid connection no.[protected]. creating unnecessary problem in my family i didnt ask the connection your executive called me continuously for post paid connection and said my bill would be 300 and tax 30 total 330. but your people gen erated bill of 1592 for one and half months which is not fair. take action on the lawyer and tell her to stop sending sms to me, [protected]. solve the problem this is the fifth complaint that i am giving to solve the problem. try to solve call sridevi [protected]

                                  Hello, please solve my tat docomo complaint for tata docomo no.[protected] for what you are sending sms that i should come to consumer court fraud people, stop torturing me. call [protected] and solve the problem. if you want to cheat people and get money go and beg in the road.

                                    I had purchased a Tata Docomo Maharashtra Sim card in 2010. Initially in whatever phone i used to use it in, the sim was not recognized after some time or a total signal loss used to occur. The Tata Docomo gallery asked me to get the sim changed for a charge of 50/- which i did in 2011. There was no issue till now. Now, the signal loss issue is again cropping up. Does TD use a very bad quality sim card? Every 1-2 hours the signal is lost. I don't even use any kind of Internet services on that sim anymore. Let me know how can I log this occurrence and I will attach that proof.

                                      I Got new docomo sim 2 days back directly from docomo service center in kormangala opposite forum mall. He told me it will activate with in 24 hours but till now it not activated. this is not a way of handling customers. actualy i like docomo but way of they work is i did't like.                                         Hi, I have been using TATA Docomo WiFi postpaid dongle [protected] since Feb 15. I shifted my residence from Bhyander to Nalasopara in Mar. Ever since, I haven’t been able to use the dongle for internet connection. In April I complained regarding the issue on the customer care number. An engineer came in June to check the issue. He informed me that there is no TATA Docomo service available at my place; hence the issue. The only solution is that I cancel the connection. On 28th Jun I complained regarding the same requesting for cancellation. I received a bill shortly amounting to Rs. 1215. I received an email on 29th confirming that my complaint has been registered with them & it should be resolved by 3rd Aug. I received an update from them on 10th Jul stating that they are checking whether a refund is possible or not. Received an email on 24th stating that a refund can be processed but the outstanding will have to be paid. I sent them a reply asking how can a bill be raised if there was no service available? I received a reply on 30th stating Rs.700 will be refunded but I will have to pay Rs.515. Why should I pay when the service was unavailable! Sent them an email. Received a copy-paste email on 31st Jul which was same as the email received on 30th. I was coordinating with Mr. Hemant Bansode, Appellate Officer (Mum). Hoping that a person at his position would understand what I am trying to say & would have a resolution to this. He just proved that docomo is incompetent. He continued to send me copy-paste emails on 5th & 8th Aug. During the process I have tried to be patient but it seems pointless. The continual collection calls have portrayed me as a payment defaulter at my work place. This will always affect my credibility at work. Paying the menial amount is not a problem but if I am not at fault why should I be paying it? This is my desperate attempt to get done with this nonsense. If it does not get resolved, I will make sure that I pass on my feedback to all the people I come across. Will make sure I put this on all portals where customers can post their reviews including e-commerce websites. Regards, Vishal
