Hi, I have lost my Tata DoCoMo sim . Please deactivate the sim as soon as possible. I have tried calling customer care but they are not responding properly, (I had lost SIM before 3 to 6 months). Sim in the name of Shewtha.N.V

    They have made roaming prices and policy. Throughout month(15 July to 15th Aug) I have spoken to multiple call center guys 7 to 8 times and also lot of incoming calls from there office. Every time I have asked same question like "Why my unbilled is going out of credit limit. Is there some change done to my plan. Is there some other change happened in your system or software. Something doesn't looks normal as my usage is like regular, please check or let me know the issue. Do you have any suggestion why I'm getting call again and again for credit limit. Am I using same plan which I had earlier" Not even once the truth was told to me that they have made changes to my plan roaming policy. Even after asking multiple time I got standard reply that there is "no change done from our side you are using still same plan everything is normal as usual and high credit limit is due to high STD calls from my side Bill will get adjusted and bill will as usual there is nothing additional to tell you etc." They kept on saying issue is from my side because of high STD, where as issue was actually create by guys and didn't revealed the truth. Whereas truth is I was no more using same plan as there was changes done to my plan and even after asking multiple times you guys kept on lying. Now aftr bill generation when complain is raised thy accepted for changes. wherea they could have told me this truth whent Iwas asking throughtout month. Instead of telling truth to the customer they have made new way of cheating an earning money by lying, hiding truth and later giving excuse of regulation. This is clear case of cheating, lying, purposely hiding truth for your own interest and bad practice of service. please help me from this malpractice and getting refund.     Please help me from this malpractice, cheater company and get me the refund. As there intention is very clear now.

    Till today I have not received any reply on all the e-mails send since 18th Aug on Tata DOCOMO mail id.
    For every mail Only I received is auto reply that we will reply you in 24hours.


    Only think which I got to know is the complain was closed long back with comments that
    I have not asked question in there standard format and format is
    "What is the change in roaming".


    So even when I was asking again and again for one month.It is my fault.
    "Why my unbilled is going out of credit limit.
    Is there some change done to my plan.
    Is there some other change happened in your system or software.
    Something doesn't looks normal as my usage is like regular, please check or let me know the issue. Do you have any suggestion why I'm getting call again and again for credit limit.
    Am I using same plan which I had earlier
    Have you changed any think in Plan" etc.


    This is getting more dirty now. How much shameless Tatadocomo can be where they are asking customer should ask question in there standard format, otherwise its customer fault.


    On 24th Aug I have spoken to floor Head Mr. Rohit Kumar.


    He said "I understood your problem and you are not the only one who has faced this issue".
    He said that "he has send a escalation mail within his team and will revert back in 24hours."


    Neither he has reverted nor I got any replies on my mail.


    Please help me from this malpractice, cheater company and get me the refund.

      Hi, I am Reshma Shriyan. Today (22/8/2015) I went to tata docomo ghatkopar west branch to cancel my Tata Photon Max wifi as I no longer need it. There was a queue. After a long wait, it was my turn. She asked if i want to convert to Prepaid or cancel, as converting to prepaid i will have to recharge every month according to her and she said it would get cancelled automatically if i do not recharge. I chose the option of cancelling. I told her I want to cancel. She was continuously busy on phone and did not seem like she was really paying attention to what needs to be done. Later after few minutes, I asked "how much more time will it take" as she was completely ignoring me. She replied 10 mins. Again she was busy and said you have toll free number right..i said what?? i was clueless what she was trying to do.. because i already knew cancellation can only be done in branch and not on call. So i asked in detail, she said system is slow and it might take a while . She said "she will message me request number and i will get it. I being skeptical asked her...how will i get the messgae., did u feed in something in ur database ?? she replied back..system is slow.. I again asked..ohh..then will you remember my photon number or me ..or will i again have to come here...she said "no..i will send u a message.." i asked do i need to forward or send the number somewhere...? she gave me in written in a piece of paper ... i will get the number starting from 50... and she gave me a toll free number for inquiry... i went to tata docomo ghatkopar west branch around 5 pm 22/8/2015, and i did not get the message yet (23/8/2015 12:34 AM) ... Note : All the customer care people seemed rude, irresponsible, lazy and to add to it ..system was slow... whatever she wrote in a small piece of paper i have it with me.. I would not want to pay the bill starting from 5th september (new billing cycle). I have already been there once today, as i did not get message of request number i will have to go again. But I want my tata photon max wifi cancelled at the earliest. Tomorrow is sunday and they did not take my request yet in the system (as i did not get any cancel request number which the customer service told i will get). I had no outstanding bill ...I showed her my email of latest bill payment acknowledgement receipt on her request. I am complaining because, I have read many complaints like this before going to the branch and i experienced the same. I wonder why still the same case for all??       Did chat with Tata photon customer care online, next day after the visit to the branch. Cancel request was not made by branch people, it was made by chat representative online after the chat. And then with regular follow ups with the chat representative I got my issue resolved, got several calls after that.

      Did chat with Customer services online, they gave me a cancellation request number and told me to note it down. It was told to me that, there was no cancellation request made yesterday. Awaiting for a call within 48 hours as told by customer representative and a message with request number in phone and email.
      [protected] Tata photon max wifi cancel request number (Given to me today on chat).
      They said my service will be disconnected in 7 days and bill amount will be charged until that day.
      Keeping records of my follow up here.

      Today, followed up for an update on the request number given to me. I haven't received any message on my registered mobile or email regarding the cancel request of my Tata photon max wifi.
      It was told to me today that by end of the day I will receive a call when I asked how can I be sure that the request number given to me by customer care representative is mine, as I haven't received any message yet to my registered number.

      As per the latest update on today's chat, my service will be disconnected on 30th August. Did not receive any call yet as of now. Hopefully, I will click on resolve once my Tata Photon Max wifi postpaid gets cancelled and I pay my final bill.

        Dear Sir, As from last two months communicating tata docomo to close my Tata docomo Internet Postpaid Connection, But from last month they were telling me that they will close my account in 24 hrs and three times their executives told me to close the account (acc. number:[protected] & No. is [protected]. SMS received on 14.07.2015 for closing the account yet not closed. on 07.08.2015 i have called for asking is my account closed and their executive told that it will close in 24hrs, again on 10.08.2015, i have called for asking the the status of closer and told me that it will closed in 24 hrs. Today on 22.08.2015, again i have called for status they given me the bill of 750 instead of 250 plan. their all executives make me fool every time and not closing my account. Please, as per my latest request no.[protected] is they close the account and i eligible to pay only 250 as per the last plan. Regards Rahul Panchal

          My balance amounting to 45 rupees was deducted from the main account of [protected] on the 21/08/2015 3.30 pm on the grounds that more than 4500 kbs had been used.This is false.because the notification msg said that 0.20 rupees was deducted for internet charges. On contacting the consumer helpline no. I The grahak adhikary was not very helpful nor was the network. Every time thw network would go off around 4-5 times. In the end it got disconnected as there was no network.

            My Tata photon number is [protected] and bill plan is 1800 mins/month. As I know that I am going to consume more than 1800 mins, I checked with tata photon showroom people (Saibaba colony, Coimbatore) regarding the procedure to use the data more than my current plan. They told me to refill the pack by adding booster pack. I called customer care to activate the 5GB booster pack and they activated too. I have the activation confirmation mail from them. But whenever I checked the net usage it was beyond 1800 mins, immediately I called customer care (more than 3 times), they told it will be reflected only in the bill cycle you can continue with the service, finally the amount will be reduced from the bill. But now my bill is around 5100 rs and I called them to check the reason and they told that re-fill booster pack is not applicable for my plan. They should have told this reason earlier so I wouldn't have used the data post 1800 mins. This is totally a cheating from tata photon people. They also admitted their mistake but they are forcing me to pay the bill. I told them i cant pay the entire amount instead I can pay the plan amount ( Rs 590) + 5GB booster pack (Rs 500) + Service tax. I also told them that I can pay max of 2000 rs. But they are threatening me to pay the full amount. I questioned them, As it is not my mistake then why should I pay? they didn't answer my question.                 Please note that i have continues complains in toll free number regarding net connection is not working last 5 - 6 days but your representative were not given proper reply. 1. Now latest complain no.[protected] dated 19/08/2015 at 19:12 p:m. 2. Request for terminate our service no.[protected] dated 20/08/2015 at 10:15 a:m. I have further added that i had already paid last bill from 13/07/2015 to 12/08/2015. My outstanding is nil & my account is clear so you are requested to please terminate my internet service with immediate effect due to your representative were very careless, irresponsible and your service is also worst.                   I make recharge my tata docomo no [protected] on 16 aug with spl rc7 as spl offer (rc7 local & std at 30 ps per call offer for 90 days) for my no. After clarification from care. But while calling at haryana no [protected] on 17 august it deducted at the rate of 60 ps per minute So return my deducted amount and please correction call rate as per offer.

They told the no. was disconnected since it was used for official purposes. I wish to intimate that there is no official use. I just tried to forward some SMS to my daughter/ son in law's no.                       Today (19th August, 2015, I tried to recharge my spouse mobile No.[protected] through TATA Docomo online recharge - i have made the payment through my Credit Card, i have completed all the formalities which it ask at the time recharge process. Finally I am getting message of Error - I want know the reason why the transaction was not successful.

                            I had given request for changing my post paid number to pre paid a week back. I got intimation form DOCOMO before two days saying that my number has been changed and instructed me to call 59059 for tele verification. Now when ever I make call to this number, it is saying that "You seemed to have dialed an incorrect number" and the number as of now is dead except that it is showing netowrk. what ever we do from the number, it is repeating the same thing. Is there any other problem with my number ? or is there anything else that I should add to this 59059 when I am calling from a roaming network ? Kindly help me to resolve the issue asap as all my online bank transaction are in freezed condition since I am not even able to recieve SMS in this.                               As per your request we have already deactivated the service and as of now there are no value added services are active. However being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.25/- has been successfully credited to your account as a goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on dated[protected].

                                  Hi, I have got information/Message to my number like if i can recharge for INR 25 .i will get 35 INR TT with full time validity. But as soon as my recharge i got a message 25 credited successfully with 3 days validity.No additional benefit regarding talk time and validity has came along with recharge. So i have called thrice or four times to customer care keep on saying will come else disconnecting call. I am requesting to take further action on this

                                    I had Tata Docomo post paid data card till Dec'2014. I got it disconnected in Dec'2014 and confirmed disconnection in call as well. But even after disconnection I received bill (only rental - no data use) for Jan/Feb. For both the months I had a talk with billing department and got those billed cancelled as my connection was already disconnected. But Tata Docomo billed again from March onward and every time I need to explain the billing staff about the bill problem. Now I have received a 'Lok Adalat' notice from Tata Docomo. This is embarrassing and unnecessary harassment for me. Can you please suggest me any solution? Can I raise this to consumer forum and ask for mental harassment compensation?

                                      I had been using Tata Indicom sim since last 12 years but it has been lost. I got a connection of Tata DoCoMo GSM Postpaid in 199 plan in 28th July 2015 with my same previous number- [protected]paying Rs. 340 which has 400 minutes free talk time what I was told by the docomo shop. But I got a message that free talk time would be not available till 15.8.2015. But all of a sudden my above numbered sim became inactive from the same 15.8.2015. The docomo shop when contacted telephonic told that there is some technical defect with the sim and i have to get a new sim paying Rs.20 and to resubmit all documents. Again my balance in the lost sim Rs.225 is not transferred to my new account. I am to request to look into the mater for redress my inconvenience so that my long lasting trust in Tata DoCoMo should continue. With thanks Gokulananda Sabat
