I have sent you my HDFC Bank Statement twice already to the DoCoMo Customer Care email-id & cc to my other email-id... ie. 22-Apr @ 7.30 & Today @ after 4 PM... but they are claiming they have not received it, where as in my other email id I have received Docomo people came to my residence before porting for address verification, then how come address has been wrongly entered. This is very big issue I am received last month bill month of March 2015 2200 Rupees . My current plan is 350 Rupees but its giving 1GB internet pack I am going on roming and company asking roming your internet pack is not working its network problem other company network using in Roming.       Hello team, The issue is, I Want to revert back the recharge of Rs 510/- done on 10th Apr 11:42 am by paytm on my tata docomo number it recharged to wrong number [protected] instead of [protected]. I have raised it 12days back immediately just after the transaction but I have not received my balance back to my account back. in addition to that PayTM has provided reference number to them about the problem.         We came for the network for the facility of pay per second and for the rate cutter 67 as 1paise/6 seconds(local network) 1paise/2seconds (other local networks). Some months before they cut the charges as 1paise/first 10 seconds and similarly other network as 30paise. Now the networks forgery turned as 10 paise and 30 paise/call.
        The second most huge forgery is validity of rate cutters. The rate cutters cannot working in the knock out days. But they wont extend the validity of the day. What a big Robbery of the network TATA DOCOMO.

            since december i am customer at tatadocomo in Rama Mandi Jalandhar Punjab India. The agend was Sunil Kumar. For my postpaidcontract I wanted to open a tatadocomo account. Therefore I gave Sunil Kumar 8000₹, to put it on the account. But instead of he took all the money and used It for privat purpose. Inaddition comes his own personal harassment against me. There is nothing changed, they still want money, but want not understand I had written yesterday. The misappropriation they have completely forgotten. This problem of ignorance u have everywhere it is only a joke that I should pay money, they not even know Sunil Kumar. So for me this company is altogether unable and criminal, stop.

            Ti.Tatadocomo ring me up every time, but they don't speak to me. I say hello hello hello nothing. Sometimes they phone and than they speak punjabi or hindi can be. But i speak only english. The last times they say nothing at the phone. Now i am tired of it. And at the phone I was as friendly someone could be. Friendly greating : hello hello ... Friendly asking why you don't say something if you ring me up, no reaction.So i break up the phonecalls. if they speak punjabi I said politly only english, than they interrupted the call often. I guess at the service center they get paid only for phoning me.

                per the telephonic discussion with you on 23 or 24th March and you had
                informed that a credit will be given for Rs.151 (excluding the Taxes) on
                my last month bill and the Plan Tariff will be changed to Rs.500/- with
                immediate effect.I THOUGHT THIS ISSUE IS NOW CLOSED AFTER A STRUGGLE OF 10 MONTHS.But
                to my SURPRISE i can see that the Credit of Rs.151+taxes was given on
                my previous bill but the Plan Tariff is still showing as Rs.750/-
                whereas it should have been Rs.500/- + taxes. Can you please change the
                Plan Tariff or provide a credit of EXCESS amount charged in the bill.
                You can refer my latest bill for reference. Also to avoid any
                disconnection I had made a online payment of Rs.1234/- to Tata Docomo on
                8th April 2015.Can you please solve this issue before the next bill get generated with incorrect Tariff Plan.Thanks all for your help.Regards, Laxmikanth

                  Hi Team, I have took Tata Docomo connection in 2011 and i have faced poor network issue and raised so many complaints with tata docomo, Nodal AP too and they are least bothered about my issue. They have asked me to pay me the bill Rs.99 and i said pls solve my network issue and i will pay the amount and they never looked into my complaints and disconnected my number without any of my approvals. I was very pissed off with their activities. And now again after 3 years i received a call from them asking me to pay rs.2458 towards my mobile usage. I was very angry and asked them why are you calling me now and asking me to pay that much amount. I didn't used that number at all and they are asking me to pay that much big amount.                       sir, i have purchased photon dongle in nov 2013 on a condition of 3g speed, but vary next i have complained that dongle is working on 2 g speed, but that day i feel so bad that at the time of selling their office representative have different tone and at the time of complaint they have different. they told me to call customer care executive, i have tried wid my idea number 10 times but their customer care number used to b busy evertym put me on hold for more than 10 minutes. now they are making bill of every month again and again and every day one lady calls me and just harras me and speak in unethical manner. in between one representative also come he offers me to deposit 1000 rs more to resolve and shut down, already dongle price plus 500 as advance for bill has been deposited by me.. daily messages and calsl disturbs me.. pls help me to resolve against these corrupt and liar sales person

                          Hi sir/madam, i'm deepak my tata docomo no is [protected]..Today around 12.11pm i recharged for 150rs.Then at 2.41 got message from TA-HUWWAP stating that "i have subscribed to LDR at Rs.99 for 30 days".i din't subscribe anything like that..After coming to know about deduction of money i deactivated that serrvice by dialing 155223... please recharge rs.99 back to my number as soon as possible sir/madam.                                   Dear Sir/ Madam, All the Channel's are blanked and SET TOP box upgradation. MyTata Sky ID is : [protected] So Many Times called to Tata Sky Customer Care Numbers from Feb 2015. Every Time Customer Care peoples told me our person will visit in next 2 days. But still noboady came from Tata Sky customer since last three months and even not call me for sing time. Every month i am doing the Recharge of Rs 300. that all wasting from last three months. Also Many times callled customer Care, approximate my mobile bill spent more than 500 rupess. Total 900 + 500 = 1400 loss. Now by writing the Email, i have logged the complaint to visit and resolve the issue as soon as possibple. I will wait for more 3 Day's. Last Month i have called the Customer Care number but still isssue is penind and nobody is called e or visited for that Reference Number is WO:HJ0I6HZ If still your engineer will not come or not visited or not resolving the issue. Then we will remove the Tata Sky Dish and also i will make sure from all socity members from Pimple Saudager will remove the Tata Sky Dish and thorw it and logg the complaints for refund of our monthly rechrges with intrest. Hopes you will respond immediatly on this.

                                    Sir/Madam, As I have understand from Tata Docomo customer care representative that my call diverting is activated on the number “[protected]” to divert all calls on the No:-“[protected]”. (Customer care call reference ID 5002.70376256.260177) Please note that the said number ([protected]) is no way related to me and this seems to be the fraudsters work to map my bank ID and communication. If you have received any such information/request from my side please give the details and also the time lines form which the diverting request is activated.(date of activation 1st day) Sir, this is a very serious issue and hope you will co-operate with me to solve the same. For now please deactivate all the call forwarding facility on my ([protected]) number. Please reply soon...,
