Billing the call cost in improper way

We came for the network for the facility of pay per second and for the rate cutter 67 as 1paise/6 seconds(local network) 1paise/2seconds (other local networks). Some months before they cut the charges as 1paise/first 10 seconds and similarly other network as 30paise. Now the networks forgery turned as 10 paise and 30 paise/call.
The second most huge forgery is validity of rate cutters. The rate cutters cannot working in the knock out...

unauthorized mobile charges on my name
