Tata photon has extremely poor service and network is so slow. No action by the customer care team and they just say that the system is upgrading in your area ( Gurgaon Sector 4). The same reply i have been hearing for last 1 year. I am pretty sure that nothing is happening and they are telling a lie. Even Tata Photon website the complaint cannot be registered.
