I have been a photon wifi max user for a long time. Here is my photon details - Tata Docomo number - [protected] A/C number[protected] I am having horrific slow speed at all the time in my photon wifi max with the 40 GB Postpaid plan. Earlier the download speed was about 450-510 kB/sec and now it has been reduced to below 100kB/sec and sometime it is below 20kB/sec. One of my friend near me is using the same plan and having a great speed about 500kB/sec almost all the time of the day. Below is my address Amrakunja Housing Complex Block - Sinduri, Flat No - 3/2, 51, Sarat Chandra Bose Road, Kolkata 700146 I earlier lodged a complain and somebody came from their support team and configured the dongle. Few days it was fine and then again it started degrading. The guy from the support told it is because of the distance the speed is so low. Then my question is how it was good earlier ? And how my friend is still getting the good speed ? I perhaps could have lodged another complain in their portal, but I don't want to go through the same process where again this problem will arise. So when can I expect this problem to be resolved ?

    hi my mobile no [protected], for last a month i ve been raising complain regarding calling issue. every time i calls my mom it says its an incorrect no. raised couple of complains no results. today i recharged for the tata to tata local pack but i am charged wrongly when i demanded for the refund supervisor says he dont ve option as complain has been taken.

    As per our discussion, we would like to inform you that you can activate only one rate cutter pack at a time and wait for the validity to complete and then activate another pack. As per our records we found that you have activated two rate cutter packs for which you dint get the benefits of one. Kindly request you to not to do multiple rate cutter recharges to avoid this dispute in future.

    However, for one time good will gesture we have processed with Rs 100/- which will been credited to your account within 48 hours.

    As a service provider, we firmly believe that the key to customer satisfaction is adding value to a relationship that is continual and long-lasting.

      I had submitted the documents - my id proof, my address proof, my acknowledgement certificate from company and my 2 photographs to convert my Connection of CDMA to GSM and from Postpaid to Prepaid. Today they are saying that the documents are not there and you need to re-submit it This information of not having the documents and re-submitting the documents was shared today after almost 40-45 days of my request.
      Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      My worries is to do with my documents and photographs. Hope they are not using for any illegal or anti social uses. As a citizen of India, I have all the right to check about what is the status of documents which I submit to the authorities.

        This is to inform you that I am facing too many problems these days with my Photon Max. Slow speed, too many auto disconnection. This is happening to me in regular intervals since I have this connection. Again I speak to one of your customer executive regarding my problem. He simply said we are sorry about this problem but it is happening because of heavy users in my area. I have informed him that my current location is comes in the little rural area where number o[censored]sers are few or very very less. But the executive and manager have no solution for this. I have asked them to at least register my complain and forward to technical team but they are not willing to that. They only have big sorry for me. As per them this problem cannot be solve. in their words Some days it will be good some days it will be bad like this only. Am I using a testing device??? Or I have to wait for those good days to do any work. Really very disappointed with the service. and response today. Last week I was thinking to upgrade it to Max Wi-Fi. Yes I have made a wrong decision to use and continue this photon max dongle after so many ups and down. I should go for other options and I will in next couple of days. Thank you for your wonderful & pathetic CC service.

          My number is [protected], I am from Bangalore and on 25 April I had recharged my number with a rate cutter which was Rs 66 "All Local and STD calls @ 30 paise for 3 months" as soon as I recharged my number I got a successful message that recharge is successful. But the plan was not activated at that time. As I had recharged my number with Rs 41 which was "30 paise for std calls for 30 days" in the previous month which was going to expire soon and also I was getting the message as your plan is going to expire, recharge it soon. So I waited for 3 days and my original rate cutter RC 41 got over but the 66 plan is not yet activated. And I had to recharge again with the rate cutter RC 41.

          Just now some one called me saying that he is from Docomo the number is "[protected]". He asked some questions I replied it directly then he told he will be debiting my account with Rs 66 which the amount i had recharged. Then he started asking me the card details I gave him the card number and also the expiry date and the next question was he asked me for the cvv code which I think should not be asked if you are debiting money to an account. So I just told him to to drop a mail so that I can trust you and can give you the code. And with out listening to any thing he just kept the phone. What a strange thing.

          Ok but if 2 voice packs are available in my number then why the first rate cutter was not activated at the very first time. And after recharging 66RC, why I was getting a message saying that my 38 RC is expired. And also the rate per charge was more as there was no rate cutter. As I have recharged Rs 66 earlier the offer is first 2 mins it will charge me daily of 1.2p/2 sec, but after 2 minutes also I was charged more. Why?? And another thing if any thing is expired its ok to give the message that it is going to expire but it should be till the user is not recharging back and it should not be sent repeatedly that it is going to expire. How would I know that it has been activated because after I recharged, again I was getting that expired message it should not be..right? If possible can you cancel my 66RC.

            Tata photon has extremely poor service and network is so slow. No action by the customer care team and they just say that the system is upgrading in your area ( Gurgaon Sector 4). The same reply i have been hearing for last 1 year. I am pretty sure that nothing is happening and they are telling a lie. Even Tata Photon website the complaint cannot be registered. Never expected such a poor service from Tata Group company making there customers helpless. Tata Photon Number [protected]

              My number is [protected]. I got a message from your network was for download MY TATA DOCOMO ( http://goo.gl./wtU8Ta on 23rd April 2015 at 3.02PM)application for android mobile. I registered my number and checked the offers via your application. it showed full talk time for 100 rupees. After i recharged that amount and i got only 86 rupees talk time. I complained to your customer care (198) on 28th April 5.12PM " the person who got my call telling that the network didnot sent the message and the network don't have such an application. After i told him wait for a while I will read your message. He replied waiting. But while i reading the message you sent he did cut the call without any response. My questions are Is this response given by your network? Why you mentioned 100 rupees have full talk time? Even the person dont know about the application and dont know to respond the customers why should you keep him in job? I need my remaining balance on 100 rupees recharge that i done. Thank you.

                  Hi, I am very much disappointed with TATA Docomo service. My contact number is [protected] form 30 days back i have been ported to docomo form idea. Suddenly they have barred the out going call wean i called to call center they telled your address has not been verified then that verifying gay has come & done with the verified processing boy then that person went their and give nagitive status about my address I went to retailer shop But they have not responded, But still i am facing problem. Now incoming & outgoing call facility are barred I want a permanent solution for this this stupid action form tata docomo. Please help me and fix my problem as soon as possible. By Rajeev.S

                    I used 2 TATA DOCOMO Sim cards in a CUG plan for three months. After 3 months I send a request for MNP to TATA DOCOMO, Because the signal strength was very poor in major cities also, And very bad customer service too. That time I went to nearest TATA DOCOMO showroom to pay my last month bill, they told me to that you have to pay extra 7 days usage charges for advance payment mode. I just agree with that deal. After 7 days The MNP Process was done. My new service was opened in VODAFONE NETWORK. After some days I received A call from TATA DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES. They told me to that you not paid Our extra charges. Really I was shocked, just I told to executives I was clear my all bills and accounts. Then the officers asked sorry for disturbing me. 2 Days later they repeated the calling process to my number That numbers [protected] and [protected]. After 1 day the connections are disconnected.. Really TATA DOCOMO IS A VERY BAD NETWORK. And showroom staffs are Misbehaving with customers. I need my Sim cards with proper connection. Aswin.R.Raveendran [protected]

                    In this regards, we would like to inform you that your bill has been generated in prorate based from 15/02/15 to 09-MAR-2015, Hence Your billing cycle is 25th of every month,
                    Hence, you received your final bill on prorate basis post disconnection. We are unable to provide adjustment for the data charges found that the bill has been levied correctly as per your data usage and there is no discrepancy in the bill.

                      I, Anand Tandon, am Tata Photon user in New Delhi region. My Tata Photon number: [protected]. My registered plan: 20GB @ 1000/- Last week, I received an SMS that my plan is changed to 7GB Day + 7GB Night @ 1000/-. The change is made "on my request no.[protected]". I never made any such request. I was very much satisfied with my earlier plan. I bought Tata Photon Max Wifi device + plan, just few months back. I am still receiving the refund of around 150/- per month, on my bill. I wasn't consulted before plan change. I've twice talked to customer care but they mentioned that company has new plans so, my plan is automatically changed. I am Tata Photon user for more than 2-3 years. So many plans came & went but my plan was never changed. What happened now? I am extremely dissatisfied with the new plan. The night time 7 GB is ONLY from midnight to 7AM. This is almost waste because I don't use Internet much in this period. Effectively, it's 7GB Day @ 1000. My plan is reduced from 20 GB to directly 7 GB, w/o any approval. Lastly, I see Tata Photon is offering more cash-back discounts for new customers. But, there is no comfort for old Photon subscribers... neither in data plan & nor in price. Please look into this matter.

We understand and wish to inform you that the current bill plan of [protected]@Rs.1000 unlimited would be completely deleted from the system with effect from April 01, 2015. This is going to be applicable for all the new and existing connections.

                      We would like to inform you that as per as per the Terms and Condition on TEF (Tariff Enrollment Form), tariffs and schemes are subject to change. The tariffs are revised from time to time and duly communicated to customers also. This is also in line with the guidelines set by TRAI.

                        I have done a special recharge of RS298 through paytm on my no [protected] in which i received net balance of 1GBand TT of 200.on next day the whole was deducted unnecessarily and now my special balance is showing 0.I want to know that where the whole amount was debited .i want a refund of whole amount as soon as possible .kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                          I have TATA DOCOMO Post paid mobile no: [protected] and Account No:[protected] I have 299 plan and 1.5 GB 3G free on that plan. On previous TATA DOCOMO charged for Data usage and given Discount on Data usages are given below:- In Month Dec 2014:- Total Amount of Data Usages: 1, 563.91 and Discount given: 1, 563.91 In Month Jan 2015:- Total Amount of Data Usages: 1, 566.48 and Discount given: 1, 566.48 In Month Feb 2015:- Total Amount of Data Usages: 1, 597.72 and Discount given: 1, 573.11 In Month Apr 2015:- Total Amount of Data Usages: 1, 673.78 and Discount given: 1, 222.88 In month April only given discount is: 1, 222.88 but it should be 1, 573.11. Because in month of Feb 2015 it was given discount: 1, 573.11 I converted Post paid to Prepaid on 11-April-2015 and bill cycle is 23 day to 22 day of every month. Please give me rupees 1, 573.11 discount on my Data usage of month April.

                            dear sir i am using a tata docomo modem and i purchse this from rs 1100 and i have pay my all the bill on time but after some time they offer me wifi modem i accepted the same, and given a cheque of rs 2000 but after use this modem they provide me tata whize network, after many time call, to c care i stop the payment of this modem, and request to cancel the tata wifi, but they offer me you can use without bill for three month, if you face problem .then we cancel your request but after next month they given me bill of 826, and next month again rs 750, after many call to c care they deduct, only rs 500 and, not deduct my securtis amont from my bill and reguler call me and preesure me, then i have purchesed a walky of tata but after three days they close the no -i will try many call to tem but they did not given me any responce my all detail given belowe my tata modem no-[protected] they take all the modem fro me and my deatil is -manoj kumar plot no-20 mariam nagar, nandgram road ghaziabad my ph no-is-[protected]

                              i recently bought tata photon max wifi duo, only three days ago. their customer executive told me for minimum downloading speed of 1.5-2/mbps but the download speed and browsing speed is very slow. the downloading speed is about 30kb/sec. photon no.-[protected] please take some important action against the speed problem immediately.

                                dear sir i recharged with 248 rupee from my phone ([protected]) but my service tata to tata free not start .i recharged on 25 april and lot of time i concern with customer care buy they dont give me afavourable response, i submit my complaint also on 198 to senior officer but till this time .my balance deduct from my account 10 paise per minute..please refund my money

                                  I have given request to transfer Internet from one room to another room I have mail in 16 the April 2015 the says that it will solved in next 72 hrs in mail. When I call customer care they says that it will be transfer any time we not given proper time. I say why in mail you say 72 hrs. They take full payment advance. Account no[protected]

                                      Respected sir, I am rakesh mob no [protected]. I have balance of Rs 300/- on 22/04/2015 but on 23/04/2015 it has reduced to 200.50/- without any reason without sending any sms for value added services.Tata docomo always looting costumer in the same Way even though with costumer care my balance not refunded please look Into matter and do need full.

                                        I have sent you my HDFC Bank Statement twice already to the DoCoMo Customer Care email-id & cc to my other email-id... ie. 22-Apr @ 7.30 & Today @ after 4 PM... but they are claiming they have not received it, where as in my other email id I have received Docomo people came to my residence before porting for address verification, then how come address has been wrongly entered.
