    This is regarding my top up of Rs 131 on 30.04.2015 in order to acquire 3G data pack details of which have been put in screen-shot. And the details of the same has been obtained from website http://www.tatadocomo.com/3g-prepay-packs.aspx. I havent got any recharge as mentioned in the website instead i get some value added service which I am not at all interested in. I tried to raise my concern over the customer care 121, I was astonished to hear the response of their executive - "You should have raised your concern yesterday when you got the message for value added service, now nothing can be done" and moreover she went on to an extent of scolding me for not consulting customer care before doing the recharge.. Only to add to the misery is their complaint registering website https://www.tatadocomo.com/register-your-complaint.aspx which is fake to hell ... after filling all the details it prompts to register before submitting and then the screen goes off blank. I have also tried to raise the concern at [protected]@tatadocomo.com and never heard of any response.. Is this the kind of service that we have to keep endlessly compromising on ???

      I have been trying to raise my complaint (against a recharge) on their website - https://www.tatadocomo.com/register-your-complaint.aspx and seems they have tried to play cheap tricks and not allow any complaint to be registered. After I fill all the details they suddenly prompt me to first register and when click on to register the screen goes blank (screen-shot added). My complaint is regarding their smart life plan of amount 131, which guarantees 3 GB data/ month for 3 months as per their website http://www.tatadocomo.com/3g-prepay-packs.aspx (screen shot added) .. But instead I get some unnecessary value added service of 1000 free songs. And to add to the misery their call center representative went on to even scold me that mistake being mine since I did not consult them before doing the recharge. I have escalated on the email ID - [protected]@tatadocomo.com only to never receive a response. Is this the kind of customer service that we have to endlessly keep compromising on ??

        Dear Sirs: Tata DOCOMO number [protected]. With reference to above last four days your net are not working on making complain in we are not received any proper replay . Due to the non working of net we lose our valued customers and on repeated request to send the technical person no action has been taken. As we have lost of busines more than 2lac for the same you will responsible as agree on the terms by your member ( call centre ) As matter of fact no proper management are there in your company to look after sales and service and always putting the customer in great problem.               respected sir i visited tata docomo sukhdev nagar near salargang gate in front of bikaner sweet panipat haryana outlet. i ask them to convert my post paid numbers in to pre paid numbers my no is [protected], [protected] . they told me ok but we will charge 250 rs to convert the number the balance will come in to the ac they said after ten days . it sound strange to me i ask receipt for that and they said no we will not give u any receipt. then i ask customer care on 121 they told me i dont need to pay any amount and can convert my sim through zero balance also without giving them 250 rs per sim for which out let people were asking.and121 customer care told me if tata docomo outlet people ask money let 121 tatacustomer care talk with them. 1 tata outlet people talk badly with 121 customer care people also and told them to complaint against them then 121 provide me complaint id[protected] 2 tata docomo outlet people asking money for which they will not provide any proof to customer. 3 i visited store with all document three times but they are mentally harassing me. 4 i will go to local press and newspaper for these type of loot of tata docomo outlet people kindly take action sourabh singla [protected]

                sir i am u.k.banerjee.consumer of your data card.i was recharged my data card 12th april 2015 for 2gb one month validity.But not a single time i can not connect ans satisfied. i will be happen with me second time. Tell me 450 have no value. I request all of my friends do not use tata docomo data card.Its totally froad. why should i enter my password for loged a complaint..

                  Dear sir, I Bikram Sarkar, my mobile no is [protected]. Yesterday i was done 3 recharge on my number. Which was... Rs.100...For topup Rs.147...For 1GB 3 g data plan. Rs.15...For reducing my call rate 15paisa/min. All recharges was successful. Now my problem is...i still not getting my 1 gb data in my account. When i contact with the customarcare, first of all they not acept that all recharges .when i tell them about successful message then they misguided me, Told me your Rs.15 recharge overlap with 147 recharge...thatswhy you got only 75 mb data for 2 days. But the fact is 75 mb 2 days data comes on Rs.21 recharge not Rs.15. Then how to overlap??? In tata docomo data will added not overlap. Please solve my problem. ... Thanking you..

                    This is to bring to notice that Tata Photon has a very poor signal quality / service in Devarabisanahalli, Bangalore. Especially near Sakra Hospotal and Sobha Iris. The signal quality is so poor that video buffering (youtube) is a distant dream but lighter sites like Gmail, Facebook, LinkedIn also do not open. I am surprised to see such a poor quality of service from such a credible and trust-worthy brand like TATA and I sincerely request the company to look into this. The Tata Photon Dongle number I am using is [protected]. This is a corporate connection issued from Chandigarh (U.T.) and I was very happy with Photon's service in Chandigarh. In fact, I remember using their services in Kasauli as well, when I was very impressed with the signal quality and service, when I had least expected of it.

                    DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET

                    No respite. The complaint was written over 20 days ago, but neither has the speed improved neither did I receive call from any customer care executive if the issue will be ever resolved or not.

                    I understand that for a country as large as India, there can be areas where you might be having poor connectivity, but it is also your responsibility to admit it, if that is the case.

                    There is no dearth of options and I can always look for other service providers, provided you tell me that nothing can be done.

                          im a tata photon max user for more than last one and half year recently, i called customer care and i was told that they upgraded my plan. when asked why they changed it without my consent .. they replied that during purchasing it was mentioned in the agreement that company can upgrade the plan on thier own. it simply mean i need to remember each and every terms and conditions of ac fridge tv or anything else for the rest of my life because company can do anything at any point of time as written in their agreement. my previous plan was 950/- rs which they changed it to 1000/- rs . they are running a scandal because if they even changed plan of 1000 customers .. they are earning 1000*50=50, 000rs more now which customer goes to consumer court regarding 50rs more bill. they are indulged in unscrupulous exploitation and unfair practices. my photon id is [protected].

                            Hi my number [protected] has charged some 100+ amount without any intimation, I called to customer care and informed about facing issue, and they told that it has activated some service while browsing, I asked without intimation how tata docomo charge, later they informed that they refund the amount after 3hrs, but it was not credited to my account. Two days I called they told same response but amount didn't get credited to account. Please request to solve this problem and I was using this number more than 2 years, please take action

                              My name is Arvind Kumar and I have four corporate numbers with Tata Docomo. After 4 months of non usage and paying all bills, I wanted to disconnect the numbers or transfer this to Prepaid connection because of hefty amount of bills. I was then called by Retention team and they promised me that we will give you waiver of Rs 1000 and reduce the plan to Rs 75/month instead of Rs 399 per month. After making the payment as per their committment, cancellation team asked to make full payment and said waiver will be given after that. After I made the full payment retention team said there is no committment which is on their system and waiver of Rs 1000 cannot be given. Which I find very upsetting, This means they can speak whatever they want on recorded calls and do whatever they want my telephone numebrs are [protected] and [protected], [protected] [protected] I had paid Rs 1387 per month for the poor service, no connection available and was not able to use any minutes at all. Please can you try and resolve this issue as complaints department of tata docomo has said no to this already.

                                I bought a Docomo SIM card ([protected]) on 4TH Jan, 2014 and I don't know why but I'm not even getting a signal. It may not have been activated yet but I'm sure I should be atleast getting a signal. If I try to register it through mobile networks option in my phone it says 'SIM Card not provisioned MM#2' and does not register on Docomo network.

                                  My tata photon max was working fine till last month. Then the speed got very very low. Right now I am not even getting 0.1 or 0.2 MBPS in real time. I called them and they said they will look into this matter. A day after I received a call from them stating that since the area I am living in is now a highly utilized area they cannot do anything and I have to live with this reduced speed ( But will have to pay full amount anyways ) They told me clearly that nothing at all could be done at all by anyone. My question is : When they sold the device they promised speed upto 3.1 MPBS and I promised to them that I will pay 1000Rs per month. Now speed is reduced to near zero and their own team says nothing can be done about it. So why they keep charging full amount? Why don't they reduce the bill amount as well? After that I called them as a prospective new customer and told them my address and asked if I purchase a new tata photon max wi-fi how it will perform. This time they said everything is fine and there is no problem with the area I am living. So its clear unethical business. They will sell new connections in same area but will not provide speed to existing customer. Totally unethical. I mean why the hell they are selling the device in highly utilized areas at all if they know they cannot

                                  Ok.. they called me today again based on my above mentioned complained. The person who called me asked how much speed I am getting. I told that when I do speed test it comes approx 0.3 Mbps and that too is not constant, it keeps on disconnecting. To my utter shock he said "You are getting 300 Kbps which is considered a very good speed and this should not be a problem at all".

                                  I told him that we do not get 300 Kbps in real time even when test shows 3 Mbps and real time speed is very low, when I download anything the speed is around 10KPBS. In fact in 0.3 Mbps we are not even able to open pages and connect skype mostly. Then to my 2nd shock he said "Sir we only rely on test speeds and not on what you are actually getting, test speed of 0.3 is good."

                                  After this I received an SMS from them which says : Hi, As per the discussion had with our photon expert a new site is expected in your location in xxxx months

                                  There is no point talking to them as their customer care people does not know anything technical.

                                  My suggestion to everyone : Do not purchase photon even if their engineer shows excellent speeds to you. Once user base increase in your area you will be in dial up era again and it can happen anytime.

                                  I also have the same issues I bought this device two years back. Everything was going good until last month all of a sudden my speed drops to less than 256kbps... Last 2 years I used to get a speed of minimum 2 mbps. Now I have no idea what happened even I tried to call the customer care but no response from them everytime I call them and give this complaint they always says some issues in my area. If there is a problem in my area how could my neighbour uses the same device without any problem. If I highlight this point to the customer care they don't have any answer. Tata DoCoMo customer service sucks big time... I have no idea who would rectify my issues.

                                  Same thing happened to me..even mine is worse than u...I was using Vodafone 3g this guys called 100times to make me use this photon...bought and using it without any problem till last month...but now I am so pisd off..

                                      Tata Docomo, an excellent fraud company. I did an online recharge for for an amount of 171 at my number [protected] and the amount was deducted. The Docomo Customer care gave me the worst experience. They charged me to speak with the agent and no one was speaking on the other end. I even tried registering the complaint at docomo website which was even unsuccessful. The have have a customer care for name sake. Transaction no.[protected] I am going to complaint it to TRAI, If am not getting my issue resolved. Beware all the Docomo Customers.

                                        Hi, My tatadocomo number is : [protected]. I am immensely disappointed with the service from Tatadocomo. I have been using photon plus from past two years and I was very happy with the speed and internet packs. However, from past two days I am facing issue with the speed which is almost 10kps and takes zillion years to open a page .I have been continuously trying to contact the customer care and all they say is I would be contacted by some technician which never happened.I have called about 6 times for the same and till date I have not received any information on my complaint. This is the worst experience I had with T-Docomo. Very Sad!!
