data card spreed nil

Customer care misguided.

This is to bring to notice that Tata Photon has a very poor signal quality / service in Devarabisanahalli, Bangalore. Especially near Sakra Hospotal and Sobha Iris. The signal quality is so poor that video buffering (youtube) is a distant dream but lighter sites like Gmail, Facebook, LinkedIn also do not open. I am surprised to see such a poor quality of service from such a credible and trust-worthy brand like TATA and I sincerely request...

Charged amount without any intimation

Poor Service and Wrong committment by Retention team

SIM CARD ERROR

I bought a Docomo SIM card ([protected]) on 4TH Jan, 2014 and I don't know why but I'm not even getting a signal. It may not have been activated yet but I'm sure I should be atleast getting a signal. They admit they cannot do anything about reduced speed

Onlinr Recharge

Tata Docomo, an excellent fraud company. I did an online recharge for for an amount of 171 at my number [protected] and the amount was deducted. The Docomo Customer care gave me the worst experience. They charged me to speak with the agent and no one was speaking on the other end. I even tried registering the complaint at docomo website which was even unsuccessful. Bill beyond credit limit

My TATA-Docomo no is [protected].
According to plan my credit limit is 2800.
But
one day i got a bill of around 4k.
next day bill got updated to 5800.
very next day bill got updated to 6k.
and service got stop.
and finally i look in my bill, it is 7800.

I called customer care and asked how the bill go beyond the my credit limit, in response he says "Sir NO BODY CAN ANSWER...
