My TATA-Docomo no is [protected].
According to plan my credit limit is 2800.
But
one day i got a bill of around 4k.
next day bill got updated to 5800.
very next day bill got updated to 6k.
and service got stop.
and finally i look in my bill, it is 7800.

I called customer care and asked how the bill go beyond the my credit limit, in response he says "Sir NO BODY CAN ANSWER IT please call after 72 Hr will give you detail".

I have just one question why my service wasn't stopped when i crossed 2800.

With reference to your appended mail and in continuation to our telephonic conversation on your alternate number 98...44 May 6, 2015. We would like to inform you, that testing was done in your area by our Network team and it was confirmed that your area at present falls under highly utilized category. To cater to this issue, a new site in this locality is planned, however there is no timeline available for the commencement of the same. Hence, we regret to inform that you may experienced fluctuating speeds due to this. Since due to this known network concern, if the situation becomes distressing, and you are not at all able to use your photon services, we request you to opt out of our services.       Hello, I purchased Tata Photon Max WiFi connection from Tata Docomo shop online on 1st May, 2015. I received the device on 2nd May 2015 and also submitted all the required documents to the representative who delivered the device. It's been more than 72 hrs and still my connection is not activated. I tried reaching the Customer Care but without the docomo phone number, it is not possible to speak to them. But since my connection is not activated, I don't have any docomo phone number for my new connection. My order number is EC[protected]

        Dear Sir I have two docomo number 1.[protected] and 2. [protected]. on 5.05.2015 I get message from TD-612830 THAT (todays offer : RC12 (EVD-SPl)=Rs 12 TT for 2 days instant with bonus 1p/2s all loc+std for 60 days will credit in 72 hr). This message come my two no freequently then I recharge 12 rupees with my two no and get 12 rupees for 2 days validity . now my call rate is not change 1p/ 2sec. Customer care suggest to give mail. Thanks I wait your reply

          I have brought [ Tata Swach Viva Silver UV+UF ] water filter 3 months before, now which is not working propely, for that I had call up Customer Service Center, and the company Customer Service Excutive have visited my place and he just checked the Filter in about 10-15minutes and did not repair it. From two weeks I am trying to call Customer Service Center, they are not picking up my call nor giving any response.

            A simple cancellation request was met with conflicting information. I went to the Tata Docomo shop in Panjim yesterday to pay my o/s bill and requested a cancellation which I believed was effected and a cancellation number was given. I believed this to be the end of the matter. However to my utter surprise I received a call today from Tata asking about the cancellation. I explained that I was leaving the Country and would be returning sometime in November, when I would reactivate wifi. He assured me this would be fine and a cancellation would be effected. A few minutes later I received an SMS from TATA that the cancellation would not be processed. I could have treated the SMS message as an acknowledgement of cancellation and left the Country. Clearly my instructions were falling on deaf ears and I would be charged for the months I was away. To me this suggests desperation on the part of TATA to make money regardless of my instructions. After spending considerable time I was able to persuade the yet another staff what my requirements were and I was given another cancellation number. I am not convinced I have achieved my goal. Now I have been told that in November when I reactivate the wifi I will have to submit all the paperwork again. I find this totally unacceptable and would like the company to reimburse the Rs 2000 I paid initially for the dongle, so that I can move to a more efficient competitor. My request to speak with a supervisor was a non-starter.

              Hi, I purchased tatadocomo device in 2013. It worked for some time with avg speed. However from August 2014 till Now I am facing huge issues. I have already complained many times and got money back . but still the issues are not yet resolved. I am holding 2 devices and tatadocomo is neither replacing those devices nor resolving my internet issue. at the time of purchasing the device I was not informed that in my area there is poor support of GSm network. The customer are and tatadocomo team irritates with multiple calls with no resolution. Regards,

                Hello Team, I am using Tata Photon Dongle no. [protected] for Internet. Last 0-15 days internet speed is coming very slow and i have sent complain for this and support center contact me and told me that in your area we are unable to resolve this issue. i asked why then they replied that we are unable. Each time they replied same sentence. and after that they sent me message that your complain resolved. Without any solution they resolved my complain. And this type of indecent happened serveral time. Please help me

                  I purchased a Tata Docomo WiFi dongle by march 1st week, but i was not able to use it as the device did not connect to internet. Regarding this i raised a complaint with customer care team where they initially tried with basic solutions with them but was not successful, so they said that their technical team will contact me. then received a call from technical team but that time i did not have my device on hand so i requested them to call me in 15 min for which they agreed but they did not call me back. I was actually waiting but they closed my complain. I raised new complaint and the same steps but this time I waited for 2 days, no response and again my complain was closed Now again i had to start the process from initial steps, I raised a new complain and this time I was little cautious waiting for the call with my device on hand wherever I go but this time I got a call which went only for one ring but got disconnected before I could attend the call, this happened couple of times and again my complain was closed. Now i felt irritated and i raised a complain again and told what happened to my earlier complaints and now actually I received the call but again they were not able to help so I was informed that their technician would visit directly and finally this happened and he confirmed that I have been provided a fault device so asked me to contact the person from whom I brought the device and now I was behind him for some days making daily calls but nothing moved he was just acting as if he is helpong me and after some day his mobile was always in switched off and came to know that he was relocated to some other location. Again it starts for me to raise the complain and this time i was told that the technician would visit my place and give me a new device but you would not believe me that device which he brought was also not working. Still I calmed myself down, the technician told that he would take both the devices and promised me to give a working device the next day. I had no other choice and trust me its more than 10 days and no response from him and I have not got my device :( Now I have raised couple of complaints on this still running running and running behind these guys but of no use. So guys please be aware of how these people treat customers and dont ever think of choosing these people . They give u a hard time in the worst possible way and for already existing customers i[censored] face some trouble Never ever get carried away with their sweet words from customer executives tats only from their mouth as regular dialogues only for which they are paid for.                     Hi Sir, This is Rajesh, i am from Vijayawada. I want to raise a compliant towards Tata Docomo. I requested a porting request on 25/04/2015 to change network to "Aircel" but it was failed due to uninformed offer activation by Tata docomo. I received a call from docomo on 26/04/2015 at 01.08pm and was unable to talk because of bad signal, but i don't know why they activated the offer, so porting was cancelled. I have lost my 100rs, waste of time and patience, So please case a compliaint and do a favour for me. My contact number[protected].

                      The customer care rep accepted their mistake and just changed the email content in his next email, yet refused to pay back for the booster pack (Rs 400/-). What company accepts it's fault yet makes the customer pay for their mistakes. As a public company it should be responsible and pay for it;s own and it's employees mistakes.                         I have purchased, a Photon Max WiFi Device of Rs.2000 and company commited that they will give me minimum speed of 512kbps, but after 2 or 3 moths later my speed was slow down and now speed is very less than 512 kbps, so pease help me in this matter. and company unable to give me any resolution.

                          I am using a Tata photon wifi max with plan 999 and getting horrible slow speed (around 20-30 kbps). My location is below Amrakunja Housing Complex Block-Sinduri, Flat no -3/2 51, Sarat Chandra Bose Road Kolkata 700146 Just today I have lodged a complaint agianst this[protected] and they said it will be resolved by 3pm this day and they have marked it resolved without any confirmation from my side whether the issue is resolved properly or not. But the problem still persisted when I tried to connect later on the day. Why you guys make these type of false commitment to your customer ?

                            I had purchased FTT 0f Rs 70 and rate cutter of Rs 66.Sometimes the call charges coming to Rs1 and sometimes 25ps for a minute.Today they deducted Rs48 from my account for a cheeting offer.they charged 50ps for customercare call and not replaying.I want to know the reason immediately

                              Every call becomes drop call either after 30 sec or earlier. Without drop call there is single can't be completed. When I called isd call computer asking me for submitting documents when i called198 they said their is no such problem regarding my number.                               Hi - I'm having the same issue (Frequent call drops). Also don't understand why you can't publish the missed calls and instead try to make money out of it by making me send a SMS. My number[protected].
                              I am also facing very frequent call drops. This is annoying. Having no 3G in Chennai is also a big concern.
                              Every time calling from Tata docomo bangalore no it is getting dropped after calling 3-4 min, called customer care but no response.

                              I'm Facing similar issue with the network TATA DOCOMO in U.P WEST. Each and every call isn't completed either due to call drop or call is running but unable to get other end voice. Totally bad network in U.P west.

                              And we are paying for each and every call. TRAI N CONSUMER FORUM should intervene in this issue to sort out it.

                                  As per the discussion over the call, we understand and wish to inform you that the current bill plan of [protected]@Rs.1250 unlimited has been completely deleted from the system.

                                  At Tata Photon, it's our constant Endeavour to provide good experience to our customers through new products, improved services &amp; enhanced infrastructure. We are continuously investing in our infrastructure &amp; upgrading our networks. As a result, there is a marginal increase in the cost due to which we are revising our tariff portfolio.

                                  We would also like to inform you that as per the Terms and Condition on TEF (Tariff Enrollment Form), tariffs and schemes are subject to change. The tariffs are revised from time to time and duly communicated to customers also. This is also in line with the guidelines set by TRAI.

                                  Further such changes has been implemented are as per the periodical revisions and has been carried out by other service providers also. TATA Indicom has refrained from these changes for some time as compared to other service providers. In the changing telecom scenario and increase in Input Costs we are bringing about these changes.

                                    Tata photon max wifi number: [protected] im a postpaid tata photon customer for 4 years, i upgraded to tata photon max wifi 10month ago, i had no issue so far, i get 4mbps at my house normally. but for last 5days suddenly my speed is dropped to 400kbps so i cant watch youtube or any other heavy websites. i registered a complaint day before yesterday, they sent the field engineer yesterday evening. He had his own device for testing, on his photon plus device he got around 1.8mbps speed but on my photon max i got 400kbps speed at the time of testing, so he called his backend team to check my account, they found out that their system mistakenly added a speed cap to my account before even i consuming my free data. i have consumed only 13gb out of 30gb of data. He asked his team if they can remove the speed cap, but they said they can only check my account they cant remove the cap. so he called tata photon customer care and asked them to remove the speed cap, but that lady at the other end said she can give only give information, she cant remove speed cap. so the field engineer said this is a simple issue, he will forward this to another team to remove my speed cap and he left. now 1 day past but still this simple speed cap issue not resolved. so i tired of waiting and called the customer care again. the person at other end told me its not speed cap issue, the increased number of customer in my area made my speed to drop to 400kbps. i mean for 4years and day ago i was getting 4mbps almost all time of day and suddenly next day they got 100s of customers around my house? thats a total BS excuse. i told him if thats the problem then other photon device should also get the same speed, your field eng's photon plus device getting 1.8mbps speed then my max device should get above that at that time. even i told him that your field eng confirmed from other teams that my acc speed is capped but he is not accepting that. he just kept saying the problem is increased number of customer around my house and trying to close my complaint. I told him not to close my complaint before it resolved and move it to higher authority and put a higher preference on my complaint. he then said ok i will give higher preference and asked me to wait till may 2nd, that is 2 more days. COMON! this is simple speed cap issue, for that wait 2 more days? i have important works online. if this simple issue not resolved by tomorrow then im moving to some other provider. and for the past 4days i cant use Internet normally because of this faulty system error, so im requesting discount on my next bill.

                                    after waiting for 5days i finally got contacted by same field eng. he took the result of my device and his device speedtest and sent it to someother team. his photon+ device gave 1.6mbps my photon max wifi still 400kbps. this is the proof that its not area problem. i still dont like the customer care agents from[protected], everytime i call them, they cut off the call saying its area problem or increased number of customers in the area, so they cant do anything. they even dont believe the speed test taken from their own field eng. they should be trained and educated to believe their customer, its like they are trained to deny whatever customer says.

                                    so after promising talk from the field eng im gonna wait a little more for this to be fixed. today my new bill cycle started but the speed is still broke. if this is not fixed in couple of days you can say goodbye to your almost 5yr of your postpaid customer.

                                    i have raised many complaints since 29th. everytime they close the complaint saying its area issue, but they cant give me answer for why other photon device gives more than 2mbps in my house then. im pretty sure its not area issue, either its account problem or device problem, but your tech team is not smart enough to find the right reason behind this problem, they just want to close the complaint when the time is up. i also took the device to tata docomo show room few days ago, they took the speed test which gave only 200kbps speed in showroom too, so they took my photo id to register complaint, even after that i got call from customer care and they closed my complaint again saying its area issue. im done with tata photon, im not going to register any more complaints, im moving to airtel after this bill cycle.

                                    I also have the same issues I bought this device two years back. Everything was going good until last month all of a sudden my speed drops to less than 256kbps... Last 2 years I used to get a speed of minimum 2 mbps. Now I have no idea what happened even I tried to call the customer care but no response from them everytime I call them and give this complaint they always says some issues in my area. If there is a problem in my area how could my neighbour uses the same device without any problem. If I highlight this point to the customer care they don't have any answer. Tata DoCoMo customer service sucks big time... I have no idea who would rectify my issues.

On 29 april 15 I have recharged 3G Data Pack worth RS.454/- out of which transaction successfulfor that reason I have raised Complaint 3G Data Pack 454 0 404.06 12.36 This pack is still not activated on phone. But transaction was successful and amount deductd from ING Vysa Bank. I want to my amount as well as compensation. Every time I'm facing this problem.                                         Sir or Madam, I am using this data card (Tata Photon plus - [protected]) from last 3-4 years.From 26th Dec'14 onwards data plan was changed from 11 Gb (unlimited) to 30Gb (unlimited) plan, before 26th Dec'14 there was no issue regarding speed, but from 26th Dec'14 onwards I am getting Internet speed of 20 Kbps why so? During the month of April'15 I complaint regarding the Internet speed, though some improvement was there in April month but from 26th April'15 onwards same issue is going on, I don't care what technical problem you people are facing. If I don't get the required speed I will not pay any further payment and If you want you can discontinue the services. Thanks, Ashish Saxena.
