I am Oaj Singh and I live in Kanpur city near Yashodanagar highway.My contact no. is [protected]. I have two device one is tataphoton plus and other is tataphoton wifi. When I purchased tataphoton plus after some times it had a problem of speed o[censored]pcoming and downloading than I disconnected and this problem came in tataphoton wifi. Upload and download 80 MB / 3.91 MB and it disconnected after every 5 minutes.This problem has to 4 months and customer care said that there is no solving of your problem bcz your area highly affected. If you cann't solve this problem than take your device from me and return my money.I will always suggest to every one never purchase tata product bcz they never give a good service in future and forever. If you do something than do it.

    My tata docomo number [protected], has been migrated from post paid to prepaid connection. After 1 year tata docomo is asking for bill payment for postpaid. How is this possible? After successful payment of oustanding for postpaid connection of no.[protected] only the number has been migrated to prepaid connection. No company allows to migrate from postpaid to prepaid without paying outstanding for postpaid connection.I have raised a complaint against tata docomo for asking double payments from customer. Very very worst service for postpaid in Tata Docomo.

    In this regards, we would like to inform you that we have verified our records and found that your Tata Docomo postpaid connection has been migrated to prepaid on 09-DEC-14 and your bill cycle is 16th of every month. Hence, you have been billed as per the prorate basis and there is no wrong billing and you have been charged correctly as per your usage.

    Further, we would also like to inform you that currently there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 721/- in your account and request you to clear the same on priority.

      I have Tata photon data service from Jan 2015. at first the service was up to the mark, but from past 2 month the data connection is way too slow and from past week(since 5 Apr-15) the data connection is unavailable and it is showing NO SERVICE message. I have contacted customer care on 10-Apr-15 but they gave me absurd reason that due to lot of tata photon user in my area the network is slow/no service. They even suggested me to use data service in some other area I'm residing to. I contacted customer care again on 11-apr. They told me that they'll sms me complaint no and the problem will be sorted out. Its been 5 hours and I am yet to receive any sms regarding complaint no. customer name:- Mr. Ram Kumar singh. tata photon id:- [protected]

        i yesterday recharged a pack of local tata minutes pack of 59 for 833 min for 21 days. transaction id is [protected] at 8.01 pm[protected]. but pack not activated till now. retailer is responsing in this regard.. please help me out ... i am not going to tolerate this cheat on me. if not resolved within 24 hours i will go to consumer court for this complaint and fraud..

          Hi my name is Vishwas i am from Bangalore. 3 days back i recharged my tata docomo prepaid number with Rs.251 for 3G offer from FreeCharge. Immediately after recharging i got confirmation message of recharge from Tata DoCoMo in that message they mentioned that my Internet pack will be activated in next 2 hours. So i waited for 7 hours but still my net pack did not activate, so i called customer care and said my problem. Later they sent me some Internet settings and asked me to save them and done with that saved new settings. Later i restarted my mobile but still it did not activate. I checked my data balance it was showing nil. Next day again i called customer care and i said still my net pack have not activated but at that time customer care employee said that you have not recharged for this number for any Internet plans so you call the FreeCharge and ask. I was shocked by her response because even though i am getting confirmation message from company she is saying like that. So however i mailed FreeCharge customer care and got confirmation that transaction has successfully done from their side. Again i called TataDocomo customer care but this time they just replied that ''for any querires plaese call 121''and disconnected my call and blocked my number. Later i tried to call many a times but it couldn not connect. So i called from brother name and the same reply she gave that you have not recharged.               I am highly disappointed on the customer care and response. I raised a complaint #[protected] on 29th March for my postpaid # [protected] (one more number linked to the same account). The resolution date has been moved 5 times. Initially it was 2nd April then 4th then 7th then 9th, now is 13th April, I am fully sure they will again move it to some random date (may be 31 Dec 2100). My both the linked numbers got disconnected. Now my Internet Banking, Credit Card, Gas Booking Services, Share trading and many such things that are dependent on mobiles are stopped. My complaint was regarding 5k for internet usage for mere 500MB. I got information from outlets and customer care that Internet while roaming is free so I used internet, but now the bill came to be so huge. The credit limit is 4100/- but the total bill came around 6500/-. How can they allow to exceed the limit? Will I have to pay mobile bills for upcoming month since my both numbers are disconnected? Whenever I call Customer care / supervisor, they are not attending the call or they are unable to provide answers about the resolution of the complaint. I also sent multiple emails but no reply from their end. I even asked them I will pay rest amount(other than internet usage) and start my phone, they are not willing to do.

                  I had a complaint raised on[protected] yesterday.I had given a availability time till 10:45 AM.At 12 noon one guy called me and told my issue is fixed.That time I was not in my home.He told me to inform customer care that it is fixed.I did so and when I cane back to home it was not fixed.I called that guy but received no response. Today morning I raised another complaint[protected] and escalated this as I lost the connection for whole day yesterday.But aparently it looked like no one cares about this escalation.I stayed home home day as I hoped someone will come(by the way customer care had given me 10 AM for techncian visit) .It is 6:16 PM now, no one visited to fix this issue. I am shocked to see Tata's customer care response, they simply do not care about a customer.But is it a stark contrast with Tata's other product.You raise a Tata sky complaint, they will be at your doorstep in 30 minutes. I wish I can take a stringent action against Tata teleservices for this bad service.I wasted a whole day not going to office and waiting for a tata docomo service guy. But the customer service enter wrongly. i call more than 15 times to customer care for change my email address. But they cant do it. i asked to the customer service center also . but my problem is not solved. every month my bill is send it to wrong email address. this is the first time i think that tata docomo is worst service forever.                       Dear Sir, I recharged amount of 200 rupees (Top Up) on 31st march on my number [protected], Within 2 days i had hardly called for 10 rupees odd and full amount is finished. Very surprised i was unaware what has happened ? On 4th again to check what is wrong i got it again recharged for rupees 50 but in 4 hrs all that amount was also exhausted without any use. Called customer care yesterday but instead first they were not aknowledging the concern Later when they accepted after 19 min of call they cut the phone inbetween. This is really very poor customer service addition to the way Tata is taking money from customers. Lokking forward to your immediate response to this and credit my lost amount back in my account

                        I have been using Tata DoCoMo 3g dongle from past 4 months. I have been facing the problem of frequent disconnection. I repeatedly approached the customer care for the same reason. Customer care suggested me to reinstall the application and clear the junk files from the system. This solution did not work out. When I recently approached the customer care services, they filed a complaint on behalf of me. I received three messages from the company informing me that they tried calling me and could not reach me either because my phone was busy or not reachable. This was totally baseless. So I called the customer care to inform them to call me right then to solve it. However, it did not happen. Same evening, I called the customer care again to tell that my problem has not been rectified and he connects the call to their technician right then. The technician tried few things and informed me that this cannot be carried out through phone call as he did not find any fault. He informed me that Engineers will call me. I refused his offer because I knew that I will receive text messages informing me that I was not reachable. Then he mentioned that the technician would visit me to solve this issue. He mentioned that if the problem is in my computer, this visit would be charged. I asked him if they are going to pay me if the problem is from their end. This is a wonderful reply from the executive that according to company's policy, it can only absorb money from the clients but it won't shell out money if the problem is in their own network. I am a post paid customer of this network. I do not wish to continue with this network if they are not ready to help their customer without charging them. At this juncture, I wish to mention that one of the Docomo executives had visited my home to sell this device without charging me for his visit when I bought this.

                          Hi, This is KoteswaraRao, My Email ID is [protected]@gmail.com for further communication. My borther-in-law was using Bangalore Photon Wi-Fi data card connection([protected]). Since he went US for long term, I wanted to change the connection on to my name. When contacted Chennai – Velachery DoCoMo store, they said that connection can be transferred among blood relative. since I am not his blood relative, it cannot be done. They asked me to disconnect the connection([protected]) and once device is released I can apply for new connection with the existing device. I disconnected the connection in the last week of January 2015. Device was released in mid of March 2015. I had given all my ID and address proof to Velachery DoCoMo Store on 18th March 2015, and they had given me a new connection([protected]) and they said it will work. It was activated on 20th March 2015. When I tried to connect, it is giving me some error and couldn’t connect. I called to customer care and raised a ticket for the connection Issue. Service engineer came and checked all and concluded that, ESN number is not matching, and that is reason for the error and asked me to visit DoCoMo store again. Again I went to Store for this, they are telling they cannot do anything for this, System is giving “Invalid ESN Number”, when they are giving the ESN Number (A0000049BB3FFE) on the system and they were saying Only backend team can update the ESN Number. When I raised a ticket for Backend team, they were saying Datacard was taken in karnataka and it can be activated in Tamilnadu. If that is the case why store people activated the connection and given the false promise and they wasted two and half months of my time. In fact store people provided some wrong ESN number for activating the connection and bypassed the error. In this duration, I visited the store atleast 15 times, they never told karanataka dongle cannot be activated in Tamilnadu. Finally they are asking me to buy new dongle by paying 2000/-. If they tell this in january I should have saved my time. Please do the needful

                          Dialy I am getting calls from diffrent persons from Docomo Customer care, every one is talking about the issue for at least 10mins. After explaining everything, they are simply dropping the calls without proper response for the issue. If they cannot solve the problem, Why people from customer care keep on calling everyday.

                          Even today I am got a call as response to this online complaint and said like we will resolve this issue by todat EOD. But I never heard anything after that.

                            I purchased a Tata Photon Wi-Fi Dongle [protected]Huawei EC315 RevB USB Modem Docomo) from your official website " http://www.tatadocomo.com", Invoice No: EC2014-15/1110/[protected], S/N: L4VBY14B24003172, MDN: [protected] on 31 Mar'15. My account was activated on 2 Apr15. The dongle was connected to 4 devices -one laptop and three cell phones. In the past two days 5GB+ data was consumed, where the upload was whooping 2.90 GB. A screen shot of my account summary is provided in the form of screen shot below. I immediately call your customer care executive to clarify and complaint against this data usage. But I was told by your executive that this is normal when devices are connected to Wi-Fi and he also told me that I Might have used so much data. First of all I am not a first time user of internet earlier I had used MTNL and Airtel services. Secondly, I had purchased this dongle in order to use Wi-Fi service which can be connected to multiple devices. Now your customer care executive told me that every time I open a site on a device connected by Wi-Fi it automatically starts upload even if I am not using internet on any device, now this part is not clear to me that amount of data uploaded is more than the amount of data downloaded. Now if 5 GB has been consumed in 2 days I wonder how much will consumed in a month and I being a limited user of internet what kind of package am I supposed to take in order to fulfill my internet needs.

                              Hello, Tata DOCOMO Account Number : [protected] Tata DOCOMO Mobile Number : [protected] Circle : MP & Chhatisgarh Above is the my account details. I migrated to tata docomo postapid connection from prepaid connection on 31 Dec 2014. A deposit of 300Rs. was made for the same . As of now I do not want to continue services with tata docomo and hence want a disconnection and my deposit of Rs. 300 back. I spoke to one of tata docomo customer representative and they are not willing to give my deposit back. Please help me with this matter.

                                I have submitted my request to convert my Photon + number [protected] from Post paid to Prepaid on 17 March. for which I had submitted my photo, Photo id Proof, Address Proof on 17 March at Bajirao Road Pune Outlet Although reminding no of times Docomo has not converted my connection to Prepaid. and when I tried to call since couple of days customer care is responding that my complaint has been closed due to time out. Very irresponsible behaviour in addressing the the query. Very Pathetic behaviour as even bill cycle is continuing worst respond ever from Circle team

Past every month my bill amount is only 1200 to 1300 max, but this month (March) my bill amount is 2047. How can in possible. This bill amount is wrong. Plz send me the correct amount of bill.                                     I recharged for Rs. 33/- Through online. The offer shown is: STV Recharge Successful .MRP Rs.33, Validity:30 days, All India TATA Mobile calling @ 20p/min & Other all India Mobile calling @ 40p/min But the given is: STV Recharge Successful .MRP Rs.33, Validity:30 days, All India TATA Mobile calling @ 20p/min & Other all India Mobile calling @ 40p/min.(1st min of the day @ 1.5p/s) Tranc ID: 904340059510000112653290 They never mentioned 1st minute charge in online. I immediately called to complaint #198. They listened my query and refused to give my money back by cancelling the pack. When asked to pass this query to higher official, they disconnected line. After that I have tried several times. Line is not reaching to customer support executive. Worst Service.

                                        I am using Tata Photon Max Wifi 40 GB Postpaid plan having Tata DOCOMO Account Number:[protected] and Tata DOCOMO Mobile Number : [protected]. I am experiencing horrible slow connection at my house (Raghunathpur, VIP Road, Kolkata 700059). I am continually making official complaints since Nov 2015. The followings are the complain numbers: 1. Complaint[protected] raised on 08-NOV-2014 2. Complaint[protected] raised on 21-NOV-2014 3. Complaint[protected] raised on 06-Apr-2015 I have also had several chat sessions with the Customer Care. Here is what happens everytime sequentially (always, no exceptions): A. I register a complain. B. I am promised that the issue will be resolved ASAP. C. Someone calls up in a few hours (latest next day). D. I explain him the problem again. E. He asks for my location. I give him the same location as above everytime. F. He confirms that there is a problem and always says exactly this - "There is high utilization at your location Temporarily. We do not have a timeline for resolving this". G. Immediately after the above call you receive an SMS saying "Your complain was resolved and hence closed. Thank you". I have 2 simple questions: 1) What is the definition of "Temporary" as per Tata Photon. Is 5 + months enough "Temporary"? 2) Is it my fault that they have a high utilization at my location? Last time I checked, they did not offer me any discount in the bill for being a victim of high utilization. So, if they have sold more devices than they can support in an area, then why are they blaiming me for this?
