last year around november i paid my bill and given request for deactivating my number i.e [protected] and when i came to know this number [protected] is on activation and no one has taken this number so i have given my documents and taken again within 5 days of activation it was disconnected and customer care people saying there was previous bill payment pending..is this some kind of joke or just playing with customers to do payments after every thing is cleared...ireally need action this and i want my phone to be activated ...its a cheating by tatadocomo people...

tatadocomo how ever is responsible person kindly call me on my number or given alternate number because from 5th of april till today i have visited store done conversation on 121 and really bad experince the girl from collection departmeant dont know how to speak because of her this thing happen she was talking roudly and telling all nonsence and today on 30th april around 9:30 when i have called up and to my suprise the supervisor was talking all rubbish he was saying before talking the new coneection i have to ask him and he was like fighting with me saying all nonsence i kindly request you to activate my lines and solved the issue and the number got activated on 10th april 2015 on 15 th april they deactived and on 27th april my first bill got generated and send to my email...do this things are joke for tatadocomo really cheated me and bill collection callers really they need trainning becoz every time they call they use language badly...

      Dear Tata Docomo appellate My name is Z Joy Paul, working as marketing manager has applied for a new post-paid connection. Your sales department has contacted me regarding a new connection. They have agreed to provide a [protected] and took payment of Rs 350 only. But yesterday i got a call from login department by Keshav-[protected] said the above number can’t get approval. He said that I had to pay Rs 3000 for getting approval. I am really surprised about this kind of behaviour. After getting this number I felt very happy about your service until your login executive called me. If that number is a gold category you people should have mentioned before in hand I would have chosen another no. I even spoke with your senior manager Yetesh Kumar-[protected] before paying security deposit about this matter. He himself gave me this no. He did not say nay thing about paying a premium chargers of Rs 3000. I tried to reach him but he didn’t lift my calls. But after everything is done, you people had called and kept my connection on hold. I really felt cheated. Your executive straight away said he will not activate it until I pay Rs 3000. My company had spent a huge amount for printing this new number on fliers and hoardings and paid advance to the concerned people. Now if you refuse to give me that number we will be in a huge loss.         Tata docomo so careless about customers... They didnt give me any imformation about the deposit money without my concern they blocked my out going calls... If i knew about any deposit sure i would have not taken this service... i am the person who suffring the problems because of there fault.. even they have have my call recordings they can check about is they given any information about the deposit please kindly check this... from those guys fault i am suffring...

            Hi, Yesterday I was using recharging my mobile via TataDocomo’s website. I made a recharge of 111, but it was under processing for more than 15 mins. Then I used my bank account and recharged successfully . After half an hour I got a message saying my first recharge to be successful. Now I have paid twice for the same service, which I cant avail because it was not a top up, but a special recharge for reducing call rate. I called to the customer care and spoke with senior executive Mr. Ravi Rajan. He advised me to address my problem here. Mob No [protected]

              Dear sir/madam, My number 93l9988lll have been active prepaid to postpaid. on the March 19, 2015 Tata Docomo agent had to come me and told the monthly rent is 299 + service benefits which are 1- 36000 seconds 2- 200 SMS 3-1 Gb 2g data (for all the month) in roaming- tata to tata-1.2p/s other i/c 0.75 o/g 1.00 std 1.5 rs/m and 1 gb 2g data can be used anywhere. after that in roaming I used data and other on march 27 2015 I received sms that my uses isb rs 2482. I complaint to custmer care twice but no satisfaction they give me. I was requested them to conferencing me to that agent but agent not pick the phone. this is business number and I lost many of my businesses due to o/g barring. I c'nt pay that wrong information and over commitment data bill rest I will pay. customer attention department had no done proper inquiry. so please do fast and needfull as soon as possible I c'nt lost my number.

                    My Tata Docomo number: [protected]. We tried to call their call center number because today we had got promotional SMS on our number after getting registered under FULL DND Service. But they have permanently blocked all the call centre numbers such as 121, 198 etc so that customers cannot reach them if they have any issue on their numbers.Great invention. After blocking we always get a pre-recorded message on our number whole day that all their executives are busy assisting with other customers(False Statement). Another great invention by Tata Docomo. We are very unhappy with their attitude they have towards their customers. Okay that's all about Tata Docomo service. Our mobile number is already registered under Full DND Service. Inspite of that we are receiving promotional SMS's from unknown numbers. Telemarketer's number from whom we got the SMS: [protected]. Promotional SMS Content: UR MOBILE NO JUST WON 4CRORE & CAR IN LAND ROVER MOTOR COMPANY UK TO CLAIM SEND:NAME, MOBILE NO, AGE, SEX, ADDRESS, EMAIL, OCUPATION TO:[protected]@hotmail.com This is a fraud SMS trying to trap the innocent people by giving false claims that we have won the lottery and trying to steal the personal information for their benefits. Please take action against such numbers.

The name of the sales executive is Ketan Shah. His mobile number was +91-[protected] [ Now switched off ] . He is a sales executive in Adalaj ATPL SECTOR-3 [ Trimandir Area ] [ Ahmedabad, Gujarat ] . And also he is official dealer of tata with wearing the uniform of tata. We purchased connection from him. TATA DOCOMO No : [protected] Account Number :[protected] In the month of november, 2014 I lost my photon so I called him and tell him that i don't know how to stop the services so he came and collect Rs. 700 from me in cash and told me that he will pay the bill and stop all the services but after three four months I come to know that he is totally fraud guy who collected money from so many people and I am also a part of them. Now my tata bill amount is : 1142 Rs. And I visit tata head office, all the outlate but no one is ready to give that person's information and also not ready to give any solution. At the end one of the tata manager advice me to lodge an online complain against him so kindly provide me the Guidance for this issue.

                        Hi, I have a post paid account with tata docomo. I was using prepaid connection from same service provider same number. One day I got call from them asking me to change to the post paid connection as my monthly expenditure on mobile was going around 500. They said that they have best suitable plan (GSM Super 3G 350 Plan) for me with which my expenditure on mobile will be reduced and quality of service also will improve. Looked good to me as I wanted to get rid of pre paid connection complexities. My basic plan is of RS. 350 ~27000 secs local and STD free calls, 1gb 3g data free, Once the 3g pack is finished then unlimited 2g+ data connection will be activated which I will get 3g speed in 2g pack. and less roaming charges. I submitted my docs and connection got activated. From this point itself disappointing things started happening. They have set my Dynamic Credit Limit to 800. I don't know why they set to only 800 charged bill around 993. My account information TATA DOCOMO NUMBER : [protected] (State : Maharashtra, City : Pune) Account No :[protected] Your Tariff Plan : GSM Super 3G 350 Plan Bill number : [protected] Bill Date : 05/04/15 Bill Period : 03/03/15 to 02/04/15 Dynamic Credit Limit : 800 Security Deposit : 0 Email_ID [protected]@gmail.com Now I got the bill which is of Rs. 993. I had called docomo to complain about the same but they said that I have used extra 3g data. I said them that as they have promised connection should get converted into 2g+ once the 3g data limit is finished. >> They don't have any answer for that instead asked me to do it on my own. Then I asked that I should at least get the intimation about the message telling that I have reached my monthly 3g data limit. >> I got unbelievable answer from then that is I should call 121 to know about this. I said that we used to get alerts in prepaid connection through message. >> They said they don't have information about this. I asked them to change my connection to prepaid. >> They asked me pay the bill first then wait for 90 days and after that I should got to docomo retail shop and submit the documents again. Reviews about the connection : 1. No quality of service improved. I don't get network in prime areas of Pune itself. 2. Connection never gets auto refreshed I need to do it manually. 3. I need to cut the call and call again for every 10 mins. Don't know what happens I cannot be able to hear other person's voice after some time and they cannot be able hear my voice. 4. Data connection is so slow that no pages get opened.                           I am expecting one help from you to fix my issue, I am reaching finally because you TATA DOCOMO customer care represents (Live Chat & voice call) and billing department team as well they are not give me correct information and they just escaping & worst behaviour, they don’t have minimum common sense. I got extra 200rs in may march bill statement (Feb4 to march5 2014), I am tried to reach all the possibility to get my money back but no use so I am reaching you . Complaint and reference number is[protected] – on what base this case was closed, I did not get my money but I waste 3hr time on this . They close the case simple without intimating me .                           I don't want to waste my time, i have your the best fools - your not listing me and thing what i required simple as per usage we have charged . What is the poofs as you have charged as per the usage .

                          Ok leave i have paid my balance - I already disconnect your services and moving to Airtel .

                          Why i am changing : - Because of customer care representatives, Mainly these two candidate - Surya, Mallik and one more candidate who call me today He was the number one stupid ..

                          Irresponsibility behave of your customer care representatives in voices, Live chat and email as well ) . You don't have any common senses, think and behave money is value, you & me working for the same .

                          I am using past 3 years TATA Docomo unlimited plan . Thanks for your support . please close the case not required any more

                            Dear Sir, I am using TATA DOCOMO prepaid service on my mobile. I have recharged booster(Call Rate cutter) Docomo to Docomo 1 paise/ sec plan, 67/- for 28 Days. yesterday i got message from docomo. 14/4/2015 my booster plan will consider. And I was charged to Rs 47/- instead off Rs 12/-. I was called to customer care and they are saying that 14/4/2015 is Tamil New Year. in this day no any booster (Call Rate Cutter) will be available. i have not received any message like this while i am recharge my booster plan. Please suggest what can i do for this.

                              I just received by email, bill for Photon dated 15 April 2015..The disconnection for number [protected] was conveyed to Tata Photon vide Cancellation request no.[protected] dated 30th March 2015 was acknowledged and I was informed that the request had been processed for internet disconnection. Then why these bills when you have acknowledged closure? Please give a satisfactory reply or I will refer the matter to the consumer court. This is pure harassment.

                                  |I have order for Tata Photon Wifi device on 2nd March 2015 with full payment of device cost(Rs.1000) to the Docomo vendor (Name:Anthuvan, Mobile No. +91 [protected]) who came to my office at Velacherry, Chennai.He promised that next day I will receive my device but I got my device only after 10 days on 12th March 2015. But after receiving my photon device I found it was not working. Then I called the customer care they try to trouble shoot it over phone but was not able to resolve the issue. Then next day (14th March 2015) Docomo technical representative came to my house to trouble shoot and he found that my device is a faulty device and he provided me the DOA certificate. I provided all the certificate and my old photon device to the sales guy who is coming to my office at Velachery. He convince me that he will provide me the new device my next day(16 March) . Now its over 45 days since I have order for my Tata photon device. But still I am totally unhappy by the kind of service being provided to me and The sales guy response towards me is harsh and hurting due to which I mentally stressed. Then I escalated to Appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com after that I got call from respective team again the problem persist in the same state.                                     I have purchased a tata photon dongle with postpaid connection of 450 monthly charge. I used the sim in roaming area and knowing the fact that they will disconnect my connection when i reach a maximum limit of Rs 1500 which is in there terms and condition. After 2 days they send me a bill of Rs.18000. When i asked the reason they give a lame excuse that we don't disconnect if you are using sim in roaming area. Now they are sending a bill of 21000 and threatening to pay it. I don't find this acceptable. It is the purest form of cheating.

                                      A payment was done to TATA Docomo as per the bills. Inspite of that they barred the dongle - when enquired about the payment they said it was not recorded by them However, when asked to cancel the service they then said to pay the charges from the last bill? The service was barred of no fault of mine, and when asked to stop the service asked to pay for barred dongle?

                                      b) The bills were paid on the respective days as mentioned in my mail 9th April as below-(For your reference all the bills have been paid in time-a) Amount Rs1096.00 was paid on 21st Feb- cheque 044082- Bank HSBC- Pune b) Amount Rs1207.87 was paid on 27th March - cheque 043955 - Bank HSBC- Pune.).
                                      All cheques were paid with the counterfoil of the bills.
                                      If it is not recorded in the system its not my mistake- its shows how weak and inefficient is your administration system.

                                      c) Although I've paid the bills -- I would like to point out there is a credit limit mentioned on the bill - is this only mentioned because 'it needs to be mentioned' but not applicable if there is delay or not receipt of the payment?Please check the records and verify if I have missed any payments from the time it was activated.
                                      d) All the above clearly shows the barring the dongal was incorrect -
                                      This caused me an immense embarrassment in front of a major client as I was presenting LIVE 'Vehicle Tracking System' not knowing it was barred!

                                      If you wish to know how Tracking works - please check with your Tracking department and will explain how important to have LIVE INTERNET connection.
                                      Do you understand the loss of business of because of the 'in correct updating of payment'.
                                      TATA Docomo is multi national corporate company who are not interested to know the customers from grass root level.
                                      Is this is type of treatment being given to customers who have been with TATA Docomo and regularly paying the bills with out defaulting any month- it clearly shows TATA Docomo doesn't value a customer.
                                      With immediate effect please cancel the subscription- because of the above I don't wish to subscribe to TATA Docomo.

                                      It was clearly mentioned that with effect from 9th March 2015 the earlier p=
                                      lan to be discontinued and new plan -of 5 GB for 500/ -
                                      Below is the mail of closure of the plan.
                                      Why is the bill sent with old plan - WHICH IS HIGHER THAN ANY OTHER BROADBAND OPERATOR.
                                      Please rectify the bill immediately to make the payment of March 2015.
                                      The feb payment was done on 21st Feb - Cheque[protected] HSBC Bank - Pune.
                                      - why is this being shown as outstanding.
                                      Can you please sort your internal matters efficiently to give better service.
                                      Please correct the bill and send for smooth transaction rather giving wrong

                                      b) The bills were paid on the respective days as mentioned in my mail 9th April as below-(For your reference all the bills have been paid in time-a) Amount Rs1096.00 was paid on 21st Feb- cheque 044082- Bank HSBC- Pune b) Amount Rs1207.87 was paid on 27th March - cheque 043955 - Bank HSBC- Pune.).
                                      All cheques were paid with the counterfoil of the bills.
                                      If it is not recorded in the system its not my mistake- its shows how weak and inefficient is your administration system.

                                      c) Although I've paid the bills -- I would like to point out there is a credit limit mentioned on the bill - is this only mentioned because 'it needs to be mentioned' but not applicable if there is delay or not receipt of the payment?Please check the records and verify if I have missed any payments from the time it was activated.
                                      d) All the above clearly shows the barring the dongal was incorrect -
                                      This caused me an immense embarrassment in front of a major client as I was presenting LIVE 'Vehicle Tracking System' not knowing it was barred!

                                      If you wish to know how Tracking works - please check with your Tracking department and will explain how important to have LIVE INTERNET connection.
                                      Do you understand the loss of business of because of the 'in correct updating of payment'.
                                      TATA Docomo is multi national corporate company who are not interested to know the customers from grass root level.
                                      Is this is type of treatment being given to customers who have been with TATA Docomo and regularly paying the bills with out defaulting any month- it clearly shows TATA Docomo doesn't value a customer.
                                      With immediate effect please cancel the subscription- because of the above I don't wish to subscribe to TATA Docomo.
