This is with respect to Tata Docomo Photon number [protected]. I used this number for almost a year and paid all my dues however lately due to speed issue I logged complaint in Nov'14 for disconnection. The complaint is still unresolved and I am getting repeated reminders to pay the O/s. Have shared multiple mails written to executives about the complaint been unresolved but no action is taken. I only keep getting reminder calls for o/s. When I pick the phone received from[protected], nobody is on the other call. Instead I get a system voice stating all executives are busy please call later. The services are pathetic of TATA Docomo. They offered me 35% discount on payout and advised me to call Mr. Deepak Sharma (Mob. No. [protected]).. When I call and discuss the matter there is no response from the person. I won't be paying any o/s premium ideally they should compensate back because of this mental harassment they are doing since Jan'15.

    I got msg on mobile no [protected] on 1 april that on recharging of 20 you will get 25 balance .I didn't get benifit of that recharge so I call in ccr on 2 april he told me that you will get benifit in 24 hrs.but after that time I again call ccr on 3 april they told me there no such msg on 1april on my no .executive provide wrong information.and exective behave such that theyare not for customer help he told me I can not give u benifit.you complaint on mail. Thank you

      I Amit K. Dagli., using Tata Docomo mobile since last 15 years on Mobile No: [protected]. (Previously CDMA Services used). In every March billing they are charging false service charges in Add-on Services. In the last Bill of March-2015 I have charged Rs.99/- as Model Vedio Club Charges. I have never requested this service. I have never filled any service request form online. I have not visited TATA website throgh my mobile. This is bogus charges by so called prestigious TATA. They are not responding by giving details. They are not giving any justification. This mal-practise and cheating with honest customer. I request every one to oppose of you charged illegally. I make my mind to file writ petition after company answer or remain unaswered for one month or so. Soon I will publish special email so I can make group and fight against such malafied charges. I again inform the company to give justification in my email to the company through your plateform. Amit

              I have a prepaid sim of tata docomo. My no. Is [protected]. They charged me rs50 for 2mb o[censored]sage even thou when i had enough of internet balance. I tried to complaint it to the customer care. At first ccr doesnt know what to talk so i asked her to give the call to supervisor. Zero cust service they delivered. Spoke to their supervisor sunil shinde. No resolution given and he said its my mistake for using internet and very indecent behaviour by the supervisor. I dont want the money... i owe them some respect.

              Thanks... I got the money refunded.. Though it got deducted again for a shitty reason but chuck its okay.. I got a call from them and then a text regarding the refund of money.

                  One of the worst and hopless service in telecome industry. This customer call center is very bad and people they are working there they don't know anything about there company only. I have a complain regarding unwanted balance deduction from my number [protected], due to which i feel dissatisfy with Tata docomo. I have 316 rs balance on 31st march 2015, when i checked my balance on 1 April 3:30 AM its seems only 16.5 rs, when i called customer care, he behaved rudely with me, he was started shouting with me, really i feel bad about that.                           i am using tata docomo prepaid connection and i activated internet data pack of 1 GB but for Saturday means 28/3/2015 when i using internet the data balance it was more than 500 MB and after that my work i turned off my mobile data and remains balance displayed more than 400MB but on next day morning i checked the balance it was only about 100 MB. really i shocked while checking data bal and i lost about 300 MB in my data bal without used the internet also without using the mobile so how could it possible to lost??? really the tata docomo providers are cheating to such customers and providing hell services to us... i want everything details about my data usage from 28/3/2015 to 30/3/2015 so plz immediately register my complaint and revert me back...                             Dear Sir, About 2 months ago I have placed a request to close my tata photon account(JAN 2015), NEW DELHI, PHOTON NO [protected]. The details are as below mentioned: But I am surprised to receive the invoice for every month till now . My Mobile Number : [protected] . I really fade up of calling to customer care every month to cancel my account. Every month customer care guys will say they will cancel the account, even i am getting the SMS for cancellation of account. But still the invoice is generating every month. After two months suddenly today I got a call from Tata photon office Delhi, that i have to pay this two months amount. This is too ridicules service provided by tata photon, unnecessary why i have to pay 2 months charge without using a single day. I don't prefer any one to take the service from tata photon Cancellation reference number :[protected] But nothing happened to cancel that every month i am getting the bill which i am not using for single day. I have all the proofs related to the cancellation how many times i called and places the request. I am going to put the complaint against Tata photon service.

                              From past 6 days i am not able to connect to internet from my photon device.Whenever i call customer support they have no resolution but say that we have network issue in all over delhi so will not be able to assist you.When i ask them exact time for my complaint redressal they say we can not say when it will be resolved but till then you carry on with your issue. Is customer a bull that he is paying rs 850 monthly charge for not using the services .And after all this they shoot me a mail saying "your service request number[protected] for your photon number [protected] is resolved." i am really fed up & the biggest thing is there is no one to monitor them . I really feel that these poor champs are harrasing me mentally & physically .I am not able to do my work & i am geeting losses in terms of revenue .I am thinking of going legal or to consumer forum for reimbursement of my loss & harasement .                                     We would like to inform you that the charges of Rs. 40.60/- got deducted as multiple sessions browsed at one given point of time, as each session reserves some balance and you were not having enough balance in your GPRS pool account. Hence, the charges were applied at basic rate @10 p/10 Kb, was correct for multiple sessions browsing.

                                    Details of deduction have been given below:

                                    * Date and time of browsing: 29-Mar-2015, 05:56 hours
                                    * No of session browsed: 2
                                    * Your Usage: 10847 KB.

                                    We would request you to maintain minimum balance of 30 MB in your GPRS pool for using multiple apps, to avoid inconvenience henceforth. Also you would get data alerts when your data balance would be less.

                                      Just to give you brief of what is my concerns. This is my first month in tata decomo after porting from Vodafone(worst decision of my life). For porting was not stopped even after me telling executive to stop it and I do not need to move to tata docomo. Porting happened and it taken 250Rs default corporate plan which include 1G 3G data free, plan name is GSM 3G 250 IOCT Voice Data. This was without my consent . So once I got SMS saying that Usage of 1k o your GSM mobile on 7th March means after 7 days with Decomo. So I have checked my plan and immediately asked to change my plan to One world 3G GSM 299 Plan for which please see the mail chain from my side. Now this plan has 1.5 G free 3G data. Now I got bill of Rs 3300 Appox. saying 1.5G data usage on my mobile out of which 500MB has to be paid from my side, don't know why as plan has 1.5G 3G free data. So i[censored]sage reached to more than 1.5G 3G data then speed reached to 2G with charges as 1p/10KB but bill is calculated on 500MB 3Gdata which is unacceptable . So according to plan 2900 Rs need to be waived off for this and I am ready to pay remaining amount. My outgoing service stopped for last 10 days without any resolution and I am taking fallow up like nothing send so many mails and even talked to appellate executive. There was no welcome call confirmation, changed to prepaid without my consent. So would request you to stop harassing customer this way and I am tech mahindra corporate customer so would escalate this to our department for harassing me by stopping services on my mobile. I will wait for your response and immediately would take this in consumer court for harassing me mentally and physically in terms of stopping my services if possibe would take stern legal action against Tata Decomo as I have all the details and proof for you incompetence and useless services.                                         Sir, I have joined in your network on 24.02.2015. I selected the number [protected] in the post paid scheme (Rs.1499/-) instead I had received the number [protected]. I contacted several times your staff Mr. Muthubalan, opp. to Madurai mobiles, Krishnarayar tank street, Madurai. As I am a Doctor in profession I had communicated [protected] number to many of my patients. But still now I am not getting a positive response from your staff either Mr. Muthubalan or Mr. Mani. Now it’s time to pay my Ist bill, I am very dissatisfied with your service. So, Kindly take action and give me the number [protected] as early as possible. This will help to run my profession without any disturbance. Thanking you.
