Mob no : [protected] . As per Rs55 double talk time offer, first I enquired the customer care n then I recharged for rs55 . then I found a sudden deduction of Rs30 within 15 min of the recharge ... when i enquired the customer care about other activated services n they replied negative and so i proceed for recharge ... so kindly refund my money back without fail .

We tried to speak to you personally on your number: [protected]. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered.

We would like to inform you that, an amount of Rs.30/- has been deducted from the balance for downloading a content SDP -Event; deals and discount on[protected] at 10:50AM by dialing USSD code (which starts with * and ends with #). I would request you to, please be extra careful while browsing (Apps/website) or dialing any short codes. Hence, all our systems are accurate and unless there is a subscription at your end there would not be any deduction. We take multiple confirmation from you before activating any service.

Kindly note that, “deals and discount” is a content not a service and there is no auto renewal for this service. Hence, as of now there are no value added services active on your number. However, as a goodwill gesture you have been credited an amount of Rs.30/- vide docket number ABAL[protected] on 24-MAR-2015.

    I have called account info 21-3. -2015 balance was 28 Ruppes.then i dialed dive in voice.i talked about 1minit 30 seconds Then i dialed account info again balace was at 16 ruppes what was that pls solve it plsssssssssssss I m very angry about this My mobile number is-[protected]

      I have registered a complaint against tata docomo for the speed issue of my broadband connection. I have given residential address plus the new address to the customer care and their turbhe office. They are always calling and asking the address. Last date given to me was 18th march and still there is no action. The Customer care people and the engineers only trying to mislead people Once again the same tata docomo fraud.       I have given a complaint regarding tata docomo broadband at my residence in Malabar Hill. My Account number is[protected]. They have not taken any action against that. The customer care representatives give false promises of sending engineers and solving the issue. I dont understand why this is happening and this is irresponsbility of indian companies providing broadband services. As this connection is registered on Mr. Vithalani they may take legal action against this tommorrow or in future and this can create trouble for tata docomo customer care.

I don't know what is the problem.Last 6 Month i am not making or receiving any calls from this number because of i am in abroad. Once i come to india i will use this number only.             Tata Docomo does fraud with customers. They take money and documents from customers through agents, then the agent phone number is deactivated so that you cant check the status of your application. The Tata agent gives you only some CAF number (11 digit) which when you call Tata Docomo HelpDesk, they say its not correct. Then when you tell them the fraud that has happened, they say we cant help you. Please mail your grievance to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. When we mail all to this email id, we get a reply "We will not be able to process your request due to non availability of the number.Request you to kindly provide your Tata DOCOMO number with STD code or Account number for further action.". The agent had given me customer copy of the form with Tata Docomo Official Logo on it where "CAF number" was written. I had provided that proof to the company, still they are ignoring my mails and customer care keeps on asking for customer account number to help further. If the agent has not given any connection, where should the customer come up with any account number? Thats the complaint right? And I had already provided them the CAF number and scanned copy of Customer Copy. Still they refuse to take any actions. Tata was such a good brand, but due to such services and fraud, I have lost trust in that brand. Now I have to make a police complaint as the agent has vanished with my money and documents.Not sure if the documents will be misused, so have to take care by making police complaint in time. Tata Docomo is doing frauds. Posting the complaint here, and all other sites as possible, so that people who are planning to take Tata connections in future, will rethink and choose some other options.

              My TATA number [protected], from 1st day i am facing problem on my mobile No. from last 4-5 month they are raising my bill in 000's and each and every time i need to raise complaint and reduce my bill to 364, and in this ur dept has crossed all limits, even they are not ready to solve my complaint and disconnected my outgoing, original complaint was raised on 3.02.2015. and sice bill is not cleared i cant move to any other service provider.

              from 1st day of connection i am facing problem on my No. each and every time they create new problem on my cell no and raise bill.
              From last 4-5 month they are raising my bill in 000's and each and every time i need to raise complaint and need to waste my 5-7hr in a month to reduce my bill to Rs.364,
              and This time ur dept has crossed all limits, even they are not ready to solve my complaint and disconnected my outgoing they are extending date of resolution and not solving my complaint, original complaint was raised on 03.02.2015.

              since bill is not cleared i cant move to any other service provider.
              dont want to continue with DOCOMO.

                I had a tata Photon Wifi dongle postpaid that i bought from Ahmedabad and was to be used at Pune as I had to go there for few months. I was told the there will be no speed issue at pune and I will get high speeds. I was not getting the promised 3g speed in my dongle, the speed was pathetic even slower than the 2g. So I went to cancel the dongle after 2 months, they took some Rs 270(approx) extra from the amount mentioned in the bill stating that it was cancellation charge. I had gone to cancel the connection in the middle of the month, though I haven't used the dongle for a single MB of data, during cancellation also I asked the lady at the store whether I will be charged for this month and she replied in negative. She said as you haven't used any data and you're getting it cancelled You will not have to pay the charge. Now the people at Photon are harassing me daily asking me to pay the charge for the month in which I had cancelled the dongle.
                Had I been told earlier that I will be charged for the dongle, I would have got it cancelled after the completion of the month. It's not about the mere 650 Rupees that I have to pay, it's about the level till which companies like Tata can go to harass the customer. First of all I was promised false speeds, I mentioned my area o[censored]se and the store people told me that their will be no problems with speed still I was getting pathetic speeds. Secondly they couldn't solve the speed issue even after repeated complaints. Third, the store lady said I will not be billed for the month, whereas I was actually charged. Now, they are harassing me everyday to pay the money. I am not going to pay the money as it is false

                I would advise everyone, please don't buy any of the Photon or docomo products otherwise you will also have to face all these issues.

                Now, while I wrote this complaint here, these TATA guys came to my home asking for money, and My mother who wasn't aware about the issue paid him the money. This is the level to which these companies can fall. They come to your house asking for money for the thing that you haven't actually used and part of money already taken at the store earlier in the name of cancellation charges.
                PLEASE NEVER BUY TATA PHOTON OR TATA DOCOMO PRODUCTS, otherwise you will have to face such mental harassment.

                    Illicit deduction of my T24 prepaid balance in name of data services. T24 Mobile Number: [protected] Since 6 months my account is getting deducted in name of data services which I have requested many time by speaking to customer care but did not get deactivated. Every time customer care told me that a message will be received with in 4 hrs of this call & your data services will be deactivated. Yesterday 11th March, 2015, 70 Rs has been deducted in a 4hrs duration in name of data services which I have not used & as per my knowledge it has been deactivated. I was shocked at the casual attitude of customer care when I asked this services should have been deactivated long back to which got the reply that sometimes due to technical issues deactivation request may not have processed. Are you want to say customer has to suffer due to your technical issues, moreover have not used a single byte of internet then how can I be charged for the thing which I have not used & requested for deactivation long time ago. This is clear case of cheating. Now as well I am not able to get this services deactivated, When I am trying to port my number it is also not working, I am not getting the sms code for porting. God save from this kind of fraud companies, think twice before going for this TATA docomo services.

                      Worst & poor service is tata docomo customer care service. Dont buy prepaid modem. I bought photon max wifi modem from tata docome on September 2014. I was working five month without trouble . One day on 2nd march 2015 morning it is not working and i register a compliment on customer care officer. They gave some instructions to do on modem.but issue not resolved & they asked me to go this shop & that shop and accordingly i went there but these people without compliant number they can not checked.regarding this last week one guy came to my home from tata and he also checked it and he promised to replace the modem on next day. Five days ago Still he is saying activation problem on higher side. Who will help & how will resolve it tat i dont know. I am disappointed from this network.[protected]

                      The following person of tata docomo is cheating me[protected] tata docomo supervisor) from the last friday(14.3.15) to till date. Because they have promised to replace the modem next day of their arival and they adviced me dont complint again to customer care.still they did not replace my modem and they did not give solution. The modem was defective from march 2nd. My 2000₹ modem cost waste & my recharge on feb'28 1500₹ For 30GB cost is also wasted. My modem no:[protected](tata docomo). I couldn't not trust your very soon resolved.

                              Dear sir, I have subscribed to tata docomo plan DS805 3 MBPS Standalone. The location is Malabar Hill and the speed which i receive is only 0.07 Mbps which is a critical issue. I have already complained 2-3 times regarding this.There is no action taken against this even after registering many complaints. As that wifi connection is registered on the global aviation industry they are trying on their side to solve this but there is not cooperation from tata docomo. Please do this before taking any legal action against tata docomo company legally by Mr. Vithalani and associates. My contact number is [protected].

                                The customer executive - Jagadish had blocked my number without intimation after verbally harassing me. He uses vulgar phrases and immediately disconnects the call and blocks my number. Such customer executives are nothing but a disgrace to the network operator and should be immediately suspended for causing unnecessary problems to the customers.                                   Hi I have requested to closed the connection in June 2014 after clearing all my bills .it was asked to me by customer care after transferring my call to cancellation dept that if i wanted to keep my number in safe custody. i clearly replied no. they said this number will be temporarily disconnected in 48 hrs and after 15 days it will permanenetly disconnect. after 15 days i even visited pimpri store and met cutomer support representative for same and ensured that there were no pending dues in their records, he said that they can not cancell the number from store as this procedure is applicable only online.i called customer care from store and it was told to me that i have requested safe custody. i immediately told them that this is fraud and i never requested that, i told them to remove from safe custody if they have misunderstood my statement cause i do not wish to continue this poor service and i never wanted to pay any amount for safe custody when i can happily use my wifi from any other service provider at a cheaper price.basically it was their tactics to fool me in to continuing the connection.why should i pay even a rupee when i do not want to use your connection or keep your number. its not a mobile number that i use to call, its just a wifi device number. i clarified this from phone of store to customer care and they said cancellation will be done.i thought i am over with these fraud tactics of docomo. then after a month or so, when i called docomo to confirm they said that number can be removed from safe custody only after its tenure.i still told them to put a request to cancell it immediately as i will not pay any stupid charges put to me by docomo representative for trying to force me to use your connection. till november 2014 i didnt get any bills.In dec 2014, i got a bill of 562 rupees due to be paid by 11 jan 2015. i called them and said this is a mistake from their end and it must stop as they are harassing me by sending bills for connection that i have stopped using 6 months back and have disconnected long back.they apologised and said they will reverse the amount and close connection. i got a bill in jan and feb again, n did call up customer care again and even spoke on online chat with same promises from their end but no actions. i am tired of talking to these people, and tired of their fraud and harassment.infact now they should pay me for mental agony they are providing me, when i have cleared my dues in june 2014 and asked them to close connection. My latest conversation was on 11 march 2015 with Mr. Yash Bhanok - senior high priority cancellation incharge.i called customer care and they connected me to cancellation dept. i asked him to tell me his complete name and discussed my problem with him.he heard me and told me he will call back in few mins.He called from [protected] and gave me a request no.[protected] saying that amount charged to me is wrong and complete amount will be reversed and number temporarily disconnected in 48 hrs and permanently disconnected in 15 days.i hoped that atleast this time it will be done. In 2 days time i get a message from docomo that 212 rupees have been credited to account and will have to pay rest.i dont understand that why will i pay when i cancelled your connection in june 2014 and have not used it since then. i got call on 14 march 2015 from docomo collection center in shivaji nagar - pune, from 2 mobile numbers : [protected] - mr . pratap jadhav [protected] - mr. rohit sawant these people complained me of not having paid the bill and said that i should pay it and close connection. i explained them very clearly that i will not pay a single penny as docomo is wrong in asking me for same. i again went to online chatsite of docomo for this issue and spoke to Mr. raj.He said he cant help me much with this issue and i should contact Mr. yash bhanok.i told him i am unable to reach him.now even chat websites are not helping. i don't understand anymore as to how to tackle this frauds. Please explain and help!do i need to post this to facebook for some one to come along and help me?????

                                  i recently called up customer care - reshma (1800266121) on 03 april 2015 at 1115 hrs to confirm if my account 9028002491 has been closed and the amount reversed.they confirmed that account has been closed and amount has been reversed and that i wont be troubled again for same. i want to thank consumer forum for helping me out with this. thanks again rgds sumit chandwani

                                  received a call from docomo media handling team on 18 march, by Mr. srikanth from number [protected] saying that number will be cancelled within a week time and asked me to remove the complaint from consumer forum.they informed me that amount has been reversed from my account bills and i said that i have received the message for that.i confirmed them that as long as i dont get a mail or sms that my number is cancelled permanently i wont remove this complaint as you people may send me a bill again in some months saying that this amount is for cancelling.i have heard about these frauds from docomo.better that i will wait for confirmation from your end wrt number cancellation and then once you cancell my number permanently i assure to remove this complaint and put the right comments as to how i was helped in getting this issue sorted out.

                                    I cannot understand what they(Tata docomo people) are doing everyday 15rs without any reason. Whenever my phone gets network first time in a day. I receive 3 smses from ta-mdeals with content "hi! Get additional 10% off on bill of rs.500 & above for buying any product on www.Starcj.Com. Your discount code is:[protected].Coupon expires in 24hrs. Tnc apply. " And guess what i have lost my rs.15 without doing anything... And [protected]@tatadocomo is fab they keep on saying that u hv done this and this.. Without accepting the fact that he is been facing some serious problem and why the hell do you think that i will dial that ussd again and again.. kindly suggest solution
