Tata Docomo does fraud with customers. They take money and documents from customers through agents, then the agent phone number is deactivated so that you cant check the status of your application. The Tata agent gives you only some CAF number (11 digit) which when you call Tata Docomo HelpDesk, they say its not correct. Then when you tell them the fraud that has happened, they say we cant help you. Please mail your grievance to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. When we mail all to this email id, we get a reply "We will not be able to process your request due to non availability of the number.Request you to kindly provide your Tata DOCOMO number with STD code or Account number for further action.".
The agent had given me customer copy of the form with Tata Docomo Official Logo on it where "CAF number" was written. I had provided that proof to the company, still they are ignoring my mails and customer care keeps on asking for customer account number to help further. If the agent has not given any connection, where should the customer come up with any account number? Thats the complaint right? And I had already provided them the CAF number and scanned copy of Customer Copy. Still they refuse to take any actions.
Tata was such a good brand, but due to such services and fraud, I have lost trust in that brand.
Now I have to make a police complaint as the agent has vanished with my money and documents.Not sure if the documents will be misused, so have to take care by making police complaint in time. Tata Docomo is doing frauds. Posting the complaint here, and all other sites as possible, so that people who are planning to take Tata connections in future, will rethink and choose some other options.
