1.Today 7 march am not surfing on net i already switch off the internet . Mine 162 rupees cuted from my main account when i seen my balnace i found that. 2. OR i donot get any flash massage on my screen about internet balance is low. My balance in deducted 5th time it is not fair or this company dont listen me everytime show mine faut.     On 7/3/2015, I had a conversation with one of the customer care(198) person at 11AM regarding the currency transfer problem. My Problem: Need to get a payment/transfer for the currency/balance I have on my account. Conversation i had with Costumer care(CC): Me: i need to transfer my currency or get a refund for the same or any other solution? CC: the transfer option is not there. I do not have a solution for your problem. Me: can you please connect to the team lead ? CC: yes i will. Puts me on hold for a minute and cuts the call. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. Highly DISRESPECTFUL.

        My Name Ravi This is regarding complaint against Tata docomo number :[protected]. I have received legal notice from tata docomo in my mail box for non payment. fact is that i am not a customer of Tata Docomo Teleservice Ltd., nor used any services from your Teleservice and not purchased the your company SIM Cards. I got call from tata docomo name: Swetha number: [protected], used rough language and talked very rashly and also given threat stating that, if i am not clear the balance amount of Rs.3, 980/- that, she will block the Passport, Pan Card and Driving License. I am an Engineer, apprehend about my better future and endeavors, blindly without arguing or making any correspondence made the payment. I have sent several mail regarding this but never get resolved and always they are saying "concerned team on high priority and are expressly working towards resolving it at the earliest. We shall revert to you shortly. We request you to kindly bear with us in the interim" That will never happened. Now please suggest me how can i deal with this. Can I approach lawyer to deal this or do I need to register police complaint.

          Sir, Yesterday dtd.05.03.15 rs.50 deducted in my mobile automatically the customer care activated the scheme and when i am call to the customer the person mr .ravi say i am deactivating now you will get money within 24 hrs but till i dnt have received but that balance we Are putting for any emergency call why should this is happening, please do the needful.               Hi Team, I would require the clarification regarding my SIM (Eldho Kuriakose -+91- [protected]) being blocked without proper notice and information to me.When I checked with the customer service executive, they informed the i'm using my number for the purpose of telemarketing.I also walked into your office at Jalahalli Cross since they said they cant do any thing am posting my complaints. As i'm not involved in any kind of telemarketing, i would like you to clarify on what basis this has been done.                     the customer care person said "you should have told us earlier" that is stupid as only after the tata technician said it is a defective device i had absolutely no inkling. now hidng behind their ' policies Tata is escaping from the fact that it's dealer sold a defective piece and refuses on flimsy grounds saying "it is too late now" especially "sorry for the inconvenience" !!! inconvenience? this is a blatant disregard for the customer i want tata to replace this defective device with a new one i have spent money that i can ill afford to throw away Mr. J.R.D.TATA, are YOU listening? does this not bother you? your Name your Trustworthy Name is soiled i demand an immediate response to this issue sincerely S.Vazir

                        Dear team, I have purchased the tata photon max in july. While purchasing itself I have informed them that I would need it only 1 month i.e.. till Aug 2014. I purchased it in an offer(Paying Rs 2700/, we can use it for 3 months at free of cost and post that I need to pay based on my usage). I have last used it in Aug 2nd week. Post that there was no usage. Customer care reps called me in sept asking for my bill amount. I have clearly told them then that I am not using it anymore and don't need the connection. They did not cancel the request. I am not informed about the connection being suspended. Now they keep calling me about payment and also they are threatening saying that they would take legal action.. When I complained about the same to the customer care, there was no proper response and they are asking the phone number from which they called in Sept. How would that information be saved when I was not informed that I need to keep the number ready. My tata photon no.is [protected]

                          After paying the bill payment but still getting calls from unknown numbers of TATA people and now they called me from Legal Desk by some Pintu Singh with the number [protected] and later with another number [protected]. This kept on calling me to pay the bill and threatening me by mentioning that I'll be getting a court notice if I am not going to pay the remaining bill. The system itself is also showing that I have to pay, but I already settled this issue with the tata docomo executives last year dated 23rd JUNE 2014 in visakhapatnam. The payment as they are speaking is 1646/- INR and after a very long discussion with this pintu singh in the afternoon he directed the call to the hyderabad office where the other person named DEEPAK said that I have to pay in order to sort out this issue or else to face legal notice. I said to provide the office or related email id to my number so that I can send them the scanned copy of the receipt that I got after the payment along with the marked words CANCELLATION. Again now I got a call from PINTU SINGH saying that I can pay only 1, 000/- INR now to close this account. I'm having mental harassment with this issue from the TATA DOCOMO where they never followed protocols for anything till now, suddenly asking me to pay for the broadband usage which I didn't even used.

                          No the issues didn't get resolved, now it got worse. Now I am getting calls threatening of moving me to lok adalat court.
                          This is my Account No: 919693978. I'm being harassed from the past 3 years and the bill amount that these people are asking is for zero usage. I submitted the modem back in 2015 and I don't understand why these calls are keep getting even after I paid the bill of 2500 and apart from that how ethical it is to bill post disconnection of the services. And more over the way your people are speaking was unbearable. Back in 2015 one of your legal executive (Pintu) from delhi called me up and asked me to attend the court in delhi. Later he connected me the hyderabad manager and the manager asked me to settle it down to 600rs. I don't really understand why you people are harassing even when I paid the bill for the services and I paid it post termination of the services.

                            I am a user of tata docomo corporate plan with 499 rental per month(number: [protected]). This plan has limit of 2gb 2G data usage, the rates applicable beyind 2GB usage (as conveyed and as shown over internet) are 1p/kb for the first 30MB and 1p/10kb thereafter. The data usage for my mobile for the billing month 20thJan'15 to 19thFeb'15 is 2.3Gb, however the bill generated is that of 3500 rs. My outgoing calls were bared, when i seeked for an explaination for the same i was asked to pay a bill of 22k to resume services. You guys owe an explaination for the same. I had also filed a complaint with customer care services (ref no.:[protected] i got a message saying my complaint has been resolved even though it hasnt been resolved yet.How is it possible? I have been trying to contact customer care services since a very long time now but no response regarding the billing from your end. I have made several calls but to no use, my outgoing calls and other services have been barred again. I work for the TATA group and assume that TATA group will be serving best of its services across all domains, it doesnt appear to be so in case of TATA docomo. Request you to resolve the problem at its earliest or remove the account once for all.

                                  Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings > Message > Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. But no such options were available, when I told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. Is there any solution for this other than number porting? Please Help. Regards, mohan

                                    Service tickets details 1.[protected] For billing related dispute (Date of Raising Request 9th Feb 2015) 2.[protected] For connectivity issue (Date of Raising Request 12th Feb 2015) I have raised complaints about Photon connectivity. Apart from their engineer confirmation and sharing the fault completion report about Tower dismantling i am not getting connectivity & desired speed. Despite of several reminders i have not received any update regarding the complaints raised. Even status of my complaints are resolved without giving resolution. Would request for resolution of my problem. I was be informed that, your problem will get resolved within a month. But still my problem is then and there. Not received any update & call from respective department.

                                    I also would request to waive off my March 2015 payment since still i am not able to access as well nor their any connectivity in my area.
