the customer care person said "you should have told us earlier" that is stupid as only after the tata technician said it is a defective device i had absolutely no inkling. now hidng behind their ' policies Tata is escaping from the fact that it's dealer sold a defective piece and refuses on flimsy grounds saying "it is too late now" especially "sorry for the inconvenience" !!! inconvenience? this is a blatant disregard for the customer...

Very negligent customer care executives
