Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour.

    Dear Sir/Madam, with reference to above, i am working as Manager Finance and Accounts in Bangalore and i am qualified CA. i have ported from Vodafone to Docomo from Jan 2015 onwards and out going calls facillity has been barred from 10.03.2015 onwards because of non payment of last bill of previous service provider. since i have not recived the bill same was not being paid . i came to know about old due amount on 10.03.2015 and same was paid on 10.03.2015 @ 1.38 PM. payment reference has been shared with both vodofone and Docomo. even after sharing the details, my outgoing calls were being barred. I have only one contact no and from past two days. i have called Docomo customer care many times but my problem has not been resolved. i am really fed up with docomo. kindly look into it.

          My self Biswajit Dutta, last night on 11.03.15 my DO CO MO([protected]) account Balance was Rs.110/ but surprising on 12.03.15 morning when I checked account balance Rs.36 / deducted from main account balance with out any reasons. Then I had complained DO CO MO Customer care(121) at 12.28pm regarding above Matter but no positive response come out from customer representative .I request please solve the above matter and refund deducted amount.

            sir, i am really disappointed with your services that including the behaviour of your customer care executives, i would like to lodge a complaint against your executive who didn't say his name and abused me for calling him. this kind of behaviour was not at all be accepted and I wont tolerate this. i called your helpline number : [protected] @ 12:28 hours on 1 march 2015 from [protected] if you could see i have been calling from the last 8 days regarding an issue that being: i have been repeatedly requesting your representatives to remove the advertisement before my caller tune that i subscribed on 22 feb 2015. it has been 8 days and instead of resolving my issue they removed my caller tune and the guy talked very rudely and abusively to me. i wish to hear from your side asap. or actions will be taken against you. himank maan [protected]

              Last evening a representative of Tata called He was all sweetness and light obviously Tata wants it's name to be Clean Clean? it is pathetic how such big companies stoop to anything to justify their actions i have been living in an illusion. a Utopia in the real world truth and justice are unheard of. i am through with this. i just want to end this nightmare. in our brutalized society such companies flourish like the green bay tree poor consumer, the common man still harbours hope of justice i have decided to cut all contact with tata i do Not want anything because i realized too late that tata will always hide behind it's policies what is galling is that after cancellation and deactivation they sent the bill and accepted the money how crooked is that? this is the last time. i want to forget kindly do not contact me Tata ever again you know know you are guilty but you shall never admit it just the mention of your name makes me ill get lost.                 As per the first buying of TATA Photon data card, customer can carry internet data for three month in prepaid plan. But in the 3rd month, my data doesn't carried out. I was trying to recharge from 17 feb 2015 as per the rule but it was not possible due Tata Photon Network system problem. I was also tried to recharge from Internet, Retailer, Mobile money ... etc but still not possible. But after previous validity period recharge is done and my data doesn't carried out (near about 7-8 GB). I also called to customer care for 3-4 times but they did't resolve my issues. At that time there was another problem that i couldn't connect my data card for 1 week. Thats why i couldn't do internet surfing. So i request to you please take Hard Action on TATA Photon. My prepaid photon no. is : [protected]

                My issue is still pending. Tata photon is not resolving my issue. It indicates that Tata docomo don't care about their customer. I want unused carrying data to my account. It is totally fault of Tata Docomo Network System because when i was contact to technical department, that time there was a big technical problem & that is resolved in 2nd day late night. Due to this they couldn't see any customer information in their system. And it is totally fault of Technical Department. If automatically Internet data gonna be lost then there should be a solution to add data in customer's account.

                So, it is necessary to take hard action on TATA PHOTON.
                As per the rule i was trying to recharge before validity date in previous month and that was not possible due to only technical or network problem. From my side i have done with the task but TATA PHOTON is not doing their responsibility.

                I already done with the recharge in previous month but there is no any carrying internet data added to my account. I will not do next recharge until my carrying data added to my account.
                If you are not going to add my unused data then i will create big issue for TATA PHOTON using higher resources...
                I have done with the use of all data except CARRY data. Now i request to consumer officer please provide my unused data (Carry Data) to my account: [protected].My data should be add to my account ASAP...

                  Hi, This is Kumar from bangalore, my A/c No.[protected], I am using Docomo from October14 and my bill generation date is 7th of every month. I have paid my bills every month before 10th i.e., within 3 days of receipt of the bill. My credit limit was Rs.800 since taking this connection till this false billing. I did not receive my bill for the month of Jan'15 which I was suppose to receive by 8th-Feb but even then I deposited Rs.1000/- as my bill for Jan by 10th-Feb (Appx). Further I was in roaming from 3rd to 8th Feb. Now, I received my bill for the month of Feb'15 Rs.2216.80, all off a sudden my credit limit increased without my information. Further their is Value Added Service Charges Rs.128.60 where in I have only subscribed for Miss call alert which costs Rs.30/- all the other charges are False Billing. Now coming down to Roaming Charges Rs.1350.94, I didn't understand the breakup they have given but I do understand Rs.1097.9 for using internet. Seriously ??? I have hardly opened my net and moreover I 499 monthly extra for unlimited 3G, now why is this ?? Even if you clarify that on roaming Internet is chargeable even though I have taken unlimited plan can you please clear this limit of Rs.800/- increased on its own ?? Further, I called customer care yesterday but I was informed that system is not working. Really ?? Now, I called up the customer care for the details and inquiring about my bill the so called "executive" put me on hold for 33 min 10 sec and disconnected the call, I have the screen shot of this. All I want is my correct and genuine bill to clear and port out of this horrible service provider who have now started cheating this way and on questing they simply ignore. I believed TATA is a trusted brand, but got to change my opinion now. Thanks, Kumar

I had registered with docomo account and obtaining a Itemized Bill for every month. They have not sent itemized bill for period of 10/04/14 to 09/05/14. The following details of Tata Docomo Bill,

                    Bill Period : 10/04/14 to 09/05/14

                    The Docomo team calling me every month regarding the payment without giving any information about the itemized bill.
                    So i will pay the amount once i received the itemized bill for the above bill period.

                      I was having a net pack but the company deducted my 80 rupees for interner browsing a fter that i was having a roaming card but company decucted around 25 rs for in coming call. I have complained to it 2 times but they started giving excuses and put my call on hold and never came to me. after that what they did i dont know i was unnable to call them.

                        I Krishna Tudu would like to bring your kind notice that, my tata docomo post paid mobile no.-[protected] is been disconnected from 2nd march 2015. as per the information got from tata docomo service provider that i have an outstanding amount of rs.265.65 on previous service provider account(airtel).
                        but the time of porting out i have been informed that there are no more outstanding amount due,
                        i got an sms from 191 number stating that unless i pay the due amount my service will be discontinue.
                        my payment due date was on 08 feb. 2015 and i pay the amount to airtel outlet on 9 march 2015, then i appear to the docomo outlet with the recipt of cash memo, one of tata docomo executive told me that this number can not be retived.


                        now my question is on the baisis of authenticity, my service provider has my alternet number and did not bothered to in form, as you can see this number is very old i am using this since long time, it hampered my business.


                        although i ask them for some tme for payment, as this transection can not be done on line, i have to appear to the outlet. it requires time which i do not have. as i was so busy last few days.

                              Docomo is sending me unwanted flash messages which interrupts my work which is very problematic & they activated unwanted callme tune without my permission or without informing me on my number & deducted Rs. 45 r that without informing me.                                 We applied for a new wifi connection, accordingly one Mr. Vishal contacted and asked to pay Rs.1145/- as installation charges. We paid the said amount and the required documents on 04 March 2015, we were given a receipt with the CAF no. It has been 6 days, yet no one has come for installation. We have contacted the customer care, and have sent mails but no avail. We have also repeatedly contacted the concerned person (who took the documents and money) but have got only rude vague responses. What should we do?

                                Hello,

                                We just came to know that Tata does not accept cash for installation, but we were asked to pay cash, even before the installation. We have already paid 1450 in cash, and now we are getting to know that Tata Wifi services are not available for our particular building.

                                    I m a user of tata photon + since last 3 years.my no is [protected].till recently the services were satisfactory.in the month of Feb15 it was not working for at-least 10-15 days.even after it started working again, its getting disturbed very frequently and the experience is very frustrating.its not expected from a brand TATA.the both the speeds are very slow.my 5 GB unlimited plan remained unused to a large extent in feb15. It is requested to take corrective action to improve the services and add up my remaining data usage in to current month balance. Not taking any corrective action to my satisfaction will force me to think of opting for other service provider.

                                      In response to your needing the 10 digit no and email ID do you think i am stupid? you are dilly dallying buying time to block me off with one of your policies if you think i am going to give my mail ID you are dead wrong. my email account would be vulnerable to hackers if there was any truth and fairness you would not have sent a bill after the cancellation and deactivation of the account no [protected]. this is not about money it is about trust Tata has violated all norms ethics in the name of it's policies! no truth or trust can be expected from Tata you made me a scape goat. and gleefully took my money paying money for a defective device that cannot be sold and cannot be used the mental torture and frustration i have been through for three long months! Now i am compelled to think of my religion. as a Muslim, perhaps, i have been given a raw deal I have never thought of communal discrimination but it now it has slowly creept into my mind i have decided that i do not want anything from you you are welcome to the ill-gotten gains to hell with you. the common man cannot have access to justice has never been more forcefully brought out. Tata just get the hell off my face i want to forget but every time i see your ads my blood boils i feel ill. never will i come here to ask for justice justice does not exist. only money talks. with the worst ill-will in the world i end this.

                                        Hi, I have paid the bill for February 2015 of 389Rs and I got a bill of 1438 outstanding an 623Rs unbilled as on 8th march 2015 whereas it was showing 620Rs as my unbilled amount an 0Rs outstanding as on 6th march... I want to know why it came 800Rs extra for me till I get my clarification I am not going to pay any bill. Let me know what happened else I am gonna have to take serious action on this one.
