This is Kumar from bangalore, my A/c No.[protected], I am using Docomo from October14 and my bill generation date is 7th of every month. I have paid my bills every month before 10th i.e., within 3 days of receipt of the bill. My credit limit was Rs.800 since taking this connection till this false billing. I did not receive my bill for the month of Jan'15 which I was suppose to receive by 8th-Feb but even then I deposited Rs.1000/- as my bill for Jan by 10th-Feb (Appx). Further I was in roaming from 3rd to 8th Feb.
Now, I received my bill for the month of Feb'15 Rs.2216.80, all off a sudden my credit limit increased without my information. Further their is Value Added Service Charges Rs.128.60 where in I have only subscribed for Miss call alert which costs Rs.30/- all the other charges are False Billing. Now coming down to Roaming Charges Rs.1350.94, I didn't understand the breakup they have given but I do understand Rs.1097.9 for using internet. Seriously ??? I have hardly opened my net and moreover I 499 monthly extra for unlimited 3G, now why is this ?? Even if you clarify that on roaming Internet is chargeable even though I have taken unlimited plan can you please clear this limit of Rs.800/- increased on its own ??
Further, I called customer care yesterday but I was informed that system is not working. Really ?? Now, I called up the customer care for the details and inquiring about my bill the so called "executive" put me on hold for 33 min 10 sec and disconnected the call, I have the screen shot of this.
All I want is my correct and genuine bill to clear and port out of this horrible service provider who have now started cheating this way and on questing they simply ignore. I believed TATA is a trusted brand, but got to change my opinion now.
