sim not working correctly

Wifi Device bought on 30th Dec 2014 not working

Illegal deduction of main balance of Rs 50 in the name of data charges

Rs 50 was deducted by tata docomo in my number [protected] in the mean of deduction of data usage but i have data balance 2500 MB.and also deducted data balance also.. Three days before I face the same problem Rs 20 deducted my main for data usage that time i'm have a data balance .. I can't Activate any sevices.....
