Hi, , I am sanatan kumar and my postpay number is :- [protected], , I have taken Tata Docomo postpaid connection on 1/Nov/14 of 799 plan of 2000 min. local and std min free, Means more than 2 hrs per day. I uses 2 hrs to talk per day.. But bill is showing 1786 rupees in 27th of Dec, , bill is totally wrong... One more thing myplan is 799 and it gives 800 Rs credit means 799+800=1599, , , then how it'sshowing 1786.. I left my job so i am going to my native permanently, so I want to disconnect this plan and My number is [protected]… I can’t pay from next month... i am trying to cancel, so i called customer care, went to docomo outlet, , and written many complaints to grahak seva but no body is taking care...

I don't think you will do any thing any thing on this complaint... I am already complaint on this since 31/12/14 but still no action has been taken.. Now i have decided to complaint my query on directly Indian government website Mygov. I will continue complaining every week on all websites until it is solved...
Dear Customer,

We tried to speak to you personally on your number, regarding billing and cancellation of your Tata Docomo connection . However, the same was not possible as the call was not reachable. At the outset we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

In this regards, we would like to inform you that your cancellation request has been registered with the docket number[protected].

The outgoing services of this number will be barred within 72 hours.
Temporary disconnection will happen on the 7th day and the billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered.
Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. 00/-.
The number will get permanently disconnected within 15 days.
Your billing cycle is 27th of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection.

    Sir I'm using tata docomo no. [protected] having postpaid plan of Rs. 899 unlimited local & std, the bill is supposed to be Rs. 1010 including taxes but from last 2 months they are sending the bills of around Rs. 1150 & Rs 1450 (current month) don't know what charges they had included.. Making a complaint in their store is too difficult they don't even listen you sometimes.. Please look into the matter & provide a prompt resolution otherwise I won't left with any other option except to MNP. THANKING YOU ASHOK UPADHYAY

      Hi, Today I got one message that "Unlimited at 75 is activated at Rs56.5for 23days.Bal:Rs 1.01 at 11-jan-15 1:02.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free)" from TA-HUWWAP and deducted my 56.5 rs from my account. Kindly request you to do needful for this. Regards, Parth Shah [protected].

          I had my balance deduction on on service on without my knowledge. The charged me in the past also. But today I.e 11th Jan, 2015 it was bit more. I recharged my no. At 11:04 am of rs. 298 and I got 150 recharge and 1.5 Gb internet. So I basically had rs.150 in my account. In a mean while, after some time I received a msg of Rs. 50 deduction from my account. This time it was bit more. A value added service named Movie world had been activated without my knowledge. I am really unhappy for such kind o[censored]nfair deduction from my account. Please try to fix it as soon as possible . and refund atleast my last deduction.The msg I received at 11:44 am after deduction was"Movie World is activated at Rs50.0 for 30days.Bal:Rs100.01 at 11-Jan-15 11:01.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free)" Please stop these deduction by unfair means. Customer care service has been disabled when I tried to contact them. I am really disappointed from your Customer care service. I hope, you will fix it asap. My contact no. is [protected]

          There was some service activation named movie world and weight loss was activated without my knowledge and I deactivated the services before 24 hours. And as per the law of Indian govt., if any service is deadeactivated by the customer then the balance deducted will be simply reimbursed because there was service activation without my knowledge.

For that, he told me only if after paying Rs.450/-, he can do with that migration process. But I have argued with him and called your customer care service executive again and told my inconvenience. And the customer care service executive also spoke with that concerned mobile store person. The both spoke officially. After that, the mobile store person repeated the same and told me either I have to pay Rs.450/- or I have go to head office at Kandanchavadi, Chennai-600 096. Again, I called your customer care service executive help; they told that they have registered my complaint and told that they will contact me again. But still now, I didn’t get any reply from them. I was struggling for past so many days to solve this issue. But I get the result is zero and my time was wasted and I get only mind disturbed (i.e. blood pressure increased). So, kindly solve this problem as fast as possible. And kindly solve this issue in a convenient manner as I have no other time & health to waste for this issue and also take necessary action against that persons working in mobile stores. If you didn’t take any action against them, they will spoil your goodwill of your company name. I am waiting for your immediate action.                   Dear sir, I used mnp service to convert my vodafone no [protected] into docomo service provider but since I am using docomo service i am facing a big problem with this sim. every mobile using this sim will get hanged while using this sim to resolve this problem i purchased duplicate sim again but the problem is not resolved so i am writing to u please help me over it what should i do now.

                    Hi, I own a Tata Docomo prepraid connection in Mumbai having number [protected]. From this phone balance amount of around ~ 500 Rupees has been falsely deducted recently without me actually utilising the same, around end of Dec 2014( Date not known as there was no notification) I have reached out to Tata Docomo customer care at no. 121 on 1st Jan, 15 and have spoken to Senior Customer care representative (Monica Agarwal), but in vain, got a cold blooded response, she was not even ready to accept my complaint despite of she confirming that there is no log records which says that calls were made from this number to sum up with that of my deducted amount. I have also wrote to listen.[protected]@tatadocomo.com on 2nd Jan '15, but no response till date. Request you to resolve this at the earliest and credit back the falsely deducted amount.                       Today I got a message that.. (ModelVideoClub is activated at Rs60.64 for 19days.Bal:Rs1.00 at 10-jan-15 13:01.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free)). Without any subscription they have activated this useless service and deducted my Rs. 60.64. I trusted DOCOMO for so long but they again started this kind of crap. Tata Docomo, I request you to deactivate this ModelVideoClub, which i never subscribed and refund my deducted amount. My number is [protected] from Kurukshetra, Haryana.                         The tata photon wifi device i purchased only about 10 days ago is not working since the last 6 days. even after many calls, one service person who checked it said that it is defective and will be replaced. now, there is no response from tata photon people and it is causing a lot of inconvenience, while they are promptly charging the rental since the date it was activated on 30th dec 2014. kindly help me. the tata photon no.is [protected]

                          I bought a tata photon max wifi data card([protected]) last month. It was a prepaid connection and I was told that I would get 1GB extra data for the next 4 recharges. I recharged for Rs 275 (transaction id BINB[protected]) on 9th Jan and I only got 1 gb data and the extra GB which was promised to me wasn't added to my account. The thing which amazes me is that their customer care centers doesn't even have updated databases. When I asked the customer care representative about my Internet balance, he told me that I don't have any balance and I haven't recharged for any amount however I was able to surf the Internet and when I checked the data balance through photon self care link it was showing more 900MB available. Although the last recharge details are not available there as well. I don't know how they update their databases but surely they are not doing it right. When I tried to send the complaint through their website(https://www.tatadocomo.com/register-your-complaint.aspx), the first field itself resets the whole page again and again. So, I have no way of communicating to them online. As for now, I only want the extra 1 GB which was promised to me earlier and please update your databases correctly and in a timely manner otherwise you are definitely going to lose a lot of customers. Remove the bug from your complaint page as well.

                            Rs 50 was deducted by tata docomo in my number [protected] in the mean of deduction of data usage but i have data balance 2500 MB.and also deducted data balance also.. Three days before I face the same problem Rs 20 deducted my main for data usage that time i'm have a data balance .. I can't Activate any sevices..

Thereafter I called the customer executive at 198 and explained the same and thereafter he told me to HANG ON and suddenly call disconnected I tried again to it but couldn't connect it thereafter I tried to customers care support even there I was not connected why they doing like this? Why they troubling us? . This is serious concern which I brought to your notice sire where I called them but didn't responded or helped me so I am knocking in your door.                                   Hello I am sick of tata docomo. yesterday i have 290 mb 3g data in my mobile . Iwas using internet and i got an message from docomo that your internet balance is low. i switched iff my mobile data and closed the internet . after 2 minutes i found that docomo deducted 238 rupees. but still i have 5.98mb 3g data in my mobile. i want to ask why docomo is playing like robers. Docomo is doing Robery in customers pockets. I have faced this issue third time in a month . Please let me know what's going wrong with Tata Docomo. I have 3g data still in my account and you charged me 238 Rupees. please resolve my issue and refund my money and let me know any solution to skip your roberry in our pockets .                                       Sir, I am using Tata Docomo prepaid connection [protected] last five years, I have recharged Rs.171 talk pack with net for 30 days on 5th Dec'14. My complaint is, I got few message that you have subscribed for following services. 1. Endless music at Rs.75 for 30 days from 59090 on 11.12.14 (Deducted Rs.75 fully) 2..Unlimited at Rs.75 from TA-HUWWAP on 13.12.14 ((but deducted Rs.50.56 for 21 days since no sufficient balance) 3. Monthly chat at Rs.45 from 58558 on 25.12.14 (i am getting this message daily till date 08.01.15) I was surprised this kind of subscribed message and deducted the balance whenever using the net, but i didn't use these services, my balance was zero and 171 pack got validated by 3rd Jan'15. I tried to call customer care center many times for get refund of my balance, but i got it only Rs.50 on 13.12.14 for unlimited and still i getting daily message for monthly chat at Rs.45, but i could not stop/deactivate this subscribed even after check with customer care and send stop message too. I am not recharge balance further due to this message, so i am requesting you to please stop/deactivate unused services and refund my balance Rs.75/- for Endless music Thank you.                                       Sir, Today (09.01.15) again deducted the balance Rs.45 towards Monthly Chat after recharged the balance, i have escalated many times to customer care center about the stop/deactivate unused service, but no one stop. Please refund the balance Rs.75/- for Endless music and Rs.45/- for Monthly Chat. I hope that you understand the customer's pain like deducting the balance for unknown and unused service.                                         Hi Sir/Madam, Good Afternoon, Myself Datta sawant, I m using your card from last 4 years, I m living in pune so that's I never face problem of Docomo range not fully, but whenever I trying to my home means in udgir, then there is lot of problem I facing to call him. my parents always told me there is no range for DoCoMo card in my udgirs' (in maharashtra) home. So I never called him whenever they are in home, but when they are outside the range problem is not acquired. But this range problem they are facing because of your bullish service, faltu, bakwas or chutiya service got it. I have told the same problem to customer care from many times, but they not resolved it, is this like kind of your service to make chutiya to customer. My no. is [protected], and my father, brother, mother all o[censored]sing Tata DoCoMo. I want to tell one thing, other service like Idea, Vodafone, Airtel have full range in my home. only problem about your bullish DoCoMo service. If Other company's are capable for giving full range of network in small taluka or village so why you are not giving, instead of that you are giving much and much bad service again and again. I m asking you last time what should I do? can I wait for your response or I will crush all cards of DoCoMo and throw in dustbin, suggest me ASAP. Otherwise I will portable my card and also my families card. I don't want to keep with your bad service.
