We are doing online recharge by freecharge site as a spesial recharge but DOCOMO compny is not provaid us that recharge. We are request them to convert my recharge in spacial mode but but thay not give a respond me and at list didant lisnt me and ignored me than where is costmer rights do justice me plzzzz.thats not good things to chiat a loyal custmer Hop you consider my requst or compain and you do somthing in over sit.thank you

    I purchased it at 8/12/2014 and it is activated at 10/12/2014 but because of any kind of damage in device they took it with them and after fixing they gave me the device at17/12/2014. But even after that the speed of net is litterily very slow and is not in proper use, i am paying the bill but I'm not able to use it. The distributor is not giving any kind of service to fix my problem, I am got pissed off with such kind of service. So please I request to do something in my case because it's been almost half of the month and I couldn't use the service but I am giving the bill for free.

      My complaint is Tata docomo is very useful company. Last day means i.e.[protected] on 10.00 PM i was check my balance which is 400 Rs. and data pack is 80MB. My data pack was available on 80MB which validity is[protected] and my main balance is 400 RS. I was use whts up and who is only use whts up there is sufficient to 10 mb to every day and other no service is no activated to my number. Today i.e. 25.12.2014 on morning when i was check my balance which is zero and no message to why deduct my balance.And this is his 3 rd time to deducted my balance. My main balance is 0.00. U can refund my balance nw. I dont like your service very and very bad service. I was very tired to your bad service. My number is [protected]. and company reply is "I am extremely sorry to learn that you are facing a concern of balance depletion on your mobile number [protected] and sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you due to this. I would like to inform you that, as per our records you have been charged an amount of Rs.393.10/- (for usage of 130941 KB) on[protected] at 09:04 PM for browsing internet and there was less data balance in your account at the time of browsing. Since, you were using multiple sites at the same time, each site, automatically reserves small amount of data, for better connectivity. Kindly note that, kindly maintain minimum data balance of 30MB while browsing the internet. You would get data alerts when your data balance would be less. However, you have been correctly charged for browsing internet. Hence, the amount cannot be refunded. For last 5 DATA usage sms DATA to 121, For last 3 call details sms CALL to 121 & To know VAS usage for Last 7 days sms VAS to 121. (Toll free)." but As per message for above, when i was check my balance on 24.12.2014 at 10.00 PM that time the data pack was 80MB. and this night i was only use whts up. So I dont agreed your information. i want the whole details which sides was used. and today i.e. 25.12.2014 whole day i tried to contact customer care but no call connected to customer care. Then i was going the Tata Docomo Gallery on Bajirao Road but there is no manually process to check or no complaint form available and this is main corporate office in Pune. There executive have to dial the call for customer care on land line number when i talked to customer care to landline he was told me system is down call back after 4 hour. My number is [protected]. Today my 3MB data is also remaining. the how was the you have deduct my balance. I will port my number also. I dont like to your any service.

        Hi, My phone number is [protected]. This is a new connection and I was Informed that for a recharge of Rs.153 I will get 1 GB data I got only 750 MB data. I contacted the call center and was informed that the the data will be credited in 48 hours. This was not the case. Hence I called in again and I was informed that the blance will be given in 4 hours this never happend. I called in again now they say that its not vailad. They dont give any complain number. Can you please suggest what needs to be done ? Thanks vivek.

            सर,
            मेरी यह शिकायत टाटा डॊकोमो दूरसंचार कंपनी के खिलाफ है।
            मेंने इनसे एक मोबाइल नंबर लिया था जो कि यह है [protected] यह नंबर मेरे दोस्त के रिश्तेदार के नाम पर था इसी का फायदा उठाकर बंद कर दिया गया।
            इसकी पुरानी जानकारी कंपनी से प्राप्त की जा सकती है। अभी यह नंबर किसी और के पास है।
            मेंने यह नंबर 6 माह तक postpaid चलाया उसके बाद इस नंबर को मेंने prepaid करवा लिया। मेंने 6 माह तक बिल भरा।
            इसके लिये में जबलपुर स्थित टाटा डॊकोमो के भँवरताल ऑफिस गया जहां मुझसे postpaid प्लान का पूरा बिल चुकता कराया गया फिर prepaid के लिये अलग से 100 रूपए लिये गये और 7 दिनों में सिम चालू हो जाएँगी ऐसा कहा गया। बाद में मुझे दोबारा document जमा करने को कह गया जो मेंने कर दिये।
            लेकिन कई दिनों तक सिम चालू नहीं हुई । मेंने कई बार customer care को कॉल किया तो मुझे हर बार टाटा डॊकोमो ऑफिस जाने को कहा गया। मैं हर बार भँवरताल ऑफिस गया जहां मुझे customer care से बात करने को कहा गया |
            फिर मेंने हार कर सिम चालू कराने की कोशिश बंद कर दी।
            अब मुझे इस online portal से मदद कि आशा है कृपा मुझे यही नंबर या मिलता जुलता नंबर दिलवाने का कष्ट करें। या फिर कोई और उपचार दें क्योकि अच्छे नंबर के लिये मेंने बहुत कोशिश की है।

              I live in Mullana, Haryana. Here, the only 3G service providers are Docomo and Idea. I've been an Airtel customer since 6 years, and when Airtel withdrew it's 3G services from Haryana in 2013, I switched to Docomo as 3G is a necessity for me. But ever since I switched to Docomo, it has been nothing short of torture for me. The quality of 3G, the constant disconnection, and unnecessary 3G signal drops have become frequent, and I find mysel[censored]sing most of the 3G data pack via 2G instead of actual 3G. This has resulted me in loss of time and money, and finally fed up with Docomo, I'll be switching to Idea network soon. The 'H+' sign gets disconnected for no reason, sometimes it won't show even for days. I have to use 'E' for most of the time. And one moment, the 3G signal would be full, the next moment it'll drop so low that it'll automatically switch to 2G.

                sir i have recharged with rupees 197RS for 3GB 2G net pack for my number [protected].but i got 2.25GB when i asked the customer care he told that they had revised the packages but i didn't got any previous information about it.If they had changed it then they must have to inform us through message.After recharging its like cheating to the customer because this only what others will do.i want my money or remaining Mb back.i was happy with docomo service but after this incidend i think i have to change my service provider. please reply fast.my recharge date is 22/12/2014.

                    I said him to fix my network problem and Internet connection problem.he only excused like technical problem and don't take any action to fix it.he make me wait so Long without any reason.for your information there is no technical problem.he only make the excuse.then he started to argue with me.I asked him why he behaving such weird then suddenly he cut the call without answering my question and without solving my problems... Such bad service I have ever seen.it is spoil your prestige of company

                      Hello Why docomo always sucks. is it a crime to keep balance in phone. docomo sent me an message on[protected] that game purchase request is in process. you will get confirmation message shortly. i did not got any message and docomo charged me 130 rupees. i called to customer care on[protected] and customer care executive replied that i will get my money refund within next 4 hours . but 26 hours have passed but no refund from docomo side. please resolve my issue.                       I am sick of docomo. today docomo refunded me 56 ruppes . there is no logic of 56 rupees. docomo have changed me nearly 130 ruppees . than why docomo refund me 56 ruppees. is it a crime to keep balance in phone ?

                      why docomo play this game with consumer. this is called salami attack by docomo. you are chargin 100-100 ruppeees from each client and doing a fraud of thousands of lacs daily . your all things should be publish on social sites ?

                      As per our discussion over the call regarding Balance deduction, we regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
                      We would like to inform you that as per checking our records we found that the amount of Rs. 100/- has been deducted from your main balance is due to the activation of a VAS service (India games) on your number.
                      However, we would like to inform you that the deducted amount of Rs.56/- has been already credited on your Tata Docomo number.
                      Further, the remaining deducted amount of Rs.50 /- has been credited in your account with request number: ABAL[protected] and further note that the VAS service on your number has been deactivated as per your request.
                      Also be informed to avoid balance deductions on your number for VAS services you need to deactivate the service by dialing the number 155223 from your Tata Docomo number.

                          customer mobile no :[protected]. I'm using 199 plan on postpaid plan on tata doccomo.. Ididn't activate any subscription for caller tunes. But i have been charged Rs150 +20 as tax for caller tunes. please deactivate caller tune subscription and cancel that charges levied.

                            My mobile number [protected] has been ported to tatadocomo from airtel last month.I had some dues from the previous service provider (airtel) for which my outgoing facility has been stopped. I have cleared the dues but still my services have not been resumed. I went to the tatadocomo gallery as well for support but nobody assisted.

                                My cell number is [protected]. I made a recharge of rs 298 by which I got rs 250 balance and 1 GB data.On 19th December about rs 225 from my main balance is deducted. When I called customer care that and told them that even at that time I'm left with 11MB usable data they told me as I have used chargeable sites that are "facebook and whats app" this deduction is done. Now can you please tell me from what time and day Facebook and whats app started charging?? And why still I was left with 11MB I have been charged rs 225?

                                  Hi.. I am Krishna. I have taken Tata Docomo Connection number : [protected]. On first day of calling, I have experienced a bad service, because I am unable to listen other side voice clearly and even 2G net is also not working as other networks do good. I have experienced till as same for one week. So I decided not use this network. After around 15 days I have received A bill for payment around Rs.150. I decided not pay and i called to customer care that i was not using your network so disconnect it. They asked to pay money. I told them that I did not use it for valuable calls and net (that was worst experience to use). Again after 1 month a bill for Rs.350 for which I did not use it. As I got bills 2nd month Rs.550, later month Rs.1150. First question to you people, why should I pay bills ? I did not use at all. Please disconnect the connection and do not send me bills.                                   Why you people are frequently calling me to pay bills. I told Customer care that I did not use your network properly, Why should I Pay bills. Please do not make auto system calls and customer calls to me. This is treated as some kind of harassment. If you send me around Rs. 150, first bill amount to pay, I am ready to pay that much amount. Because I used for some calls even I faced so much disturbance. I am not ready to pay that big amount around Rs. 1000. After using one week this number, I did not use the sim even I am getting bills to pay. After one week o[censored]sing, I told customer care that I was not going to use your network. STOP CALLING !!.
