I live in Mullana, Haryana. Here, the only 3G service providers are Docomo and Idea. I've been an Airtel customer since 6 years, and when Airtel withdrew it's 3G services from Haryana in 2013, I switched to Docomo as 3G is a necessity for me. Hello Why docomo always sucks. is it a crime to keep balance in phone. docomo sent me an message on[protected] that game purchase request is in process. you will get confirmation message shortly. i did not got any message and docomo charged me 130 rupees. i called to customer care on[protected] and customer care executive replied that i will get my money refund within next 4 hours . but 26 hours have passed but no refund from docomo side....
