Updated by imbichie My DOCOMO mobile sim card is blocked. When I asked the reason, they are
saying that from TRAI they got the complaint against my mobile number,
saying that I have used my mobile for telemarketing. but this is
completely wrong. Daily I am calling to my house (mainly 3 different
numbers) and I am getting call from my home (mainly 3 different
numbers).
My complaint is against the DOCOMO, if the TRAI made complaint against
my mobile number, they should investigate the truth before blocking the
sim card. They should check my call details. Then they can understand
that the TRAI was mistaken.
But without proper investigation they simply blocked my mobile sim card.
Because of my sim had blocked, I am not able to communicate my net
banking, and other mobile number registered services like UAN, my office
etc.
I have contacted many time to the customer care representatives but they didn't solve my issue.
Please take necessary actions against the company.
Because of my mobile sim blocked I suffered a lot, I lost my balance money around 239 rupees also.
