Hi, I'm from Pune and using tata photon 3g for more thn 2 years now. Photon number is [protected]. For the last 6 months i have been experiecing the speed problems.The usual speed is 30 to 40 kbps while they claim to have 600 or above. When tried calling customer care their answer is that urs is high utilization area hence you need to wait. Do we ask them to wait for bill payment. Or say ur speed was not up to date hence i'm reduing the bill around 60% of actual no. Then why as a customer i have to wait and if you cant provide 3G services dont commit it. People have important work based on internet connectivity and they are dependable on you. Also feedback to your customer services Customer care representatives are the face of your orgnization.if they are not up to the mark we will not have a good image of Tata Docomo in our mind. Please improve that.

Today 9.45 am contact customer care To Miss sunita she told me after 3 hrs refund your amount but did not any response.       Sir/ Madam, I am a student from Chandigarh. My Blackberry Curve 8520, Pin 25E9E07, Sim no. [protected] was picked from sector 9B Chandigarh on 5/11/2014. When stolen, it was switched off. However, i had installed the AUTO ON feature in my device and hence it automatically turned on every morning at 6.30 Am.Hence I called the next morning on 6/11/14 at 6.30 am to find that the bell rang and no one picked up. When i called again, it was disconnected. On calling the third time I found it to be switched off. The last location of my phone, if traced will make it very easy to catxh the culprit.         I am getting messages on my mobile for bill due date and payment overdue etc, for someone else account. I've written to "[protected]@tatadocomo.com" and spoken to representatives. I might have written atleast 25 emails and spoken at least 7-8 times. Despite their acknowledgement and written email stating that it is corrected and will not happen, I still get the reminders. Is there a higher official that I can speak about TATA Docomo's behaviour. Hi! your Bill Due Date for Tata Docomo Acc no xxxx88312 is 24-JAN-2015. Kindly pay Rs.852 to avoid late fee.           I am from Valsad, a city in Gujarat.This is a complaint regarding a Tata Docomo outlet situated on Station Road, Valsad, I am using multiple phones/sim cards, one of Tata Docomo and one of Airtel. I have been a customer of Tata Docomo since last 3 years but it seems that they lack basic sense of how to handle a customer's request and . They were literally having no standards and not even educated I feel. Worst was that they were mannerless and lacking any discipline. I went to the franchisee to know various deals of the schemes available for the call charges. When I asked the receptionist, she was so busy with her phone that she didnt even talk to me properly and gave me a page which listed the packs which as handwritten. When I asked the difference in 2 packs which had similar configuration, she showed such an attitude that was impossible for anyone to bear. I felt humiliated. And after I asked gently once again, she said 'Bol to dia, kitni baar bolu'. The arrogance was over limit.I asked about the head of the office. She didnt replied. I had to shout at her then. I told to recharge my phone as I didnt wanted to create a scene. I come from a well educated family. These people attending customers looked like they came from some slums. Atleast their attituide was like that only. This is to inform Tata Docomo's authorities that if you cant hire proper well educated people to attend the customers, please dont hire people at all. I am sure you guys have customers who are well educated and come from a reputed family. This was one of my worst experience. All these are just big names lacking commonsense of how to deal with a customer or show respect. After I left the shop unsatisfied, the girl and her colleague were laughing then inside. I might also populate the forums and other places where I can share views. If I talk about Valsad area, in contrast to Tata Docomo, I have always been satisfied by the service provided by Airtel people. They are well behaved, dressed in uniforms and disciplined. Looking forward to make a number portability if nothing else.

                hi.i m pankaj kumar from orrisa. i had done recharge of 147 on 20 jan 2015 on my number [protected] (orrisa). but this pack is mot working. i don't know why this is happen.even there is a conformation msg is also come at the same day. i complained on customer care but i'll not work yet. not even a single day i am able to use that pack benifets.and during call there is a cost deduction from my main balance. plz resolve my problem as soon as possible. for that i m very thankful for u.

                  Sir in above context I want to inform that company has deducted my main a/c balance by Rs 26...this is consern about mobile no [protected] of M.P. circle. The condition was as I received a message by company on 14/01/2015 in afternoon about "coupans"of company @ 30Rs in which it seemed that after a number dial you will get different coupans in which you have to choose your coupan and after that you have to pay Rs 30...but in actually as I dialed that no *42233# (may be) company frequently deduct balance and as I thought; no any discription of coupans were available there...so my feedback for that message is totally unintentionally As company's motive and also I did not use this service yet (coupans)... I am trying to say my voice since 15/01/2015 but not any resolution take place yet... I requested that please take a forward decision for this kind of misunderstanding... THANKS

                    I have Docomo Prepaid Number [protected], I have complaint that the company has deducted Rs 136 without my knowledge. I have called customer car, but they don't have any explanation for this and told me that I should called them within 24 hours, But I don't understand that why someone keep checking balance all the time. Also I never get any message for this deduction. Please look into this and help me.

                      MANY TIMES I HAVE RECHARGE THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE OF RS. 199 PACK FROM MY MAIN ACCOUNT BALANCE BUT LAST 2-3 MONTHS THEY REFUSES TO DO IT. THEY SAID YOU CAN NOW RECHARGE IT FROM RETAILER. MY QUESTION IS THAT WHY I CAN NOT USE MY MAIN ACCOUNT BALANCE FOR RECHARGE WHEN I HAVE SUFFICIENT FUND IN MY ACCOUNT.

I HAVE TRIED TO COTACT CUSTOMER CARE FROM YESTERDAY BUT ALL THE TIME THEY SHOW LINE BUSY. WHEN I CONTACT WITH ANOTHER NUMBER THEY RECIEVE CALL. I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU PEOPLE DOING. YOUR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE REPLIED WE HAVE ADDED THE DATA. SO I REQUESTED KINDLY PROVIDE ME THE DETAIL OF DATA ADDED & USES OF THIS DATA. THANKS I HOPE U DID WELL OTHERWISE I HAVE NO OPTION REMAIN TO PORT MY ALL THREE NUMBERS.

                        There has been a wrong balance deduction on my tata docomo no. This deduction is regarding the use of dive in service in which each sms cost Rs 5. But the sms i received is that this service is toll free. In my sms the no. Is given 54321 and also written toll free no. Therefore i had replied to that sms. and continiously i had replied to 40 sms and after that when i am going to reply 41th sms the msg came that there is no suffecient balance. Suddenly I came In a great shock. Then i call to customer support and ask for refund than she told that no refund and disconected the call without hearing to me. I felt very bad of these and i further call them back but it was not responding. I felt very bad of these wrong balance deduction and want my refund of Rs230 . becauseof this wrong balance deduction yours company image in my eyes went down and i[censored] want to regain yours company image or goodwill in my eyes or my family eyes please Refund this wring nalance deduction. As a customer we didn't get proper response from your side. and way he spoken to me is ridiculers and irritating to us.As a shop owner i need regular service then only i can service to my regular customer. due to inefficiency of your agent mr.mani my shop name gets spoil .so i need proper response from your side and try to rectify my problem and try to change the sales man at Avadi. as soon as possible.                             My name is Rafeek, i took a Docomo postpaid connection number [protected], 1 st bill itself they sended me a high bill, my credit limit is 500 or something i just imformed them about my bill. at the end of the month they disconnected my connection because of non payment, the total amount now is 3950, i complainted so many times for this bill . but they didnt responded me well, now they sent me legal notices. what should i do...                                 This is regarding my mother's number [protected], which is being used in U.P.(west).she got a tariff recharge done of 32 rupees on 16th jan 2015, on the same number for call rates to be reduced to 60 paise from 1.20 rs per call. but even after recharge her calls are being charged same as 1.20 Rs. per minute and even after repeated complaints via 121 customer care number, we have not got the refund of our 32 rupees back till date. please take the issue into concern as soon as possible, as we are really disappointed with the customer care services. old age people not being that tech friendly face problems if the issue is not resolved at customer care level.

                                  I am not able to connect to the Tata Docomo 2G network from the past 2 days, when i contacted the customer service they had told that they are having issues with the network, and when i chat with the technicians and they are saying they are not facing any issues. either ways am the one who is not able to get access to the Internet and cant get my work done . official and personal

                                    I had repeatedly requested for change of my Docomo postpaid no to prepaid as my usage is limited, but they are deliberately delaying the process, not accepting id/address proof after initial verifications and delaying their follow up giving one excuse or the other. I have been to the Bangalore Chamrajpet branch on multiple occasions, they just dial a 121 customer care no and request us to follow up but the same is not satisfactory by any means. Terrible Service.

                                      hai this is harinadh pothuganti. my details.i want to deactivate my postpaid conection i went to showroom regarding this issue. they told me that pay your unbill amount and then we will do process of deactivation. after that i paid bill. now they are telling that deactivation not possible now. i was paid 1000 deposite amount. so next bill i please adjust that deposite amount and remaing balace i will pay...please reslove my problem Relationship Number [protected] Tata Docomo No. [protected]

                                        Me taken new Tara Docomo PrePaid Connection 6 Days ago...and I have aprx 2.9GB 3G balance in my account but problem is that I am getting speed of 20KB/s to 50KB/s... I called Customer Care Exec 3Times ..They told me to clear Cache and History in the browser.. I also did what they told...but no result.So I checked with another provider 3G connection and I got speed of 200-500kb/s... But why the Docomo is doing like this...it's cheating me...
