I had purchased Tata Docomo Photon Plus Dongle by paying Rs.5, 000.00 towards the 9 months Advance payment through the Tata Docomo executive Natique Ahmed, Hyderabad which who had collected the amount on behalf of one of Mr. Kalyan, Hyderabad in March 2014. But to my surprise I started getting bills from first month usage, and I had contacted the agent Natique Ahmed ([protected] & [protected]) who is referred by Kalyan ([protected]) his Manager at Madhapur, Hyderabad), who informed me that they have some technical issue with the system and the bills are getting generated and it will be fixed, eventhough I had paid 9 months advance rental. After three months, I had started getting bills, SMSes and calls for the payment of my bills. After continuous followup the Tata Docomo staff Kalyan, the 7 months rental amount was reversed and now still 2 more months rental advance is still pending to be reversed. I had made several calls to them, but they are not helpful. Now I am getting reminder calls and SMSes to pay the two months bill amount. My TATA DOCOMO PHOTON PLUS no. [protected],

previously i raised complaint for my Tamil Nadu number and now for my bangalore number:[protected], nearly 100 rupees was detected unnecessarily without activating any link. please ressolve the issue. I was very much frustrated about Tata docomo network for detecting huge amount unnecessarily
