Dear sir/madam, am using TATA docomo under number:[protected], usually i will recharge for 150 rupees. many times nearly 100 rupees from main account balance was detected which makes me very much frustrated. our entitre family using TATA docomo for long .We contacted customer care for this issue but they saying some reason for the detection. We didn't activate any plans. Just for speaking only we are using tata docomo network If the detection continuous in further, our entire family and relations will plan to stop using TATA docomo network

    I had purchased Tata Docomo Photon Plus Dongle by paying Rs.5, 000.00 towards the 9 months Advance payment through the Tata Docomo executive Natique Ahmed, Hyderabad which who had collected the amount on behalf of one of Mr. Kalyan, Hyderabad in March 2014. But to my surprise I started getting bills from first month usage, and I had contacted the agent Natique Ahmed ([protected] & [protected]) who is referred by Kalyan ([protected]) his Manager at Madhapur, Hyderabad), who informed me that they have some technical issue with the system and the bills are getting generated and it will be fixed, eventhough I had paid 9 months advance rental. After three months, I had started getting bills, SMSes and calls for the payment of my bills. After continuous followup the Tata Docomo staff Kalyan, the 7 months rental amount was reversed and now still 2 more months rental advance is still pending to be reversed. I had made several calls to them, but they are not helpful. Now I am getting reminder calls and SMSes to pay the two months bill amount. My TATA DOCOMO PHOTON PLUS no. [protected],

    Hi Team,

    I think this issue is still not yet CLOSED, my billing Plan is still showing Rs.750/- instead of Rs.550/- as committed by the Kalyan. I had attached the latest generated bill alongwith the Tariff Plan details promised for reference. I had paid 9 months rental in advance to eligible for Rs.550/- per month instead of Rs.750/- per month as per the Kalyan commitment.

    Request you to please expedite this request, as I am FEDUP with the TATA Docomo services. I am struggling to get what was promised by Tata Docomo Team (Kalyan) and after paying Rs.5, 000/- in advance.

    This is a BIG lesson for me.

      Dear sir, myself amit hirve using tata docomo 3g data card having number [protected]. i had recharged my data plan of rs. 850/- on 17/12/2014 after receing continious message while checking balance saying 'Add unused data (only 2G+2G & 3G+3G) by recharging before Validity' and after recharging as per their message, balance data of 2.5gb unused data was not carry forward to my next recharge.after contacting customer care only word i hear from customer care executive and his supervisor is just "sorry" we cant refund or carry forward your balance 2.5 gb data.(ref. no. [protected].dated 20/12/14) if such feature is not available then why they misguiding the customer and making them loss their money still if i check the balance same message appeared. i want my unused data of 2.5 gb data back..

        Tata Photon has resorted to unfair practice to promote its latest Photon Max Wi-Fi device. I am owning Photon + for the last 3 years and now since the Tata has new product on shelf, it has restricted the speed on existing Photon + to force the existing customers to migrate to new device. Very very unfair on the Tata Photon part. Never expected this from them.

          I haven't activated any VAS though my 40.33 rupees deducted for Movies World VAS on Dec 18 2014 at 8:02 pm on [protected].Why company used to earn money through such tactics and why they don't simply beg to customers straightforward that please give us your money we are beggar.

              I have been severely harassed by your service even though i am a DND customer. My number is [protected] and this number belongs to the region Rest of Maharashtra & GOA. My plan is Unlimited calling @899 and this plan has no separate services (SMS, Data) plan included. This is purely a voice calling plan. Since last 4 months i have been severely harassed by TataDocomo team where i am receiving SMS of bill payment junctions available across city every day. The harassment has gone to worst as every alternate day the same SMS gets repeated and my SMS inbox is almost full by that. Lots of conversation and complaints have been raised but no effect has come out till date and I am in that dark only. Since last two months, i have been fighting against this but none helped so far. Your team raises a complaint, asks me to wait 9 days to resolve that and after 9 days the SMS stops. But that situation lasts only for 10-15 Days. Again the SMS starts and the fight on this continues. My question to the authority is if this can be stopped for 10-15 days, why can't it be stopped permanently? Why customer has to notify this almost every day even though he is on National DND. Following are the SMS(s) that i receive everyday on my phone from TD DOCOMO - 1st Day - Hi! Now Bill Payment Recharges and many more services available at Tata Docomo brand store at Mayur Trade Centre Opp Unique Hospital Chinchwad PCMC Pune 2nd Day - Hi! Now Bill Payment Recharges and many more services available at Tata Docomo brand store at Tapaswi Plaza Opp Akrudi signal Mumbai-Pune RD Akrudi PUNE 3rd Day - Same SMS as 1st Day 4th Day - Same SMS as 2nd Day Now my question to authority is that even though i am a DND customer and have raised the same complaint more than two times, do you feel you are providing world class service by this harassment. I have already put the Porting request and has taken necessary action to move to other provider.                 TATA DOCOMO 3G FRAUD CHEATING I purchased Tata Docomo 3G plan Rs. 1250/ - per month 30GB plan (Mobile number: [protected]) from Shahibaug Store in Ahmedabad on 6th December 2014 from salesman – Mr. Akash Rana (Mobile number: [protected]). I have a Huawei 3G UNLOCKED Idea dongle and he assured me that Tata Docomo 3G SIM plan will work with this dongle. He charged me Rs. 300/ as activation charge and Rs. 50 for SIM Card. When I tried to use the 3G SIM with dongle at Office, it didn’t work as there was No Network i.e. no reception at my office. I also tried using 3G service on my mobile - Samsung Galaxy S2 but still had the same issue. I lodged a complaint with Tata Docomo (Service Request No:[protected] to get this resolved. A Customer care executive showed up and reported the same issue of no network . I went back to Mr. Akash to discuss this and get my deposit back but he made me wait for a week with false assurance to call me back and let me know as soon as he gets an answer. After a week, he refused to refund the deposit and SIM card charges (Rs. 350 ) without any reason. I haven’t been able to use 3G services at all and SIM card is no good to me, still Tata Docomo is refusing to refund the money. ISN’T THIS CHEATING & FRAUD BY TATA, WHAT WE BELIEVE TO BE THE MOST TRUSTED BRAND!!

                More than 2 months but still no response on this complaint!! NEVER BUY TATA DOCMO 3G PLANS
                Post paid connection has given me head ache.I am being blocked to lodge complaints through my account facility.docomo site is a sham? paid my bill online but have not received the acknowledgement mail or message yet now i am forced to pay the fine. promised free data of 200 mbs for 3G is not been provided.I am being duped with inflated bills.I had my phone switched off from 27 th may to 27th june to check if i was being cheated.Voila! i received the bill amount of Rs 668.rentals are almost 200 and i enquired in a docomo centre where i was informed that it was tax.Rs 400+ tax for non usage? customer care number 121 is always busy to talk with persons and the recorded voices are horrible. I am going to dump this number, i am just fed up.

                    I have used Photon from until Aug, 2013 and paid all the bills/charges ontime. Tata Docomo Photon Plus: Phone Number: [protected] I had to move out of country and thus raised a cancellation request as below, which is processed sucessfully and all dues paid. Cancellation request Number:[protected]raised on 16th Aug 2013) Billing Cycle Ends 18th Aug After a month, I was sent another invoice which says I'm due Rs. 1460 Attached is the bill of my previous account#[protected] which is generated after closing of account. Charge in the bill says: ChurnOutFee0-6m Rs 1299 - 31/08/13 + Taxes There is no churnout fee intimated to me at the time of opening account. This is not a fair practice. Please look into this.                         Dear sir, My name is Donald my tata docomo prepaid number is [protected] yesterday[protected] night suddenly rs. 25.45 has been deducted from my account and today morning i got a message quoting "Unlimited at 75 is extended at Rs 25.45 for 11days.Bal:Rs1.01 at 16-Dec-14 22:12.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free)" from "TA-HUWWAP". I didn't activated any such service, this is the second time happening to me previously in similar case i lost rs.40.5 but it got refunded after i submitted a complaint here . Please suggest me a solution to get my money refund. As a customer this kind of experience was disgusting. I hope that I'll get a solution for this.                           Very bad experience with Tata docomo VAS services. Repeated requests to deactivate these services but still it gets activated again & again. Even after their agents confirming that these services are deactivated they get activated again. They refunded the amount but initially was putting blame back on me. However the auto activations continued, it looked like they do not have control over their systems. Shocking part is that they suspended these VAS services for 90 days but still it got activated after couple of days. I lost Rs 48 because of Endless music auto activation which they refused to refund the amount instead gave me a rubbish reason that my data usage was heavy, this was a crazy joke because I had data balance of 800mb in spite of that they deducted my voice balance is this not a crazy reason? They never gave me logs of my usage and were telling I double confirmed the activations when I've not confirmed even once. Even now their computer is waiting for me to recharge so that they can deduct it again either for their useless endless music or call me tune services. Not recharging anymore and looking for good and trustworthy alternatives.

                          I would not want to reveal the number as there was no use emailing and speaking to the support teams of TataDocomo.

                          I've posted my experience here because I wanted to help others in choosing the right connection and not get duped by these forced VAS service activation and loose their money.

                          The real procedure to activate any service is you request the customer to phone/sms TataDocomo but what is happening here is TataDocomo sends activation SMSs and requests its customer to deactivate if they want by sending a message or calling the XYZ number, what sort of procedure is this?

                          How on earth these guys can activate a lame song for Callme tune and then blame us that "you've activated it"? This is the height of telecom dictatorship I assume.

                          TRAI should seriously investigate this type of money making tricks used by these operators and save the customers.

                            [protected] is my mob.no.by ivr portal i was being informed that by recharging rs.148 i'llget 132 talk time and 1 gb data balance for 30 days.regarding that got a msg also.then i recharged with rs.148 after few min. and i got the talk time of rs.132 but suprisingly instead of 1gb data i only 500 mb data.then i called to 198 no. and spoke with your executive but he was unable to solve my problem and i am unsatisfy by your poor service.

                                My tata docomo Postpaid Number is [protected]. I got November 2014 bill Rs. 642. My rate plan is 299 + 99 (750mb Internet). I stopped my Internet uses which was 645mb on 23/11/2014 by inquiring my current uses to tatadocomo representative. Further 12 days i didn't use the Internet service to stop over exceeding of data. but now they are saying that i used 777 mb of data so they charged me extra. i inquiring about how data got exceeded when i stopped using it when it was 645mb then the person repeatedly telling system showing exceeded data. They are not even bother to look at last conversation and telling i have to pay for the same. Even they was like i might didn't heard properly so i thought it was 645mb used. I demand to check telephonic conversation dated 21/11/2014 to clarify this issue. Thanking you, Regards

                                I am having a bad experience with TATA PHOTON these recent months after having been an old and loyal customer for 9 years!!!

                                Had initially complained about slow speed / connectivity issues since April 2014!! But there has been absolutely no improvement in services. Rather the exact opposite! I am simply getting mails saying your complaint has been resolved but to no avail! Customer care is not being helpful. I have hardly used Photon for past 2-3 months but I still paid a months bill. But I had told customer care in advance I wanted to close account.
                                Now they have the gall to refuse to waive off my last months bill when I said that I wanted to close my account. Its appalling since I am an extremely old customer of Photon! And if this is how they treat me then I am sure to personally tell everybody I know that TATA stinks! I had got involved because of the trustworthy brand but it very disappointing and frustrating that TATA is not meeting even basic expectations.

PNR[protected] for Prepaid Network Related has been processed on 11-NOV-14 . Thank You Hi! Your request for Prepaid Network 3G has been registered with us with ref number PN3G12017126. We will revert to you by 04-NOV-2014 09:28 AM. Thank You. I don't get proper 3G signals. I have complained many times but no follow ups from Tata Docomo side Also the Appellate authority secretary Miss Shweta Arora is not responding from some days. She says sorry but does not do anything to help me. Deadline is 17th December 2014 . More than one month is passed. I am feeling embarased and ashamed . I want immediate solution from TATA DOCOMO SIDE. I am a resident of bareilly upwest. Also I want to lodge complaint in TRAI. Suggest me the appropriate solution

                                    I'm praveen m phone number [protected] a TataDocomo Prepaid customer, I have activated caller tune now and after activating my caller's hear the. Advertisement before my Caller Tune. Its (promo) approximate length is 7 seconds as stated another customer . I want to stop this promo before my caller tune. I have complained regarding this in the customer care to 121 connected to Mr.ravik and he is saying it cannot be removed it is compulsory is this all we have to hear from you. As I am a customer am paying the rent for hearing the song, not to hear the promo advertisement of the service provider. So please help me to deactivate this promo from my caller tune. my number [protected]

                                      I Am using TATA Docomo GSM Postpaid connection for my number [protected]. i ve benn charged heavily for data usage for the month of november. According to my phone's data meter, the data used is 4.66 GB, and data charger dor is 5600 MB(Aprox 5.4687GB). i ve mailed the query to the cust. care, but i get the unjustified answers.

                                        HI, i have recently purchased a wi fi dongle from TATA Docomo, Sunshine Enterprises Bangalore, when i went to purchase the dongle i was told they have best connectivity in my area etc, how ever when i started using the connection. it was not working fine. i registered the complaint at TATA. the engineer visited my place and told me that they do no have bandwidth in my area. and it may take long time to resolve the problem, hence it can not be solved right now. finally i called customer care and i was suggested to visit the store to return the device and get the refund since i bought the device just a week ago and i could not use it. now its been more then 2 weeks i have visited multiple stores, the same store i bought it they told me, they are not authorised to for return. 2. store closed . 3rd store refused to take the device. finally i called customer care they suggested me to cancel the connection and keep the device which is costing Rs 2100, or sell it in the market.
