Hi my name is Prateek from Patiala, Punjab, I have experienced unneccessary balance deduction today morning (rs 99.00/-) which was shocking. My balance came to Rs 38.10 immediately after the deduction, So i request the concern authority to take serious attention on this. Being public service providers they are misleading the public.hope its been solved as soon as u look after.thank you

      Hi my name is Akshay from bangalore city, i have experienced unneccesary balance deduction yesterday evening around 10pm(rs 79.30/-)which was shocking without any notice or massage they have deducted the amount, which was showing balance of (rs .04) immediatedly in morning when i call up customer care they told that its been refunded within 3 hours, but till i am not yet recieved any refund amount, if i call back to customer care they have blocked my number, so i request the concern authority to take serious attention on this. being public service providers they are misleading the public.hope its been solved as soon as u look after.thank you

        Tata Docomo is cheating the customers by activating useless VAS without informing the customers. They have deducted my Rs. 99 by activating useless value added service and when called to customer care regarding they are not giving satisfactory answers. I have been using docomo from last 5 years and not expect they shoud do this to such an old customer.I immediately call customer care to stop that vas and refund my money but customer care agent said we will not refund your money. I have 3 docomo numbers please refund my money else I have to stop using tatad ocomo and go for porting to another mobile service provider. My mobile number [protected] (maharashtra) india.

          Complaint against Tata Docomo. Sim recharged but no service was provided :- I had recharged for 3G yesterday on 16 Jan 2015 thru ur website for my prepaid sim ([protected])used in dongle by debit card of HDFC bank. I got the confirmation from the bank of the debit amount of 189/-. To my surprise the Sim was not activated at all. I waited patiently for more than 3 hrs before I lodged a complaint on 198 and they gave me a shocking reply that it will take 5 to 7 days to get the matter resolved about non activation. There internet speed is also not worth at all at the same time. My questions to Tata Docomo :- Is this the kind of service u r providing? Does not this amount to cheating when u have received the payment and not delivered any service? Are u driving a Bullock-cart when v hav reached the Mars and even planning ahead and when the down load speed is going to be in Terra Bytes in seconds? Where do u stand in competition with this kind of shoddy service? I had to recharge again from their agent and got the Sim activation in time. I have today received a message from Co. that the amount will be refunded in 5 days. I tried to lodge a complaint thru their portal on Register Requests/ Complaint but again it turned out to be defective whereby downloading speed fluctuating badly going down to zero time & again & also by not accepting full details and instead changed the page to give me customer care no. & email address.           We tried to speak to you personally on your numbers regarding the recharge and slow internet speed for your Tata Docomo connection number . However, the same was not possible as the calls were switched off. At the outset we sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you.

          In this regards, we would like to inform you that as per our records the recharge of Rs. 189/- has been done successfully on 16-JAN-2015.

          Further, regarding slow speed 3G in your dongle device we would like to inform you that you may not receive the maximum speed as the GSM mobile SIM is not compatible with the dongle devices.

            I am an existing customer of tata docomo with account number :[protected]. I was out of the town for last one month and your representative Ankush (Mobile number : [protected]) in my local area informed my roommates that I have disconnected above number, so he would need router which is given by TATA docomo along with this he took my Router ( D- LInk ) which is purchase by ME. I had a word with your customer care to know who has placed the request for disconnecting the service. There is no request raise by ME and same is not updated. How can a representative take a personal Router . When I had a word with him he said follow up with TATA DOCOMO as he has submitted to docomo. As well he has sold a new connection to my roommates even first one is not cancelled. I want my personal Router back along with security deposit and want to discontinue the plan. I am having D-Link Router(D-Link D-Link DSL-2750U Wireless N ADSL2+ 4-Port Wi-Fi Router) bill which is purchased from FLIPKART. If I will not get the details in 2-3 days then I will file a police complain against TATA DOCOMO and your area representative Ankush. My Contact Number : [protected] I will not pay the bill as your representative has disconnected the line and net is not working for last 20 Days.

              Hi, I have purchased Tata photon max wifi 3G postpaid plan and i am totaly misguided by the Photon services. They are providing a 2G internet speed instead of 3G.                 Dear Sir/Mam, My mobile no. is +91 [protected] (Tata docomo GSM), on[protected] i got an sms that "I player" service is activated on my phone and Rs.75 debited from my account. That time i forget to call on your number but yesterday on[protected] again i got an sms that "My talkies" service is activated on my phone and Rs.50 again debited, immediately i called on your customer care no. 121 and informed him about this but your executive "Prince" told me that there is any server error so he could not register my complaint, after that i called back after 3 hour on the same no. but it was not connecting, many times i tried on that no. and other no. [protected] but they always told me server error. No body registering my complaint. Please note my complaint and refund my (75+50= 125 Rs.) as soon as possible because i have never request any body to activate any such service to my phone. And dont force me to go to consumer forum to complaint about this. I am your 4.5 years old user but such activities forcing me to port my no. to other company.                   I am Divya Borele and My TATA DoCoMo number is [protected]. Rs 75 have been deducted from my balance at 6:55 PM on 15th Jan 2015. I got a message from TA-HUWWAP stating that “Unlimited at 75is activated at Rs75.0 for 30 days. Bal:Rs208.00 at 15-Jan-15 18:01. To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free)" and Rs 75 was deducted.

                  I have not stared and Plan or service related to that, I spoke to CC and person there said that by mistake any link is clicked and this plan is activated and balance is deducted.

                  I have not clicked on any such link related to this and I want my balance back in my account.
                  And the customer care executive deactivated the service but told me that refund would not be done.
                  Also there should be some kind of confirmation before deducting money from our balance, of is it a plan to rob customers.
                  Kindly look into the matter and help me to get refund of my balance

                    To whom it may concern disgusted, disgruntled and disappointed are actually very under rated terms to use against Tat Docomo services and about the quality of man power they assign to face customers. On reference of my colleague in Sony India (year 2012), I got myself a Tata Photon Dongle numbered[protected], which I had stopped using for slow speed issue and no follow up from customer care end. I held my last 2 bill payments as after several calls to customer care regarding slow speed, I wasn't given any solution for. The same number was disconnected but in my good will I made a payment of 1700 /- to a service executive agent in July'13 (simply for not being in any defaulter list). On 10th Jan'15 I made an online purchase of Tata Photon Max dongle from your website that assured a faster and better speed and also I was reassured by many big talks and commitments of Tata Docomo teams online.Wi-fi is a storm waiting to happen - Sunil Tandon. Well, to be honest, I became a fool again as nothing much has changed with Tata Docomo. My new dongle numbered[protected] was activated on Tuesday afternoon and when I tried making a test run same evening, the speed was pathetic. On calling customer I was told that they are facing service issue in East Delhi (where my house is at Anand Vihar) and have there technical team working on same so I should bear for one day. But the very next day ie: yesterday same case. Today morning, I have received yet another shocking news from Tata Docomo as a text message that payment of Rs 1663/- is due on my previous tata photon (mentioned earlier) and I should pay the same at earliest for uninterrupted services on my new Photon Max. So I called your customer care and after a horrendous torture of Mukesh Aoundal - Floor Supervisor and getting no relevant revert. I'm writing this mail to get some relevant revert from someone. I have no intention of defaulting with payments or cheating on payments. But in 2015, I have no collected records / receipt of my 1500 payment. My intention to address this case is to get a relevant solution on same. I hope to hear back from someone instead of a horrible customer care call that will rewind all of this in a loop whole.                       I've recharged for 123 rs from ur portal (http://www.tatadocomo.com/). The offer says the validity of the special tariff is for 30 days. But I received the sms from tata docomo, saying its valid only for 21 days. Below is my Transaction ID for reference Transaction IDBCMP[protected] Why do you fool people this way??

                        I am a disgruntled, disgusted, extremely disappointed customer of tata photon plus services, like many others, as I've come to know from the different complaints lodged online. Despite me not having touched my dongle for 24 hours, my data usage goes up by 218 MB in that time lapse!!! Describing how disgusted I am is beyond my power of speech. This issue needs to be redressed at the earliest possible or else tata photon should be either boycotted or its services suspended. I'll quote someone alleging this service to be ' daylight robbers' and I'm echoing his anger in this complaint. We are nothing short of being lied to, cheated and robbed. We will not stand this.

                          Hi, I got the internet and Phone combo from Tata Docomo by July 2014.From day1 docomo confuses me by giving separate bills for internet and phone though they call it us Combo. In between i requested for 100Mbps plan. But customer care executive mentioned me that this plan is not feasible .But when i look at the bill, they claim that plan got changed to 100Mbps. If i ask for plan change confirmation mail, they are not showing up. Customer care continuously calling me and harassing by asking details. Guys, please do not opt for Tata Docomo.                               Dear sir, I (Ajith Balakrishnan) am a tata photon wifi max customer with no [protected]. My registered mobile no is [protected]. My last recharge was on 11 Jan 15 (08 PM) for a sum of Rs 350 for a data pack of 2 GB. I am using this connection mainly for whatsapp and facebook browsing and it is only connected with one mobile + my laptop. It is pertinent to mention that updates for the operating systems are on off position. It is my habit to frequently check the welcome page for the number of connection and no where it shows more than one wifi user at a time. Moreover I'm using a complex password for the security. However, even after only using whatsapp and facebook, on PM 12 Jan it is found that my balance became 300MB. It is seen that I have used 1200MB on 11 Jan itself. I feel some abnormality in this usage and that is why I am raising this complaint. I have talk to the customer care representative and his response was poor. He is not even ready to register a complaint and not ready to help me to raise the complaint. This is the first time I have such an experience from TATA group. I am also using TATA sky and I am extremely satisfied with the service by TATA sky. I expect the same level of satisfaction from other TATA services. As you are a part of one of the elite business enterprises, I feel that you will consider the case in favour and reply me as soon as possible. Moreover I have seen one of the worst complaint registering system for the Photon services. it never works properly. with warm regards Ajith

                                Dear Future and present customers of Tata Docomo: Ever since I bought Tata Photon Max device and linked Tata Docomo Internet service I faced FREQUENT disconnections and very SLOW Internet speed (below 300 Kbps). When I bought the service, 3G service was promised. However often I got 2G speed which is below 156 kbps. Photon Max device was sold to me with the promise that I would be getting 1 Mbps speed with the Rs.999 plan . I purchased the same . But to my disappointment and anguish, the speed was between 300 Kbps and 80 Kbps. This porrt Internet service from Tata Docomo virtually choked my business and resulted in heavy financial loss and mental anguish. There have been over 12 complaints which I have raised between the time I enrolled for the Tata Docomo internet service and till date ( Jan 13, 2015).Some of these complaints have been closed without my consent - suo moto by Tata Docomo customer service. I requested cancellation of the service and refund the money I paid for the Photon Max device as its of no use henceforth as I am cancelling the internet service. There is no use for the Photon Max device with such poor internet service provided by Tata Docomo. Hence, in this regard, I wrote to appellate for Tata Docomo in Tamil Nadu but unfortunately the officer in charge was not helpful and kept insisting that they resolved the issues I had raised in timely manner and hence I will not be eligible for the refund. This is unethical from the point of view of Tata Docomo as they did not deliver a smooth and proper service they promised - at the time of purchasing the device - Photon Max - and the Internet service. WHAT USE WOULD PHOTON MAX DEVICE SERVE WITH EITHER POOR OR NO SERVICE FROM TATA DOCOMO? I would request anyone from public to help me recover my hard earned money from Tata Docomo and to instill a sense of responsibility in them towards their customers and future customers .                                 I am having a similar experience with TATA PHOTON people these days. Had initially complained about slow speed / connectivity issues since last April (April 2014!!) But there has been absolutely no improvement in services. Rather the exact opposite! I am simply getting mails saying your complaint has been resolved but to no avail! Now they have the gall to refuse to waive off my last months bill when I said that I wanted to close my account. Its appalling since I am an extremely old customer of Photon- almost 9 years! And if this is how they treat me then I am sure to personally tell everybody I know that Photon stinks!

                                    Hi, , I am sanatan kumar and my number is :- [protected], , I have taken Tata Docomo postpaid connection on 1/Nov/14 of 799 plan of 2000 min. local and std min free, Means more than 2 hrs per day. I uses 2 hrs to talk per day.. But bill is showing 1786 rupees in 27th of Dec, , bill is totally wrong... One more thing my plan is 799 and it gives 800 Rs credit means 799+800=1599, , , then how it's showing 1786.. I left my job so i am going to my native permanently, so I want to disconnect this plan and My number is [protected]… I can’t pay from next month... i am trying to cancel, so i called customer care, went to docomo outlet, , and written many complaints to grahak seva but no body is taking care... I have already complaint on this since 31/12/14 but still no action has been taken.. Now i have decided to complaint my query on directly Indian government website Mygov. I will continue complaining every week on all websites until it is solved...--

Not received any feedback against my email dated 06.01.2015 from my email id [protected]@gmail.com sent to [protected]@tatadocomo.com FOR MY MOBILE NO. [protected] (Maharashtra circle) for which 320 was deducted for various unwanted & NOT asked for VAS for 6 times. ASKING for REFUND in my prepaid balance of 320 for various VAS which was not used & discontinued immediately. MUKESH THAWANI

                                        I am a customer of Tata Docomo since last December 2013. Due to change in my employment i am required port my no. to Idea as my new employer has all his employee numbers with Idea. I am trying to port my number since August 2014, but every time Tata Domoco representatives has different reasons for rejection of my number portability application. For confirmation of portability they have called me atleast 2 to 3 times but they never call me if they had any problem with the application. The procedure for portability takes atleast 10 days to complete. I have applied 4 times till date and all the times they have rejected the application. On 29th of December i have again applied for portability & once again they have rejected the application. I had a call with Mr. Harish (Ref. No.[protected] on 10-Jan-2015 to confirm the reason for rejection & he said that as my request to change the plan is yet active they have rejected the application. Later on he said that the application is rejected due to incorrect UPC code entered by Idea. I think he don't even know the actual reason for rejection. Secondly i have requested for lower rental plan to cut of some cost i am bearing due to error of some other person. Also i had requested for immediate activation of the plan & the your representative have told that the same will be done within 72 hours, but the same is not yet activated. Minimum Rs. 400 per month i am paying for the connection, which needs to be reimbursed by you. Now i am fully fed up with the procedures, your careless attitude & the way you treat your customers.

                                        I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER ON PRIORITY BASIS. I NEVER EXPECTED SUCH KIND OF BEHAVIOUR FROM YOUR REPUTED COMPANY. KINDLY TAKE SOME IMMEDIATE ACTION.
