I GOT INTERNET CONNECTION FROM TATA DOCOMO IN JUN 2013 IN FLAT NO 501, I BLOCK, IMPERIAL TOWER, PEERMUCHHALA, ZIRAKPUR. I WAS ON RENT IN THAT FLAT. I SHIFTED TO GOVT ACCOMODATION IN IST WEEK OF OCT 2013 IN CHANDIMANDIR CANTT (PANCHKULA). ACCORDINGLY I REQUESTED TATA DOCOMO TO DISCOONECT THE SAME THROUGH EMAIL. I RECIEVED THE RETURN MAIL ALSO SAYING TO MAKE THE BALANCE PAYMENT WHICH I MADE, THE INSTRUMENT i.e MODEM WAS TAKEN OVER BY THEIR ENGR REP. EVEN AFTER DISCOONCTION 7 MAKING DUE PAYMENT, TATA DOCOMO IS AGAAIN ASKING FOR THE PAYMENTS FOR THE PERIOD BEYOND THAT PERIOD .COORESPONDENCE I THIS REGARD IS ENCLOSED PLEASE.     I used above postpaid number from March 2013 to Nov 2013... In nov I lost my phone with sim... so i register the complaint to cancel above number[request number:[protected]]... but number was not canceled and bill was coming without i'm using it upto march 2014 outstanding amount rs.947... but i'm not pay the outstanding and they call me oftenly said pay bill... i explain the situation and they said will see and tell but still no response... in march 2014 they send me the notice for not paying bill so i payed the bill on 24.03.2014... afterthat no call and no bill from them but now 20th Jan 2015 they send me bill of dec 2014 but i'm lost my sim and also cancel my sim but they send bill... please take action and solve my problem...

      Dear sir, this is harinadh. i am tata docomo customer. i am using postpaid sim card cell no- [protected]. from today morning onwords i am not able to doing outgoing calls. i dont no reason. same account i have 2 postpaid numbers. i was paid 1000/- deposit amount. today i was called to customer care more then 5 times. every time your customer care telly callers telling that i am connecting to my floor super wiser. after that 1/2 hr they are playing tata docomo music and after that my call automatically disconnecting. they are telling that you are batcher so you need to pay 500/- deposit. but when i was taken sim card they are not told any thing like this. now suddenly my out going not working.. if it is possible activate my outgoing. other wise cancel all my tata docomo postpaid connections. and return my deposit amount 1000/- which i was paid at activation time... i will go for IDEA or AIRTEL. they are network is very good..i dont want to use tata docomo sim card.. you people are simpley paying with cusomers and customers money.. . when i was taken sim you people are calling and telling my offer. and asking for welcome kit...but you people are not informing about 500/- which your asking now.. if you are able to solve my problem. slove as soon as possible..other wise cancel all tata docomo numbers which i am using.. MY ALTERNATIVE CONTACT NUMBER IS [protected]

        regarding balance deduction for unused service and not refund of balance.45 from 58558 on 25. 12. 14 (i am getting this message daily till date 08. 01. 15) I was surprised this kind of subscribed message and deducted the balance whenever using the net, but i didn't use these services, my balance was zero and 171 pack got validated by 3rd Jan'15.           This s gowtham.my mobile number is :[protected].see.. sterday evening my balance was near abt78 rupees. But today mornng suddenly it came to 7 supees with no reason. i didnt used even mobile data.. i jus called my mom for 2 mn..nothng else.. thn hw u guys r stealing money from ur customers.. am also working in telecom fieal.. i no hw the way u r doin ths cheating works... i need my 70 rupess refund amount immediately..or else i ll go for vodafone since they are ready to provide good offers.. jus bec of 3g only i got docomo..but u guys doin like this.. if i didnt got refund in one day.. i ll ask my relatives to dnt buy docomo sims anymore... do refund first.am hesitated so much.. i am gonna post this complaint n all sites.. and this s nt happening first time.. near abt 5th time..every time u guys doin this

Recharge is Successful we receive 1.5 GB Data & 150.00 Rs Main Balance After 2 days my data bal. is 0 & main Bal. is 0.00 I am using only Whatsapp. 1.5 GB Data & 150.00 Rs Main Balance ka kat jan sambhav Nahi Hai.               this is harinadh. my tata docomo post paid cell number [protected]. my number outgoing calls disconnected suddenly. why i don't know. same account i have taken 2 numbers 1 st number activated it is working.now 2nd number every time outgoing calls not working..i was called t o 121, 198,[protected]. but my problem not solving.they are giving reason is i am batcheller so they are not activating my number..i want to deactivate my all tata docomo numbers. and send my deposite amount back...thank you Relationship Number [protected] cell no- [protected] alternative number- [protected]

                Hi, This is Vinod Kubsad here with the tata docomo number [protected]. I had requested to convert from prepaid to postpaid on 13th January 2015 with the RID number :[protected] and below is the msg received from system "Hi, Pre to Post migrartion request GPPM[protected] successfully raised for [protected] RID is[protected]". But stil, till now my number is not converted to postpaid and really faced and facing a lot of problems wrt to the same. Regarding the same i called to the Agency/Executive people and none are receiving my call. Below are the person details whom i tried contacting. Prashant: [protected] Ragvendra and Sunil : [protected] Ravi kumar (name, am not sure) : [protected] None of these are receiveing my call nor updating the status of my conversion process. and also, i forwarded my concerns/proof to the mail id: [protected]@gmail.com ( AKI ENLIGHT GLOBALSOLUIONS) but still i havent recevied any response.                   Hi Team, My Name- Vijay H Number - [protected] I raised a complaint regarding network and they asked me to wait for 30 days and after 30 days also issue not got solved again raised a complaint again asked to wait for 30 days but still issue not solved. I am usiing 4 tata docomo connection in my home and in my home der is not even single network .. so my entire family is shut down.. no one contact us or we cant reach some one.. THis is worst service.. so again 3rd time a raised a complaint again they asked me to wait for 30 days.. how u guys can ask me more 30 days guys.. After so many cols person visited my location and he confirm that there is issue with network and he confirm that network caputre to be installed in this building. I called on Saturday 31st Jan and floor supervisor committed that he will arrange a call back on 2nd Feb ( Monday ) der is no call back but i got SMS stating we are trying to contact you.. I called back to helpline number and asked dem to transfer call to Manager they tranfered it to floor supervisor ( K.Raju ) Mr.Raju thinks he is a very smart guy and call conversation is 49 min and he never tried to resolve my issue He was very rude and he is arguing with me for silly reasons instead of tranfering call to manager He kept me hold for 22 time and he tol he will transfer the call but not even single time he tranfered this is what service u yous are providing 1st you will promise for call back and 2nd you guys will argue with customer for complainy policy K.Raju says tata docomo does not have a option to transfer the call to Managers if customer not happy with the resolution provided by COnsultant which kind of company you guys are running. m i dealing with local brand or TATA DOCOMO COMPNAY He is a worst person i dont think so he deserve for sitting and work over der Please go throgh the call recording and how der you guys can drop the call without connecting a call to manager or giving a resolution and 49 min i was spent on you and i was keep calling you gusy and waiting for respoonse from 30+30+7 days but still my issue not solved.. lets shut down my connection and i want this guys K raju to call me back and apologize for the same for rude behaviour and droping the call

Once I had that close button suddenly they swipe all my balance. now they took 80 rupees. once i called the customer care they had no response and refund only 30 rs when i asked no higher officials there for tata docomo. so without higher officers Tata docomo running? They told me to call after four hours. when i called after some time then only know only one time per day the 198 complaint will work then again wait for next day this is thing they have for customer with bad experience. In online complaint their website have good trick for no one can complaint from their website like that the they are doing.

                        i have requested for 3g booster plan on[protected] at around 17:34 with request no[protected], but it was not activated even after 24 hours and my self calling there customer service around 10 times and even talking to their senior desk of customer service.
                        Moreover they just keep you on hold for 10 minutes and force you to listen their utter nonsense music and just dont provide any solution to mental harassment customer passes through.

                        It would be better if they invest some money to improve their customer service and not waste crores of rupees on false promises they announce in tthier ads.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I got my Mobile (No.- [protected]) recharged for 3G connection, but till date `it has not been delivered by Tata Docomo.To get it` delivered i called their customer care number [protected] they informed that link will be delivered, it was delivered and i installed it, even after installing 3G didn't got activated so I called the customer care number but it seems they have blocked my number because every time it i saying you have dialed the wrong number. Also i requested that for 5 days 3G network was not available hence, my expiry date should be extended. Then the representative started shouting at me saying it is your fault as you didn't call the call center so no extension will be given. After regular request he said i have raised the complain (Complain No.[protected] and link has been send, but the link is of no use. Request you to kindly help me on this issue. Regards Ankit Mrinal

                                Tata Docomo added Rs 198 to my bill for some VAS service. I lodged a complaint (Complaint Number :[protected] with Tata Docomo. On follow up and escalation of the complaint, The appellate Desk of Tata Docomo sent a mail to me that they will give a waiver of Rs 198. The screen shot for the same is attached. However in my current bill, there is no any such waiver given. Also these people are not responding to my mails. Please look into the issue. I never applied for any of such 'unlimited at 75' nor clicked on any link. yet they deducted my money from my talk time. I want my money back as soon as possible. These companies don't have any right to enroll my number for subscription without my prior permission or request. I need my money back into my acc balance.                                         Hello, I have been using Tata Docomo GSM sim, no [protected]. My balance has been deducted unnecessarily many times, stating that i have done multiple data usage even though i had a valid Internet pack. Every time i lodged a complaint my money was refunded after quarreling with the Executive Heads. It has become a routine with Docomo to harass their customers This time again my bal of Rs173 was deducted on the same basis, even though i have a 3G pack valid till 15/2/15. Same reason was told to me that i have done multiple data browsing, which did not happen in reality as i do not use anything other than Facebook & Whatsapp on my mobile & this time i am not able to talk to customer care executive as it is not connecting.
