Giving Wrong validity of net pack

Hi, before recharging Rs 91 net pack in my Tata Dcocomo number, I had checked its validity by going *141# and there it says validity of 21 days. But after recharge, customer care is saying that validity is just 10 days and they have not updated info in *141#. So now I dont want this netpack and want refund of Rs 91. But they are not accepting their mistake and not giving refund. Please help me. Thank you....

There is almost no TATA docomo network in Bangalore.....!!!!!!!!

If you are in Bangalore, this is the WORST WORST network provider. My calls get disconnected without any reason. Many times, I won’t even be able to reach anybody. Very slow internet connectivity on Tata Photon Plus
