My phone was working fine till yesterday evening and suddenly I am not able to make any calls or receive any calls from anyone and also my internet pack is not working .I am extremely disappointed because I have not activated any call barring service still it has happened .My number is [protected] .Please suggest what should I do ? I am deeply disappointed ..

We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concern. However, the number was unable to contact.

We would like to inform you that as checked our records the services of your mobile number has been disconnected on dated 06-JAN-2015 05:01pm due to the non submission of proper documents (Miss-match of Documents).

Hence, we request you to visit any nearest Tata Docomo brandstore and re submit the documents of proof of identity, proof of address and 1 passport size photograph in order to avoid your number from permanent disconnection.

Also, with reference to customer care connectivity, all our customer care executives would be busy with other customers at that moment.       This is Anand.Betala from Bagalkot (karnataka), as i m ur genuine customerof TATA DOCOMO from last 3years.as i m using the below mentioned number from 3years suddenly yesterday i.e on5.01.2015 my out going calls has been barred...as i have submitted all necessary documents on 05.01.2015..but still my services have not been resumed..and when i spoke to ur customer care executive no proper response from them.and some o[censored]r customer care executives are telling that my number cant be used anymore it is barred permanently telling that this number is used for telemarketring..but this is not true i m not using this number for any telemarketing...u can cross check this is my important business number as all my business related clients from india and from Abroad have this number only...as i know TATA DOCOMO is know for its best servies till now.. plz solve this problem ASAP... waiting for ur reply my number is: [protected] Regards, Anand.Betala

          Hi, before recharging Rs 91 net pack in my Tata Dcocomo number, I had checked its validity by going *141# and there it says validity of 21 days. But after recharge, customer care is saying that validity is just 10 days and they have not updated info in *141#. So now I dont want this netpack and want refund of Rs 91. But they are not accepting their mistake and not giving refund. Please help me. Thank you.

                I have recently ported to TATADOCOMO postpay connected. But since my billing address is little away from Chennai city my outgoing is barred after a week. I tried to reach cust care multiple times no use. Got this issue escalated to Appellate but they gave a worst solution to get changed to prepaid. My first question is why would I get converted to prepaid when I was a old prepaid customer. No use of it. This is the last requested ID[protected]. In the first place they should have not activated my connected if they are not able to do service outside chennai. In that case I would have ported to a different network or stayed back in the same network without getting my calls barred. I have also raised a grievances to Mr.Elango Thambiah. waiting for a positive reply.

                  Hi, I got a message on 29th " BFS is activated at Rs 30.78 for 7 days. Bal: Rs: 1.00 at 29-Dec-2014 10.12. To stop, dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free)." I have viewed it unfortunately on 2nd due to new year busy schedule and more over I was in roaming. Again today got another message " BFS is extended at Rs 5.65 for 2 days. Bal: Rs: 1.00 at 05-Jan-2015 10.01. To stop, dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free)." Lucking I was little free and deactivated the BFS immediately calling the number given. I don't even know what that BFS is ? Is this a gimmick by Tata Docomo to lure our money ?

                      If you are in Bangalore, this is the WORST WORST network provider. My calls get disconnected without any reason. Many times, I won’t even be able to reach anybody. I call them and it just disconnects after few seconds. Initially I thought my mobile phone, Google Nexus 5, could be creating the problem, but it wasn’t. I verified it by using Airtel Sim and it worked just fine. Also I am not reachable many times. My friends call mean and say.. hey I called you twice, thrice and you were not reachable. Where had you been? … But all the time, I was in Bangalore only, either in house or if office. This problem is not specific to me, I searched in google and found that so many people are facing this problem. It has been nightmare since I ported my phone number to TATA Docomo, that is 20 days back. I don’t know why the govt is allowing such a company to operate. I don’t have any option now, but to bear this network for two and half more months, as I can’t port my number to other service provider before completing 3 months here I wonder if TATA Docomo has a proper customer care. I called the customer care 4 times, nobody picked it. It just disconnected. The fifth and sixth time, somebody picked it, but it disconnected soon after they said hello. I didn’t quit, I tried for the seventh time!!! Somehow it got connected and had a chat with the customer care guy who was operating from Hyderabad. But the thing is I don’t know where the hell he was sitting, it seemed as if he was in a fish market. I called the customer care again to complain about this network issue, they said they have some frequency problem, it will take a month to solve it !!!... Come on, If that is the case, why the hell are you selling the SIM cards? It is difficult to believe that this company is a TATA company.

                        Hi all, My photon no. is [protected]. I have been experiencing problems with the Tata Photon Plus internet connectivity from the past 2 months. The speed of the same is SUPPOSED to be 3.1 mbps. However the actual speed at which the download seems to happen is only about 30 kbps. The pages surfed take a hell lot of time to download. Many a times after waiting for long time a message comes to reload the page or to check the internet connection or the page cannot be loaded due to no internet connectivity and this comes even though the signal for connecting appears to be full. This is very very frustrating as this happens on a regular basis. Downloading documents of around 600 kb takes 5 minutes and 5 mb takes around 10 mins. If this is the case then what is the need of high speed internet dongle when it does not perform what it commits. I called the TATA photon plus representative on the toll free number [protected] who started by saying they will provide full help in the matter. And the help that he offered is you are in a high utilization area, you will keep on experiencing little inconveniences like this and in future this problem will be resolved. When I asked what does the future he is mentioning means, he replied he cannot say that. And then he concluded the talk saying hope I was able to help you, thank you for calling blah blah blah. I mean how ridiculous is this. If you want an increased customer base you should be well equipped to face the problem of high utilization, secondly when you are not able to solve the problem neither can you commit to a solution how can you say hope we have helped you and you are saying this is little inconvenience. Further one has to wait for too long just to check whether the page that you want to surf has downloaded and with no surety that one will be able to surf the pages uninterrupted once it is downloaded. What is the use of advertising that it provides high speed net connection when actually the net connection is deteriorating to such an extent. I never expected this from a representative from reputed company like Tata. Hope my problem will get sorted after posting on this site.

                        As per the telephonic conversation over the call on [protected], you have confirmed that the speed getting in your location is 600Kbps which is more than average speed. Kindly note that your location comes under high utilization are area and you will be experiencing the same speed.

                        No i didnt confirm anything about the speed. After posting the complaint I have used the net only today with tata photon. Further I had mentioned to you the problem I had stated in my mail on Jan 4 for which you stated the same thing that you are in high utilisation area and that u are not aware by when the problem will get sorted. Further it is not right on your part of you to quote some ones mobile no. in the post
                        Further today the speed as per the speed test today is 240 kbps which is far better than earlier and facing lesser internet disruptionsthan before. However it is still not 600 kbps u mentiioned in ur post above. Hope this will improve further

                          I am recharged my prepaid no. Online with the special recharge of rs.160/- to get the benefit of talktitalk time of rs.180/- but instead I got the recharge of rs. 139/- I am continuously calling the customer care to get the refund but the answer I am getting is the system is down so call after some time but as we know they have a system that once a no.called will not be received twice in a day and 50p deduction is done even the problem is solved or not. Is this why we choose such cheater company.

                            Dear Sir/Mam I Am Anil. My Contact no-[protected] I Had taken a postpaid connection from TATA DOCOMO No([protected]). I used it from last one year. I had taken 399(talk time plan)+999(10 GB 3g Plan) .So my Credit Limit Is Only 1200 Thousand Rupees. From last 8 to 1 months i paid 4000 to 5000 bill regularily. They said me that i used over data usage as per my plan. Its ok i paid, but this month they said i will be paid bill of 12406 Rs. They said i used internet in roaming and blaw blaw. How can i pay this too much bill. This is fraud with me from last 8 months and this time is too much 12406 Rs. They deactivate my outgoing., I ask Them If My Credit Limit For this Number is Only 999 Rs(Data plan). Then Why They Allowed Me to use more then 10 gb Usage, Why No Intimation No Call That i Had Crossed My Credit Limit.They Don't Have Any Answer For this and i am Keep on Getting calls to Pay This Payment of 12406.Please Help. I am student. I cant pay this. I was paid 5000 ok thats fine but this time too much...its really disgusting.

                            My name Chalapathi-ps having number [protected], I was using internet day on 5 th Jan15 I got an msg from HUWWAP 41.5 RS IS BEEN DEDUCTED I called 198 they said call on 121 ...I tried 121 many times but could not reach to customer service agent & all d time, I don't want such service to be activated without even notifying me before deduction from main bal...kindly look into it & I want my money back .

                              respected sir, with respect to above mentioned subject i am choudhari s.j. and customer of tata docomo since from 2010.My complaint is i was using my 3g internet at2 jan 2015 at 2:55 suddenly i got message that u have subscribed for endless music at Rs 75 for 30 days i was surprised .then i continues using net again i got message that unlimited is activated for Rs72 for 28 days.when i tried to call customer care center then there is call disconnection from company .then i tried from another no then the person said that you will get the refund in 24 hours but still i have not got my refund so i am requesting you to please refund my balance Thank you, Yours faithfully choudhari S.J MOB:[protected]

                                Respected sir, The company tatadocomo activated the one scheme unnecessarly on my no [protected] and deducted rs. 46 on 3rd jan 2015 at 1:38 am. I made call to customer complain helpdesk(198) at 1:55 am and operator accepted the fault and told me he deactivated the scheme and amount of rs 46 will be credited to my account in 3hr, but money is not credited yet. so I again made a call at 5:20 am and found that they block my no! So, then i call to 121 and they told me that my credit will be refound between 3hrs. Now they block my no at 121 too because of that I can't make a call to customer care of company.                                   This is Manohar user of TATA docomo photon data card. I have rasised a complaint #[protected] on 31st of dec 2014. Customer care people said that issue will resolve on 1st jan and my service engineer will call you. But non of the person called up, I made a call to customer care technical team member said person will visit to my place resolve the issue, no body visited. I keep on following with TATA docomo.                                   One of executive called from TATA Docomo her name Sunita, I explained complete story- as per her statement she said engineer will visit in a day and ensure that your problem will resolve. But unfortunately more than a week and no response from their end. All playing with words and no action.

                                  Whenever call to customer care and ask to contact to Manager they simply says that we can not do that. Even floor supervisor are not able to resolve the issue.

                                  I am not able to understand what kind of service they are providing. As wasted my time in checking the status of issue and explaining again & again. There is no SLA define for requests.

                                  End of the day I am the one who suffers and frustration.
                                  I am having a bad experience with TATA PHOTON these recent months after having been an old and loyal customer for 9 years!!!

                                  Had initially complained about slow speed / connectivity issues since April 2014!! But there has been absolutely no improvement in services. Rather the exact opposite! I am simply getting mails saying your complaint has been resolved but to no avail! Customer care is not being helpful. I have hardly used Photon for past 2-3 months but I still paid a months bill. But I had told customer care in advance I wanted to close account.
                                  Now they have the gall to refuse to waive off my last months bill when I said that I wanted to close my account. Its appalling since I am an extremely old customer of Photon! And if this is how they treat me then I am sure to personally tell everybody I know that TATA stinks! I had got involved because of the trustworthy brand but it very disappointing and frustrating that TATA is not meeting even basic expectations.

                                      I'm using Tata Docomo GSM Superb 299 postpaid plan in which in which I get 550 mins of local/std calls, 1gb 3g, unlimited 2g, 300 sms. My connection started on 10th Jan 2015. I have connected with customer care several times but they don't provide information about my usage consumed from the voice or data. This creates confusion. Let me know if I don't have right to know how much I have consumed from the talk time and data of my plan. Also, I'm in roaming at present at Jaipur. They charge me for my internet usage as well along with costly charges for roaming packs (eg Rs. 70 / month provides only incoming free from Tata connections which I believe is wrong). Please help me out as being from a middle class background every rupee is valuable for me and my family.

                                        I got sms before few minuets "Movie World is activated at Rs75.0 for 60days.Bal:Rs159.56 at 02-Jan-15 13:01.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free)". This is totally unwanted, as I have not activated any value added service, which deducted 75₹. I want to deactivate the service with refund of 75₹. I have dialled 121, but could not get to any customer care executive. I am using docomo since quite long and never activated any value added service, then why this one activated automatically?

                                        use this service once it is activated. It means, in future also unnecessary deduction may happen.. Good to know that
