his is to bring your attention that i have been sold a Postpaid Connection of TATA DOCOMO by one of TATA DOCOMO DSA "Samay Associates" based in bhopal, during the call the sales executive told me the features of the "bill plan 325_Loc+Nat_1200MinsMnthlyRntl" and when i asked for data pack applicable the executive told me that there is no data bundeled but i am free to add on any postpaid data pack available from Rs. 50 per month. I asked this executive to get me the Rs. 50 Per month data pack bundled with this plan and gave him permission to move my number from pre to post, he told me that an executive from "Samay Associates"will follow up and will collect the amount required (INR 350) to activate the postpaid connection, the executive came at my office after around 3 days and collected INR Rs 350 form me and gave me the SIM, i asked him the same thing that i want Rs 50 data pack activated on my phone and he told me that once connection is activated i should call tata docomo customer care and they will apply the data pack and i will be able to use the data pack. I inquired regarding the data pack after the activation and i was told that if i take the data pack i will be charged for whole bill cycle and not on prorate basis, so i told them that i will get the data pack activated on the first day of bill cycle, on my first bill found that i am given 100 MB data free for 2 Months, so i didn't felt need to get the data pack in the second month too. In the third month when i requested to get the data pack activated i was told that my plan is not eligible for the data pack i need, and this has never been told to me at the time of selling the Post paid connection, i checked the TATA DOCOMO website and its written repeatedly and clearly on the Mobile Internet link (http://www.tatadocomo.com/mobile-internet.aspx#disTextdump) that packs are available with all post pay plans, see the points below : 1:The aforementioned Data packs are available with all post pay plans . 2:These plans will be applicable for all post pay customers except Blackberry customers. 3:All the above packs will be available to Tata DOCOMO subscribers on Tata DOCOMO Home and Tata DOCOMO roaming network only. 4:The above mentioned packs are applicable on all APN’s except Dongle APN. I sent the same info to appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com along with the proof (screenshot of their website) and from them i am getting the same reply, my grievance is why i was not told first hand that i will not get this internet pack, i will never have switched from prepaid connection to post-paid. This is a fraudulent practice on TATA DOCOMO's end to give wrong information to customer and this has made me suffer mentally and monetarily as i need to put my valuable time and efforts to deal with such crook company, i am not going to accept this fraudulent behaviour and your reply where i am regularly told that my postpaid plan is not eligible for the requested data pack, i have been asked to subscribe to higher rental 3G packs which i do not require, i am not going to stop here and will bring attention of authorities and general public to this act of fraud by TATA DOCOMO by putting it online and sending this email conversation to concerned authorities and will not hesitate in taking this matter to consumer court if required.

    My new tata number- [protected] / other mobile number- [protected] We are doing online recharge by freecharge site as a special recharge 22 Rs. In company sms in 22 Rs. Full talktime & 100 mb data – 30 days validity. but DOCOMO compny is not provaid us that full recharge. We are request them to convert my recharge in special mode. but but thay not give a respond me and at list didant lisn’t me and ignored me than where is costmer rights do justice me so please thats not good things to cheat a coustmer Hop you consider my requst or complain. And give full talktime & data

      i have used tata docomo post paid services earlier and did portability to vodafone. for 1 day use the bill amount came was more than 500 rs. i paid the bill but asked for detailed bill statement. from last 1 month i am writing email to customer care for detailed bill but no one has replied. i have doubt that docomo has cheted with me and took 500 rs for 1 day use.

        Dear Sir, I’m your customer from 7 months bearing a number [protected]. From[protected], I didn’t get any complaint from your side but from yesterday’s morning i.e.[protected] I suffered a call rate problem. For STD calls I made a recharge for 25 as a rate cutter. But I don’t know what happened to your network suddenly my rate cutter was not worked. I called twice to your customer care but there was no response from your side. Due to your negligency, yesterday I lost my money (recharge). So, please go through my yesterday call history and return my money as early possible.                   Hi, I am tired of following up for my deposit refund amount for tata docomo corporate connection [protected] ( docket number[protected]. I am writing mails to them since June 2014 and every time I hear the same response "we assure you that your problem is being addressed". I had deposited INR 3000 for activating the services - Roaming and ISD while using the connection and I was told that once I cancel the connection, I would be refunded the amount. Since I had already shifted the base location from Pune to Bangalore due to personal constraints, I was told that the security deposit will be refunded in terms of a cheque to my then address in Bangalore.This conversation happened in June 2014 and I was supposed to get the cheque after 60 days of registering the request i.e. 31st July. THIS DEADLINE WAS SET BY TATA DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE TEAM and I had agreed to that. After that there was a series of follow ups on the refund. Initially I used to get auto response followed by a personal mail/call from an agent, but later, they stopped even bothering to respond to my queries. In the meantime, I had to shift the city again from bangalore to hyderabad on account of my job. I even offered the customer care team that if they cannot refund the security deposit to my present address, I will send one of my friend to collect the refund cheque to their Pune outlet since it is almost impossible for me to travel to Pune just to collect the cheque. But I didnt hear anything from them on that too! WHY ARE THEY TAKING SO MUCH TIME IN RESOLVING SUCH A SMALL REQUEST SIMPLY BECAUSE I AM NO LONGER THEIR CUSTOMER ???? Please resolve the request at the earliest.

                  I do not know what will be your resolution about the refund, but one thing I wanted to inform that I am no longer residing in the Bangalore premises. I have shifted to Hyderabad.

                  Are you guys taught during your training to use this kind of template to answer customer queries ?? I am also tired of same words, same language and same old tricks to deceive customers...I have my mailbox flooded with your readymade answers...!!!


                  Now listen tata docomo customer care, since i have closed my corporate connection in june 2014 itself, there is no point in telling me that you tried to contact me in the earlier no. By now, you might have allotted it to some other person. First check your database. Please do not try to think that others are fools to listen to your stories every time.

                  And for your kind information, i said that i am tired of contacting the customer care through mails, that is why i chose to raise the issue through consumer complaints portal. In such a scenario, how can you ask me to reach through your mail id ? Is [protected]@tatadocomo.com is the only channel to reach to your sernior officials ??? If that is the case, then i must say that you are the biggest thugs in telecom market. You do not hesitate to take others money as caution deposit but when it is time to settle the amount, you just vanish.

                  Now, let me compare your case with the other players. Where you are taking caution money deposit for isd and international roaming, airtel and other companies are not using such tricks !!! They are not taking any caution money from customers and still surviving and in fact are doing far far better than your company.

                  Now you think where your products are lying compared to the market competition.

                  Do not force me to resort to other channels...I can publish all the emails from customer care (With the customer care person names) in the internet !!! So think how to resolve my issue at the earliest and take this as my last public warning.

                      Its ridiculous!!1 I have been deducted unnecessarily, in last 3 days i recharged my number 3 times with Rs55 and every time when i look to make the call its damn- No balance. I just fade up- even very rigid response from 198 CC Executives, and on top of that you cant contact them n these situation. Expecting some one t come forward if really you value the customer.                           Hi, I am a Tata Docomo Customer with no- [protected], have been using Tata Docomo since last 3-4 years. But recently have noticed that the Network Coverage, Clarity & 2G Data Speed all have degraded to considerable low. I have heard the same from lot of my friends in the same area i.e. Mumbra in Thane District. Unless it is improved quality, Tata docomo will loss lot of its valuable customers including me. Will port to some other operator due to such frustrating Network/ Service Degradation from Tata Docomo. If any body from Tata Docomo Service Team haviing a look at this complaint, kindly make necessary action so as to avoid discomfort to valuable customers. Thanks, Abdul

                            Hi, , I am sanatan kumar, , I have taken tata postpaid 799 plan of 2000 min. local and std min free on 1/Noc/14, , , means more then 2 hrs per day. i uses 2 hrs to talk per day.. but bill is showing 1786 rupies in 27th of dec, , bill is totaly wrong... plz solve my complaint other wise i will complaint to consumer forum and grahak seva... one more thing my plan is 799 and it gives 800 rs credit means 799+800=1599, , , then how it's showing 1786.. and i want to disconnect this plan as early as possible...

                                Respected sir The company tatadocomo activated the one scheme unnecessarly on my no [protected] and deducted rs. 90 on 24th dec 2014. I made call to customer care on 25th dec and operator accepted the fault and told me he deactivated the scheme and amount of rs 90 will be credited to my account in 24hr, but money is not credited yet. so I today again made a call and operator receive the call and disconnected it. Now they block my no because of that I can't make a call to customer care of company. So please help in the concern matter your sincerely G.R. Nalinde mob no [protected]

                                  I have activated tata docomo's one servies on 24th december in which you can call any tata no for free between 11am to 7am my balance was deducted to 46 rs. for that service and its transaction id is : CMS82321576. Even after activation of this service when i called to tata docomo no. on 24th at 11:20 pm I was charged 55 rs. and after that 50 more. when i called customer care they didn't answer me properly and disconnected my call and when i tried again call was not made and telling me to mail at [protected]@tatadocomo.com

                                    Respected se, At[protected] in my nomber([protected]) I found massage that, (TODAYS OFFER, RECHARGE RC 65 EVD SPL, GET 1 GB DATA FOR 30 DAYS.ON RECHARGE YOU WILL GET 1 GB DATA, VAL 15 DAYS.REMAINING 15 DAYS VALIDITY WITHIN 2 DAYS). But, when I recharge respective amount I found only 15 days validity. Remaining 15 days validity was noy given by them. I was not found proper feedback from their customer care.So please take necessary action against my complain. Thank you

                                        I was am using a Tata Docomo Prepaid connection. I need to make AT&T audio teleconferencing calls. AT&T no. 000117 is a toll free number. However, I was being charged for the calls made to this number and the charges are more than the local charge rates. Even When I tried to reach Tata Docomo Customer care on the issue. They completely denied this number to be toll-free number and made abusive comments on call when asked what needs to be done as I know this number is toll free number. Can anyone tell what need full to be done. I have been using bsnl prepaid from last 5 years. Using At&t for more than a year, I have not been charged single rupee.
