Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. Less talk time for online recharge

I have recharged my mob no-[protected] for Rs 350/= on 28.10.2014 @ 21:52:34pm through internet recharge. TATA DOCOMO site was showing talk time of Rs 400/= on recharge of Rs 350/= but i got only Rs 311.50. When I contacted customer care representative on 30.10.2014 @ 08:45am, they were unable to explain and suggested to lodge complain. Request you to look into the matter and arrange to credit remaining balance to my mob account....
