Hi Team, I am a prepaid retail customer and my number is [protected]. Suddenly i was not bale to make any calls and receive any calls from this day. When i enquired about this the customer care executive tells me that my number has been barred due to suspecting of call distribution as per TRAI regulations. Please let me know how my retail number can be used for such purpose without my notice. Also i have been a customer of tata docomo since long and i don't expect this kind of service from you. Request you to please look into this ASAP, as this has caused a lot of inconveneience already. Otherwise customers may totally lose trust in you.

As per our discussion over call, I would like to inform you that as per our records your number has been disconnected due to the reason that this number was used for unsolicited calls or SMS and the number was not registered as telemarketing number. I regret that service cannot be restored on your number, I advise you to only use registered number for any Telemarketing activities. Details of Telemarketer registration process are available on the TRAI Website (www.trai.gov.in)
Please be informed that the regulation seeks immediate disconnection of such numbers and hence we are constrained to discontinue services to your number.
With reference to the email, you have informed in the trail mail that documents have been submitted at our outlet hence I request you to provide us the date of submission and outlet details for further assistance.
Further, your feedback regarding customer care service would definitely be given to all concerned departments to ensure increased proactiveness and will help us to provide better services.

    Hi My nos [protected] and [protected] where disconnected without any information or notice. I had activated international roaming for my number and on the second day service was disconnected without any information. I am abroad, hence my wife inquired about the reason and was shock to hear that we had a bill of Rs 25000, that too with no calls done. Now these people are saying pay the bill first, though they are not able to give details as the bill is not generated. Also according to normal procedure they disconnect my connection if it goes above 8000 as security, I dont understand why they waited this time. Now the scene is I activated my international roaming on second day service is disconnected and on third day shock of Rs 25000 bill. This is not the first time we are using international roaming facitlity, we had used Airtel for 5 years with no issues for billing max it went till 6000 with normal calls. But this was first time a warm welcome from Docomo. I hope there is some logical answer to my complaint other than just pay the bill and keep quit. Regards Amit Shinde [protected]@gmail.com

    Sorry to say but my querries are not answered completely, and I did not receive any call as you have barred my numbers for your information, still if you feel calling me call me on +[protected], i will be happy.
    Please see Germany timings before calling.
    Can you​ please answer my below questions​
    Q1) Is my Bill 25000 or 19073 or as informed by local customer care today 14000? (Too much of variation in all departments)
    Q​​2) What is my usage Calls or internet?
    Q​3) Why my connection was not barred at 8000 which was limit set to my number? ("It is a rule" when I approached your customer care)
    Q4​) Why there was no information on excess usage which is regular practice you follow?
    Q​5) On what basis my number was disconnected?

    I have received my bill with Rs. 107231/- which is very high, all charges are for internet international roaming for few hours, which is not bearable . I am 3 year old customer with track record of payments and billing which comes in between[protected] not more than that . I have used only internet for some time when i was in Dubai for business purpose, how come the bill this much please give clarification, when i went for international calling activation to tata gallery two or three days prior to trip, it should be explained clearly how to use international roaming calls and internet usage which was not given. & where i went ter was no connectivity to use internet then howcum this bill .If India Planning to grow with economy and telecom companies are charging this much for use of internet for few minutes for business purpose, how India will grow with their future plans. We plan for higher as exports from India, this way how exporter will plan for business trip and calls and usage of internet for business purpose.Request you to reverse the 98000/- charges charged for international internet roaming and activate my phone. I am having all work on mobile where as my mobile is off from last 21 plus days, kindly activate my phone and reverse the charges at the earliest to continue with the services, my work is held stop, my all work is on phone. I had loss of Rs. 2 lacs till now who will bear this loss, tata will loose customer and regular business income for lifetime and with negative image on customers. We trust on TATA rather than Reliance becoz TATA is brand, TATA is trust for us.USA & other countries are focusing on how to reduce the costing for all means of communication for business so that take a step ahead towards nation economy growth.Hope my complaint will be look into matter by honorable peoples, ministers, senior authorities and people kept for consumer grievances.


    This is not the first time we are using international roaming facitlity,
    we had used Reliance for 8 years with no issues for billing max it went
    till 6000 with normal calls. But this was first time a warm welcome from
    Docomo.


    I hope there is some logical answer to my complaint other than just pay
    the bill and keep quite.

        Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings > Message > Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. But no such options were available, when I told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. Is there any solution for this other than number porting? Please Help. Regards, shashi.

        I recharged my cell two times in 4 day's and boom my cash was gone within 24 hours.After trying quite a few time I got through Tata Docomo customer CARE.They said its because of your active DIVE IN . You must cancel it 1st.Now I don't want dive in on my phone at all.
        How to get ride of this .I need help.

        Hi,
        I am getting a tata docomo's Flash alert on my mobile (Moto G2), like DIVE IN NOW, with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile. But the pop ups are still coming after restart. Im actually tired of those popups.. and i lost my money also with out activation any subscription, it will automatically activated the subscriptions.

            We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concerns regarding network. However, we are unable to contact you, since the call was not answered. I would like to inform you that speed on wireless network depends on various parameters, such as number o[censored]sers accessing the internet at that particular point of time, geographical area, indoor and outdoor signal coverage, weather conditions, other causes of radio interference, material used for the building, configuration of the building . etc. So is the case with any other wireless network Operator. However, at TATA Docomo we understand the customer experience is of foremost importance.

                I have recharged my mob no-[protected] for Rs 350/= on 28.10.2014 @ 21:52:34pm through internet recharge. TATA DOCOMO site was showing talk time of Rs 400/= on recharge of Rs 350/= but i got only Rs 311.50. When I contacted customer care representative on 30.10.2014 @ 08:45am, they were unable to explain and suggested to lodge complain. Request you to look into the matter and arrange to credit remaining balance to my mob account.

                  Respected Sir, 29/10/2014 SUB: CHANGE OF PLAN FROM TATA DONGLE TO PROTON MAX WI FI With respect to the above, I was using TATA DONGLE from 02/09/2011, and then I wanted to change to TATA MAX WIFI on 3rd august 2014 I went to your KAMMANAHALLI unit opposite to JALVAU VIHAR Bangalore. Your sales man told to pay RS 2500/- and in exchange for my old TATA DONGLE he was willing to pay RS 400/- . I wanted an adapter for which he charged me RS 400/-. Then he gave me a device and the adapter and told me JUST PLUG IN AND USE NO NEED FOR SOFTWARE AND THE SAME DEVICE NUMBER WILL CONTINUE. But when I checked my account I was shocked to note the following. DEVICE NUMBER[protected] DT 15/9/2014 RS 700/- PAID DT 28/10/2014 RS 795/- PENDING DEVICE NUMBER[protected] DT 05/8/2014 RS 600/- PAID DT 02/09/2014 RS 700/- PAID DT 27/10/2014 RS 1400/- PAID When I went to your KAMMANAHALLI unit opposite JALVAU VIHAR BANGALORE, for not updating the records HE BLUENTLY DENIED EVERYTHING and refused to accept his mistake. Sir please tell me why 2 device numbers for 1 single device when your sales person told me the old number will continue for the new device. Now all my money has gone for this double payment because of his negligence. Sir kindly looks into this and does the needful. I have already spent RS 500/- for petrol for going to this unit, they say come tomorrow he is on leave.                           Hello Sir, I am raising this complain as Tata DOCOMO Customer Care refused to take a complain regarding my concern. Tata docomo deducted my main balance 430 Rs without any prior information/intimation for Internet browsing even i have active Internet pack and still have 3.39MB Internet balance. When i called to customer care, the representatives (Name said: Udai K) refused to take a complain regarding my concern and given me false promise that my 430 Rs will be refunded within 24Hrs but its more than 40 Hrs and there is no communication from Tata DOCOMO. I have the total conversation recorded with me. My Number is: [protected]. Now my request to Tata DOCOMO is, please return my main balance Rs 430 back to my main account. And also you should provide damage/compensation charge to me for my 2 business day cost as the issue is happening because of your system problem. Please respond to my mail immediately.                             Hi, I have been facing network signal issue since Aug 2014. I had raised the issue in the 1st week of August (Reference number:[protected]. But my complaint was registered on[protected]Reference number:[protected]. I was kept telling by appellate manager (Parvathi/Sunitha George) that the issue will be resolved in 3 months as new tower has to be installed in this area. Added to that, I was told that their network team are working towards this issue so that I will be getting better signal now. No minor improvement was seen. Even I provided them the snapshot of my mobile getting signal as a proof. But no improvement from their end. (For your reference, I have attached the snapshot with this complaint) Due to this signal problem, I'm not able to make/receive call from indoor. I have to go out and make a call. I have been getting message from TataDocomo that "You have 6 missed calls. To get details, subscribe @Rs 30/Month". This is just a sample. Similarly I'm getting this sort of messages on daily basis. Means its very evident that I'm missing so many calls due to the poor signal. After a string of follow-ups, a person from network team visited my area and he accepted that signal strength is very bad. No minor improvement is seen TILL DATE. For each and every queries, I have to send reminder mails to get response from them. Now, I got mail on Oct 21, 2014 as follows, "In this regards, we would like to inform you that we have already registered your complaint on 27-09-14 vide docket number[protected]. As per the confirmation received from our concerned team, we have planned for the new site at Dodballapur 4 to resolve your poor indoor connectivity problem and it will take approximately 90 days (i.e. 05/01/15). Hence, we request you to kindly bear with us in the interim." It seems that it will take 90 more days (Jan 05, 2015) to resolve this issue. I'm completely frustrated the way they are treating. I request to take severe action on them for making customers frustrated. Please note that I raised this complaint in August. But now they are dragging it to Jan 2015.

                                        Hi my name is Ashish Raparia. I hold Tata Docomo sim prepaid connection having no. [protected]. I am holding this no. for 2 years. Recently my brother (having no. [protected]) got Special Durga Puja offer in which one can recharge with rs 68 and can get rs 90 (validity 30 days) with immediate validity for 6 days and extra validity of further 24 days within 2 days. So he talked to local retailer and retailer told him that this offer is valid for all Docomo users whether one got the offer message or not. Then he made the recharge in 3 no. ([protected], [protected], [protected]). The first no belongs to me, 2nd to my brother and 3rd to my father. We got the recharge but the strange thing is my father and brother got it for the whole month and I received it for just 6 days (i.e, I didnt get the extra validity period). The recharge was done on 2nd Oct. When recharge was done I already hold some balance of around rs 30 which exhausted till 7/8th oct. By this time I realised that there is no balance (rs 90) in my mobile. After few days I contacted with Tata Docomo's person online and he told me that I didnt get the offer so he could not do anything. Now my complain is if I didnt get the offer (actually I dont know whether I received such sms or not since I use to delete such messages as soon as it comes) then my father also didnt get it, why did the balance remained for the month. Also if I didnt get any offer then why I got rs 90 on 2nd Oct with recharge of rs 68. I should have gotten rs 68 as balance. So pls see the matter and resolve it asap. I want rs 90 balance in my no. ([protected]) which should be valid for 30 days from the time I receive it.

                                        Tata DOCOMO.
                                        They (Docomo people) called me but they arent accepting their default. They are telling that I should have known that getting rs 90 in recharge of 68 and validity for 6 days is a general offer available to all customers at any time. Have I signed any agreement to know all this. Then you tell retailer is aware of all this and I should have asked him. Listen I told you earlier I have done recharge only after he told me that offer is available for all Docomo Users since that was the Durga Puja offer. So who is liable now. Am I ? If retailer is doing fraud then cancel his distribution if you believe in service. In short if there is any offer, general or whatever you should have messaged me. It is against the general rule to know that by recharging with rs 68 I would get rs 90 for six days since generally it is presumed that by recharging with any amount, you would get either less balance or equal amount but not greater amount and that too for very short period. This actually falls you in a fraud case. Now either do what I want and from the next time message such general offers too or I am ready to expense as much as I can ( whether it takes thousands or lakhs) and will file the case against you in Consumer Court.
