Sir, I have Tata Photon Plus. I'm used to 1 year.The last 2 months have been very problematic in that network.'m Fed up to the company to complain, But nobody is resolved I saved the bill in Advance The company has said it can not give back on demand, Also in the bill is sent every month Kept very troubling.

      I'm verrry much frustrated on the insulting behaviour of your customer care executive. After using your service for such a long period it was really unexpected and unacceptable for which I'm compelled to lodge this complain. God knows from where your customer care executives have grown up such a filthy and cheap attitude !!! I just called to 198 to register a complaint as I was unable to recharge a 3G pack offer through online recharge which I received through an SMS. Some irresponsible guy sitting over there took up the call after I waited more that 5 minutes in the IVR, and told "As we are not receiving any feedback from customer side we are disconnecting the call" !!! And blocked my no for customer care calls !!! Is there somebody dependable in your organization who can resolve my issue ??? Is there anything really logical from your end why should I waste my valuable time for such minor issues which can be resolved in a matter of seconds ??????????         Dear Sir, I have been using Tata Phpton+ number=[protected] for the past 4 years when i brought my new Laptop. Initially it was really great the speed was pretty good it used to go above 1 Mbps.After 1 year o[censored]sing the connection I have started getting really slow speed and so annoying that I have to keep calling Customer Care to help with my Speed. After speaking to them the connection goes a little better and after which again I have the same Issue. Even after all this i have still stayed with them for the past 4 years thinking something better will happen but its the same story over and over again.I am paying Rs 1028 for my connection there are companies like Mts Airtel 4G which are taking almost the same price and are giving triple the speed and it really surprising. I had Called Customer Care A representative Called Mayur tells me "Sir I am really sorry but i[censored]r getting above 256 kbps that the average speed that we Provide" to which I was shocked to hear which means I am Paying Rs 1028 to get that such low speed.Hearing this I lost my head. There was No Supervisor on the floor I was told that they would be available during the morning hours even when they have a 24/7 Call Center. I am Pasting a Link (http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/[protected]).If you Paste this link on the net you will see for yourself how low speed I am getting, Its below 256Kbps.I have even told them that I wont pay my current Bill till my Speed is rectified.I just Cannot watch anything I have to sit and wait till the buffering gets over after half and hour you have to sit and sit and then watch a video which is of 10 Minutes.Please have Mercy on Me and have Issued fixed so that I have to keep calling Customer Care to have my issue fixed every time,

          My TATA Docomo GSM Mobile No. is [protected] I opted from TATA DOCOMO CDMA Prepaid to TATA DOCOMO Postpaid Advanced Rental plan because TATA DOCOMO representative says Prepaid GSM SIM Cards not available with them. So He lured me of Advanced Rental Plan for which I need to pay 6 Months Advance rent and no Extra Charges will be applicable. Then they increased my credit limit without my consent and charging my monthly bill showing my full credit limit usage. Kindly look into this matter as early as possible.             Hi, I recharged 136.00 data pack yesterday morning which told on ur online website (500MB stretched for 60 days). and switched off and on the phone & on the data usage I am still getting charged.The amount of 136.00 is deducted from my card..I called ysterday and today to customer care and spoke to imran or irfan and pathetic service, they don't know how to speak very rude.and was told will transfer the call to supervisor but no one came back and was on hold for half an hour..20rs is deducted from my balance because of data usage..I want the amt of 150.00 refund if not activate the package and refund 20.00..Let me know what would you decide..               my name is manojkumar i'm using docomo sim card [protected] from 3 years...before 3 months a sales executive has come to me and asked am i interested in taking another sim card, i said i was interested to take number [protected] he asked to pay 300 for that i paid and after 1 week i got him and he gave me the simcard and i found that it was not working so informed to him... he said he will rectify the problem but he cant ... but now some execeutive has called me and talked to in very rude manner and he is asking me to pay 800 for cancellation or 600 for using that sim...or else they are saying that they will cut my previous connection ...

                  I posses tata photon internet connection bearing mobile number [protected] (account no:[protected]. I contacted Hyderabad Hydernagar branch and called customer care executive [protected] on Sep 06, 2014 and asked for cancellation. They has taken the request for cancellation. But after a month I got a call stating that I didnt paid my bill of Rs 565.00. I got shocked as I didnt used the dongle internet and to use the internet I didnt have any system, laptop or computer in my home. Tata Photon guys are asking me to make the payment for which I didnt used at all. Hence I wrote an email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com where I got a phone call and email stating that it was a mistake from tata photon side and cancellation was not processed. So I got an email (screenshot attached) stating that the amount will be waived. But again I got a call from Customer care executive Pavan Kumar who spoke rudely and impolitely and said to make my payment and has put the phone.                       I bought 2 Docomo sim connections in december 2013, at that time they informed that the calls will be free between the 2 sim. But now they are charging bill for the calls. From last december they were cheating me saying that the calls are free between the 2 sim. even i have confirmed it with customer care. they cheated me and took my valuable amount i need justice.this kind of activities cant be entertained.

                        Hi, For the last one month i'm getting a very slow speed (around 0.13 Mb/S)on my Tata Photon device, the promised speed was 3 Mb/s. I have sent mail to Customer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in with screen shot of device speed from testmyspeed.com for which i havent received any reply till date (the same is attached herewith for your ref). I even tried call center but i'm not able to speak to anyone. Would request you to kindly check and revert back ASAP. Also, if there is no solution then kindly let me know how i can cancel the postpaid connection, as i cannot keep on following up for such issues on daily basis.                           mere mobile no [protected] par[protected] ko mere main balance me se Rs. 74 deducut kar liye gaye internet ke charge bata ke but uss samay mere pass internet balance me 9 MB balance baaki tha. Jab mene custumer care par complaint ki toh unhone phone disconnect kar diya and 4 din se me continue try kar raha hu par customer care number hamesha busy aata hai. please meri and mere jaise kai logo ki help kare.

                            We would like to inform you that, as per our records you have been charged correctly of Rs. 89.50/- as per the browsing of internet web pages of size more than 10 MB and there was only less MB left in your data balance.

                            Kindly note that while browsing the web pages and the size of the data usage has exceeded more that the available limit and for that reason, the balance got deducted from your main balance.

                            However, as a goodwill gesture we have refunded you the amount of Rs. 89.50/- with docket number ABAL[protected] and same cannot be refunded further if balance gets deducts again. Kindly check with your balance.

                              I have recently taken tata docomo Post paid connection for data purpose. In docomo store they said need to call [protected] toll free number for address verification, After 2 working days i try to call to number able to enter menu but after that i am not able to reach to address verification to verify my address. Really it's too bad the way of service to verify address.

                                Dear Team, I am using Tata Docomo connection for 3+ years now and highly disappointed with the way I am being treated by the company. I raised a complaint regarding a roaming charge of 570 INR for the month of Aug 2014. Without addressing any issues, the complaint was closed by stating that the charges are incorrect. Please see below few charges (sample) included in my bill - 1) 1.39 MB data usage in 10 seconds 2) 9.04 MB data usage in 16 seconds 3) 5.46 MB data usage in 56 seconds 4) 5.19 MB data usage in 5 seconds In hilly areas, where getting regular network is a challenge; I have been charged for such items by stating that I used some other network for accessing internet. I did not select any network manually for accessing internet. I use a Samsung Galaxy Y - GTS5360 phone which has a RAM of 290MB. On this phone, no one can ever utilise this kind of data and that too at such speeds on any network. Even if the data usage is calculated at the maximum (theoretical) speed, such kind of data usage is not possible. Appreciate if you can resolve the complaint at earliest. On the Tata Docomo website, I tried 5 times to include the details; however, the page kept on refreshing and I could not add this. I have already written to Mr. Elango Thambiah (President) to address this issue. Barring the disputed amount, I already paid my bill for the earlier month and the previous month. However, today my outgoing is not working. This is extremely frustrating to see this. The call center team I have contacted talking to did not even bother to convey before disconnecting the calls. Some one just transferred the call, it was ringing for 2 minutes and again disconnected. One can't get any bitter experiences than this.                                 Dear Team,
                                I have not received any explanation for the incorrect billed amount.
                                If you carefully look at the details in my email, you can identify the anomalies in the bill.

                                For your understanding, I am putting the details again,

                                Please see below few charges (sample) included in my bill - 1) 1.39 MB data usage in 10 seconds 2) 9.04 MB data usage in 16 seconds 3) 5.46 MB data usage in 56 seconds 4) 5.19 MB data usage in 5 seconds In hilly areas, where getting regular network is a challenge; I have been charged for such items by stating that I used some other network for accessing internet. I did not select any network manually for accessing internet. I use a Samsung Galaxy Y - GTS5360 phone which has a RAM of 290MB. On this phone, no one can ever utilise this kind of data and that too at such speeds on any network. Even if the data usage is calculated at the maximum (theoretical) speed, such kind of data usage is not possible.

                                Appreciate if you can resolve this.

                                  I had submitted all the relevant documents along with sum of Rs.. 350 to start a New Postpaid Connection, as a result Connection was started on 03.10.2014 but discontinued on 13.10.2014 claiming falsely that my Address was not correct ...They had discontinued my connection without any notice & saying they would still take 3 working days to start the connection back...please HELP!!

                                      Hello Sir My name is Shubham and I am writing this in order to raise a complaint against tata docomo unrealistic or illogical deduction on my GSM Mobile Number -[protected]in circle haryana. They have deducted Rs 400 in the month of Sept-2014.Then when I talked on customer care they said that it was internet usage deductions but even till that time I have free 7 Mb data left and when i told them about it they said sorry sir you can only claim if your data is more than 10mb. They refuse to tell me how they can deduct Rs 400 for internet even when I have free 7 mb data left.That's not all but then A few days before to be exact between 1-9-14 to 9-9-14 they have deducted Rs 81 from my account and even now i have 19 Mb data left. So again i call the customer care and asked them to refund my Rs 81 they said they have raised a request and it will be processed surely within 24 hours but it isn't then i call them again after 24 hours they again said that the request is processing and again after 24 hours nothing happened. I call them again this time they said that they are transferring to superiors but none of the superiors pick up the call. I want to file a case against tata docomo company unless they refund my balance.
