Dissapointing and Insulting Behaviour Customer Care

I'm verrry much frustrated on the insulting behaviour of your customer care executive. After using your service for such a long period it was really unexpected and unacceptable for which I'm compelled to lodge this complain. God knows from where your customer care executives have grown up such a filthy and cheap attitude !!! Very Slow Connection Speed

DOCOMO CHEATING

I bought 2 Docomo sim connections in december 2013, at that time they informed that the calls will be free between the 2 sim. But now they are charging bill for the calls. From last december they were cheating me saying that the calls are free between the 2 sim. even i have confirmed it with customer care. they cheated me and took my valuable amount i need justice.this kind of activities cant be entertained....

balance deduction without any notice

way of address Verification is difficult

I have recently taken tata docomo Post paid connection for data purpose. In docomo store they said need to call [protected] toll free number for address verification, After 2 working days i try to call to number able to enter menu but after that i am not able to reach to address verification to verify my address. Really it's too bad the way of service to verify address....

Disconnection of Services without consent had
