VIJAY M MANEK RAJESH DHEBAR ROAD OPP G.E.B. OFFICE RAJKOT 360001 I recharged with Rs126 for my docomo no [protected] through www.tatadocomo.com on 12th Oct 2014 and my bank account was debited for that amount but recharge was unsuccessful. I got an SMS about the failed recharge assuring me about the refund of the amount within five working days with reference no ASMP[protected]. But I have received NO REFUND of my money yet. I sent several mail to company ([protected]@tatadocomo.com, REF NO M[protected] in this regard. But they keep promising of refund of money but all in vain till date. Kindly help me for getting my refund for Rs126. VIJAY M MANEK

    i have ported my number from airtel(prepaid) to docomo(postpaid) on sept 17th 2014 through docomo showroom located in vellore and i have informed that i can migrate from postpaid to prepaid when ever i want..but on nov 8th (i.e after 51 days being a postpaid customer i informed the showroom officer that iam migrating to other state so i dont want to be postpaid customer anymore...to complete the process they told me to pay rs.350 and asked me to submit the proof for prepaid conformation...but till now my number continues to be postpaid ...when i call customer care they tell us to meet showroom officer ...if i go to showroom they are saying me to wait for some more time...kindly help me to migrate from postpaid to prepaid

      I have purchased a new Tata Photon Whiz AC8720 before 3 months ago. I was only able to access it for a month only. After that retailers refused to do the recharge.Customers care executive are saying that this device will not work now.They are not giving any reason behind this.I also talked to the seniors lots of time but no response from their side.Now it is just a waste to me.I need my money back or change this device with any other device of "Tata Photon".

        I am a cheated customer of TATA PHOTON PLUS SERVICE. My subscription for Tata photon service is 3G @ Rs.650/- month, and the connection speed should be 3.1Mb/s DL & 1.6Mb/s UL. My billing cycle is from 30th of one month to 29th of next month. From 11/11/14 onwards, my connection speed had been reduced to ~100Kb/s. On enquiry, I got the information that the usage exceeded the 3G limit & hence the speed reduction. I am attaching the screenshot taken on today 18/11/14, which still shows the usage is 2160MB ( ie ~2GB ). The Day wise usage details also shows extremely high values, which are not actually consumed. It is an illegal & unethical business practice from TATA photon to reduce the speed and sell the BOOSTER PACK to the customer. Kindly ensure that the speed of my connection is restored to the committed speed with immediate effect.

          Dear team, I want to MNP from Vodafone to DOCOMO of this no. [protected] and submitted required document at Shivaranjani, Ahmedabad Gujrat outlet on dated 29/10/2014/ after 10 days process not done and customer care said that request rejected due to wrong verification but i am not received any verification call from docomo so how can team said that verification wrong found.             Respected Sir/Madam, Good Morning and Greetings; I would like to bring to your kind notice regarding 'Unwanted Deduction of Service Charges', which was made by Tata Docomo. I was charged Rs. 75 for I-Player Activation, which I actually didn't activate! When I reported the above issue to Tata-Docomo Customer Care Representative (Heena) and asked her to refund my money, she simply refused to pay it back! Similar issues have occured in past as well and In my view, many other customers like me who are availing Tata Docomo Service, must have faced such type of issues! I would like to request you to please look into this issue and I would really be thankful if this issue gets resolved! I am reachable on the below specified contact details.             You are absolutely right Mr.Tiwari, Even I hv faced similar deductions in my balance by Tata Docomo(only difference is deduction was in the name of Endless music) that too twice. For once it can be mistake, as the same problem is being faced by many customers again & again, either it is pure negligence or it is intentional. Tata Docomo has to consider this issue seriously..

            We tried to speak to you personally on your numbers to understand your concerns regarding balance deduction. However, we are unable to contact you, since the call was not answered.
            Please be informed that, the balance deduction is due to the value added service which was active on your number. This has been activated on 17-11-14 from your handset.

            We would like to inform you that the deducted amount of Rs. 75/-has been credited back in your account vide docket number ABAL[protected]. The above mentioned service has already been deactivated on your number to avoid any more deductions. It will get deactivated within 30 minutes. We request you to check your account balance by dialing *191*2#.
            Kindly note that, for last 5 DATA usage sms DATA to 121, for last 3 call details sms CALL to 121 & to know VAS usage for Last 7 days sms VAS to 121 (Toll free).

            I totally deny with your above comments made on charging me with your 'Value Added Services'!.


            This is absolutely wrong since I never activated any of your services for which I was charged Rs. 75 and i had never received any of your call, but 2 messages, one for balance refund, as well as another one for providing feedback for customer care representatives call handling(After making a refund)!


            Also, if in case someone doesn't receive a call then, it is expected that you should drop a message since one can be busy in some work!


            But since consumers know the facts, i didn't feel like replying to your second message since the issue was already reported in the consumer forum.


            I would like to suggest Tata Docomo, not to make un-necessary deductions since it will create bad image/repo of your company in the market place, as well as within your customers, which will ultimately be going to result in a serious complaint along with loosing of your business in the share market as well!


            I hope you would understand!

              SIR, I am your valuable customer since long time. Here I fell very sorry to say that I am unsatisfied with your service as last month I recharged with Rs. 97/- for 250 local minutes talk time for 28 days validity plan on [protected] & [protected]. Unfortunately, for two days( 48 hrs.) on 23 & 24.10.2014, due to festival your company blocked above scheme. Hence, I was not able to call and due to that I suffered business and effected negatively on my image. I talked to your executive Mr. Solanki regarding my complaint, he transfer my call to his superior but I feel very sorry that they were not able to solve my problem / complaint. Now my complaint/problem is that TATA DOCOMO had given me plan for 28 days but within that period 2 days blocked by company cannot be compensate at any manner. So my scheme was valid for 26 days instead of 28 days. Company should at least adjust that 2 days block time. I would like to talk with companies Nodal officer but unfortunately company cannot appoint any officer. Hence, I feel very much trouble to place my complaint. Now I request you Sir, to please solve my complaint within 15 days, otherwise, I would have been forced to take further action as I feel cheated and my image has been spoiled.               We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concerns regarding balance deduction. However, we are unable to contact you, since the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that as per our records we have found that all the charges have been levied correctly on 23rd October and 24th October as blackout day and Gujarat new year respectively and its as per TRAI guidelines. Hence we are unable to process your request.

              You can check your balance deduction from prepaid bill. SMS PREPAIDBILL<SPACE>EMAIL ID send to 121 (Toll Free), you would be charged Rs. 25/- (for each month) from the main account, you can get maximum for 180 days from the current date.

              Further, your feedback regarding customer care service would definitely be given to all concerned departments to ensure increased proactiveness and will help us to provide better services.

                Respected Sir, On 15th November 2014, at 9.30am I recieved sms from our service provider Tata docomo that ENDLESS MUSIC has been activated to my no.[protected] & an ammount of 75rs vil b deducted for the same. Upon checking my account balance, I found 75rs were deducted instantly from my balance.I would like to inform you that I had not subscribed for any such service nor did I ask for it. This is second time, I have undergone such deduction in my balance from TataDocomo. Last time theyvhad refunded the 75rs with the promise to not to repeat such blunders. Today morning after complaining to customer care they told amount will be refunded within 3hrs, but the same has not been done so far... Now they are not responding to my call. This is an act of total irresponsibility from their side, for the first time it can b a mistake, If they are repeating it again & again it appears to be intentional.                 after 3days of hard work & callng customer care
                from so many numbers (as they do nt recieve the call frm same number twice a day!!!), finally they hv refunded only 55rs, promsing to refund remaining 20rs within 30minutes, which is NT being done... I want Tata docomo customer care to refund my 20rs to my account as soon as possible... Iam really tired of calling their customer care, who keep promising, bt are NT interested in keeping their promise.

                  Dear sir/madam, I bought my tata photon 3g max wifi on november 2nd, 2014. Still its not activated. i gave the complaint on last thursday. num[protected]. Honestly telling i am tired of chatting with ur customer care members. all are telling same 48 hours daily. to every person i have to tell all the details. Dont i have any other work. i called to[protected] fixed the appointment at 3pm. he came at 6pm. also u r advertising that free delivery and device price 1999. but he asked 2250rs. 1999 is offer its yesterday over. today 2250. also delivery charge 250rs. i believed that docomo having good customer service. i waited almost two week for my activation. I am tired of waiting also i need internet for my work. I bought for 2000rs. please resolve my issues within tomorrow or kindly get ur device and give me the refund along with my proofs. I never expected these kind of customer service from docomo. I request you kindly get the device and give me refund. no company will not ever take 12 days to activation(still not activated).As business person i guess you can understand need of internet and puntuality. i never used any kind of harsh words to ur customer care. Now also im kindly requesting you to give me the refund. its enough docomo. the mnc company.I think you can understand my concern and resolve my needs soon. I begging u please u too dont tell wait for 48 hours. Im tired and frustrated. .Thank u.I am also human being.

                        My number is [protected] Docomo deducted balance which i never ordered at all I never clicked on any link on the internet or did order anything and they just deducted my balance for some "Endless Music" thing. This is the message that I received: "ENDLESSMUSIC is activated at Rs75 for 30 days. Dial 59090 to enjoy the service. To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free). Bal Rs.370.19 at 11-Nov-14 12:25PMREF ID is 16290803" When I call the customer support they r not even trying to help in anyway and just rudely saying that it had confirmed twice before u ordered it. How can they just deduct the balance And I have been such a good customer Please help I can't just afford to lose 75 bucks just like that Plus when I asked to transfer to manager they just kept on a hold for a second n said he's busy try again later. And then I am jnot even able to connect to the customer service. Seems like they have automated it on my number so that I can't reach them. Please do something I'd really be grateful. Regards, Chris

                        N then we have to do so much of work to gwt our funds back

                        The service is really good m enjoying it but these things need to be taken care of

                            Dear Incompetent People at Tata DoCoMo, There are no words to describe the frustration that I'm going so through for having to call a hundred times to cancel a service I didn't subscribe to. Why do i have to go to this problem every few months? I am going to try and be very polite and for the moment i am feeling exactly the opposite as I said before. Firstly let me start by saying that an agent named Hyder, from somewhere in your north region center was 1) Very rude 2) Gave me a bogus complaint no. ABL127963 3) Did not cancel a subscription (PYAAR KE PANNE for Rs 50) that I did not subscribe to in the first place. I don't even know what the hell that service does. 4) Did not provide me with a refund for the unwanted subscription. 5) I asked for a supervisor get Hyder kept me on hold and then hung up with few seconds. Im seriously considering writing to the consumer bureau and changing over to Airtel which provide much better service. I am going to give you 2 days and if my complaint is not resolved and my refund processed i am filing a complaint with the consumer bureau. Thank you and regards

                              Hello, I have taken a new post paid connection from Tatadocomo. It is just 2 months running. But I find in every way this service providers are not supporting me. I have got a huge bill of RS. 1250. Now I need explanation about this but nobody is there. When I go to Jayanagar 3rd phase outlet to pay, every time they say server down, time over - their behavior is not customer friendly. Previously I tried to contact customer care, most of the time it does not reach to executives and remains in waiting in loops. The time it connects, executives say, our system are getting errors, can you call half an hour later. After several tries when one executive gets connected, he gives wrong information that plan upgrade can be done through outlet. Again outlet says it is done through customer care. They are not ready to take deposit and ask to go to bigger shops... Now you people say what to do... I will never recommend anyone to take this line. They are sucking customers and giving no service.

                                I've activated my internet pack for Rs.39 on 7/11/2014 and i got the confirmation message that your net pack has activated and its valid till 7 days. On 9/11/2014 I was recharged my phone with Rs.500 and i got a currency of Rs.500. But today I've zero balance, I called to the customer care but they said you have used the internet without activating the net pack so we cutted the amount. How it is possible? Still I've 100kb of free net in my account. I sent the message to [protected]@tatadocomo.com but they just credited Rs.30. What about my remaining amount. Is that a 10 or 20rs to neglect?

                                  I have chosen to switch Tata Docomo Postpaid plan for my existing Prepaid number. They initially asked for all the documents to provide and then they will send me the new SIM for this plan with the same number .As per discussion with there sales representative supposed to courier me the SIM after I sent the documents on 1st Nov, which was perfect for me . But I didn't receive the SIM till now after 8 days passed. On the contrary the Postpaid plan is already activated though the SIM is not delivered yet and my Prepaid SIM is deactivated as the plan in now migrated . So I am clueless what's going on. I communicated them several times and as usual they used to promise me the SIM will reach at me very next day . I tried to register the complaint in Tata Docomo site but its buggy itself .

                                    I am a Tata Photon + postpaid customer. I have a problem from last 4-5 weeks that there is a frequent Internet disconnection problem. Network gets appear and disappear again & again. I am completely irritated now as stuffs or in the queue to download or sometime I am on payment gateway and in the meanwhile its disconnects. I was highly satisfy with the services they provide with this operator and network but now I am somewhere thinking of changing the operator and services if its not getting rectified shortly... The main problem is whenever I have tried to call Customer Support for Tata Docomo, I called 4-5 times but they (the customer support executives) disconnects the call after listening to the problem. Do the needfull or JI will discontinue the services coz cant tolerate the network disconnection problem.

                                    One more thing I have to mention is the complain is resolved by Tata without having the confirmation from customers as you did with me...

                                    I am veryupset from the services provided by Tata Photon...I you only work on how to minimize the Total Numbers of Complaints than to actually provide the resolution to the customers...

                                    I dint get any confirmation call to close the complain...Still facing the issue...

                                    I am very upset now...and will suggest everybody not to go for Tata Photon Connection...
