I am your valuable customer since long time.
Here I fell very sorry to say that I am unsatisfied with your service as last month I recharged with Rs. 97/- for 250 local minutes talk time for 28 days validity plan on [protected] & [protected].
Unfortunately, for two days( 48 hrs.) on 23 & 24.10.2014, due to festival your company blocked above scheme. Hence, I was not able to call and due to that I suffered business and effected negatively on my image. I talked to your executive Mr. Solanki regarding my complaint, he transfer my call to his superior but I feel very sorry that they were not able to solve my problem / complaint.
Now my complaint/problem is that TATA DOCOMO had given me plan for 28 days but within that period 2 days blocked by company cannot be compensate at any manner. So my scheme was valid for 26 days instead of 28 days. Company should at least adjust that 2 days block time. I would like to talk with companies Nodal officer but unfortunately company cannot appoint any officer. Hence, I feel very much trouble to place my complaint.
Now I request you Sir, to please solve my complaint within 15 days, otherwise, I would have been forced to take further action as I feel cheated and my image has been spoiled.
