I have taken 7 days before a new sim card of TATA DOCOMO .After FRC I have 10 rs balance and 35 special minute and 1021 local minute and 335 mb data but now they deducted all my balance, special minute, local minute even i did not one call and did not open one page of internet in roaming.when i called to 121 number then he told me that your balance, special minute, and local minute is deducted because you uses internet in roaming ...how it is possible that minute and local minute is also deducted due to internet use such thing is not possible in any other service like relience so my complaint is... if possible then you help me to back my balance back... thank u Desh Deepak [protected](agra up west)

      Hello, I have had availed the Tata docomo max dongle for wifi internet. I lodged a complaint with the tata docomo customer service on 20th September 2014 for very slow internet speed. I download speed was below 1MBPS, way below the advertised 6 to 8 MBPS speed. But since that day the service & speed nothing but degraded. The technical person visited & then the network team worked on the request. And all I got to know about the root cause that the area where I stay has bad connectivity. FYI, I stay at Grant road west near Girgaum Chowpatty, Mumbai. Then I escalated the issue at 2 levels but the same reply. Now last week on 4th October 2014 I finally availed local internet service & also requested the tata docomo team to not charge me anything till the issue get resolved as it is the mistake or inefficiency from their end. They suggested me that I better lower the package & hence pay less. After this I have asked them that I no longer want to be associated with tata docomo. Now I need your help, so that I do not have to pay anything for all the time the service is unavailable. I have all the email proofs to back whatever I have mentioned above. Regards, Siddesh Mantri

        My no. [protected] I got a message saying that " 25Paise! 25Paise! Rs29 ke Rchg pe Sabhi Local+STD [protected]@25p/m+Rs20TT AUR Rs18 ke Rchg pe Sabhi Local [protected]@25p/m+rs10TT.Validity-30din.TT 48hrs mein credit hoga " So thing is that i recharge my no. on 10 october 2014 (thirsday) with Rs.29 in special mode amount is debited from my account and i got a confirmation message also from docomo side saying that " Hi! STV Recharge Successful . MRP Rs.29, Validity:30days, Local STD calls @ 25ps/min(1st [protected]@ 1p/s and next 35secs free in every min), " Now when i check it deduct more than 25Paise i check 2-3 times i called 35 secs, 40 secs and it deduct more than 25paise... Immidetaly i called docomo customer care and tell all these thing they are saying on your mobile there is no such offer activate i said transfer to the senior executive transfer call after 10 min. 1st of all docomo executive dont know the hold process they put me on mute again and again ...finally my call transfered to the senior manager name Vaibhav ...Now what the crap answer given by the TATA DOCOMO Senior Executive there is no such offer avaliable in docomo.and they hang my phone after 1 min disconnected from the tata docomo side and now when i tride to call automatically disconnect my phone ... SO this is very very poor service given by the tata docomo senior executive ... My concern is i recharge my no.and i want my offer this is 2nd time in a week i face problems from docomo side and their call center is not supportive

        In this regards, we would like to inform you that he recharge of Rs.499/- has been done successfully on your number on[protected] in normal mode therefore you are credited with the benefits as 444.11/- talk-time balance.

        Kindly note that the recharge should be done through the retailer in a special mode to avail the exact benefits as the pack is a special tariff and once the pack is activated and the benefits are provided, the same cannot be deactivated, refunded or converted to other offer and the same you have to wait till the pack expires.

          Hi Team, This is Senthilkumar.M from Tamilnadu.I have Tata docomo post paid connection [protected] i am unsatisfied and lot of issue together. i have been tried to cancelled my number last month onwards but sill not yet proper response from docomo side .1. i have been informed to customer care for my cancellation request, they said go to Docomo show room paid bill and cancelled of your number.2 i went to Docomo show room at B.B Kulam Madurai on 12.30 PM of 10 days before they said EB shut down so unable bill collect and cancellation request as per instruction 3. I have been continues chasing more than 3 times customer care give the request due to my number cancellation because of Team leader only took the request and got request number4 but yesterday i got sms cancellation request process is stop.how could possible without my confirmation/information.5. i am willing to pay my pending bill. hence Please take necssery action for as soon as possible.

In between the network change period they raised complaint without my permission & my knowledge. The complaint raised reason is to block the network changing approval to another network.                 Sir, Tata Docomo arranged a contest in june for winning a Htc 501 phone by giving feed back about their Boosted Internet service. I gave the feedback and won the prize on 10 th june. They messaged me on facebook and twitter that they will deliver the prize very soon.They asked for scanned copies of my id proofs and i gave them that as of my PAN card and Aadhar card but they have not given me the prize till now and Moreover they dont reply to messages they simply ignore me.                   Hi after ending a call, balance info message displayed on my iPhone stating about deals. so its prompted me to type in *422*2# something. So after all it was taken my balance of 25 rupees something. Its not even saying terms and condition or even not warned about the charges. i just typed the no to know the offers. if I'm interested then im happy. but without showing anything it taken my balance ridiculously. I was called to the customer service and they said we don't have the permission to give the balance back. so how come they taken my balance then . Its ridiculous. finally they stopped the subscription of it, I don't even know about this. It was happened two times on my no. So please please get my balance of total 50 into my no. thanks. my no [protected]. Note: trai please stop this frauds from networks. they making billions from uneducated.

                    I made a porting request on 27th Sept 2014, for which I got a UPC ID- TM741224. I got multiple calls from Tata Docomo's retention team, to whom I clearly told that I am no longer interested to continue with Tata Docomo due to bad and pathetic network. I do not get more than half the calls. They confirmed ok, and today I am getting the message from new mobile operator that my porting request have been rejected. Kindly I need a very logical reason. And whatever the logical reason is, if my porting request is not accepted, i am going to cancel my no., file a consumer complaint against Docomo for malpractice and going against TRAI rules and then go for a new connection. I need a response by 11th Oct 2014 by 12:30pm. If not then I am proceeding with filing a formal legal complaint. Rgds Sameer

                        Yesterday 9th Oct 2014 tata person called to say my complaint was going to be resolved the same day at 2 pm. i waited even called their number... NOTHING i want to return this tata photon max Wi Fi no.[protected] and get a FULL REFUND this tata photon person cheated me... as this device is for people who are on the move. without revealing this they sold their product to me i repeat i am a senior citizen with a very limitted income i cannot afford to lose my hard earned money i have the right to demand my money back as this fraudulent company is conning people like me into buying unsuitable Internet device. i request the consumer court to order tata to give me back my money these complaints have not made any difference to this scamming company. i hope other users also will get to the root of this fraud / cheating.lying company thanking you consumer court sincerely Vazir

                          I am vivek from Pune. This time Tata Docomo trouble me a lot on 8th October 2014 11:00pm I done a recharge of Rs.499 which give 2gb of 3g data and 450 talk time in [protected] Now thing is that my recharge is done but its not give me 3g data and its give me only Rs.444 talk time then I called customer care and tell this thing they are saying its a topup not a special recharge and they talk rudely and when I ask transfer this call to senior they said after 11pm there is no senior in the flor and customer executive said take email id and raise you complaint we cant do anything because its a online transaction... Then i called anagin on next day (09/10/2014) i ask transfer this call to the senior i spoke to the senior name NAMRATA regarding this issue she again told me that its a normal recharge not special recharge so i said ok and ask to take a complaint for wrong recharge because i selected special recharge mode. She is not redy to take complaint and when i ask please tell me some alternete option where i escalate this matter she replied there is no way to escalate this matter recharge it again. So I want resulation because customer care service is very poor they raise their both hand and said they cant help it So I am the customer of tata docomo I am expecting some resulation from you give me my 3g data or refund my amount...                             I have been getting unnecessary message from 57775 suddenly and there is a cut from my account balance as well.
                            Deactivate this thing immediately and return my money back as credit balance on mobile recharge.

                            We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.

                            As per the discussion over the call on your number. We would like to inform you that as per your request we have activated DND with docket number DND[protected] and the same is active on your number. And for the DND activation it will take 7 days for processing and for the DND further can be deactivated only after 90 days &amp; modification can be done after 7 days.

                            Further, the amount of Rs. 45/- on[protected] has been deducted from your main balance is due to the activation of a VAS service on your number.

                                Ok now let me keep it short & simple. Your network has major flaws. I did not buy the WiFi device because I wish to connect-reconnect over and over again. I'm a social media professional and I work from home. After spending 2000 on the device and 1000 on the monthly plan, I expect quality service. I have suffered because of you guys. Timeliness is everything when updating pages and profiles and this pathetic network prevents me from doing my job. The amount of irritation and frustration gives me a headache. I call your customer care, they call me back, and the problem is resolved. The next day again I call your customer care, they call me back, and the problem is solved. You call this a service? I'm tired man. Should I call you every day? You did not mention this in your ads and package. I'm very serious about this complaint and when I posted my grievance on your Facebook page, my comment was deleted. Is this how DoCoMo treats their customers? I want my money back. I live in Noida where the network is generally very good. My cellphone's 3G works just fine. Your device is not worth the money at all. Justice be done, please!

                                      Hi, I bought Tata docomo GSM SIM in 2012. From then I am facing the problem with Network. Everytime when some one is calling me, it is saying 'Number unreachable at the moment'. I'm so much disappointed with this, since i'm not getting any incoming calls because of this. Even I tried to reach out customer care but they are not at all properly responding.
