No. [protected]. Three days back i suddenly got a message sayng that Rs 75/- has been deducted from your account.Thank you for subscribing to Tat Express Music. The second day again Rs 75 was deducted for subscribing to Super model Club. I have not subscribed to any of these VAS still the balance has been deducted. I am afraid to recharge my cell now for more than 10 Rs. Please refund the balance immediately or a complaint will be initiated to TRAI. I have already planned to PORT this number,

    I have changed tatadocomo prepaid to post paid for the no of [protected] on 29/10/2014.i have choosen the plan was 1299.When interacted with customer on 30/10/2014 I got surprise that plan has taken by docomo agent was 899.For this plan Internet is chargeable.So i request them to change the plan on the immediate basis.Customer care guy was agreed and he said he will not charge for Internet.But today i have come to know that plan is still 899 and Internet is chargeable.I have raise the complaints and i have send mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com.But no response.Now out going calls barred. I am totally unhappy with tatacomomo.

    Hello,

    I have copy of paste the chat between and Tata docomo representative and me.If you go through chat in one of the line i said, i like to disconnect .The representative immediately done it...I said only like, but he done it.It is clearly indicating the poor response of tata docomo.As yesterday complaint they were agree to resolve the issue before 3.pm( I have Message also).That also not done.

      I bought tata photon 3g max data card on sunday(1/11/14). My appiointment time was 3pm. but he came at 6pm. Docomo telling that doorstep delivery is free. But the person who came for doorstep delivery asked 30rs as a sevice charge. Also the total price is 1999rs only. He asked 2250rs. I had a conversation with him. He was telling sim cost, offer only 1999s like that. finally he told 1999rs enough sir nu. The person was telling that ur photon will be activated within monday(2/11/14). Still i received no message regarding activation. My MSIDN [protected]. Sim[protected]. i hope docomo will solve my problem soon.

      Today i got two calls from TATA DOCOMO. @12pm one girl called and asked my plan details and she said it will be activated within 3pm today. Around 4'o clock i got a call again and asked alternate number also said it will be activated around 6pm today. Now 09:30. I[censored] cannot activate u can tell directly instead of giving this fake promises.
      still my data card not activated. they r telling very soon.

        Hi, I was using Tata docomo prepaid service from past 4 years and i was happy with the tariff thoughi face some network issues and internet 3G connection problem in some places.I activated DND for my mobile but almost 2 days a week i used get a call for the Postpaid connection offers..During my office hours i already attended nearly around 50 calls regarding the offer for the Postpaid. Every time i used say i'm not interested please don't call me and It was the worst experience i had from Tata docomo.Always i used to get calls during my meeting tiimings or during the customer supporting hours and it was very irritating.Really Docomo people torture like anything..I have experience o[censored]sing Vodafone and Airtel but i never faced such problem but docomo is the worst.. One month back i got a call for docomo postpaid offer and i was in meeting and they asked to please listen to the offer and it is special offer provided for only 20 members in Bangalore and today is the last day to claim the offer.I directly said i don't want to use any postpaid connections and hence i disconnected the calll...But 2-3 times they called me and i got irritated and i asked for the offer.The offer was like this All Tata to tata(local & STD) : 10ps/min All others(Local & STD): 30ps/min Monthly 500minutes free 3G : Unlimited and there is no FUP ( I confirmed him saying till 1GB one speed and later 2G right but he told no Sir there is no FUP and as this offer is for only 20members in the city no FUP as such. I told him, it cannot be like this but he convinced me saying it is Sir..You will get unlimited 3G.) Monthly rental : Rs350 Advance : Rs400 I tried to call the customer care and confirm about this but as usual i could not be able to connect to customer care.It took long time for connecting to customer care and hence disconnected the call. Later one person came from the Docomo outlet Malleshwaram (as he said it) and i asked him about the plan and he explained the same offer as i mentioned above and he also asked him to connect to your manager so that i will double confirm the offer. As i was not at all interested in postpaid i want to get rid off postpaid offer i was expecting some other offer from him but his manager also spoke with me and he explained the same offer as his sales man explained. Then i took the postpaid connection and problem started now.. I tried to get in contact with the person who wrong commited me but dealer numbers are switch off sometimes and sometimes they will not pick up the call. I got a confirmation mail form the docomo people and they explained my plan it was the worst ever plan for 350Rs and it was not at all synching with my usage. My usage is i will use lot local and STD calls along with atleast 2GB 3G data. I always used the 499 prepaid plan which wll satisfy my usage but now whatever postpaid plan im using really sucks and it lead me to lot of troubles because to activate any plan it takes around 48 hours for activation. I visited Docomo outlet asked for any of three: (a) Change back my sim to prepaid - They said it takes 3 months. (b) Allow me to port out of DOCOMO - They said it takes 3 months. (c) Provide the plan which dealer promised - They asked to contact customer care (d) What else i can do - Change your postpaid plan according to your usage 😞 I called to customer care and talked to executive and explained the problem and helped me to convert back to prepaid or allow me to port out or change my plan as per the promise made. only thing they said is "Sorry for the inconvenience Sir, We cannot do anything you have to use for the minimum of 3 months or change your postpaid plan". I asked them to connect to your higher officer..They connected and he said the same thing " We can't do anything". I asked him ok connect to your higher authority because some how i need to resolve this problem. He said "I'm the highest authority". I asked him to lodge a case against the persom under whom i got the postpaid connection and i want to track the complaint. They said that they will take the complaint and i gave them the phone numbers from whom i got calls for the offer and they said they will let me know the satus. till now i didnt got any mail regarding what action they took against the person and I'm suffering like anything with this wrong commitment and i want you to take the correct action for these kind of people and at the same time DOCOMO also should have some previlage to change the plans who suffered due to such wrong commitments if required they can listen to the call recorings and take the correct actioon on them. When i reached outlet for complaining about this i met 3 more members out of 5 who got into the same trouble as that of me.. I request you (a) Take legal action against such wrong commitment people. (b) Change back my connection from postpaid to prepaid or allow me to port out to other great services available outside or provide me the plan as per the commitment. (c) Most of my collegues also got such phone calls and there are few more people who already fooled due to such wrong commitments. Please handle my issue as i suffered a lot as even activating a 3G booster plan will ask for 48 hours to activate the plan.Due to inconveniance caused by you many times i tried to have adds on packages but it takes nearly 24 hours to activate each plan which is horrible. To my shocking even my cousin such call and he brough the sim exactly as i did and he also got fooled so I decided to spread this wrong commitments from docomo postpaid. I don't want anybody else to suffer like me so as I'm working in corporate industry and I already shared my experience with 2000 members of my company regarding this issue and how Docomo making wrong commitments with the postpaid connection also in the social media friends through facebook and whatsApp. Please take such issues seriously and make sure that if any such plans let docomo call the customer with same single number. Please check somehow i make my connection to prepaid or allow me for port out or provide me the plans as committed. Thanks and Regards Gopinath [protected]

          The issue we are discussing here is about the cancellation of the service no.[protected] of TATA photon account, which hasn't been cancelled since last 3 months inspite of repeated requests to cancel it. Some time in June, I got a call from docomo personnel regarding an updated high speed connection in photon. The lady checked with me if I am interested in going for the update. I obviously was interested in the update as it had a better speed and download limit. I asked if my existing account will be updated with this new speed, and she replied that such an arrangement doesnt exist and that I would need to go for a new sim by paying Rs.50, which would have a new service and account number. So then I asked if my old account be cancelled automatically, for which she replied that it would be done so. By towards the later half of June I received a call from another personnel from Docomo, asking me to pay the bill, for which I enquired about the cancellation of that account (old one), expecting it to be cancelled as promised by the first lady who spoke to me. This particular lady enlightened me about the old account not being cancelled and also spoke about the possibility o[censored]pgrading the old account with the new speed and download limit. I was quite surprised at this information as I was educated by the first lady that such an arrangement doesnt exist. Now this lady asked if I would be interested in upgrading the old account with the new speed instead of cancelling it, for which I agreed as it made sense, also adding to my agreement I requested her to cancel this new sim that was given to me. She happily agreed to it and promised me that it would be cancelled at the earliest. For the next one month, I was under the impression that the new sim is cancelled and I will be billed for the old sim only. But to my surprise, I get a bill for the new sim and when I checked with the service centre, I was informed about the existence of that account. So I told them that I wouldnt be paying for that as I had requested cancellation more than a month back. They took my request and promised it will be cancelled and I wouldnt need to pay for the bill, as both the new sim coming to me and the upgradation of the old account, also the cancellation happened in the same month, in matter of few days. Again I was relieved thinking that the new number would be cancelled and I wouldnt need to pay for it. After this conversation, I might have received close to around 9 calls maybe asking me to pay the bill which was overdue then, for the new sim I had received. Every time I had to tell the whole story to the customer care executive and then get confirmation from them about taking care of the situation. I was frustrated looking at the square ignorance of my issue which every personnel showed to me. It was as though there were no registered records of my issue at all, be it with the conversations or the cancellation requests. I felt fooled all the way and forced in paying two bill amounts for two sims unnecessarily. This issue is being pushed towards the end of every month, without solving it instantly, so that the amount can be added and taken more penalty from me. I receive a call almost towards the end of every month from one customer care personnel regarding the payment everytime adding more to the payment amount. I had also posted a copy of this mail to one Mr.Manoj, manager of the collection department, when he requested me to send a mail regarding this issue, after repeated complaints regarding his delay in response, one day he called me and said he will look into the matter. After many days I get a call from customer care that there is waiver of Rs.530 and I need to pay some Rs.1700 and odd. Though I repeatedly requested them to study my case properly and then speak, there seems to feeble help from their side. Now I cant understand why should I pay that amount. I wonder if this is a game the company is playing for getting extra billing at the cost of customers' innocence.             I called customer services many times, given feedback and got a assurance mail but in vain. Till date I am waiting for a reply from Mr.SRIKANTH, PRESIDENT DESK. But they are very punctual in generatinggenerating bill and mailing the same. They provided a resolution to change the location. How can I change my house? When i bought device, then they must tell me the truth.

              Hi There, I had gone to TATA docomo gallery on sept 19th (Mumbai Thane branch) for converting my post paid no(mobile no:[protected]) to prepaid. I did clear all the bills, submitted all the requested documents and then when I check why the migration is still not done on 30th Sept, then call center told me that it will be in 1 day and waited and then again called back to customer care because it had not been done, then they had raised a complaint on my behalf for the migration request. Then again I call day some days later to customer care to know what is going on, then I was said that I need to check with the branch where I have submitted documents to check why they have not migrated.. And I visited. There I was said that my image in passport was not clear so I need to give the passport with the clear image and I sent the person my passport and pan card which was very clear... I already visited the center thrice...But still why it is taking too long time...I am frustrated, After giving the documents repeatedly still my request is pending since so many days.. Please do process my request very soon, otherwise I am not hesitant to disconnect this service.. I am really very frustrated with your service..

                I live in magarpatta city and tata doco mo have given free intercom facility in all the flats since 2008.They called in March 2014 to tell us that we have changed our plan and pay Rs 301 . We told them for what we have to pay this is a free facility that was given by these tata doco mo people and nobody in magarpatta pays any money for the intercom...Finally after so many arguments we had with them we paid the money.We received an sms from them about receiving the payments.Then after that we called to tell them to start our line, the person who came on the line asked and i gave all the info what he needed only after 10 minutes to tell me that my connection has been disconnected and i need to apply for a new connection.                         I own a post paid mobile connection for the number +91 [protected]. I wanted to cancel the connection for the reason being inappropriate billing and i submitted my cancellation request dated 18/10/2014. But the so called customer service asked me to change the connection into prepaid instead of cancelling the same. So as per the requirement i submitted all the documents to change the connection to prepaid. But it has been more than 2 weeks still my connection has neither been cancelled nor been changed to prepaid. I really don't understand what more the company expects from me to do. I called the customer care for the follow up on the request but they want me to contact the branch but if i go to the branch they are giving me irresponsible and harsh reply especially the person in Kamarajar salai Branch, Madurai, Tamil Nadu. I have been mentally harassed by this people on this issue. I was never given a proper procedure on this process. I just want to cancel the account.. This is the worst service of any service provider.

                          On 03. June 2014 I recharged (or at least I thought I have... ) TATA Photon stick ph. no. [protected] at pre-paid scheme for bundled usage of 32GB, one year validity for 5000 rs ( bill no 3014) at the Tata Photon authorized shop Baghirath Communication, M/S Puranmal Rajkumar at 798/6 Main Market, Mehrauli, 110030 New Delhi. I hardly used the stick, since I went abroad in the meantime. Now, when I wanted to use it, at my unpleasant surprise, I found out that the connection was terminated and data lost. The Tata Photon customer care executive very helpfully explained me that I never recharged the stick ... Since one month I have been writing to Tata Photon and going to the shop to either recharge the stick or give the money back, but all what they were doing is just buying time, promising me that after 24 hours or 48 hours or three days that they would do something, but nothing happened so far, Kindly help me with the matter.

                            I have logged a complaint with the customer support this morning for slow speed. The support person said, the technical team will get back in 8hrs. But never came back. Again when I called them another support guy told to wait for 24hours. The issue still persists and when I tried to reach the customer care, it is totally busy. I' m really fed up with this sort of service from customer care. Why can't they have a direct number for technical assistance. The support executives were not clear on the product and service they offer. They provide false commitments.

                              Hi, I have been several times charged 15/- each time by default for merameal VAS service. Some times they refunded and some times not. But now a days whenever I use SIM in data card this merameal service is getting activated each time I put the SIM in it even though it is not getting any signal and connecting to Internet. Customer care people are giving soothing answers and repeating deductions as usual. So I want them to stop merameal service and illegal 15/- deductions for ever and take action against them and save suffered customers like me.

Hence I request you to avoid those pop-ups while browsing in message settings you need to do push settings as disable to avoid balance depletion .
                              I would like to inform you that, the balance deduction is due to the Mera Meal service, which is already deactivated on your number.
                              As of now, there are no VAS services activate on your number.

                                  I had a tata photon post-paid connection, account#[protected] which i requested to be deactivated with immediate effect on 8th September, 2014. I reconfirmed with the agent who called that i want it deactivated immediately and i do not want to retain it, in any scenario. Am not sure if the agent did not understand English or what! For in a few days, i got emails confirming the closure of the cancellation request and an email from their retention team thanking me! Shocking as it was when i called-up their customer service, the guy spoke rude; kept on barking that i had asked their telephone agent to retain according to his records and if i did not continue to pay the generated bills, their collection agents would be put to pursue me! And finally i was asked to submit another request because the first one was closed- although without any action on what i had asked. So i placed another request, re-confirmed again over phone. And again the cycle repeated- the retention team thanked me again and the closure request was closed. And i have been handed over another bill for October! I do not want to go through the pain of having another non-sensical and humiliating talk with one of their customer-care guys; hence am here. Seeking any help possible, to have it stopped asap. I have not used the dongle for the last two months. They can check the data-usage. And all phone calls, emails exchanged etc begging them to have the account closed/service deactivated with immediate effect. This is just a scam i guess, to harass customers into coughing up bills. Just stop this non-sense. Why did my request for service disconnection go disrespected? Why are they harassing like this? Why are they generating bills for something i have decided not to use any more and have already stopped using it? I want justice. I want them to stop demanding money through such bills for something i do not want and which i have made amply clear.

                                    Complaint #[protected] //[protected]~~M20363004 I have registered a complaint by calling Tata Docomo Customer service. One of the tech visited (Rs 100 charged) & informed that there is fault in the device & it needs to be replaced. I bought this landline 7 months ago & the problem is since 1 month now. They says, they will give refurbished device as a replacement to the brand new phone. That refurbished phone did not even have numbers displayed on the keypad. If not the new phone, why dont Docomo repair my existing phone. I have paid for the new phone, why would I use the old phone. It is slot/mic problem as per the tech., it is such a small problem & Docomo is not repairing it. i am really very disappointed & following up on this since many days now. Please help.
