Negligence from the personnel in canceling the connection and demand for extra billing

Overriding cancellation request and generating bills

I had a tata photon post-paid connection, account#[protected] which i requested to be deactivated with immediate effect on 8th September, 2014. I reconfirmed with the agent who called that i want it deactivated immediately and i do not want to retain it, in any scenario. Am not sure if the agent did not understand English or what!
