Tata DoCoMo Auto Services Activation - Big Day Loot!

Hi, This Monday (3/11/14) some service got activated automatically for 75 Rs. without my knowledge. I complained immediately in the customer care, they said it will get refunded in 2 days. Unwanted calls and not updating about payment

There are many complaints. 1) Paid my postpaid bill on Thursday yet received a call on Monday to pay bill 2) Have applied for ebill coz change of address, yet bill is delivered to my previous address. 3) Have applied for deactivation of Photon and paid the bill, yet the customer executive guy landed at my previous address. Continue with this, I'm going to cancel my Docomo postpiad connection too. All the best....

Money gets deducted from main Balance
