    I had 1700rs balance in my mob [protected] and 100mb data ..When i slept...In themoring when i saw all was gone 1700rs +data too...How can baground apps use 1700rs data...Its totaly stealing done by tata docomo...Plz help me to get my money back

      For the past 2 months my internet speed reduces in the evening from around 7pm to 11pm. For the rest of the day it is the usual 10 mbps. I have sent numerous screen shots and tickets to get this issue resolved. The only reason that they give is that my fup is completed. But that is not the case. If my fup was exhausted I should have 512 kbps through out the day. Frustrated for 2 months now I am not paying the bill for Oct. Tata DoCoMo is not cancelling my connection and are demanding the monthly bill.

        Dear Sir/Mam, Yesterday i recharged my Tata docomo prepaid number iof Punjab region with rs.499 yesterday evening .. before recharging my number in my account i m having rs.871 talktime available.. and after recharge it will be around rs.1271 because in this recharge available scheme is rs.400 talktime and 2gb 3G data.. after vrecharge i got my Data package but my account talktime goes to rs.935.. I contact your customer care executives but no respose getting from them..

              Hi, This Monday (3/11/14) some service got activated automatically for 75 Rs. without my knowledge. I complained immediately in the customer care, they said it will get refunded in 2 days. Still that amount not refunded. Later again two services activated for 75 & 65 Rs. without my knowledge on Wednesday (5/11/14). Again I complained immediately, they said will be refunded in 4 hours. Still both the complains has not been resolved. Total refund amount is 75+75+65=215 Rs. Kindly refund my amount at the earliest. As there is no refund, yesterday again I called the customer care and they informed it will get refunded in 4 hours. But, still it's not yet credited. Simply they are giving fake promises.               On 215 only 150 is credited back by 30 & 120 Rs. Still remaining 65 Rs is suppose to be credited back. Customer care informed that will credited by long back but, still not yet credited..

              Credit back the 65 Rs at the earliest..

                I did complain for not giving my prize so due to my complaints Tata Docomo asked some of their lady representative to call me and She said that I will get a mail.in my gmail account in which i will get two forms which to be courired after hand fillen by me.I was said that i will get such mail on 31 august but approx one week have passed and i have not got any mail yet.I dont know why Tata Docomo is doing this to me.They just simply replied once to me on Facebook due to my submitted complaints and now again they are ignoring me. To my every complaint Tata Docomo add a commemt saying your problem will be resolved soon but no step is taken. What more serious steps i can take? .

                  Hi, I was using this PHOTON NUMBER [protected], ACCOUNT NUMBER[protected] for past three years and I had placed the request for deactivating photon service on July 16, 2014 which came into effect from August 1, 2014. I had over paid my last bill amount and after deducting the 15 days charge(JULY 16, 2014 to AUGUST 1, 2014) which I haven’t even used, Tata photon has to refund 576 Rs to me. During August 2014, midweek I made a call to photon customercare and got to know that a cheque of 576 Rs will be send to my address within 60 days from August 1st, 2014. I kept on waiting and on September26, 2014, when I again made the call to customer care they said I haven’t even raised a request to refund the amount!! It was strange to me as it was not like this they had communicated to me. I again placed request for refund and they said they will process it on emergency basis and last date as per system is Nov4, 2014 .After ten days, I again called and customer care executives said there is no emergency basis request for this refund, So I have to wait till Nov 4, 2014. I kept on waiting and November 6, 2014 I again made a call and they are saying my number belongs to some other organization and my call ended in 1515 department which is different from photon services and they cant help me! They are asking me to call[protected] and shocking part is I have been calling to that number only but the department which is getting connected is 1515. Today itself ie Nov 6, 2014 I had called to customer care more than 20 times to get the money back!!! This is really frustrating!! 4 months is over for getting 576rs from photonsevices. I have never seen such a pathetic service from any other providers!!Please understand the pain of customers as well!Please help me to get my money back at the earliest! BELOW IS THE RESPONSE THEY SENT TO ME WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE TO LODGE A REFUND REQUEST ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2014. Hi!                           Hai sir My no [protected] i am traying to reacharge 29 rupees for net package i am wait nearly half hour but iam not get net connection then after i am try to called customer care but i am not get connection thats time i am in roaming i thought thats why only i am not connected customer care after half an hour i am again reacharge 26 rupees after that i got 2 message 29 and 26 reacharge conformation message. When i reached home network i am called customer care their connected mr aneesh ( supervisor or senior) he's told u r reacharge to times the last one only valid the first one is automatically cancelled my doubt is i am paying 2 times and my validity period also is there then how to u guy's cancelled the first one that amount i am paid u guys want provide thats offer also right. And mr aneesh is not the right person for that posting he's dnt know how to talking how to handling the customer

                            Tata Docomo is
                            cheating the new customers by activating
                            useless VAS without
                            informing the customers.Today (06/11/2014) i got sms from docomo that (modelvideoclub) vas is activated on your number and you have been charged 57.53 rs. I immediately call custmer care to stop that vas and refund my money but custmercare agent said we will not refund your money. I have 5 docomo numbers please refund my money else i will stop using tatadocomo and go for porting to another mobile service provider. My mobile no. is (m.p) india.

                              There are many complaints. 1) Paid my postpaid bill on Thursday yet received a call on Monday to pay bill 2) Have applied for ebill coz change of address, yet bill is delivered to my previous address. 3) Have applied for deactivation of Photon and paid the bill, yet the customer executive guy landed at my previous address. Continue with this, I'm going to cancel my Docomo postpiad connection too. All the best.

                                    I did complain for not giving my prize so due to my complaints Tata Docomo asked some of their lady representative to call me and She said that I will get a mail.in my gmail account in which i will get two forms which to be courired after hand fillen by me.I was said that i will get such mail on 31 august but approx one week have passed and i have not got any mail yet.I dont know why Tata Docomo is doing this to me.They just simply replied once to me on Facebook due to my submitted complaints and now again they are ignoring me.

                                      Sir, I am using TATADOCOMO. Last week wrongly unnecessarily continuously sent a message to accept / cancel. Wrongly accepted. Intimated to you through SMS cancelled the same. Rs.45 wrongly deducted. Not credited to me. Requested to credit. If not I will be forced to appropriate fourm and I am not in a position to shift another service provider (PORT 1909 SENT- BUT YOUR PORT NO.1901) sent to you. The deadline is fixed by you to submit UPC on 09.11.2014.(DOCOMO Registration complaint not accept to register since they requested the relationship and filled not accepted). Yours faithfully, (P.                                         Sir/madam, I m port in the reliance to Tata docomo but offer for a MNP(Tata docomo) 6month local/national 30ps mnt. 3Gb net free for a 3month.1+1+1=3Gb I m received the 1st month 1gb But 2month not recived I m Complain the last 3-4days Back not response. so kindaly Requiest for U plzz help me.
