I bought the TATA PHOTON WIFI device ([protected]) on 18th September and am unable to connect it to my laptop since then. I called customer care several times and raised (SR:[protected] as well. They sent technical assistant as well, but nothing has been taken forth since then. I demand for cancellation of my connection and return the money. In spite o[censored]sing the device, they are sending me bills. What should I pay the bill for when I was not even successful connecting the device first???? M SOOO DISAPPOINTED!! Please make all the necessary steps to return my amount and this device is of now use to me. Thanks, Ankita

    This is the 3rd and last time I am submiting this report here.After this I will actually take son serious action.I won a htc 501 on facebook page on june 10 and I have given all documents too but Tata Docomo has not given prizs moreover they are completely ignoring me.

      Sir my no [protected] tatado como customer. my main balance was Rs.170 in the morning on 25/10/14 & GPRS balance was 167mb at the evening I found only Rs 3 in main balance. in the afternoon I used some data from GPRS balance.my questions is where is my main balance deduct.now till my GPRS bal is 0.97mb available. Sir please look in the matter & deposite my unauthorised deduction. Thanking u . I talk to ur representive Mr akshay & he told me direct debeted gprs from main bal but still i have 0.97 mb bal in my account.I am not satisfied.I ask for complaints but he gave me a fake email address. & no.which is not exist.         Bought docommo sim from tata representative on 14 Oct who visited my place to collect all documents . Till date 26-10 the sim is not active . I have tried numerous calls to tata call center but always revived a new number to try. Have also sent a mail to regional head but no response. Now i am also worried that has representative missued my documents in some other place.         13 days over still no result, the person who repiled above have now stopped picking up my call .

Charge hoga par jab bill aaya tab usme 36 paisa local or std 72 paisa charge kiya me customer service me dirage or dinesh se bat. Kiya dirag ne us samay 30 paisa ke hissab se bill generet kiya or bola plan change kar dijiye me bola Thik hai diraj ne plan change kiya wo bole 30 paisa all call local or 45 paisa std charge hoga me bola Thik hai par Abhi mera plan 45 local or std kar diya hai me bat kiya to wo log bol rhe hai ab change nhi hoga. Mughe btaya gya tha ki30 paisa charge hoga mme postpaid nhi kara rha tha par bar bar bol kar ye log plan btaye jab post paid kara liya tab ye log problum solve nhi kar sakte please sir mera help kariye mera mobile number hai [protected]

            respected sir/madam, My name is mohamed mansoor my tata docomo number is [protected].I use this number since 4years or more.Before 8 months I converted my sim from pre-paid to post paid.I paid all bills properly with out fine till august month.I paid the bill for july-2014 invoice no: [protected] on 22/08/2014(august), I paidtotal bill amount Rs. 561.The billing period is 05/07/14 to 04/08/14.From 22/08/2014 I requested the customer care for again I wish to convert for post-paid to pre-paid, the customer care officer replied me, "If you paid Rs.82(out standing rupees) we will send request and you have no more bill to pay".In maximum ten days your sim totally changed from post-paid to pre-paid.In between these ten days if you call any one that charges only want to paid by you also told by the customer care executive.I paid Rs.82 balance on 22/08/2014.Again I call to customer care and I told madam/sir I paid all balances in post-paid.I request to the customer care executive please convert my sim from post-paid to pre-paid.They also accepted the request.They told the request number.I applied my voter-id, photo with request number and all procedures in completed on 22/08/2014.After ten days finished till the sim is not converted from post-paid to pre-paid.Again i requested the customer care on07/09/2014 and after one week the sim converted from post-paid to pre-paid.In between22/08/2014 and14/09/2014 I spoke only 7 locals(only 2.57sec).But the bill amount is total Rs.601.But the not responding me properly.Before last ten days the disconnect my out going connection.They call me and ask me to paid my bill.I try to explain the above matters but they not responding me properly.So please take action on Tata docomo.               Its a very bad customer service., I had raised a complaint and no one has get back., and when i see the complaints online i am not the only one...its pathetic...if you call the customer service, agents talk to u with so much attitude..and when asked for supervisor ur call is put on hold for long time and no one gets back...I had called to check why my data pack is not charged where as it was charged on 13th of october and raised a complaint on same day136.00 is deducted twice which is total of 272.00... Y should i pay for the service which I am not using..I want this refund...I[censored] ppl want to get money without doing anything go beg but dont rob our money...esclate this case further or better u are fit to close ur company and go to hell...Thank you,

                dear, i have recharged my phone on dated 10 oct 2014 of rupees 999.In which you are providing full talk time and 4GB 3G data. Sir, full talk time has been credited in my core balance* but 4GB 3G data has not been credited* in my core balance. when i talked to customer care they denied from this offer. But when i recharged, you were offering the4GB data with full talk time as i sent you a snap shot of offer. I have recharged on dated 10-oct-2014 *Tranc -[protected].* I contacted to customer care by twitter, Facebook, By calling and By mail. you are requested to solve this issue soon.Its been a long time to resolve this little issue.                     It gives me immense grief in writing this to you that your customer care services are worst and they are the most unprofessional team of people I have interacted ever. So the story goes like this, I bought a wifi max connection [protected] in April 2014 with advance rental plan of 3499 for three months @5gb per month. Post completion of 3 months I was promised that 5gb per month data pack will continue @INR 650/MONTH. Without even asking or informing me Tata started charging me INR 750 per month for 5GB where as normal plan available for all is 7Gb in INR 750. The pain doesn't end here, it has just started - 3 times I called customer care and following are the details - 1. Executive- Nazeer, 0030 Hrs on 24th Oct 14, confirmation given that he has understood my complaint and is providing a speed booster pack of 2.5 GB and I won't be charged INR 250 for the same, that means it will be waived off. Request no[protected] was given for the same. Request you to please hear the conversation had with this gentlemen, he was a crook and liar. 2. Executive- Bala Krishna, 0045 Hrs on 24th Oct 14, confirmation given that captioned request no is registered stating speed booster pack and waiver of Inr 250. 3. Executive- anup 1330 Hrs on 24th Oct 14, confirmation given no waiver request have been raised only speed booster pack activation request is registered. I feel like cheated and do not expect such things from a company like TATA. Before replying i would urge you to please investigate by listening to recordings of customer care.                       My phone number is [protected] and my account number is[protected]. i have raised multiple complains in the month of January that the service is pathetic as i do not get signal in mu office or home.

                      They tried all possible options and could not fix the issue. i also also told customer service to cancel the account. Now i see that you have been silently taking money from my credit card as the credit card is linked to this number.

                      Now when i check with my bank i see that you have been clearing all your billing using an auto debit

                      In the month of May : 3334 RS
                      June: 619 RS
                      July: 1066 RS
                      August: 1066 RS
                      September: 1066 RS

                      I wanted this account to be closed as there is no point of having this number as it is always searching for signal. You guys did not fix my issue and also charge me every month on month without any notice.

                      Please check the usage of this SIM card from February.

                      This is totally useless service and very bad for any customer. Please take necessary action and make sure this is sorted.

                        Dear Sir, I am Ganesh Nighojkar, using Tata docomo connection. My number is [protected]. Yesterday on 22nd oct, 2014 RS. 75/- IS DEDUCTED FROM MY MAIN BALANCE FOR TA-HUWWAP ACTIVATE BY TATA DOCOMO ON 10.10PM. I RECEIVED MASSAGE FROM DOCOMO, BUT I DOES'NT ACTIVATE THIS SERVICE. HENCE I WANT REFUND OF RS.75/- WHICH IS DEDUCTED BY DOCOMO. I FACING THIS PROBLEM TWO THREE TIMES FROM LAST ONE YEAR, BUT I IGNORE THIS DEDUCTION EVERY TIMES, BUT I THINK THIS ISSUE IS FACING NO OF CUSTOMERS. I REQUESTING YOU TO PLEASE HELP TO ME FOR GET REFUND FROM TATA DOCOMO. ALSO I HAVE ANOTHER COMPLAINT FOR CONNECTION OF DOCOMO. INTERNET CONNECTION NO OF TIMES DISCONNECT WHEN USED WITHIN 10 MINUTES.                           The plan says on 999 get full talktime and 3GB 3G data for 3 months. But On recharge of 999 rs I didnt get full TT or any data. Please look into it urgently. dont understand what are you talking about normal mode and special mode recharge. The *123# displays the 999 offer and dont mention any normal or special recharge. Kindly apply the 999 recharge benefit or revert the transaction. called customer service; The guy simply denied registering complaint and hung the phone... what the heck is this to treat own customer ????? [protected].

                          Pathetic Customer service. All uneducated persons are running CC.
                          Stop looting people. Because of few the name of the brand is spoiled.
                          Either the CC executives are less paid or no one moniter thetheir work and responses.

                          Who the hell has designed and coded register customer complaint page for tata docomo!!!
                          Go and try for 100 years... comeon people you got your own TCS.

                            I use freecharge everytime to do a recharge of worth 350/- on my tata docomo data card. I got a problem this time with freecharge order FCCW[protected]. Oct 1st was last day of my monthly renewal of data. So I did a recharge on freecharge site on sep 30. And I got a recharge successful message which says "Smile. Your recharge for Rs. 350 was a smashing success". What happened to my surprise on Oct 2 (yes after two days), I got a mail from freecharge saying that recharge is failed saying "This is a bit embarrassing. Your recharge for amount Rs. 350 was unsuccessful. We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience." Meanwhile my total accumulated 3G data worth 4000/- is lost from my account as tata docomo thought I haven't done a renewal by oct 1st. Now both of them (tata docomo & freecharge) are avoiding taking responsibility. Freecharge says "your operator has failed transaction" and tata docomo says "freecharge is providing wrong information and docomo isn't aware of this transaction". Freecharge has given an official confirmation on its facebook page that operator has failed the transaction after two days from recharge date.

                            For your information, I have called Tata Docomo customer executive on the same day (oct 2) when I got failed transaction from freecharge. I was told by your executive that I will get all my data back in six days if I do renewal immediately. But I wanted to confirm again. So I called another time and this time too your executive told the same thing (data will be back in 6 days). So I have done renewal within 15 min. After six days, I didn't get my data and your executive told me that data will not be available. This looks cheating/misleading/misguiding the customer just to make him recharge at that moment. Any company which thinks about long term association with customer will succeed. But your executives are only worried about renewal. Just say some crap and let customer do a renewal first and then make customer cry for ever. That is your strategy!! shame on your company!!

                              Hi, I have purchased new sim from TATA DOCOMO brand store on 16/10.2014 in Bangalore. New tata docomo sim no : [protected] Store address : Tata Docomo Brand Store 30/1 Silicon Terraces Hosur, Main Road Koramangala, Bengaluru, 190001, India At first in a counter they have kept banner no charges for prepaid sim. Still they were charging 20/- from every customer without bill. I have asked them reason they answered that that's the old banner bla bla ... And in a harse way of speaking. I have not left with other choice I have to pay and I have submitted all the document they have asked. Till now my sim has not been activated. I have visited to store many time for activation but only received stories from them no improvement :(. And worst way of communication. I am from kolkata I was using tata docomo connection over there also. So I have plan to continue the same in Bangalore. But after all this I am thinking to change my mind. A small request from you I don't want my money back but please ask them to return back my document and photograph. So that should not be misused.                                 Hi, I am a post paid customer of Tata Docomo for the past 1 year. I recently moved to New MHADA Colony, Poonam Nagar in Andheri East, mumbai- 400093. There the signal reception in very poor. So I called the Customer care requesting them to increase the Bandwidth in my region or I will have to port to other networks which are good in my region. They said you can go with option B, instead of taking necessary actions related to my complaint. 2 of my friends shifted from my place due to bad reception of tower. I decided to port from Docomo to Vodafone and I even initiated the MNP process. Right after that, Docomo Executives kept on calling me, addressing this issue. They even promised to resolve this issue in a span of 5 days. But till now, this issue was not resolved and same "Blank response" from Tata Docomo Customer Care. i expect a valid response from Docomo, atleast by now.

                                  1. I bought a wifi device from Tata Docomo eShop (order no. EC[protected]) on 16-Oct and made the upfront payment. They claim to do doorstep activation however its been a week and activation hasn't been done. 2. There has been no communication at all about the delay.When i call their call centre there are a bunch of laggards who simply show their helplessness saying that they have escalated to the concerned department and you would receive a call which never happens. 3. When you ask for any tracking/reference number they don't have any provision to generate one. Each time you call you have to repeat the whole complaint again and there is no history maintained in their call centre of previous conversation. 4. Their executive who collected and verified all the documents from my premises didn't even asked me to fill out application form and told me that he would fill it on my behalf later on and this is their usual practice (fail to understand how they can do it without forging the signatures) 5. I have called up at least 6 times in last few days and nothing has been done about it. Even wrote in their grievance section on their site still no response. 6. Finally when i ask them to reimburse the device cost they refuse that there is no provision for that which doesn't make any sense. Guess they won't relent until you serve the legal notice to them

                                    On 21st July 2014 I requested Tata Docomo ( on helpline number [protected]) to close my tata docomo photon wifi max connection (with reference number[protected]. On 28th July 2014 my connection got disconnected.After one month I received a call from tata docomo head office Lucknow (Ms. Priya Gupta mo. No. [protected]) and she said there is bill pending of Rs. 2129.She told me that she give me waiver of Rs. 629 and I need to pay only 1500 to clear my dues and after that no one call me from tata docomo.So I decide to pay my dues and get rid of tata docomo.On 4th October a man named saurabh mo. No. [protected] came and give me bill of 1500 and i pay the amount and asked for some type of certificate as a proof that there is no dues in my account.Ms. Priya Gupta call me and told that I will receive a mail from tata docomo of Full & Final Settlement letter.I received the mail of Full & Final Settlement letter from [email][protected]@gmail.com[/email].After some days again I received a call from tata docomo head office Lucknow (Ms. Nishi mo. No. [protected]) and she said there is dues of Rs. 1528.I told her that I already paid the dues and she can ask to Priya Gupta. She told me that Priya Gupta is no longer in Job and I have to pay the dues.please do needful.Tata docomo photon number [protected]A/c number[protected]Contact No. [protected] ( Please call this number.                                       Outgoing calls are barred for my cell number even after paying the bill. Calling 121 suggests me to call 121 saying outgoing service is banned. So please tell what 121 I can call again. This is very tiresome to keep following even after paying the bills.
