Tata photon plus is not working in windows 8.1

My self Prerak shah, I have tata photon plus, buy just few days ago.. *PHP Spellcheck Trial* photon gallery said that its compatible with windows 8.1& it will work.. After Activation it will not work, so I again visited to tata photon gallery, engineer said its an OS problem.. I checked also that, but still its not working.. I called to vendor, tata photon customer care but not getting any reply......

Getting horrible speed from day one
