Residing in pune basically from karnataka i am facing too many problems without porting and poor network... There is no voice support from dem... And nt recieving my complaints

We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered.

In this regards, we would like to inform you that kindly reset your handset and select the network operator manually as Tata Docomo by going to the network settings option. However, If you still face the same problem kindly revert us for further proceedings of your concern. Kindly make a note of the same.

Procedure for the same is : Settings > Wireless and Network settings > Mobile networks (Select network operator) > and Select the Tata Docomo option.

    Unresolved Complaint Number:[protected]wrongly addressed as resolved) Current Plan: 20 GB Unlimited (3rd Nov, 14 - 2nd Dec, 14) As per both tatatele.in and the device home page, data consumed before 14th Nov, 4:40 pm was ~13 GB. Nonetheless, Tata-Docomo issued a speed cap. I waited until 20th Nov, 10am for them to resolve this issue. And then I had to pay an extra 125+ (taxes) for 1 GB, as an ILLEGAL EXTORTION money, just to restore the basic services of my 20GB UL plan. Again, at 1pm on 23rd Nov, Tata-Docomo issued a speed cap before I could use this extra 1 GB. Tata Docomo Connection Under speed cap: 14th Nov, 4:40 pm - 17th Nov, 12:42 pm 17th Nov, 2:20 pm - 20th Nov, 10 am 23rd Nov, 1 pm - Tata-Docomo is again demanding (125 - 400+ taxes) as an ILLEGAL EXTORTION money to restore the basic services of my 20 GB UL plan. Evidence o[censored]sage reports have being collected throughout these days. I cannot support fraudsters and criminals like Tata-Docomo. I would like to unsubscribe to this service effective immediately, before I file a law suit.

      My self Prerak shah, I have tata photon plus, buy just few days ago.. *PHP Spellcheck Trial* photon gallery said that its compatible with windows 8.1& it will work.. After Activation it will not work, so I again visited to tata photon gallery, engineer said its an OS problem.. I checked also that, but still its not working.. I called to vendor, tata photon customer care but not getting any reply...

        I got my photon max wifi activated 3 days back but from the day one of activation I have been getting speed below 100kbps and after sometime it won't even work. I have registered the complaint 2 days back and for the first time they called and I wasn't able to receive the phone so I called back and it said the number is not correct. Then I complained second time this time I picked the phone but nobody responded and it got disconnected. And after 3rd, 4th and till 8th call they never called and when I said nobody called me then they said you haven't received the call. Why the hell I will not receive the call??? They are just giving excuses. I am really frustrated by their service. Really poor service.

        My 10 Digit Tata DOCOMO photon wifi max number is [protected]. The
        technician told me that our area is under low coverage area but when I
        bought the device the person told me it will work good in your area. Now
        after taking the technician report to the tatadocomo outlet and they
        said the technician know nothing, we will send some other technician to
        your home to check the issue in 48 hours. Now it more than 72 hours and
        no one came to fix the problem. Its been 10 days since I bought the
        device and never was able to use and it. It wasted so much of my time
        and money. Also I had pay bills and purchase other stuffs online which
        are in pending just because of their ridiculously poor service.

          Today A message showing ModelVideoClub is activated at Rs99.0 for 30days.Bal:Rs301.19 at 23-Nov-14 08:11.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free) . I have not Subscribe for this VAS.But My Balance was deducted without any information.Please Tata Docomo stop the ModelVideoClub subscription which i never subscribe before & refund my deducted balance money.           In this regards, we would like to inform you that as per checking our records we found that the amount of Rs. 99/- on[protected] has been deducted from your main balance is due to the activation of a VAS service (Model Video Club) on your number.

          However, the deducted amount of Rs. 99/- has been credited in your account with request number: ABAL[protected] and further note that the VAS service on your number has been deactivated as per your request.

          Also be informed to avoid balance deductions on your number for VAS services you need to deactivate the service by dialing the number 155223 from your Tata Docomo number.

            Hello my name is arvind kumar my tata docomo no is +91-[protected]. this is my second time when the balance was deducted for the same reason. on 21/11/2014 around 10:30 AM by balance was deducted of Rs 71 without any pre intimation. and neigher i get the any message of deduction. when i call customer care then they toll me i used Internet so balance was deducted. i want to know when i had internet balance so why balance was deducted without any intimation of low data balance. and i have suffer a lot to get my balance back i call 5 to 6 time from different docomo numbers. please sir help me to get my balance back.

            Further, kindly note browsing of internet web pages of size more than 10 MB and while browsing the web pages and the size of the data usage has exceeded more that the available limit and for that reason, the balance got deducted from your main balance. Kindly make a note.

              I have Tata Docomo PREpaid sim from last 6yearsi am recharge with Rs.153 Plan for 3g. According to the plan, I should get 1.5 GB 3G data free . I called up the customer support asking for the 3G Settings for my Gioneee pioneer p2 . They asked me to send a message with internet typed to 52270. I got a reply saying that "My phone does not support automatic settings and I have to contact Customer Support for Manual settings". I called up the many times customer support again, asking for the manual settings. At first they asked me to enter APN as TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET. I tried using this APN, but neither the 3G data nor the 2G data was working. I called the customer support again telling them the error I was facing. They again asked me to change the APN to "TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET.HVC". I tried using this APN and I was getting the same error. I called up the customer support/technical department again telling them about the error. They told me to call [protected] and press 149 to log a complaint for this issue, but the person told me that there is no problem at there end and ask me to again call the technical department to resolve the issue. I can't understand to call whom? These Tata Docomo support team is not able to tell me how to fix the porblem. I THINK THEY MAKING FOOL THE CUSTMERS AND THIER CUSTMER CARE PEOPLE DONT KNOW ANY THING ABOUT THAT. I REQUEST TO ALL PEOPLE PLEASE DONT PURCHASE TATA DOCOMO SIM.                 This is with regards to my Tata Photon number [protected]. On 12th October around 12pm, I visited Tata Docomo's website https://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx to understand the recharge options available and I was interested in Basic Data Plan which is for Rs 100 and gives 100MB. However, the website said Validity : As per existing pack. So to understand the validity I called their toll free number and spoke to a representative (around 12:15pm). The representative told me that the above plan is valid for lifetime and based on which I went ahead and recharged my Tata photon. However, the same evening I got a message from their system that the plan is valid only for that day. I called their customer care department again to complaint against it and ask for a refund or increase the validity as promised by the representative, however, even after speaking to 2 supervisors (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Bhargav Joshi), all I was told was SORRY and they cannot refund my money or increase the validity. The complaint number is PSMR12115520. Mr. Bhargav Joshi committed to me that he will personally follow-up on the issue and make sure that I get a call back within 24 hours to resolve this issue. However, neither he or anyone else called back to follow-up on the issue. This is the reason I raised this issue to the Appellate team for its resolution. However, the Appellate team called me and told me the same thing that they cannot refund the money or increase the validity as promised. Instead they increased the validity of the purchased 100MB to one more week and sent me an email and SMS that the issue has been resolved. This is completely unfair. I did write back to them that the resolution is not accepted by me, however, they did not even reply back to my emails so far. I have also raised the complaint to Mr. Elango Thambiah (President Assurance) over their website, however, I have not heard from him either. I don't understand how Tata Docomo can take their customers for granted. I hope through this forum I will be able to reach the right person at Tata Docomo and get a resolution for the above issue.                   On Tuesday[protected] evening Rs. 100 deducted from my account saying that low account balance for using docomo Internet @ 10p/10kb for 1 minute which is really incredible..There is such inconsistency in messages that saying 30 MB deducted in minute on EDGE speed miracle as i thought its like giving 3g speed on EDGE while on roaming in Mumbai.Then it saying ZERO balance and 100 rupees deducted. After 2 days I have not even recharged i got message that 20 mb remaining. Customer service is horrible saying they will not refund and you can port if you want.

                    WELL I WOULD LIKE TO START AS WELCOME TO THE HELL, DISGUSTING, SCREWING, PISSING WORLD OF TATA DOCOMO WHICH IS DUE TO THESE FOLLOWING REASONS., 1. THE CALL CENTER CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES OF TATA DOCOMO NEVER KNOWS WHAT SOLUTIONS TO PROVIDE TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE A POSTPAID AS WELL AS PREPAID CUSTOMER. THEY WILL ALWAYS GIVE YOU A NUMBER [protected] WHICH NEVER WORKS. 2. WHENEVER THERE IS SOME INTERVENTION FROM THE GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES THEY NEVER EVER BOTHER TO INFORM YOU AND NOT EVEN THEIR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE CAN PROVIDE YOU THAT INFORMATION THAT WHY THE SERVICES HAVE BEEN STOPPED IN THE CITY. 3. WHEN I WENT TO BUY A NEW PREPAID CARD FROM THEIR STORE I WAS BEEN TOLD THAT YOUR SERVICES WILL BE STARTING IN NEXT 24 HOURS BUT TODAY IT IS MORE THAN 48 HOURS AND STILL I M NOT EVEN GETTING MY TOWER IN MY PHONE. 4.THEY PEOPLE ARE COMPLETELY PARTIAL AS THEY HAVE DIFFERENT THOUGHT PROCESS FOR PREPAID AND POSTPAID CUSTOMER ALTHOUGH SAME CUSTOMER IS HAVING BOTH TYPE OF CONNECTIONS. 5. ON THE CALLS THEY KEEP ON TELLING PEOPLE THAT IF YOU SPEAK ABUSIVE WORDS YOUR CALLS WILL BE DISCONNECTED INSTEAD OF GIVING PROPER VALID SOLUTION TO THE CUSTOMER'S QUERRIES. 6. THEIR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES WILL NEVER REGISTER YOUR COMPLAIN IF YOU HAVE AND WILL TELL YOU THAT YOUR COMPLAINS CANNOT BE REGISTERED HERE INFACT NOWHERE GIVING YOU A SENSE THAT YOUR SERVICES WILL NEVER BE IMPROVED AND STANDARDS WILL KEEP ON FALLING. THERE ARE OTHER COMPLAINS AS WELL BUT I GOT TO GO THINKING THAT RATHER WASTING MY TIME COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS DISGUSTING SERVICE PROVIDER I SHOULD UTILISE IT TO GET SOME BETTER SERVICE PROVIDER...                       I was using prepaid plan for past 3 years, use to recharge average RS 800 per/month, recently I got a call from [protected] they told me there is a post paid plan of RS: 350 which i get unlimited 3G( no data limit), i asked them twice is there any limit of 3G data they told me no, 500 min call, 350 sms and so on, so i paid 400 and got a sim from them and it got activated on 19 nov 2014, my number is [protected], my sim got migrated from prepaid to postpaid, after 1GB usage of date my inter net changed to 2G, i called to this number [protected] and asked they told its unlimited 3G will fix it, it will work after midnight 11, but still now they are not attending my call, no proper response nothing, i am getting frustrated going to close my account with tata docomo and go for other network...

                        Recently I have ported my Loop Mobile no. [protected], to tata docomo. After acceptance of porting request, I have called 59059 for verification. I have called twice and stated the exact address, given as address proof. Now the number was blocked, stating wrong address verification thrice. That is not possible as I have called only twice, and stated exactly the same address, given as address proof. This number was used by me for around 3 years, and given for some important communication. So, please tell me how to unblocked the number, which was blocked because of some careless service person of Tata docomo.

                          Hi Tata Indicom Team, I have paid 300 rupees to your agent and have submitted the Pan Card and voter id to the compnay by whats up and it has been accepted but my number is still not converted from prepaid to postpaid so i want to know why it was not activated while i have given my all details with the money.After taking money you have not told me why it was not activated. I got my number converted to Postpaid around 3 months back. Details are below. Relationship Number [protected] Tata Docomo No. [protected] My details which have been updated are incorrect. I called in to get this corrected but i still see the incorrect information. My name is Nasim Taj, and there is no "S" in my name so please remove the Initial "S" from my name. My email address is nasim.[protected]@rediffmail please correct that as well. I need my bill in my email as well as printed Hardcopy sent to my physical address. I have not received even single bill in my email or to my physical address. Executive whome came to collect my documents and security deposit collected 850rs but in the bill it shows the security deposit as 500rs, i request you to please look in to that.                               I bought a SIM card through home delivery option on 20-Oct-2014 (Invoice Number: EC[protected]). The documentation they sent me on email had mentioned that if I submit Local Address Proof, there is no need for local verification ("Customers not providing a valid Local Proof of Address have to mention a local contact person’s active phone number for verification.") yet they asked for a local reference and I gave my friend's contact number. When they called her the guy started asking her personal questions and wanted to know where she lived to whih she declined to answer. I told her not to disclose personal details anymore. Then I started getting dozens of calls from Docomo service guys who didn't care to learn the history of the ticket, reading the same script on the phone. I was so annoyed after all these calls, I told them that I do not need their service and asked them for a refund. To which they responded that they will neither give me a refund nor give me a connection taking the local address proof document (against what is mentioned in terms and conditions). One of the guys also mentioned that the Docomo guy who collected the document may have misplaced it. I have waited this long expecting a refund but nothing has happened yet. Looks like it's consumer court season of the year for me now...

                                This is with regards to my Tata Photon number [protected]. On 12th October around 12pm, I visited Tata Docomo's website https://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx to understand the recharge options available and I was interested in Basic Data Plan which is for Rs 100 and gives 100MB. However, the website said Validity : As per existing pack. So to understand the validity I called their toll free number and spoke to a representative (around 12:15pm). The representative told me that the above plan is valid for lifetime and based on which I went ahead and recharged my Tata photon. However, the same evening I got a message from Tata Docomo's system that the plan is valid only for that day. I called your customer care department again to complain against it and ask for a refund or increase the validity as promised by the representative, however, even after speaking to 2 supervisors (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Bhargav Joshi), all I was told was SORRY and they cannot refund my money or increase the validity. The complaint number is PSMR12115520. Mr. Bhargav Joshi committed to me that he will personally follow-up on the issue and make sure that I get a call back within 24 hours to resolve this issue, however, he never followed up on the same and I never received a call back. I then raised the issue to the Appellate of Tata Docomo (Mumbai) over email. Ms. Sowmya contacted me on 17th Oct 2014 and told me that the recharge was extended for another week and that is the best that they could offer. I wanted them to either extend the validity to life-time or refund the money back, however, Ms. Sowmya told me that it was not possible to do so. I requested her to put the same over email so that I can officially contest it, for which she agreed to but I never received the email. Today I get an SMS / Email from Tata Docomo that the issue has been resolved, which is completely incorrect and untrue. I was someone to raise this issue to higher authority at Tata Docomo and make them understand that they cannot take the customer for granted. Looking forward to a quick resolution. Thanks, Nitin M

                                    My tata docomo mibile no is [protected]. They diconnected my mobile service by simply sending one sms. I had sent some messages to my students as i teach english. I may have sent 59.60 messages they must have warned us. They cant discontinue my service without giving any chance. I want my service restored. I can assure that of future i will not send such messages as i was not aware of rules. [protected]

On calling customer care, Stupid fellow said Rs 99 has been deducted for some model service which even I don't know!!! How the hell they directly deduct my balance???? I want my refund right NOW!                                         My TataDocomo GSM Number [protected]. Just Few Min ago the service o[censored]nlimited of 49 is active and i dont even recived any kind of activeation message from the company they just active autometicaly.Its not over when ever im past times i have been recharge in my GSM number (as above) they always active some kind of service and cut my balance every time. Then when i want to call customer care at 121 they just said that their engineers are buzy to sovle and dont pick up our phone. i'm very much of tired with this every time.i want my all balance back.

                                        I just 121 and said my problem but they said that they didn't have the detail of tomorrow activation and said that they didn't helped me and added that their computer is not on that time so they cant give any help.
