Current Plan: 20 GB Unlimited (3rd Nov, 14 - 2nd Dec, 14)
As per both tatatele.in and the device home page, data consumed before 14th Nov, 4:40 pm was ~13 GB. Nonetheless, Tata-Docomo issued a speed cap.
I waited until 20th Nov, 10am for them to resolve this issue. And then I had to pay an extra 125+ (taxes) for 1 GB, as an ILLEGAL EXTORTION money, just to restore the basic services of my 20GB UL plan. Again, at 1pm on 23rd Nov, Tata-Docomo issued a speed cap before I could use this extra 1 GB.

Tata-Docomo is again demanding (125 - 400+ taxes) as an ILLEGAL EXTORTION money to restore the basic services of my 20 GB UL plan.
Evidence o[censored]sage reports have being collected throughout these days. I cannot support fraudsters and criminals like Tata-Docomo. I would like to unsubscribe to this service effective immediately, before I file a law suit.
Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am customer of TATA from last 8 years using CDMA connection.
I have started using tata GSM service in Pune area since June 2014,
i have made several calls for service issue but no one given me complaint number for Tata Docomos POOR Service.
Every day i am facing call drop issue during travelling within city area (within 18Km call drops 7 times).
Now i hold the bill for this reason they are giving me complaint number ( Not yet given) with resolution date of 25th /26th of this month.
The resolution which they are providing is not going to happen. As they are not going to provide good quality of service in City area itself then why they are providing service ?? Stop providing such poor quality of service.
They are not prioritizing customer, only charging bills from customer for such low grade service.
