Unauthorized Deduction of Balance

Internet Data Transferred to my account instead of Balance

It was clearly mentioned on docomo website that if i recharged my account with Rs 199 then Rs 210 should be credited to my account(Region Maharastra and goa) but instead of Rs210 recharge, 1GB Internet data credited to my account.I already had 1GB 3G data activated in my account and still 15-16 days left for the data to be consumed. TATA WALKY WRONGLY DISCONNECTED

slapped high postpaid internet charge

My balance is deducted again even after complaining and recovery.

I had lodged a complaint on the consumer forum on yesterday and the Docomo people had refunded my balance. But its ridiculous to see that they continue to snatch money again in the name of a the same pack called ENDLESS MUSIC even after crediting it back. Rs 75 has been again deducted now from my account without consent. I am fed up this service and shall have to take the matter seriously. They are taking customers for a ride....

3G speed issue
