I had at least 400mb left in my data balance. After surfing for less than 50mb, suddenly my balance becomes 0.00 I haven't used 400mb for sure. I called TATA DOCOMO Care Centre but they are not responding positively. This company is a big cheater.

    I am a BSNL customer from last 2 Years in pondicherry. From last 20 days I am getting frequent calls from tatadocomo, kandanchavadi, chennai, saying Mr. ramachandran you have to pay 1979.00. I said, well my name is Srinivas Kantipudi not ramachandran number been changed so proceed with address on the documents of customer don't call me back again. The executive replying it is not their job to listen to me but to convey the message. In a day, that too in peak hours of my work I am getting the calls and messages. The calls vary from 4 to 6 in number and messages around 10 and its really very annoying and frustrating. How to make them understand I am not the person to contact! I TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE VIA VOICE CHAT THE EXECUTIVE SUGGESTED ME TO FILE A POLICE COMPLAINT INSTEAD OF SOLVING IT! PROOFS SEE IN THE ATTACHMENTS!

      I am Ankit Rokade my no is [protected] I am using this TATA sim for last 6 year. My complaint is about unusually activation of the service like [endless music] from your company and after calling to customer care they say that this service is activate by you by the internet this firstly happened after that next day this thing again happened and this time customers care said that I had call to the toll free number, at that time my net was not on and my mobile is off my all friend has decide to take plan of airtel friends and airtel has promised that this thing will not happened through them and will give a very good plan in a very cheap rupee I don't thing that tata docomo will affect 10 or 12 people do portability It's humbled request to TATA DOCOMO don't do this thing to another people if this happened Okh thanx

        I was using broad band Internet connection of tata docomo and i have used it for quit long time. Then speed was very pathetic so decided to close it. I call their customer care for closing connection and he told me that pay 500 from the bill and my connection will be closed. So I had paid 500 from my credit card. After after 1 year I got a call from delhi that my bill was pending and I need to pay it ASAP. I told him have already paid but was not having any receipt with me so again I go ahead and paid the bill of 1140 /- Rs. I have receipt of this payment. Again after 2 years a letter come to my home saying that i need to appear in the court as i have not paid the bill. I called on the phone umber given on the letter and explain them the same but again they have not understood.More over In front of judge i ask them give me details of bill and tell me where exactly my bill 1140 /- RS and 500 RS - bill went but they didn't show me anything and again i have to pay the amount of 700 /- RS. This is really pathetic company I came across with and also people are really not co-operative like i am their slave.

          Today I got a message saying ModelVideoClub is activated at Rs99.0 for 30days.Bal:Rs76.44 at 13-Dec-14 23:12.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free). But I did not activated that service. Please do needful as soon as possible

When i called then to complain they said that deduction is because o[censored]sing internet but i told them that i have internet balace remain in my account that was about 23 mb 3g balance then they told me that they will refund my balance in 24 hour . I am tired of complaining again and again they didn't and they are not responding over my complaint.

          Dear Sir,
          I am using Tata docomo no. [protected] from the last 1 year.Today I recharge my no with a balance of Rs 251- but suddenly after recharege Rs 45- was been deducted due to activation of
          "friendship tips pack".I never subscribed to any service .Now I deactivated the service in deactivation portal.But please refund my balance as soon as possible.I shall be thankful to you.

[protected] for last 2 years.but today though i still having data balance but they deducted 162 rs. balance when i called customer care they told me that i dont have any data balance at that time but then i checked data it was still showing 5 mb data left .then i ask him to return the deducted amount but they denied it became humiliation for me to use such an pathetic service and customer care

            Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I am feeling very bad about writing this letter for the services which I took from Tata DOCOMO this incident started from the month of may 2014 were the post sim were issued to me for opening a office in Dewas (Madhya Pradesh) for which TATA DOCOMO field executive have charged Rs. 5000/- (For all numbers) as security deposit I was bound to pay it to take the services of TATA DOCOMO post paid number with unlimited calling with monthly rental charge of Rs. 899/- your dewas branch person issued me post sim with saying that no extra amount will be paid above the rental charges for a month as the days passed I did not earn profit from my business I closed it and within 20 days from the date of receipt of numbers had informed to Mr. Ankit jain who is a field executive at TATA DOCOMO in Dewas branch (Madhya Pradesh) that my business is not moving facing losses in business please stop my all post paid numbers he told to give a written letter I gave to him and didn’t take any copy of the written letter he told will submit in Dewas branch (Madhya Pradesh) then after few days I called him again that did you stop my all numbers he told I cannot stop it now will close the sim within 3 months and gave trust that nothing will happen and no charges will be given for sim number I forced him to stop the number he told I cannot stop the numbers now otherwise my salary will be on hold he gave the faith that nothing will happen to us and no calls will be received. Sir, I was having trust on TATA DOCOMO people that they will not do such type of fraud to me playing with my feelings or will tell any false statement, now situation is that some of the fellows from TATA DOCOMO daily gives call day and night and threatening me to pay the total amount for 3 months of Rs. 3000/- per cell number. I have told them I have used numbers by paying security deposit of Rs. 5000 and used for a month only then automatically TATA DOCOMO company stopped my number then why should I pay 3 months amount they are threatening me that you don’t have any other option you have to pay it and we know that how to take it from you they filled cases on me at Delhi court then daily calls from Indore, Bhopal, Delhi, Jabalpur why and what is the reason behind for this calls and threatening me every time to pay it I am so helpless that I don’t have any job now and no possibility to pay any money for not using numbers after a month, now the situation is that I facing calls from Delhi police with a threaten that we will lift you from your home also threatened Mr. Gautam Das that they will lift him also because case has come to our station from Advocate somebody Mr. Ravi Achharaya (Advocate) – [protected], policeman told to ask advocate that why advocate filled a case and gave to us, the fellow from delhi police station was Mr. Rajendra Singh Rathore – [protected] and the case filled no . 143 / 14 for playing fraud with TATA DOCOMO for not paying bill amount for every number each concerning Rs. 3000/- might you have used for one month only have to pay for 3 months this is rules of the company that your number was in running condition might the number is bared that calls cannot be made, why company playing with feeling of human being . In a short I could say that if this calls again come to me or any people calling from court or police station will take my last step to suicide I don’t have any other options left with me. Due to me other people who helped me to use this Sim on their identity card are now scolding me for the things happened because people from all over are calling me and other persons to who helped me for getting a Sim to run my business. If anybody find this letter can help me out by weaving off all amount because I think this is not a big amount to weave off compare to other people who don’t pay a bit of penny after using numbers but I am genuine person to tell all this things other would have told any other comment. People are abusing and using bad words giving calls and scolding me for not paying amount anybody please help me out to stop this calls I am frustrated by daily calls and not having any job. I beg from deep of my heart please stop calls or otherwise I have last option to suicide if I receive any further calls on my numbers and other peoples numbers and will write a letter on TATA DOCOMO company that due to this peoples and those numbers I was receiving daily calls, threatening and they made me to take this last option to suicide.               my tata docomo GSM number is [protected]. I recharged 1GB 3G on my number 21st Sep.14. i got 1GB data but still it is not connecting internet and it is not activated. I called up customer care for 2 times but they are not giving me proper response. very bad service from tata docomo.

                my photon max wi fi data card [protected] name nakul agrawal 1.complient no- test 12143206 2.test[protected] 3.m[protected] 4.m[protected] i mail to tata docomo more then 5 time call then more than 8 time from taken new connection of photon max on 23.09.2014 i paid amount of rs. 2350/; i cash and taken internet connection with wi fi facility as per shown on tv channel and tata docomo web site. from past few month. as per advertisement and as per you web site tata photon max wi fi provide following facility to there customers. get connected to Hyper speeds o[censored]p to 6.2Mbps with seamless roaming & auto switch over to Photon PLUS 3.1Mbps speeds in 350+ towns & auto switch over internet connectivity in 5000+ towns across the country. Connects up to 5 Wi-Fi gadgets simultaneously Works with any external USB power adapter Universal Wi-Fi compatibility; so plug-in your Photon Max Wifi & get ready to mingle with multiple Wi-Fi enabled gadgets simultaneously! Peak speeds may drop to 3.1 Mbps in areas where Tata Docomo does not offer Photon Max wi-fi services USB Power Adapter will need to be bought additionally and is not included with this purchase. all above are clearly mention on website. and all in advertise as well as in tata docomo offices in all over india.and i read all this and with you brand name i taken tata photon max wifi data card for my internet use. but i fell cheated from tata as per you commitment i didn't got all internet facility mention above . i got very low internet speed as i check on www. speedtest.net. i feel very much of cheated from tata on my personal laptop it is not working properly. how i connect 5 connection as per my plan. simply google.com web site open after 90 sec. i am not satisfied on 1 connection i got 0.25 mbps downloading speed and 0.29 uploading speed. kindly tell me how i trust on tata docomo for true and fear services to there customer. this is 420 as per law with me. below are speed test result on www.speedtest.net i want my money back or provide me proper speed of internet as per you commitments. otherwise i fail legal case against tatadocomo. http://www.speedtest.net/result/[protected].png http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/[protected] regards nakul agrawal [protected]

                how many time any customer mail you and wait for reply i alrady paid amount to you . you don't have any policy to repay back money to customer. because it is my new connection still 14 day over and my compliant register with you from first day of activation.

                  Team, I have requested & queried about Roaming plan on[protected]:32:39 PM & they taken my submission to change the plan, when i was in plan to go in roaming, However as soon as my planning become change that i am not going tout of city i called to customer care again to do continue with my old tariff that was Unlimited Internet Plan 350 /- they said that yet plan is not activated hence no need to bother it will not activate / change i had mention comments here. And They Given me surety that plan will not changed - ( if it is not the case than i would required to listen all the call recording post 15th Sept which i made @ customer care). Companies is cheating to customer that if customer is not in roaming than what the foolishness they do and change the plan are they really catering customer or providing service or just doing robbery. Technology is reaching to the mars and tata docomo intelligence becoming villagers when my VLR address not changed than what is the use of roaming pack within the home network, .

                    I am getting repeated Dive-in-now flash messages which won't go out and are comes one after another continuously which makes me frustrated. If we touch this messages by mistakenly it will charges as these flash messages comes suddenly while we operating our cell phones normally. I have also contacted customer care, they also do not known proper solution to stop flash messages.

I had been using Tata Docomo for the around 1 yr with 899rs unlimited plan and never defaulted on any payment.In the TATA DOCOMO website with the link: http://www.tatadocomo.com/collection-recovery-policy.aspxTheir core belief reads like - All dealings should be with utmost professionalism, honesty and integrity.I have been continuously harrassed by Tata Docomo collection agents in the most unprofessional language, they call as lawyers, Police inspectors, goons etc. They are calling me and my family members repeatedly and threatening Now my billing issue below:I had an unlimited calls/sms 899rs plan. I have taken 199rs 3G 30 days plan that will enable me to use 1GB of 3G data usage. Once I have crossed 1024 MB (My total Usage was 1074MB), I have called customer care to stop 3G services and switch me to 2G servicesSince I had an unlimited calls/sms 899rs plan, so my calling and sms cannot be charged. ISD calls are not activated on my number. About data charges I have just used 50MB of extra usage of 3G. My billing according to my usage.Rs 899 - Unlimited calls/sms local-STD planRs 199 - 1GB Download limit - 3G PlanRs 50 - 2GB Download unlimited - 2G PlanRs 540 - 54MB extra usage of 3G Plan (1078MB-1024MB free = 54 MB extra)Total = Rs 1, 688 plus taxes extra.I have paid Rs 2000 to tata docomo, but still they have generated a bill of Rs 13, 077 on my name for 3G charges. I have written around 10+ mails to [protected]@tatadocomo.com but they never gave me my bill split up or valid explanation for the same. Also, My credit limit was Rs 1200, ideally my number should have been suspended after my bill crosses 1200, otherwise there is no use of having a credit limit.

                        My number is [protected] and I am TATA Docomo customer and retaining with it since last 3 Years. In midnight 25-Sep 2014 at 1:28 AM I received SMS stating that Devotional Portal-Anmol is activated at Rs50 for 60 days. Dial 53737 to enjoy the service. To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free). Bal Rs.255.70 at 25-Sep-14 01:28AMREF ID is 16158074 However my number is registered in DND, and also I have not requested to activate any such service. This is a recurrent issue from TATA Docomo, and I have also complained earlier regarding this issue in past. Please solve the problem, and refund the amount deducted.                           Never seen such a service provider before even a month passed and no action taken and every time hear the same reply team is working on the same.

                          I'm hang up in such a situation that neither I can migrate to other service provider as I have to use your poor service for at least 3 months for number portability.

                          I have received the below mail regarding the bill generated for the month of October. Can you please explain why should I pay the bill for the services that you were not able to provide to your customer in spite of repeated complaints?


                          Also, if you want you can check the network signal of your company from 9:30 - 19:00 weekdays, you would be able to understand the zero network coverage.


                          As a result of which, to avoid loss of my business and personal relation I had to buy another sim card and forwarded all the incoming calls ( when unavailable due to poor network) to my new sim card.

                            My Tata Docomo Prepaid GSM No.is [protected] I received the following msg on my above no. Hi, DOUBLE VALIDITY-Enjoy All Local-STD Tata calls @20p/m & Other Local-STD calls @40p/m for 56 Days (& not 28 Days). Recharge with Rs32 or Dial *141*1031# After receiving the message i recharged my no. by dialing the specified code. The said amount of Rs.32 was deducted from my account and i also received the following confirmation message STV Recharge Successful .MRP Rs.32, Validity:28 days, Tata (Local&STD) calls @ 20p/min. Other networks (Local&STD) calls @ 40p/min Tranc ID:CMS40573380 But my call charges are being deducted at standard rates i.e 1.5p/sec still now. I have contacted customare care at 121 and they are saying that the rechage is not applicable for my no. I want to know that if recharge is not applicable then why u people have sent me that message and also why the said amount is deducted from my account and why also i have received the confirmation message. What rubbish is this, the so called customer care executives have also blocked my no. and i m not able to contact customare care any more...this kind of behviour is totally not tolerable.                               I had recharge my tata docomo number [protected] with RS 160 which was my offer of the month. I got this information by dailing 123 which was mentioned when anyone check the balance *111#. But as per tata docomo customer the offer is not given to me if I don't recharge with Docomo online website which they not mentioned at the IVRS 123. This lead to be a serious fraud vbecause operator is hiding the complete recharge process. It not mandatory for a consumer to for recharge he/she have to use the brand website nothing mentioned anywhere. Docomo customer care on complaining refuses to give the extra talktime reason is not mentioned. I recharged Rs 160 by using paytm.com Order No.[protected] Sep '14 8:28 am Tranc ID : [protected]. They are cheated me because they not mention in Ivrs 123 that consumer have to recharge by using the website to get the extra talk time. Provide me the Extra talktime and update your system which clearify the all procedure of recharge. Don't cheat consumer saying nonsence suggestion. Consumer are not bound to use your website.

                              I have never receive any call for your representative or if I missed it I got a Miss call Alert or A msg to get the callers number. So this is fake caused that you are unable to contact me. My number is 24 * 7 active of again don't cheat in the sense you have called me. Second thing Rs 15 is extra talktime which u have not gave me. So how can u say that as your records full benefits is given. In IVRS 123 it is clearly mentioning that on Rs 160 special recharge you will Rs 175 but on recharge I will get only Rs160. So how will You are claiming I am fully benefited. By this way your company is cheated number of customer Saying something and after recharge manager that you have opt for a wrong option for recharge. I want my money back please help me get it.

                                recently i purchased a new connection of tata docomo 3 G network...today[protected] my balance has been deducted without informing me..i called customer care service at 121. they attended my call and and said they have no inforfation regarding this deduction.then they said me to call them after 4 hours.After 4 hours they put their customer care numbers busy..this is not a right way to handle our problem.this is not only my problem may be of hundred ones..so i requested you to file my complaint.

                                  I've been using a Docomo connection for the last 7 months. And doing a 3G recharge every month. It is pathetic to say the least. First of all it rarely ever works. The phone shows a '3G' or 'H+' sign most of the time but in reality there is no connection. I can't send or get internet messages. I can't browse the web. I can't read my mail. Nothing. And I've used 3 phones during this period, so it is not an issue with my phone. They might as well have called it 2G, because even when there is a connection it doesn't have such great a speed as airtel or so. To top it all, the consumer complaint section in their website always shows errors so you can't even post your complaint there. Planning to change back to airtel very soon.

                                    I Dr. Deepika Srivastava, Assistant Professor, Central University of Jharkhand would like to express my ire and exasperation over the inability of your officers to obliterate my problem. All the complaints made till now have fallen on deaf ears. In the recent few times, since the month of January when I bought your sim card from Ranchi (Jharkhand), my no is [protected], there have been frequent incidents when my number was deactivated without any prior information. This time my no is deactivating from 26/05/2014 to till date. On asking your customer care, they told me that they found me suspicious of indulgence in a commercial use because I made calls for few seconds. I want to make it clear that I was not informed of any such condition while buying your sim card. Moreover, they increase the agony by their pathetic jobs at customer care centre. They ignore my calls which leave no doubt in their true nature of work. As your customer care officers said that I have to pay the bill for that period also when my number is deactivate.They continuously mail me for demanding of payment. I hope this complain of mine will raise you from your deep slumber and I am agog with your affirmative response lest I should take legal action against you.this is a mental harassment and it should not be done.

                                      Tata photon has taken long time to connect. If photon has connect to tower photon has response slow working. During connecting & working time photon has been suddenly dead. Some times photon connect to tower then signal is displayed & automatic reconnected.

                                        I selected [protected] as my mobile number and gave the documents and the CAF No. is[protected]. And after almost a week I received a message that my mobile number is [protected] and I need to give a call to 59059 for activation which I have not done yet as this number is not acceptable to me. I have paid Rs. 350 for this connection. If they are notr able to give me the connection they are not even ready to repay me my Rs. 350. My first complaint gave me a docket number[protected] and told me that the problem will be solved by 17th Sept. And again i spoke to the customer and I received another Complaint Docket No.[protected]~~M20229901and said that the problem will be resolved by 23rd Sept, but till now it is not resolved.
