I'm a prepaid user. My mobile number is [protected]. I had activated my 2G pack by a special recharge of Rs 56 on 27th September 2014 which is valid for 10 days & to expire on the midnight of 7th October 2014. When I checked my data usage, there was a data balance remaining of approx 80MB of the total 350MB available. Also the main account balance on 7th October 2014 in the morning at around 8.30 AM was approx Rs 130. Then I installed SBI online mobile app on my android Samsung phone by logging into the SBI website. All of a sudden, I got a message saying around 60127 KB has been consumed and the main balance was reduced to Rs. 0 / NIL balance. When I enquired with the customer care, they said these are chargeable websites. So any GPRS / Internet usage of data by accessing such sites would be deducted from the main balance. My complaint is as follows: 1) No warning has been given before logging into such chargeable websites. 2) Neither have the list of chargeable websites been mentioned on the tatadocomo website. 3) Both Data balance and main account balance have been reduced to nil. Now a telecom company cannot charge twice for the data usage. 4) As prepaid users, we are unable to keep a log of data usage & the websites accessed even though we have a registered / Login Account on tatadocomo website. 5) After my main balance was reduced to nil, I topped up my mobile number for another Rs 150. Then when I tap the mobile data on & login to a social website & logout, I got a message showing my balance to be Rs 119.55 whereas when I dial *111# & check my balance, it displays Rs 149.55. Now there is something wrong with the USSD codes displayed. I request the concerned authorities to take immediate action and refund the amount for which I'm validly entitled to.       Hi, This is in regard to the incorrect recharge made on my number [protected]. I have made a call to the tata docomo customer care on 30/09/2014 around 7:43 am and ask him to make a special recharge from my mobile main balance of Rs.24 to lower down the call rate for docomo network.He misinterpret the amount and made a recharge of Rs.247. I have been requesting them from that particular day to revert the recharge charges Rs 247 back into my account as early as possible.Still not action has been taken place. I have been suffering since a week for the mistake their customer care officer has made and daily they are committing that the complaint gets resolved in (48 hrs, 72 hrs) now it has taken almost a week now and still they are not responding.Highly disappointed with their service and in future I would not suggest anyone to subscribe for tata docomo. SONAL OF [protected]@TATDOCOMO.COM, CONFIRMED THAT OUR PHOTON NO. [protected] WILL BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED BY 7TH OCTOBER. BUT INSTEAD OF CLOSING OUR NUMBER, THEY HAVE UPGRADED IT TO PHOTON MAX WIFI, WITH THE INTENTION OF CHEATING US. WE TOLD THEM WE WILL NOT PAY ANY BILLS FOR THIS CLOSED ACCOUNT.           I had made a request on 30th September 2014 Vide SR[protected] To permanently Close my Photon Whiz No.[protected]. They called me and confirmed that my account will be closed permanently. But instead of closing my account they have UPGRADED it to Photon Max Wifi, deliberately with the intention of cheating me.

            hi I am Vaibhav Bhadane, I moved to USA in May 30 2014. I was using Photon plus wireless device and while moving to USA I requested to close the connection also I paid all my outstanding amount. But still company is generating bill on every month, I talked and chat(online chat) with customer care executive many time they promised me that they we'll close the connection after 10-15 days on every complaint but still connection is active and generating bill.               Dear I have activated the smart life plan RS 499 around 7th Aug.(Valid for 2 months with 2GB 3G data) But on 3rd Oct while using my net I got the message that my balance has been deducted .I was shocked and check my balance which reduced to 180 and 14Mb was left in Internet pack valid till 5th Oct. On calling your customer care they were not able to resolve my query and instead told that system in under up gradation . On calling again yesterday they refused to answer my query and told balance cannot be credited back. This was the most abrupt act ever seen from a customer care.After that i tried to call again but they have done some thing in the system and i always got the busy answer. kindly resolve the same as it is not expected from a group linked to TATA.

                I Pradeep Patil having connection of TATA DOCOMO with no [protected], Always i am getting calls from some different number for last 2-3 month. No are (for ex:- +[protected], +[protected], +[protected] etc ) and many more i called for TATA DOCOMO call centre but deny in helping this no is used by my wife and the callers of this no are almost male if they found some women is talking and they talks so vulgar that she cuts the call but they go on calling from various number. So please help me out from this i am really very fed up of this and i am also going to complaint in police station.

                  it is very slow .2g data speed 3-6kb/s. even at morning,

                  In this regards, we would like to inform you that for 3G slow speed you need to delete cookies, cache memory, temporary files and browsing history from your mobile handset and to get the better speed of the internet.

                  Further, reset your handset and select the network operator manually as UMTS / WCDMA / DUAL mode by going to the network settings option. However, If you still face the same problem I request you to kindly revert us with the for further proceedings.

                  You also have an option for setting the GPRS settings from your handset. You just have to type INTERNET and send to 52270.

                    Dear Sir I have recharged my Tata DoCoMo number [protected] To free on net local calls but after recharge money deducted from my account so i contacted customer care but a service representative didn't respond me so i called again after few days for the same reason at that time a service representative make me fool and tol me our as per our company rules you must have to select a Tata Docomo or a Aircel network instead of Videocon is you set your network automatic than you will be charged 1.8 p for on net calls!!! Still i don't take any action on company and again i used Tata Docomo number for free on net calls but this time i have set my network manually to Tata Docomo as per instructed by service representative but i still chaged for making a on net call after using this 92 plan i have losted my 200 or above money by company fraud so please sir do needful to help me My contact no is [protected] Alternative number is [protected]

                      For last 2 weeks there is a continuous problem of network unavailability in the Marathahalli region, Bangalore. I am unable to make or receive calls and neither 2g nor 3g Internet is available. If I try to make calls, its saying "CALL DROPPED" and if others are trying to contact me they get a reply "Phone Switched OFF". The customer care services either don't understand the problem when described, or give lame excuses about some mobile settings. Even following their advice is of no use, since the problem does not away, as the issue with network signal not with the phone. I have posted this complaint in the hope that at least you will take notice and rectify the problem. Suvro +[protected]

                          This is Venkateswarlu P. I have taken the tata docomo 3g datacard connection on Aug 11th. Since from day one it was activated, having issues with datacard speed, its speed not more than 1kbps at any time in the day. I'm contacting the customer care every day but no proper resolution provided.They are closing tickets without having any discussions. As per the plan, Paid already Rs:2250 as 3 months advance. They said, Speed will be 7.6 Mbps, 7 GB+ unlimited 2 G per a month. With speed of 1kbps, is it possible to get 7 GB per a month. Below are my concerns 1. Why are they selling these type of products to cheat customer with false promises ? 2. Gone through lot of emotions while talking to customer care. Who will compensate it ? 3. Spent lot of time to talk to customer care. How could I get it back ? Also, I was cheated by your people, bought a 3g datacard, which is not even worth of 1g datacard or even lesser than that. They promised, I will get 7.6 mbps, 7 GB. Is it possible to use 7GB with a speed of 1 kbps? Why are you guys selling these kind of products to customers?                             This is Venkateswarlu P. I have taken the tata docomo 3g datacard connection on Aug 11th. Since from day one it was activated, having issues with datacard speed, its speed not more than 1kbps at any time in the day. Until now, I am contacting the customer care every day. But, there is no proper response from them. They are closing tickets, but without resolving issues and without having any discussions. As part of the plan, I have paid the amount also in advanace for 3 months. ie 2250. The plan details are 7 GB+unlimited per month, 7.6 mbps speed, usage is free for first three months. Looking at the speed issues, Wondering the possibility o[censored]sing the 7GB in a month with speed of 1kbps or 2kbps. Wthru loghile talking to customer care support, got to know, 3g network has many speed issues than 2g. 2g network is faster than 3g network. Now, my concerns are below. 1. How can they sell products like this if there are network issues ? 2. Gone through lot of emotions during conversations/mails because of these issues everyday. who will compensate that ? 3. Also, waster lot of time spending to discuss on these issues. How could I get it back ? Also, I was cheated by tatadocomo people, bought a 3g datacard, which I can rate as 1g datacard speed or even lesser than that. They promised, I will get 7.6 mbps, 7 GB. Is it possible to use 7GB with a speed of 1 kbps? Why are they selling these kind of products to customers? I have phamphlets with those plan details also.                                 This is Shalini here from Surat(Gujarat) first of all very sorry to say that am not satisfied by the service provided for the new connection of landline provided to me by the UDHANA DARWAJA BRANCH, SURAT(GUJARAT), Never thought of such type of experience renowned photon company. After being charged Rs.1875, I dint got a landline box a proper one..Immediately within a week my landline got stopped as the box was dead without any harm done from our side to it..At the very moment I took it to Udhana Darwaja Branch Surat..There I got no good reply..There they said that they would let me know AND COLLECTED MY ORIGINAL BILL COPY..after 20 days I again went to them and I got a typical Sarkari(Government)type answer that they dont know when i would be getting my landline back-UNEXPECTED answer it was from such a branded photon company..every day i used to call that person, his name is DINESH, contact no.[protected], and [censored]IJ(THE BRANCH MANAGER), contact no.[protected]..but no proper answer.. its being two months now, and now he promised me to give by 2nd october, though i asked him that its a public holiday so will ur store be open?he answered yes n so did my staff has spended money to go to those people and went 20kms run just to get the money as they told me to collect money on 2nd october 2014.but there is noone. I HOPE THAT THERE IS SOMEONE TO LISTEN MY VOICE. AWAITING FOR YOUR REPLY..

                                    I did my Tata Photon(+) Recharge of Rs: 800/- which promise 4GB Data on High Speed and Unlimited Service thereon on lower speed for the rest of the remaining days, as on the 15th September, 2014. But right from the very first day the speed given to me was 0.07 bits which was very very low. I complained about the same, the number being 12141277 and they took 8 days to solve the problem and then after working for next 5 days the problem started again and till now its not been solved.I again made a complain, the number being 12145178 but to no avail, but this time its more horrible as there is no network showing at all. Whenever I called their Customer Service, which itself is a horrifying experience, I get a reply that the technical team will call me up within next four hours, but this hour never comes. I have been into this mess for the last 15 days and no solution has been provided till date. I requested them to transfer my data onto my another Tata Photon+ dongle but they don't want to do that too. They don't want to refund money, neither they won't to help. Thus the morale of the story says "pay the money, and don't expect any service". Very Very Un-Ethical on the part of Tata Docomo team. PLEASE HELP.

                                    The Customer Service Department called me up two days back and asked me to take the dongle to the nearest Tata Docomo Store to get it checked. I went to the Sheshadripuram Store (Bangalore) to get it checked, but the person out there told me that it got to be replaced, but they can't do it and it needs to be taken to the I-care centre.I went to the Richmond Circle Centre and there they asked me to take it to Koramangala Centre. I am just being harrassed and made to run from corner to post in a new city. I would request you all to please deliver the new Dongle at my place and solve the issue once for and all. I am in Bangalore for the next two months and currently I am with no internet connection and a dongle thats not working. Call me up and I will be giving you my Bangalore address where the dongle needs to be send, if you all really care to solve this issue.Really sad and bad on your part that a customer is been subjected to this hell of a treatment, just because he trusted you all.
                                    I was called yesterday by the Tata Photon Plus Team to inform that my Photon Plus is now resorted to its highest speed and the recharge has been confirmed. Now I can start using my dongle. Well my question is :
                                    1) Why it took 1month 08 days for my thing to get sorted, after making a full payment.
                                    2) Why I was told that my dongle is of no use now and it need to be replaced.
                                    3) Why I was jugled from one iCare Center to another with no solution to hand.
                                    4) Why the iCare Center people told me that the dongle need to be replaced.
                                    5) What about my wasted money and time, plus all the harrassment faced.
                                    6) What about my loss of work and the tremondous pain I went thru because of Tata Docomo un-feasiblity to solve the issue.

                                    To sum up all, from now on Tata Dococmo/Photon Plus is a dead entity for me as it is the worst and the most un-ethical lot of service providers who themselves don't know "where the problem lies". Rest in Peace.

                                      Tata Photon Number: [protected] I called the number on the website to order my Tata photon wifi max dongle. The same day, Sept 22nd 2014, an agent called Ved Prakash came with the device. He came from the Rajouri Garden, New Delhi branch (Z-11, Rajouri Garden). - NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE He initially asked for 2000 rupees, but when I said that please make the billing under my wife's name, he said, ok, but you will have to pay me 200 rupees extra so that I can make an affadavit in your wifes name (for address proof purposes). So I paid 2200 rupees and RECEIVED NO PAYMENT RECEIPT. He wanted me to scan my wifes passport and picture and send an email to another corrupt agent, Sunil Bhatia ([protected]@gmail.com) - RAJOURI GARDEN BRANCH. I did that in like 10 minutes. I then patiently wait... The next day, I call Sunil Bhatia (mob: [protected]) to see how long it would take for activation. He said, Ved Prakash is on his way from the court with the affadavit, so the device will be activated in about 2 hours. (this was the 23rd of Sept). Nothing happened...in the evening, he refused to answer my calls. Next day, I again tried to reach him, but no answer !! My frustration and anger kept building higher and higher, not knowing what to do. I wrote to the nodal officer for Delhi. Complaint number:[protected] I got a call from Manoj Kumar Bashaboina and an email with the complaint reference number. He assured me that he will fix this asap and will call me back. - HE DID NOTHING !! After a few days when I finally got hold of the agent, Sunil Bhatia, I was so angry that I said that I am going to the police to lodge a complaint. He abused me in hindi and said, 'you cant do anything'. Sunil Bhatia is just a delivery boy, even such level of staff at Tata Docomo have the gutts to be abusive. It has been 9 days, and everyday I call customer care (who say that some verification is pending, they have memorised a sentence and all the dumbest girls have been hired at Tata). When I call the Rajouri Garden Office, I speak with Sneha (mob: [protected]) - she is sweet and kind, but like a monkey, she can only say what her boss tells her to. The boss of this HORRIBLE RAJOURI GARDEN BRANCH is Sandeep Gupta (mob:[protected], he is the biggest that they have at TATA docomo. He will make up stories and give all kinds of excuses, but will never admit how incompetent he is. Now no one answers my calls, and customer care as usual don't have the IQ to use their brain. I have written back to Manoj Kumar Bashaboina (the complaint handler) FOUR TIMES !! He has not replied to any of my emails... As a customer, what can I do ?? Is there a news channel that I can write to ?? or a court... I am really confused and so upset with this company. The larger they get the more arrogant they become. They don't care !! But i want to do something so that they understand that they cannot bully their customers.

Please consider this on high priority. I had requested for a closure of services for the below accounts / customer details on 08/05. Till today, I am getting bills, I paid for August month as well as a kind gesture. Inspite of repeated calls to Customer care, none of the accounts have been closed. Please reimburse amount as mentioned, and stop sending me any bills further to the acct details mentioned : 1. Acct No.[protected] Tata Docomo Dongle. Closure requested - 05th Aug. Bill paid for August as well, refund amount is 506 INR. 2. Acct No.[protected] Tata Docomo Internet. Closure requested - 05th Aug. Bill paid for August as well, refund amount is 499 INR. Just to notify, Sep bills have also arrived, but henceforth, I shall not pay any bills. Request you to kindly close this loop, with a refund as soon as possible. I never expected such a pathetic service from Tata. Please refund to my IDBI Account : [protected]. I shall appreciate email communication on this matter.
