Respected sir, I recharged my tata docomo mobile no. [protected] at11:38PM on 17 Feb14 with Rs.247 data pack which gives 3GB of data for 2 months as per shown on your official website .But after succesfull recharge I have got only 1.56 GB data and talktime of Rs.75 . I don't need any talktime as I use my this number only for data purpose. Please provide me full 3GB data as per shown on your website and retain back the talktime provided to me. I have made complaint to customer care 3 times but still real benifit is not provided to me . Please solve my problem otherwise I would have to take some legal action against your company for this kind of neglegence.

    Sir, I had done a recharge on my tata docomo estick around 10 days back. It was an online recharge and I filled all my details carefully. But my estick was not recharged and instead the server took me to some other page and recharged some other mobile no. The most disappointing thing is that when I mailed regarding the same to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. They didn't give me a single reply!!! I just got an automatic mail promising that they will get back to me in 48 hours but they didn't. I again sent a reminder after 4 days but still no response from their end. I would request you to get my issued resolved as Tata shouldn't think that they can take their customers for granted because of their brand name. My Transaction ID MSPD[protected]

    When your customer care does not reply even after a month, how can you expect the customer to revert to you as per your convenience?

    As I have already shared with you my transaction ID, kindly take some pains to track down my details as this is your work and asking for my details on public forum should not be done.

    However, my Estick no. Is [protected]. This should suffice.

    Please get my issue resolved at the earliest and not stretch this more.

      Dear Sir / Madam My daughter has been receiving unwanted calls from apparently same voice( sounds more Indian) from different international numbers and today . In total my daughter has received 20 calls since morning 9 am. Around 4.45 PM I took the call and asked the person to identify himself which he refused and disconnected once I said that it it being monitered by cyber crime dept.         I didn’t got any warning from tata docomo when I crossed my limit. Now they are charging me more than the limit. I am trying to contact with them from yesterday’s morning from customer care 121 followed by pressing 9. It says invalid option. They have sent me limit crossed warning after the generation of bill The bill also have some savan download which I havn’t done it at all. It also says I have done some 2G download if I am having 3G option enabled then how tata docomo switched to 2G. They have charged m on 2G value without any concession. Contact no [protected]

I reported on this issue to customer care they reported that they cant provide me those details.I didn't get back my mobile balance.

              Name :- sakthivel dongle no:[protected] I had complaint the tatadocomo customer care for bad signal for many times.company send the local service engineer he told "your signal very poor u must install antenna" Again I call customer service " There no way to provide antenna" Then I told him please disconnect my number. but company was no response my request.I was not use my dongle. After 2 months company send payment sms me.Till date continuously Remainder sms came. I pay the bill that was no issue but company was not response my complaint about bad signal past 2 months.Then how can I pay my bill. Tata is wonderful man This mush bad service was failure his name.Please do Necessary steps for my complaint. I was mentally upset his torches. . .

                I am frequent user of Tata Docomo 499 ( 2 GB Data + 450 talktime) recharge.To my surprise, tata Docomo do not inform their consumers about the expiry of the data pack via SMS, or the balance data remaining in their account when it reaches to the lower limit. I believe as per the regulatory guidelines if there is any change in the plan whether it is data or call/SMS, customer should be notified . In my case post data bundle usage, they charged me 10p/10KB which was never alerted to me . Most of the time when I Query the server for the remaining data balance in my account it failed. And within a day they charged me more than 100 bucks.

Recently i have received a legal notice full of nasty language asking for Rs. 555 due which was already paid. It seems the confusion was created after merger og two accounts. Tata docomo should check their records for reconciliation

It is disturbing my work as well as draining out the battery. i hope you won't give your traditional answer to activate DND, because i don't think pop ups are bound on internet services Kindly stop these popup messages.                         I have purchased TATA Photon dongle for internet services.Before i purchased i already did the verification regarding the network and speed, Your executive told me that i will get 3.1 Mbps speed.After i purchased i came to know that i m not getting even some Kbps speed.When i raise complain about this to your customer care they registered complain and told me that their Technical department will contact me and they contacted me and i explained they the all situation, but they told me that they are facing network issue from last 3 months, technical person frequently repeating that they are facing this issue from last 3 months.Is it true that any company can face this kind of issue from last 3 months?and they are working on it?without giving me the proper solution they send me message that my problem is resolved without doing nothing.is this your way to treat customer?i am really very disappointed from this behavior of yours.This is my request number:[protected].How you guys can do such stupid thing?Your guys gave me false promise to make me purchase the device.And again i called to your customer care and finally they told me that the area in which i am living it is highly utilized and the problem will be as it is.So if you guys knows this thing before then why don't you informed me before i purchased?Resolve this issue as soon as possible or i have to take legal action.


                        After raising the complain that guys even not answering, they are really very pathetic, they can't play like this with my money.i will take them to Court.

                            sir i'm a tata docomo costumer and my no. is [protected] 20/02/2014 date has deduct my balance on 180Rs on 7:45 pm i'm complaint to costumer care his told me you have use to 19158kb browser on mobile and give the toll free no. 121 and told check the usage data details by send MSG i'm send the MSG and company has return the result " dear costumer you have no data usage till date" but company have no refund my mobile balance and all proof are store my mobile like company MSG.

                              Hi All, I’m working in MNC Company as SSE. Before my office on 10th Jan Tatadocomo they had a stall. I brought Tata DoCoMo Wifi Max on same day, The service is activated on 14th it seems, none of the people called me and informed about that, After two days I tried to reach toll free number, they told you are already activated and later on when i tested the speed test i found my connection speed inside home is 256Kbps, But the service which they gave me commitment is 256Kbps to max 5.1 Mbps but till now it not reached above 256kps inside my home. Later on a technician came to my home and checked, he told me to access the Internet outside my home where in i get approx 800Kbps to 1Mbps.Then i asked him whether i need to access Internet from Road. Then he tested using Tatawalky talk and found there signal strength is too low in our area. Then i asked wats next? Whether i can surrender the device, the technician told me network team need to work on this, Until next week i didn't received any call from them, i again call customer care and asked the same, one technician attended the call and his tone was rude, I asked him is this way you provide service. He told you only get 256Kbps not more than that. Then i asked him to transfer the call to Cancellation department. There a lady took the call, i told my issue and then later on she told it will take 48 hours to deactivate the service, and then i asked what about the device. She told no! we will not accept your device. Then i asked without your device can you able to provide me service. Then she says no. then I ask why if you’re not able provides me a service in my area you sold it. No answer of that. Later on I disconnected the call because of same repeat message from the lady. Two days later a lady from the Billing department called and asked me can I explain you’re billing details and Plan details? I asked her what my plan she told about the plan. I told please escalate to your management whenever a connection is provide to user ask them to verify their service status. Without using there service they cost me 2000 for device and Rs 675 for first month bill. I would like to register this case o[censored]nsatisfied service in consume complaints

How did you not identify that this location is high utilization area and no network is avaliable while issuing the connection...

                                Hi everyone who ever is visiting this link please kindly bear in mind that Never go for Tata docomo products. I have been cheated by Tata Docomo I have purchased this so called maxwifi dongle form Tata docmo center. by paying 19999/- on 7/02/2014. The very next day i applied for cancellation. I spoke to their customer care executuve the customer care (Raghav) executives are so low level that they dont know what is IP address and what is the function of it. As I was adamant in speaking to one of their higher authorities he connected me to one Mr. Jasvindher who spoke in a very stylish manner about the cost of the device (I now the cost of the device as i purchased) he adviced me to transfer to any of my friends or third party person. For your kind information am not here to sell your products kindly remember that. After a long disconnection he raised for disconnection of the so called "Maxwifi" and said it will be disconnected in a week. Tata Docomo is so poor in fiinancial status that it send me the bill for the 7 days 345/- even though i did not used. If Tata docomo is so fianancial poor am ready to contribute a monthly token amount. But i advice them not to cheat the customers like this. Because of the innocent customers you are surviving.                                   Hi, My self Naveen, I m using Tata Domoco Post Paid bill from the last 1 year, I Usually get the Bill around 1, 246/- Every Month. But in this Month I received a message after 23rd stating that My amount was 12, 000 (Approximately) which i need to pay the amount and they have blocked my Outgoing Calls. they are mentioning that i used exceeded my Package which I need to pay the amount . I have exceed my Limit also. Few Concern i raised them but they didnt give explanation giving improper answers. 1. If my plan is getting over there should be pop up or instant message that my plan is changing . But no response from their side. 2. If i m reaching my limit there should be instant message or alert message but I didn't received it. 3. My plan changed they need to send alert Mesage stating that my plan is changing but no response. 4. if my am I crossing I need to receive alert message that my outgoing call but no response from their side. Simply they send mesage that i have exceed my usage i need to 11, 500 and they have disconnected my out going mobile. when I spoke with one of the customer care representative (Bhanu) stating that I have to pay whole amount giving improper response sir. Could you please help regarding of this.

                                  We tried to speak to you personally over the call, to understand your concerns regarding billing and barring of your number. However, we are unable to contact you, since your calls were not answered.

                                  We would like to inform you that your number is under out going barring due to usage monitoring. We request you to make an interim payment of Rs. 11162/- to activate your line.

                                  Please be informed that as per or company norms Rs. 899 monthly rental has been revised to Rs. 999/- plan (i.e.¿ rental is enhanced by Rs. 100/-).

                                    the consultants of Tata docomo - 90degrees in Kondhwa, Pune gave offer of post paid card, took 350 Rs from me saying that 350 plan is for you. But they actually activated 250 plan and when verification perosn came, he closed outgoing because there was a mismatch of plan . Tried complaining from 3 days, Tata docomo denied taking complaints said that go to them who have taken your payment and documents.

                                        I have informed the complaint about tower or cell site that was removed without any intimation. This tower was properly functioning since 4 years in Kondhwa. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and no coverage to people using Tata Docomo in Kondhwa. The complaint was sent by calls, emails and even through chat to their customer care. The complaint was sent on September 10, 2013 and this has not be solved till date. Tata Docomo have been shutting down 3G cell sites as well in many areas of Pune and then misleading people about the 3G services and selling new connections. New customers are unaware about the 40 minutes disconnect policy of Tata Docomo. The customer care executives say its the policy of the company, but Customer Care who reply through email give a big story like this... products, especially data/internet usage products are dependent on various factors for accessibility and continuity. Some of these factors being in our control and others beyond. Some factors which are beyond our control, but which hugely and adversely impact data usage are 1. Objects / buildings between you and the network, can impact on the signal strength and therefore affect connection speeds/ continuity. 2. At peak times when many people are using the network, connection speeds, and quality suffers. 3. Also as with any network based on radio technology, handset quality or local conditions may prevent or interfere with network reception within coverage areas. Tata Docomo have not been catering to TRAI regulations and guidelines and havent rolled out any new towers in Pune city in the past 1 year and in rural villages as well.
