I have full network signal on my Mobile at times minimum 4 signal bars, but people trying to connect me receive "Mobile is switched off/not reachable" despite the fact my mobile is perfectly switched on with full signal and adding to this my calls are dropping in the middle of the conversation. At times i am getting "Call Failed" and my conversation is disconnected abruptly.
This problem is not continuous, it happens randomly. Once the above problem happens for what so ever reasons the services are not restored on my mobile till the time I restart my Mobile
It is so frustrating to learn about this problem only when i get calls on my alternate number. i have no clue about this unless and until i was informed my callers and i had to restart my Mobile to receive the services (incoming/outgoing).
