hi,
i Have Tata docomo gsm prepaid from 6 month with mobile number [protected] .
I Have a complain with internet connectivity of docomo , it is not going to be connected with simply but it take more then 10 time attemp to connect , it waste my time . I complained to customer care but they never given response accordin to this problem yet . . They are cheating by saying that our service is in update procedure or your mobile Have a problem .
Please give proper solution to this bug otherwise i Have to go for change service provider

Prepaid — service is very poor

I have taken a prepaid connection from one of the airtel dealer on 07th SEPT . I had submitted all the documents for id proof and address proof and the line was activated after three week Suddenly on 30th out going calls were disconnected. On inquiring with customer service at T-Dasarallii was asked to resubmit the documents again which was done on 6th oct at Prem telecom T- Dasaralli bangalore. I am fed up following with airtel customer support. Please take nessacery action.

Impact Retail — Poor Customer Service

On 06 dec09 i got a message from you that recharge for rs 100 & get full talktime for your given value.
Ii did that but still the full value is not credited in my account.Yesterday i called up your customer care number , and was asking about my money , he told that wait i just get your details & he kept me on hold for 7 minutes and finally hanged up my call.
It was just a matter of 15-20 rupees but the service which i m getting from you is very bad.

Tata DoCoMo Prepaid Service — account balance

I am very much rigid about the service provided by tata docomo prepaid service.it has been automaticlly deduct 30 rupees from my main account for jokes alert from[protected].till today I have called the customer care 8 to 10 times but they have not solved my problem.I think they are only playing with me instead of solving my problem

    Dear sir/ madam,
    am seriously worried how this private networking's will be? almost 2 years back i have taken this Docomo prepaid sim from Hyderabad - Himayatnagar branch and i submitted all my details and documents, after 2 months they have disconnected and asked me to submit all the documents again by coming to same branch (as i was in other place which i could not go to that particular place), as that number i have given to all my universities in a process of application for abroad education, because of there act i missed university admission.
    and now i have i-phone 5 for which i need a nano SIM i went to a Docomo office in Seshadripuram in Bangalore an employer named Jyothi in Docomo office said me about the offers even after previous experience (i took a wrong step), she said that prepaid nano SIMs at present she don't have but she will be getting with in 10 days almost daily i called her for about 1 month finally she said that in Richmond road in Bangalore you will be getting for sure then all along i traveled for 2 hrs exploring the address, after i reaching there i came to know that there is no prepaid nano SIM available in Bangalore at all.
    i have waited for 1 month around the office and finally ended up in with there wrong information, that employer Jyothi is so irresponsible which she not even pick the office land line even at working hours and she will be busy with her private calls all the time and make the customers to wait. if they are not efficient to organize why they open the stores with interesting offers and trouble the people it would be better if they just close there offices. giving franchise just for money and business and causing problems. I have heard same problems with Docomo from my friends and colleagues. is there any way to make them understand the trouble they are giving to costumers???????

      There are unwanted calls from this number and they use abusive language. The girl on the phone offers to give personal service at personal place and two to three guys call up continuously using abusive language and threaten. they say they are from tata docomo and neither TRAI nor any legal case be filed against them. They are using two numbers to disturb.

      Immediate legal action be taken against them at the earliest by Bangalore Police.

      I am having a BSNL Cell One Mobile [protected]. On 22 nd by 2.15 pm I received a threatening call from[protected] sating that they are receiving calls from my mobile number that too missed calls. I said that I am not calling that number and I have no necessity to play such things since I am aged 70 Yrs. they shouted and abused me more in Madras Tamils. l When I sent a complaint to SDO, Tambaram they refused to receive that complaint stating that mobile number is not their service. I am in confused stage.

        I am Using Tata Docomo 3G USB Data card it is not working from the month of May 2013 and before that i replaced the SIM thrice bit still often i face problem with Tata Docomo 3G datacard, when i

        registered a complaint the customer care said the bill is not been paid,
        but we are not getting the bill from Tata Docomo and once we paid all the due they are asking us to resubmit the documents to reactivate the existing number,
        and its been a month now after submitting the documents its not working, but now they tell us there is a problem with the SIM card which needs to be replaced and again nothing is getting done till

        today, am fedup with service of the Tata Docomo and i no longer want to use this service..

        1. I need tata Docomo to wave off one months bill which i was not able to use.
        2. I need my money for the USB data card i paid for.
        3. Tata Docomo need to compensate me for the mental pressure and for many times i visited the Docomo Service care.

        Tata Docomo 3G Data Card — data card is not working

        i purchased the tata docomo 3g stick one nd half month back.but after one month it got connectivity problem.so i filled a complaint. but nw they r saying tht ur house is out of our range so it will not work there...nobody is listening to our complaint and now harrassing us.

        TATA Docomo Data Card — Billing related issue

        i had brought a TATA photon device in the month of Nov-2011. right from the start i had encountered problems in connectivity. i lodged a official complaint regarding this issue, TATA telecom services then sent a network engineer to check the credibility of the complaint and found out to be true.
        he told that the connectivity issue will take atleast 6 months to resolve. i called the TATA telecom guys to disconnect my connection and ask for refund of photon device. but instead of refunding they started charging me with bills.
        i might have sent 20 to 30 mails asking them for an explanation, they use to tell me that the issue will get resolved and that these bills will not be sent further but they kept on sending these bills even after repeated complaints.
        now they have sent a legal notice from a high court advocate telling me to pay my bills.

        Tata Docomo — 3G DATA NOT RECEIVED

        Dear Sir,

        I have recharge my docomo number [protected] with DOCOMO new SMART Life Rs. 246/- plan. If after this Rs.4 recharge is done i should be able to get 1 GB , 3G data free. but I have not received my data . I have recharged on 20th June 2012.
        I have raised the complaint . My complaint number is PSMR12003008. i was told that resolution time is till 3rd Jully.
        It means in 30 days of free duration I will be loosing my 13 days .

        So i request you to give me my 1 gb free data immediately and also with 30 days validity.

          Since 2 June, I'm unable to make any calls from my Tata Docomo postpaid connection [protected]. I just hear a recording saying outgoing calls are temporarily barred and that the customer care should be contacted. If I dial the customer care number 121, it still says the outgoing calls are barred and that the customer care should be contacted. I had sent an email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com on 2 June, 2013. In response the customer care has only been updating new resolution dates inspite of my repeated emails. I have never even been contacted by phone for any information.

          I have always paid all my bills on time. Calling customer care with GPRS and voicemail issue have been totally useless but I thought most basic services like making and receiving calls would at least be guaranteed to work. I'm not sure if I made a mistake switching my primary contact number to Tata Docomo.

            My last bill was generated with a high due amount of 4300/- rs. My bill history has never crossed 700/- and due to an incomplete information given and knowledge of the prorata calculation I had a shock with the huge bill. I need some to call me with all the details and also help me resolve the issue. My customer care calls for the same issue are[protected] and[protected] and[protected].

            My limit is 3600/- which was crossed without intimation.

              Tata Docomo offered me an pre-paid connection free of cost. I agreed to receive that pre-paid connection. But they have provided me a post-paid connection. After telling them number of times and emailing them number of times they said that my problem will be solved by 9th May 2013. But till date the problem is not solved and they are sending me bills of that post paid connection. Why should I pay bills for the connection which I have not applied for and Which I have not used for a single day.
              Please help me to solve this problem.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              A person called me few months back from Tata Docomo and told me that they will give me a prepaid Tata Docomo connection free of cost. And I was told to send my photo and a copy voter id card via email. And I did the same. But they gave a postpaid sim card which was already activated. When I called them they are not picking up the phone. So I emailed to the Tata Docomo customer care to disconnect the number and I also explained the whole matter. After a few days I received a call from them and they apologized for the whole incident and the said that they are going to disconnecting the connection. But now they are calling me again and telling me that I have an outstanding of Rs. 890/-. I have to pay the money or they will take me to the court.
              I just want to know that, what is my fault? I have never asked for a postpaid connection, I told them to disconnect the connection, and now they are threatening me. I belong from a lower middle class family. that Rs. 890 is a lot of amount for me. Why should I pay that money when there is not my fault.
              I therefore request you to take actions against them and I also want to get rid of their phone calls and threats.

                  dear sir i am facing huge problem in network i already complainted this issue in consumer complaints forum earlier but they are not contacted me till now. network problem is very very worst even i activated internet also due to network problem i am unable browse continuously. please take immediate action againist tatadocomo
                  and laso recharge denominations also not correct
                  in tata docomo website for 26 rupees special recharge showing 300 mb data but i got only 250 mb.

                    I am Baldha Ashish. My TATA Docomo Walky Number :[protected]. I requested on 30 April 2013 for Disconnect my TATA Walky Number. that time customer care executive also told me you need to just pay only half month rental but customer car executive activated new plan. when i recieved bill of rs. 600 at my home that time i know my connection is not disconnected so i called again customer care of Tata Docomo on 1st June 2013. that time again put request to disconnection. i am ready to pay rental of Rs. 150 but i am not ready to Pay extra charge which is out by company for activating of any plan. Customercare Executive of TATA Docomo also called give harrasment about legal procedure and many more things on phone calls. Number is :[protected] and[protected].
                    i also explained all the things to customer care executive about this than whyt give me mentaly harrasment on my work i also deoressed call on my work starting time and work off time.

                    on company's record you can check i not used my tata walky from last 4 month so anyone can understand not useful than why i pay rental that's why i requested to cancel my connection.

                    Tata Docomo — harrasment on the name of disconection

                    i got a number [protected] from Tata Docom service providers.
                    but due to certain reasons i had to discontinue with its working.
                    so as per the code of conduct I put a request of disconection after paying all the bills on 22 nov 2010. again I recieved a call from the compony that your arrest warrent has been issued for non payment on 14 march 2011. I repaid rs 1236/- at Mohali branch and again requested there for disconnection.
                    But as expected nothing has been done. again I contact Ludhiana banch for diconnection of the number the results pertains. they are harrasing me mentally for no fault of mine. Please do the needful so as I may saved from their torturous behaiviour.

                      I have full network signal on my Mobile at times minimum 4 signal bars, but people trying to connect me receive "Mobile is switched off/not reachable" despite the fact my mobile is perfectly switched on with full signal and adding to this my calls are dropping in the middle of the conversation. At times i am getting "Call Failed" and my conversation is disconnected abruptly.

                      This problem is not continuous, it happens randomly. Once the above problem happens for what so ever reasons the services are not restored on my mobile till the time I restart my Mobile

                      It is so frustrating to learn about this problem only when i get calls on my alternate number. i have no clue about this unless and until i was informed my callers and i had to restart my Mobile to receive the services (incoming/outgoing).

                          I am using GPRS pack on my android mobile but every after half hour internet disconnects automatically and it do not connect easily , I over well know that net connection log out is compulsory but for android user it is very difficult to connect again and again so plz look in to it as I am using this no. from last 5 years almost and I don't want to switch.

                            There are many network issues in Tata Docomo In some areas of Mehdipatnam Guddimalkapur Masab Tank Necklace road Ring Road Attapur Karwan
                            network is not stable even on the mani road signal goes off and on u cant talk on mobile while moving the call gets disconnected and shows the error in connection
                            this is pathetic for national service provider who challenges of best network

                            docomo is a network which doesn't ve network at all even i am in the heart of the city, we can only get network while you are on d road... pl don buy this. customer support is very poor than anything.. pl better avoid to buy it my advice to docomo is pl quit...

                              I contacted one Devaraj ([protected]) of Docomo for new connection. He sent his colleague (guru - [protected]) and collected Rs.1700/- for instrument and activation charges. now 5 days over and Guru picks up the call and say within 30 minutes it will be activated and Devaraj never picks the call.

                              I had purchased a Tata Indicom wireless Phone No [protected] on dated 22.08.2008 form Mr Ankush C/o Ankush Infocom, Shop no 2, GTB Market Back Side New Bus Stand Khanna, [auth. distributor TATA INDICOM Postpaid Connection] by paying Rs.1500/-. But he supplied me a Second Hand Set on request he changed for that I have paid Rs. 500/- extra as he promised me to activate that No. within two days. But till the day my No is not Activated. On asking he said there is the Technical Problem from Tata Indicom. From last 4 working days I am daily visiting to his shop but he still not giving any proper response. Shall I made a mistake by purchasing Tata’s Product !!!

                                Respected Sir since last 3-4month docomo provider deducted a lot of balance from my account.When we call 198 or 121 my call is connecting to customer care.Recently he deduced 30rupees.when i call them from another no. they refund me only 11 rupees & said that remaining 19 repees will be refunded later. But still that balance did not came to my account.When we call them from.other no. they avoid & disconnected call.
                                It is docomo policy they activate themselves any service on their customer no. & when customet call them they tell that u have subscribed/activate this chargable site.
                                Sir plz plz do any thing for wrong deduction on my no. [protected]

                                  First of all, I want to thank you for the help. For wrong deduction by docomo of rs 14,
                                  & also thnks to tata docomo for returning & realising his mistakes on no. [protected] on balance deduction on
                                  29th june 2013 in night. and returning my DATA 600 MB.

                                  Now They even has not sended my balance of rs 84. aftr i recharged the GPRS PACK they deduced.
                                  Evn in his website when i log in in last call detail....does'nt shows..,
                                  when balance deduced., i saved last call detail, evn they have not send my balance back. nd not having detail on website of docomo.....

                                  sir plz....return my balance nd ask docomo why my detail hav no on his website......nd why balance deduce when i already activate before deducted my balance on[protected] at 6 pm evening....evn u realisee and send my data but not return my balance back why????????

                                      Hello to all, I am a B.com(secont year) + CA (IPCC) student, i would to draw your kind attention towards the unprofessional behavior of TATA DOCOMO and their childish customer care. I have been using DOCOMO since 1-2 years only because of its good GPRS services but they deduct my balance without any reason from time to time. it started last year, they deducted 20 to 30 Rupees every month almost once , I reported this to their illitrate,customer care, they just say its deducted for this and that and all lies of the world. and the next thing they will do is they will put your Number. on a no answer list where you cannot reach customer care on call.. it will respond busy CSR, or something.. I am really pissed off with DOCOMO (THE CHEATER) and i am writing this because this just happened today also,,with my RS 30 in the pockets of TATA , I would like to suggest TATA to play fair not CHEAP to make money and tomorrow i an going to get this CHEAP CREAP SIM changed through portability.

                                      Tata Docomo — Unprofessional Behavior

                                      My Mother has a Tata Docomo prepaid connection, number is [protected].

                                      On Friday the 18th of Feb, she got a call from the Customer Care about some
                                      "Caller-Tune" offer. My mom did not say anything and disconnected the call
                                      as she was not interested in the offer. However, after a few mins she gets
                                      an SMS from Tata Docomo which says Rs. 120 have been deducted from her
                                      balance for subscription to caller tunes.

                                      This is sheer display o[censored]nprofessional attitude from Tata Docomo. I want
                                      the Rs. 120 to be refunded else matter will be escalated to appropriate
                                      forums.

                                        I bought a tata photon on 14th May, 2013 from a dealer named Global Infotech through a number which is available on www.tataphotonplusdelhi.com.He is a registered tata photon company dealer. When the device dint get activated for 2-3 days.I called up the customer care and asked him the reasons. He told me that my data card was activated since before january in name of some Javed Akhtar. So some other used device was sold to me at market price. Inspite of the complaint being very simple and clear case of fraud, they are not ready to take any actions. I dont want their data card now and want a reimbursement. But they close the complain everytime by themselves and when i call them they open it saying we will do something. This keeps on happening.
