Cannot make any calls on postpaid Tata Docomo connection

Incomplete information given and charged high on the service

My last bill was generated with a high due amount of 4300/- rs. My bill history has never crossed 700/- and due to an incomplete information given and knowledge of the prorata calculation I had a shock with the huge bill. After telling them number of times and emailing them number of times they said that my problem will be solved by 9th May 2013. Pathetic network service

I have full network signal on my Mobile at times minimum 4 signal bars, but people trying to connect me receive "Mobile is switched off/not reachable" despite the fact my mobile is perfectly switched on with full signal and adding to this my calls are dropping in the middle of the conversation. At times i am getting "Call Failed" and my conversation is disconnected abruptly.

internet disconnect automatically in every half hour

I am using GPRS pack on my android mobile but every after half hour internet disconnects automatically and it do not connect easily , I over well know that net connection log out is compulsory but for android user it is very difficult to connect again and again so plz look in to it as I am using this no. from last 5 years almost and I don't want to switch.

Poor network service in most parts of Hyderabad

network is not stable even on the mani road signal goes off and on u cant talk on mobile while moving the call gets disconnected and shows the error in connection
this is pathetic for national service provider who challenges of best network...

POst paid connection - not activated even after 1 week

I contacted one Devaraj ([protected]) of Docomo for new connection. He sent his colleague (guru - [protected]) and collected Rs.1700/- for instrument and activation charges. now 5 days over and Guru picks up the call and say within 30 minutes it will be activated and Devaraj never picks the call....

for wrong balance deduction

Respected Sir since last 3-4month docomo provider deducted a lot of balance from my account.When we call 198 or 121 my call is connecting to customer care.Recently he deduced 30rupees.when i call them from another no. they refund me only 11 rupees & said that remaining 19 repees will be refunded later. But still that balance did not came to my account.When we call them from.other no. they avoid & disconnected call.
